The line was pretty long really really quickly though service was pretty fast. It was food everywhere in the garbage cans were overflowing that is nice to sit and eat really because of that otherwise we probably would have stayed but like I said the food was absolutely delicious

This is one of the best Chipotles I have ever visited. The staff was all friendly, the food was made perfectly and the seating area was clean. This was during lunch rush so that means even more that it was all of the above.

Chipotle is great example of the perfect fast food experience. They have a variety of choices to customize your order. I do wish the Guacamole and Queso Blaco did not cost extra, as they add great flavor to any order. This restaurant was clean, however there was a notable wait time to order, and they were all out of steak when I went.

Came here to rave about Raven, she is such a sweetheart! I was here with 3 kids ordering so it was clearly a stressful task lol, but she was so patient and nice while cashing us out and again when I was clearing up our trash and trying to clean up the mess at our table. Great customer service, thanks again Raven.

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews! Line wait was typical and they didn’t skimp out on any ingredients! My chicken bowl with chips was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning.

Most of the staff is super friendly and one younger lady with blonde hair likes to say very nice positive things to the customers making their visit that more pleasant. It's nice to witness when the world can be cruel to one Another. So thanks ..food is pretty damn good also.

Delivery order: Good portion for the bowl, the salsa is great and the spicy level is mild. The chips are fresh and crispy. I would suggest adding a little rice in the Quesadilla plate.

Love the food but I have to say , the service is horrible. Seems there’s no one in charge. I’ve been there when there are several people in line , but no one behind the counter. I’ve even given up and left because of the lack of service. Every once in a while I go back because I like the food but I honestly resent the fact that we have to deal with young employees that either don’t work , or so clearly have attitude. This unfortunately makes the experience a negative one. It’s really unfortunate .

Inconsistent is probably the best word to describe this location. Sometimes the order is right, sometimes it's ready on time, sometimes the food seems fresh/well prepared. Other times you are given 3 slivers of protein(pickup), waiting in an awkward spot for pickup with 8+ others, and the food feels like it isn't fresh/well prepared. I brought up a concern once and it was fairly addressed so that's worth something.

I am a longtime fan of Chipotle, but this time I was going with the intention of trying their promotional chicken al Pastor. They had the big sign up for it still, but when I got up to the front of the line to order, they said they were out. ☹️ So I settled for carnitas, and the person building my burrito clearly lacked any experience, or any sense of urgency for the line building up behind me, though they did seem good natured. This is what happens when you have too much turnover, which can be a symptom of poor treatment of employees. Also, it cost like $3.50 extra for guacamole, which is exorbitant. It just seemed like a general lack of respect for customers and workers alike. I think the company needs to clean up its act, maybe loosen up its belt a little. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I order Veggie Burrito Bowl. Overall it was okay but they are out of stock for Fajita Veggies. They didn't ask for it also. They don't have meat and veggie section different for sauteed/shallow fry. Overall hygiene and cleanness isn't there. I hope they improve in overall service. Thank you.

As expected of a chain establishment. Did taste great but it's true that portion has gone down. Oh, this time the chips tasted stale and drenched in oil. My first time tasting oil-drenched chips from Chipotle. Not much of an ambience. It's pretty much eat and go. Maybe fits 40 people at Max capacity, elbow to elbow.

Place was kinda messy looking. People were nice, but the drink station and tables needed to be wiped down. My biggest issue was the white rice in my tacos was not fully cooked, so I enjoyed somewhat crunchy soft flour tacos

I travel full time for work and chipotle is one of the few places I can eat at due to food allergies. Said I had an allergy first guy changed his gloves (didn’t wash hands) not a huge bother whatever. Didn’t put an allergy cone with it so the next person didn’t change their gloves. Ordered carne asada double. Gave me two half spoons. I had to say give me a third. The carne asada was kinda dry and super bland… I had a carne asada bowl in Connecticut… look I wasn’t expecting much but apparently that bowl sets the bar. It was juicy it was tender and it had so much flavor. If I knew this was going to be that much of a let down I’d have gotten chicken.

Every time I order online I order extra steak which i pay extra for and then I always order it with fajita I never get either. It's really disappointing when you expect and pay for something you never receive and it is literally every time.

Very dirty and slow. Perhaps not enough staff. If the food inspectors had been in, they would’ve shut the place down when I was there at approximately 745pm on Tuesday, June 13. Overflowing trash cans. My tacos were adequate but the salsa for the chips was ridiculously hot. The chips were hard. The lemonade was good at least as was the green sauce for the carnitas. They had some poor teenager taking orders who didn’t know the food or how to spoon rice into a bowl.

The food here is VERY hit or miss with either items being stale (brown guacamole….), or just out of stock completely. The staff are typically pleasant, however during the academic year, the hygiene and cleanliness of this establishment reaches levels that should have it shut down… Food scraps everywhere, garbage not taken out let alone cleaned up after… It’s shame given they started out great.

One and done. This is the first time I visited Chipolte and the first time I've ever written a review for any establishment. I ordered online and when I arrived my order was no where to be found. After 10 minutes or so they realized someone else had taken it. Once this was realized a girl filled my order quickly. However, my time standing there and being able to see into the back, I was stunned with how dirty it was. The dining area wasn't much better. The food wasn't worth all the bother coupled with the lack of cleanliness I won't be returning.

Update: 7/26/25: I learned today that it is not worth tipping when ordering in the app because service always sucks and you don't normally tip going through the line... they don't use the shelf for your food which is fine if it makes sure it doesn't get stolen, but seems like it takes too long to get someones attention to get your food...and I was missing two sides...soo frustrating. Previous review: Dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty....did I say dirty because it was filthy. I understand it was busy, but at least one person should be maintaining the cleanliness. Trash cans full, trash all over the floor, liquid by the drink machines, lemonade containers empty, tables dirty, employee serving food wiping his nose....oh, food was ok...I feel like I needed to stop by CVS afterwards and get a round of shots...or take a shower with sanitizer.....

They never have cheese or chicken most of the time but want to charge citizens extra money for small portions. Don’t come late nights or you won’t get what you want. Early morning is better. Chipotle corporate should be sued, money hungry rich people. Pay your workers and fix the portions. You have 2 workers on busy nights sometimes where the line is almost out the door. What the hell is going on? You’re in a college town, hire some workers and pay them fairly. When I visited months ago, this location was great. Now that I moved here, the location has gone to hell. Least the food is tasty though?

I hardly ever would take the time to leave a bad review, but the service here was so bad on two separate occasions over the last few weeks, that I couldn't let it slide. 5/26/24 approximately 8:30pm: With two and a half hours remaining in the business day (they close at 11pm) they were out of beans. There was one guy at the counter, and about five other people in the back screwing around being very loud. Presumably all of those men were preoccupied flirting with the only female employee, while the one guy that's up front was doing all of the work since it was clear that he was on the outside of that friend group. The guy that was making my order apologized for the lack of beans by stating that he was the only one that has performed any work in the past three hours, and that he's about to walk out. I asked him for clarification and he stated to me that all of his co-workers were lallygagging in the office. I promised this employee that I would be in touch with the companies leadership team and make sure it was brought to their attention. Anyway, I sit down to eat my tacos, and I find that there were several rock solid grains of rice. This happens when the rice container keep getting replenished while the old rice at the bottom is subject to the heat for way too long. The rice bin should be dumped when new rice is added. It was like I was eating my way through a minefield with all of the dried out rock hard grains of rice. 6/3/24 10:18 PM (time on my receipt) I walk in with a friend, didn't get acknowledged at all. There was an obvious new guy working the counter while receiving little help from his more seasoned co-workers that were again, screwing off in the back room. The dialog coming from the back room had me reminiscing of my days in the middle school cafeteria. Very loud and obnoxious. I tried making eye contact with the guy behind to counter just to make sure he knew I was ready to order and he just looked at me and didn't say anything. Very cold personality. They were out of a lot of things, presumably since the people prefer to spend their time goofing off instead of preparing food. The one girl working there was not very personable, until a friend of hers came through the door and she interrupted the customers and lit up like a Christmas tree showing her friend the kind of attention she should be showing the customers. Anyway, the guy behind the counter skipped over my friend and asked this other customer that was behind us (friend of the employee) what she wanted to order. So in short, I don't plan on coming here anymore. Will this review bring about any meaningful change in this establishment? Most likely not. Chipotle has good food and has a large enough of a following among the college kids that even the poor customer service probably won't have a giant effect on their bottom line. This bad review will most likely be lost among many other bad reviews by next month. Anyway, I'm going to call out the stores leadership by name so they have some pressure on them to deal with this problem however they see fit. This looks like a newer location. It's a clean place, but the service was just ok. The food seemed like decent quality ingredients, but I'm not a fan of how they put their bowls or burritos together. Worst part was my chips had the texture of wet cardboard (they were definitely old I think).

The state of this Chipotle was disgusting. There was rust everywhere. The chairs have weird stains. None of the tables were clean. And the counter on which they were making the food was disgusting. Would not recommend.

It's okay, if you don't mind waiting a half hour for an order you placed online to-go 2 hours in advance. Then, when you see that it's much faster to go through and wait in line, you're told to still wait for your to go order and end up finding that you get almost 1/4th less food than what you had ordered. The order might have been made quicker, but most workers seemed more concerned with chit-chatting and checking their phones while walking around and to the backroom, leaving one person on the to go order counter while there was a lobby full of probably 10 people waiting for their to-go orders to be made. I'm all for good team morale and keeping it light at a near minimum wage paying job, but there has to be a line somewhere in terms of reading the room and recognizing that something is not right in terms of business flow with the situation previously mentioned.

The health department should temporarily shut this place down until it’s cleaned. Tons of flies in the bathrooms AND no soap…which means the employees aren’t washing their hands with soap. Food prep counter was disgusting and tables and floors dirty. Food is slop and hastily thrown together. Chipotle as a whole has really gone downhill. As a more general complaint, if you try entering a complaint through Chipotle’s website you are forced to provide all your contact information. Absurd.

Spent 44 $ on 3 bowls with chips, the skimpiest bowls ever! Usually very happy with them. The sides of the inside of the bowls had nothing. Was all in center. What the heck?? Sooooo skimpy! Usually i get my moneys worth? From now on I'm going to the one in Johnson city!! Never going to vestal one again. Get someone new doing takeout!!

First time customer. Sneeze guard counter screen was filthy; food service line was filthy and dining room was filthy. Staff could be a bit more cheerful/welcoming. Food was good enough, but I prefer restaurants that are clean and sanitary.

They need to up their quality and cleanliness cycles. There are 7 people behind the counter on a busy weeknight. The service counter is a mess and has high risk of cross contamination. This shows little consideration for those with dietary restrictions. The seating area is a real mess both for indoor and outdoor seating. Paper napkins, stepped on chips and lettuce on the floor and tables. If it wasn’t for the chipotle brand and some faith that they’re following minimum standards, I would never eat here.

The food and service were good, but both were overcome by the disgusting condition of the restaurant. All the tables were dirty. The trash cans were all full. No ice tea had been made. The bathroom was also dirty and had no hand soap. Will not return to that restaurant.

Food taste bland guacamole still had whole avocados that weren’t ripen and wasn’t even mashed up. They have all these students working there and they don’t care about the foods quality and the restaurant was a mess. It was dirty. Everything was all over the place. They don’t take time to wipe things down when they’re not busy and I’m not going back there.

So I can't say if the food is good anymore. It was too dirty for me to feel safe eating there. We went on a Sunday night. The line was never more than 3 people deep. The garbage was piled so high it mounded over the furniture itself. I think it is also supposed to have sauces and napkins but it's impossible to say. I understand they were probably busy but if that's true the level of staffing isn't enough to run the location to any level of quality. The employees made to orders without acknowledging people in line. So there was a confusion about what was going on. The food line was absolutely filthy and it went from pilled bay leaves near the rice all the way down to what looked like a dropped burrito near the register. I also watched an employee stick the side of a spoon for either salsa or pico de gallo into sour cream already piled on someone's bowl. If you have a dairy allergy (as I do) I wouldn't eat at this location.

As someone who goes to Chipotle 4–5 times a week, I was really disappointed with my visit this past Sunday at the Vestal location. First, I ordered two bowls and the rice in both was hard and undercooked, which was already frustrating considering how often I eat here and what I usually expect in terms of quality. Additionally, I ordered a large bag of chips. The cashier told me they “didn’t have any.” However, I could clearly see a large pan full of chips behind the counter. When I pointed that out, I was told those were only for “mobile orders.” I don’t think that’s appropriate at all. It feels like customers who take the time to come into the restaurant are being treated as less important than those who order online. Because of this, I asked to speak with the manager, Jacob. Unfortunately, he repeated the same explanation and, when I expressed that it didn’t seem fair to prioritize online orders over in-store customers, he responded in a rather rude manner and said there was nothing he could do. As a loyal customer who visits multiple times a week, this experience was very disappointing. I hope management can address both the food quality and the customer service at this location.

My teenager desperately wanted Chipotle for dinner. We live an hour away. I surrendered, against my better judgment. Once again, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes, with fewer than 12 people in front of us, to order our food. One employee was manning the order station. He repeatedly had to leave to get refills on ingredients while "teammates" stood around. Employees randomly popped up front, empty handed. The line was 3/4 of the way around the dining room. No corn salsa available. I watched the person behind the cash register wipe half a table and then return to the register. He stood around doing NOTHING. The floor was relatively clean, but the garbage cans were overflowing, as usual. One customer had to ask for utensils. I had to ask for napkins. There were no drinks in the lemonade dispenser area. We won't be back.

The employees here will not acknowledge you. We walked up to the counter because our mobile order was sitting back behind there instead of on the mobile order pick-up shelf like it should’ve been, so we walked up to ask for it. The guy there had just finished checking out another customer, so we walked up next to ask and he completely ignored us, left, and went into the back to use his phone. He then proceeded to come back, still ignore us, and start checking out a different customer. Every other employee also paid no attention.

They decided to not put my order with the other mobile orders, so I am patiently waiting for 10 mins as my food got cold as it sat in another location. They then decided not to tell me that they were out of chips. That led me to have to turn around to be refunded for my purchase.

Ordered pickup multiple times from this location through DoorDash, orders were never on time which I can understand they seem to not have enough staff. However, the food quality is very inconsistent. Last two times, meat was cooked way too long, then this time the entire bowl was cold and was missing lettuce and only filled 2/3 of the bowl. Some staff members are friendly and others not so much.

Went into this Chipotle over a week ago, but felt the need to add this. The restaurant had one of the massive 50+ gallon outdoor trash barrels brought inside next to the dine-in trash bins and was stacked with a full trash bag on top of another full trash bag (Over 100 gallons of trash) plus the trash bins I mentioned were so full it was crammed into and overflowing the bin chutes on both, with a mountain of just free trash sitting on top of them because guests had nowhere else to put it. Concerning about overall cleanliness. **UPDATE** Photo added November 5th, stopped by just to see if trash still is bad. While not AS bad, it is still worse than it should be.

UPDATE: Chipolte did reach out as a comment to this post. I had to go to their website, provide another review, then they reached out again and I had to provide the receipt. They then never reached out again. Chipolte comments on negative posts to make others think that they make it right.....the don't. I should have gone to Taco Bell. The store is unkept, tables and chairs dirty. The music was so loud I couldnt hear the employees, it was booming like a night club. The burrito was placed in the bag under heavy items and was crushed. The chips were stale. Disappointed with the lack of care. Unfortunetly my experience has become common for this store.

I'm writing this review because I've had a consistently bad experience at this location for over two years now. I think it's important to share my feedback so that the issues can be addressed. First, the Chipotle App's estimated pick-up time is not accurate, and there seems to be a lack of communication between the restaurant and the app. I've had to wait for over an hour on several occasions after the App shown my order is ready for pick-up, even on weekdays, which is frustrating. Second, the location has become quite messy, with food crumbs and used napkins scattered on the floor and counters not being wiped down. It's not a pleasant sight. Third, the preparation and pick-up process is chaotic and utterly disorganized. Finished orders are scattered in different areas, making it difficult for customers to locate their food. Workers are often too busy to assist customers in finding their order. Mixing up orders is also an ongoing problem where you can find someone else's order inside a bag with your name on it. I hope that the issues can be addressed and improvements can be made.

There was not 1 clean table! The garbage was piled high and overflowing. I told a girl hefore ordering and someone went and cleaned tables and the garbage. Even though there were 4 people on the line, they let the beans run out. A girl started my bowl and waited a long time for the beans. Then my bowl sat on the counter for a long time. The counter was disgusting. I had to ask a girl to give me a new top because she had queso all over her hands and the counter. I don't want that white yuk on my container. The area where the register is was disgusting. Food all over the place. Then they set your bag on it. There was no ice. We were there 40 minutes. The counter was still not cleaned off. By the time we finally got our food, it was cold.

Dirty tables, no napkins, straws, or lids. Overflowing flowing trash cans, Service is very slow with one guy on the assembly line and like 4 other employees walking around “looking busy”.One guy literally standing next to the cashier pushing your food 2-3 inches closer to the cash register, but not helping the guy in the assembly line at all! There were 2-3 other people walking back and forth between the counter and kitchen carrying nothing. I watched one employee tie her apron for 5 minutes.

Don’t let these fake good reviews fool you. I’ve ordered from here multiples times for pickup. Half full bowls, completely wrong orders, and they apparently lose orders too. I have no idea how orders are lost and why it takes an hour to complete them. When I’m the phone with them asking about next steps for lost orders, I got no help and very rude service telling me to “try again”. And there’s no way to issue a refund on the app so I had to file a claim with my credit card. This place is a joke and makes the franchise look terrible

What a disaster this place is. Seriously what is going on. There is never anything left in stock. No veggies ever and no cheese. Also they never listen to directions- if im asking for guac on the side then they should give me guac on the side not in the burrito!!! Last time i was here they took off a dollar because they had no veggies left but this time refused to do so. Additionally the portion size is laughable and absolutely ridiculous. This is a stain on the chipotle establishment. Listen i understand you guys are busy but this is seriously unacceptable and a travesty. Do better because this is just insane

Edit again: 2/2/25 my friend convinced me to go here again and we should go inside and make the order to ensure all goes well. She ordered her bowl, she didn't order queso on it but ordered queso on the side for her chips. I ordered a bowl, no queso. One guy made our food, another guy rang up the register. He billed us for 2 bowls and 2 queso. I pay, and didn't check the receipt, all seemed to go well. The guy prepping our food then asked my friend if she wanted the queso on the side, just to double check he understood her correctly. The guy at the register then said that he didn't bill me for the queso on the side, I paid for that. We get into the car and given my previous experiences, I checked the receipt. And what do I see, he billed me for 2 bowls (which we got) 2 queso and then the second time I paid for the 1 side of queso. They billed be me for 2 queso I didn't order. I go back inside, tell them there was a mistake. The guy who prepped the food said he put queso on our bowls. Now I was watching the guys every move to make sure he didn't mess up the food. I know for a fact he didn't put queso on either of our bowls. (I also want to point out, there was only 1 other customer there, so they were not busy at all). I leave, go to the car, bring my bowl in ready to show them that at this point the guy is flat out lying and there was no queso on the bowls. They did refund me the money they overcharged me for, after being lied to, and having to do this running around. Also the place was filthiest than ever. The glass protecting the food was so filthy and smudged with dried food, it was difficult to see. This was at 11am. How could the glass be that filthy???? Does no one clean up? So I looked up the latest health inspection. 4 violations. Edit: so it's 3/8/24 and I gave this place another try. And why did I even bother... they were doing mobile orders only and only had 1 guy working there. I left and went to core life. That place is right behind chipotle. Better food, choices and prices for what you get. And guess what! They have people working there! People that keep the place clean, make your orders correct, and keep food ready so when you order they don't give you the excuse they don't have any sour cream.... unlike chipotle... So there's that. 1 star. I'd give 0 of I could. Original review: I've ordered here 3 times through their app and once in person. The first time was in person and I was very happy with everything. The issue is with their mobile ordering. And the food is good and all. The main issue is that they have messed up all 3 mobile orders I've had so far. Leaving out 4 ingredients in 3 meals in one order. Rice, lettuce and meat gets bland very fast. Forgot the tomato and corn salsa, the sour cream and cheese. 🙃 Because I live 25 minutes away I just added the ingredients myself and won't order from the app anymore. Otherwise it would have been over an hour from the initial order till I got back there. And then who knows how long until I got it fixed and got back home. The other 2 mobile orders they've either forgotten the chips, or swapped ingredients. 🫠 So my conclusion is, go inside or else they'll screw it up.

Vestal Chipotle is always out of everything. Four out of five times they can't make your order the way you want it. They prioritize online orders so those get what is ready and the person standing there has to wait for the ingredient while their half made food sits there getting cold. These people are a$$ backwards and basically do not know how to prepare. Another review said it was comical. Its more sad than comical. Now I'm just leaving my half made bowl each time they don't have the ingredients ready. I'm tired of paying $$ for something I didn't want. There were ants by the napkins this time too. Gross. Go to Five Guys or any of the other places in that plaza. Chipotle Vestal is gross. Maybe the new clean Johnson City Chipotle will be better. Hopefully, they will have better training and management. Chipotle has the most limited menu and how Vestal never has any of it ready is just beyond me. This place desperately needs better management and training.

I've had multiple disappointing experiences with Chipotle after ordering through their app. Each time, I eagerly drove to the restaurant, only to be met with the frustrating news that they were out of food and unable to complete my order. Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, they directed me to call customer service for a refund.This recurring problem not only wasted my time but also left me hungry and dissatisfied. It's disheartening that Chipotle's app can't accurately reflect their inventory, leading to frustrating encounters at the store. The inconvenience of having to make a separate call for a refund further adds to the overall dissatisfaction. On top of that ive had many many other orders placed from delivery or pickup and I always have toppings missing from my order. Chipotle needs to address these consistent issues to provide a better experience for their customers who rely on the convenience of app ordering.

go there for lunch basically every week. they either aren’t doing walk in orders and are rude to people about it or they take forever to actually take your order. half the time stuff is always undercooked and wrong. staff argues with the customer when something is wrong and you call them out on it. genuinely bad customer service. place is always dirty no matter what, even at 11 am.

This is the dirtiest restaurant...just speaking for the seating area. Every time I come here there is never a clean place to sit. I just watched an employee empty the trash for 20 minutes while the dirty tables filled back up so he wouldn't have to wipe them down. Someone needs to show some pride in where they work.

First and last time going to this location. The rice was so undercooked, it was inedible. I had to throw the whole bowl away. No veggies were available even though it no where near close to closing time. When I asked the guy just gave a dry No like he did not want to be there. For the area it’s in they need to do better!

Update: This place is perpetually lousy. I went back with my 13 year old daughter to a filthy place, they ran out of guac, chips, cheese, and drinks from the non-fountain station. Wrappers everywhere. Cash was slow. I’ll never go back to the vestal location again. This is in regards to the Vestal, NY location on the Vestal parkway. This place was empty at 4:30 on a Sunday with 5 employees standing around talking loudly about someone who didn’t show up for their shift. It was filthy and annoying to be there let alone watch them prepared my kids meal. Honestly do better. Food stations looked dirty/messy and the dispensers were basically empty. Won’t go back to this location again. Not looking for food poisoning.

I have been coming to this location for years, and it has really dropped off the last couple of years especially the service. If they’re not ignoring you to prioritize the online orders that are due in 25 minutes they give you attitude like you’re inconveniencing them. The food is still pretty good, but they’re usually out of something normally the fajita veggies. And if you order online prepare for your bowl to be noticeably smaller than walking in which is not a guarantee as I waited for 15 minutes before they finally said after asking are you still taking walk up orders. It’s really sad to see how much this location has fallen off.

This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been too. The bathroom was disgusting, the dinning Area was gross, looked like it wasnt wiped down since it opened. I ordered off the app and waited an hour for my food, after choosing the fast time. The workers weren’t rude they just ignored me waiting. I asked for extra meat didn’t receive that, asked for the corn salsa didn’t receive that. A true waste of money.

Dear UClub Chipotle, I can deal with the occasional mistake, maybe some missing guac or a drink, i'm an understanding fella like that. However, there is a point where it feels targeted. I picked up 3 items, 2 burritos and a veggie bowl. First of all, my burrito was fatter than it was tall, built like a damn double-wide trailer home. okay. my girlfriends burrito contained half a head of your "premium" lettuce, and was somehow soaking wet while still having been wrapped in a dry tortilla. okay. the kicker was my VEGETARIAN friends VEGGIE bowl, which was half empty and also had a nice serving of chicken on top. okay. cool. Thank you so much. AND when my friend went back to get her bowl fixed, she was given a burrito. like seriously, i think the chemicals being used to clean the grill tops are seeping into the employees brain synapses, and stunting their mental processing. I cant even lie, this location is consistently bad with pick up orders, so unless you're going to walk in at 11 am on a random weekday, prepare to have your feelings and your wallet hurt as you are handed the most underwhelming meal of your life. If you work at this location and read this, you're an opp and I hope your next pickup order at literally any other place is completely incorrect so you can feel a smidgen of what i felt this evening. Felt like we crashed a party when we entered the restaurant. The staff was not customer friendly at all. The person that was making the food put whatever he felt like on our burritos. For my first experience at Chipotle I can say I will probably not go back. I guess I will give one star for the 0ne person there working to clean the lobby.

Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been in. They were out of rice and lettuce. They started putting chairs up 3 hours prior to closing. Tea was gone. Blueberry drink was gone. Bathrooms were trashed. No toilet paper. The restaurant tables and benches were covered in food and trash. Trash and spilled drinks all over the floor. Will never visit this location again.

Place is disgusting. So I kept. Trash everywhere. Tables are filthy. Workers don’t know how to speak up and be loud enough for customers to hear them. They give little amounts of food for an average person to eat. Never are restocked and never have steak or cheese. Very disgusted with this place anymore and will not be returning.

I’ve came here for years and it has continued to nose dive since it opened. Boy, what a terribly managed location. Food orders are always, yes, always late and incorrect. You want steak, no sour cream and you end up with chicken and sour cream after you have waited 20-40 minutes after the intended pickup time. It’s never clean with garbage on floors, food on tables. $21 for a burrito and chips, that’s high quality pricing for poor quality results.

I've been to a lot of Chipotles, and this is the worst by a huge margin. Consistently out of certain ingredients, employees focused way more on their own conversations than the customer giving the order, portion sizes are way off (bowl was drowning in sour cream, burrito was severely underfilled compared to other locations), failed to listen and left off several ingredients, wrong soda dispensed from fountain, garbage everywhere.

Second time where I've order a burrito bowl recently just for it to have ingredients I didn't request and the ingredients that I did request were missing. I asked for the order to be corrected, and staff provided some of the missing ingredients in little cups and did not provide others. I asked for this to be corrected which they refused to do. Not sure what's going on with this place but I won't be going back anymore.

Always pretty good food. Have not eaten in the place in two years. Today decided too. The place is so dirty. It is awful. The eating area, restrooms and kitchen area is terrible. If I was the owner of this place I would be embarrassed.

This place sucks. They get the order wrong every time. The floor is filthy and I have to walk through trash every time to get my takeout order. The rice and beans are always under cooked. They skimp on extra protein every time. I most recently ordered a quesadilla because that seemed difficult to screw up... wrong! They forgot half the ingredients and it looked like burnt origami. It was filled with burnt chunks from the flat top and I have no clue how they folded it. I'll never come here again. Edit: I'm not going to an external site to fill out a survey. Order from your own location, look around, and check your order after you picked it up. It sucks. Get real.

This is the second time I've uber eats an order and they didnt put any meat(carne asada) in my bowl. Over priced and very disappointing when they charge almost 5 extra dollars for the carne asada so here I am with a veggie bowl again

Terrible service. The staff moves so painfully slow, it’s like they’re actively trying not to work. I ordered a burrito bowl — it came with plain rice and sour cream ONLY as if that’s all they had No sauce, no veggies, nothing else. Just sad and dry. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and it’s been a mess. They marked my order as “preparing,” and after 10 minutes, the girl casually tells me “we don’t have food.” Are you serious? I waited 2 hours for one bowl — and got nothing. (Johnson city )The customer service is just as bad. The staff is rude, the pace is nonexistent, and it’s a fast-paced business. You don’t get to move like sloths and still call it “working.” At this point, the manager clearly isn’t doing their job because this is a repeated issue. Something needs to change at that Chipotle — because God knows what’s really going on back there

Waited in a line of 3 customers for 15 mins. Employee move at a snails pace, food was not fresh. They made someone order of 9 tacos and then said they could not sell them to her after she wait 10 mins to be service because the taco shells for from yesterday. This is an emerging trend at the Chipotle in vestal. Store is dirty as well. Be aware!! The location in Johnson City is MUCH better and the employees seem happier, food is fresher, store is cleaner.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! this has been my 3rd-5th time placing an online order here at this location and every-time i receive my order something is always wrong. i ordered two bowls for me and my boyfriend and when we finally got home to eat… the portion sizes were completely UNACCEPTABLE. there was NO chicken, NO beans, NO tomato salsa, and they DROWNED our HARD RICE in sour cream and cheese and to make matters worse they added corn. which wasn’t an ingredient we added in either bowls. i went back to get it re-done and everything was finally correct but the rice was still HARD. NEVER AGAIN!!

This is the worst chipotle. No one there knows how to wrap burrito. One of mine was square and the other was not eatable. The workers are especially slow and I’ve worked food service so I am understanding but to a point. The store is always messy with food all over the floors and utensil station. Store should just be shut down or fire every single person there.

Told myself I would give one more chance and they failed YET once again. My bowl was leaking of liquid. It went through the bottom and through the brown bag. I opened it up and it was less than half full! It was all water at the bottom! Also missing my guacamole, sour cream AND queso…. Literally opened it up and immediately took a picture

How does a Chipotle start peek dinner service on a Saturday with no white rice, no beans of any kind, no barbacoa, and no queso? 5:15 arrival with a 30 minute wait for white rice is unacceptable when it is the primary base for most of their offerings. It's clear this establishment is mismanaged and did not properly prep. Garbage cans overflowing, food all over the main dining area, trash behind the cashier near food prep areas, no forks put out for patrons and filthy bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

I hate leaving this review but I ordered chipotle 1/2 times a week. The last 2 times I’ve ordered there has been no rice no chesse and they forgot my queso I paid for. I ordered last it was awful I ordered last night they totally messed up my bowl all I get is meat rice and chesse and lettuce that’s all. I try to contact the store no one answers I try to chat on the app with the robot and they drive me nuts so please someone get back to me fix my problem.

Waited in line 45 minutes only yo be told they were out of white rice , cheese , most of the meats .. they basically had almost nothing . This isn't the 1st time I've had issues at this location either. Last 2 times I ordered door dash they didn't send what I ordered . Thats why i went in person this time. Once i tried in person and they weren't taking orders in the store . You had to go order online . This location is always busy yet they can't order enough supplies to serve through a weekend ... the manager isn't doing his job . When they do have food . They also consistently have. undercooked rice . Will not waste my time at this location again. It's always something here. This location needs a new owner and new management. .. and they need to make sure they properly cook their food. Also you can't dine in because they don't clean their dining room . It's always filthy with food all over all the tables .

Unkempt. Unprofessional and rude staff. Extended wait times even if given a specific time for pickup. Epitomy of incompetence. I’m frankly disgusted the way this place is run. This establishment does not deserve any stars - multiple health code violations. I arrived purposely late as I typically have yo wait at least 45 beyond the pickup time. My order was missing. I was informed after several minutes attempting to flag someone to help that my order was thrown away. I could not fathom why they would threw away food. I requested to speak with the ‘manager on duty’ who reluctantly agreed to remake the order. After waiting 20+ minutes - no update. I again flagged someone down and I was rudely told they are making it. The order is a burrito bowl and wrap. Again after more waiting asked again to speak with the manager who now reported that my order was stolen and hence are making it again for me. No apology. No compensation for the delay. Maybe they should find an alternative way to pick up orders if they are being stolen. Another person while I was there also was missing her order. The entire establishment is short of abysmal. Extremely dissatisfied but not surprised as this their norm.

This place has gone downhill so bad since I started coming here. I picked up my food yesterday at 11:30 right when I got the notification it was ready. When I opened the bag, the OUTSIDE of my bowl was covered in brown guacamole and shredded cheese making it impossible to open without making a mess. After opening it, I see a pile of rotten guacamole on the side of my bowl. I had already left and wasn’t able to go back in to have it remade. The rice was rock hard and so salty. I thought I would be receiving fresh food especially since they were just starting to open for the day and instead, I must have received yesterday’s rotten left overs. Absolutely disgusting and the entire bowl was cold. Also the whole building is so dirty. From the floors to the bathrooms, you can tell this place does not get cleaned properly. Food and garbage all over the floors, tables, and counters. This place needs a major overhaul starting with the managers and staff. It doesn’t take a genius to know that rotten food should not be served.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in the USA, they have screwed up my to go order twice! Specified brown rice, no meat and guac. Bowl came with exactly the opposite- white rice, no guac, and meat. Who is running this place? They seriously need to get their vision checked.

It's getting so bad here it's almost comical. I would guess based on the last two months of orders, your chances of them having the ingredients you want, and then placing the correct ingredients in your order are 30%. When you go in at lunch you'll be standing with 10 other people wondering where their food is that was scheduled for pickup 15 minutes ago. Meanwhile the employees have 10 orders prepared and sitting on the line while they casually talk with each other. I have eaten at this location for years. It used to be great. I'm sure they are seeing an increase in orders as they seem to be slammed at lunch. They make a pile of meals and don’t bag them so everyone is waiting for meals that are ready. I'm sure it's hard to maintain service and quality when this happens. Just be prepared to play roulette on getting what you ordered when you ordered it for. Also the place is filthy. See attached picture.

Worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle the lady taking the order rushed us through the line and put the wrong ingredients on my entree. When I told her I didn't want the items she put on she picked them off and continued to serve it to me. Horrible service and the food looks like it was sitting on the line for hours. On top of that no one is washing their hands! Sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes and only saw one person wash their hands before preparing food.

Me and my coworker both placed over the counter orders, and the curly haired lady rushed us. She got BOTH orders wrong. Adding the wrong ingredients on, It’s filthy in here. The cashier is eating chips. The tables in the lobby are all dirty. The drink area is dirty. The people in the back are on phones, and have EarPods in. NO ONE Has washed their hands yet. I could go on, but it’s not necessary. I don’t do negative food reviews, but this was exceptional. At least the curly haired lady washed her hands after sweeping. Yay!!!

Place is a disorganized mismanaged mess. I've been here twice and never again, there's garbage and stuff everywhere all over the floor where the customer can see I can't imagine what the back looks like. Seem to be short staffed I would assume because there isn't a proper manager. Does anybody know the manager of this Chipotle? If you do please have them message me. Seriously how is this restaurant always getting the orders so wrong and the staff is so rude and unhelpful. Trust me I get how hard those jobs can be sometimes. I worked in a similar restaurant for over 10 years. I was even the manager for a few years of that restaurant. I understand mistakes happen. Tonight takes the cake for worst experiences at that I've had and I've had some bad ones there. The bag my food was in was dripping with sauce so as I walked out of the store it fell onto the sidewalk right by my car. Luckily it didn't spill anywhere so I just picked it up and put it in my car. But then they got the my order completely wrong. It's not a burrito. They gave me a bowl and the tortilla is the most overcooked tortilla I've ever had. I mean honestly, why did they even cook the tortilla? If I wasn't so frustrated and hungry, it'd be hilarious. Seriously, if you saw it on a TV show you'd be laughing at that poor guy's luck.

Chipotle has done down hill and this place especially. Came with wife for lunch and she ordered the tacos. The guy tried to make the tacos in the burrito bowl and it was a big mess. My wife ordered a set of three tacos with different proteins. We expected her to be charged at most the highest of the three proteins, but we were charged as separate individual tacos which was more than the price for the most expensive protein. The price of individual tacos was not stated anywhere on the menu, so charging a higher than highest listed price is unfair. I tried asking the cashier and manager to change to set with highest cost protein but said he couldn’t. Could they just make up any price and we should pay it? They also did not have a taco tray and made the tacos and a burrito bowl, which was very awkward and a lot less food than burrito or bowl. I feel chipotle has gone way downhill since I first ate there many years ago and I doubt I will ever go back. I wouldn’t be surprised at this place is out of business if a few years. PS I contacted customer support as the chipotle reply suggests and received an unsatisfactory response. (ref:26082712). I’ll be eating at Qdoba Grill instead.

Every single time I go to this location I'm disappointed. Good thing there's a new location opening in Johnson City. Hopefully they'll train their workers to do a better job. The workers hate working there. They're always out of some thing. If I order online the food is always cold and they always leave items of my order out. I just ordered online, sat there for 10 mins as they made it, drove 5 min home and the food was ice cold and they left a bunch of items out. I ordered double meat and they barely gave me any. No lettuce, or veggies. When you order online they get lazy and never actually give you what you want.
