Went here for the unlimited salad, soups and breadsticks. Went for lunch and me and my boyfriend enjoyed it. Simple filling lunch idea and option. Make sure you refill the salad then get a to go container they do charge 7$ for a to go if you ask ... but getting a refill of the salad leaving it then getting the containers will cost you nothing. Something to think about. Overall an enjoyable experience, good food. Staff was decent and attentive.

We arrived with a group of 16 people including two wheelchairs and they found room for us with no problem. They sat us in a small room off to the side with a waiter, Dylan dedicated to our group. He was friendly, patient and extremely attentive in waiting on our group. The food was excellent as always.

Olive garden is a great bargain for food and price. For 40$ I can take my wife and son there no issues and leave happy and full. Most fast food places cost me over 30$ now. So to be able to go out to eat for 10$ more is a great deal. Service is normally quick and polite.

Danielle W was the best waitress my wife and I have ever had. I cannot say enough nice things about her. We were exhausted with all 3 kids and she was an absolute joy and helped us survive the meal. She is amazing.

Placed my order a half hour prior to pickup. I arrived and called the number then waited roughly 10 min. The young lady stated they have her the won't info so that was the cause for the wait. Otherwise, it was a seamless order and pickup. The food was great as always.

What can I say about the Olive garden except that it's an amazing place, very wonderful warm and inviting atmosphere. the food was to die for and the service was amazing our waiter Chris, was not only a waiter but also the bartender and he made our drinks to perfection and had service with a smile at all times, was more than willing to ask us whenever we need anything or done with anything Yes even though the dishes may be a little pricey but that's the expected with the cons of living and everything going up anyway but still Olive garden is an immaculate place to definitely eat at and you can most certainly bring your kids there.

The restaurant is very nice. Much nicer than I expected. The place was very clean and orderly. Our server was excellent. She was very friendly and professional and made sure we were happy at all times without being a pest. She gets an A+. The 6oz. Sirloin was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I cant eat pasta so they had veggies to substitute. The price was excellent for the food and service. I would definitely go back.

It was one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant locally. The staff was great, the waitress was a pleasure to have and very attentive to us. Fast service and excellent food. The atmosphere was great. We could hear each other talk without having to raise our voices to be heard. There were six of us, and nobody left hungry! Prices are very reasonable. It was a pleasurable and fun family dining experience. Almost forgot! You have to try the chocolate brownie lasagna desert, It's awsome !

Went there for the Veterans Day free meals choices offered to veterans of the armed forces (specific menu for that). I was greeted with a smile, promptly seated and attended to, and verbally given the soup choices for the evening. I ended getting the chicken parmesan with spaghetti for the main meal (with garlic bread included). It was perfectly cooked and had just the right texture (tasted great). The waiter was very friendly, professional, and hospitable. Thank You Olive Garden for remembering the Veterans and accommodating us even during a very busy evening. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner date night.

Olive Garden offers a wonderful dining experience — delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal with family or friends. However, the furniture and overall design feel a bit outdated. I would have loved to see a fresher, more modern touch to match the quality of the food. A more visually appealing, updated interior would make the restaurant even more inviting. Still, the flavors and service keep me coming back.

I had fettuccini Alfredo with crispy chicken and broccoli, excellent. It looked like a small amount but I was full when done eating. My wife had a combo something and she gave me the chicken parmesan portion of her meal. It was crisp and perfectly cooked. Loved it!

we haven't been in here since covid - but the food was incredible, portions were huge, kids sizes were big as well, definitely well worth the money! our waitress Aaliyah was beyond amazing, was able to keep conversation going and we never had to ask for anything! - we will definitely be back. thanks for an amazing experience, it's not very often you get that often anymore! **update 5/24 we went in tonight and our waiter was absolutely amazing incredible his name was Dan H. he was funny and carried on conversations. the portions of our food was still more then enough we took it all home with us. we all tried different foods tonight (I didn't take photos but the food was incredible) thank you!

The food was delicious. We had the never-ending pasta dish. I will say if you really like a certain pasta dish, order it first as you start with a large dish of it. The second course is smaller. Pasta is hard as it fills you fast. Great dinner though with the family. Waitress was spot on. Never empty drink glass, and she kept the breadstick basket full.

Food was good, service was good. No longer the "I have to dress nice for this dining experience." Price is getting out of hand for 3 adults 1 kids meal for pasta. Very nice service there I order a steak it was over done but they remade it. I wanted sweet tea they said all they had was unsweetened but the went out of his way to get me a sweet tea. I can say that if your looking for good food and respectful service you have to go there.

We have found the olive garden is a restaurant for an ultra consistent experience. And this time we were not disappointed. A great atmosphere and delicious food for the family. Instead bringing water. Too much sugar. We all agreed that was a brilliant decision. And I hope she saw our appreciation in the tip. One thing though that set me back was the hostess who brought us to our table was wearing a black mask. It seemed so out of place and reminiscent of a darker time that has, thank God passed. From A glitch in what was a wonderful evening.

The atmosphere and vibe are very good, staffs are completely polite, the place is lovely, but, dishes and forks,… were not clean!!!! that was disgusting!! About Food quality:the meal was not fresh especially chicken parmigiana ! The hot coffee was not hot and tasted stale ! The tiramisu was good in taste but it was not fresh as well. There was a tablet on the desk for online order and playing game, I played some games on it, but surprisingly they have charged me on the bill for playing game !!! It was weird !!!! In short, compared to the food quality this place is expensive in my opinion !

Very nice and clean place. The service was wonderful. Our waitress dropped a bunch of dirty dishes walking back to the kitchen and after a few minutes she came back with a great attitude. We weren't left waiting forever. We truly appreciated her professionalism because we had our 2yr old and waiting isn't his thing. Don't hesitate to eat at this Olive Garden.

Server was over run and we barely saw her when at our table and had to go to the bar ourselves just to get a glass for my beer. She was very nice and apologetic, but was in need of some help from others. Food took forever and was average and a sign that things in the kitchen were an issue. Fortunately I was mot in a rush and I would go back again, but if it happens again…I will rethink going back. Also we had to wait for 20 mins, but the restaurant was no where near full….so this further confirms my suggestion of staffing problems. This was on the Sunday before memorial day.

I usually don’t like restaurants soup because they are all too salty for me, but their soup is quite good, not as salty as others. Their food are all great!

So sad that all my fav menu items are gone and the only ricotta pasta u can get is lasagna 😭 my ravioli were so greasy like it was coated in butter. But my server was amazing and I couldn't have asked for anyone better ♥️♥️

Very good food and server. The place is beautiful. The only thing that made it four stars was the hostess, she was very rude to my grandmother who has a walker and was rude to another elderly man with a cane I don’t know what her problem was but a smile would’ve been great at lease 4 stars.

Olive Garden typically has a well maintained atmosphere, food, and service. As any other business, if its busy just remain patient. Even during heavy occupied times of the day you'll still receive good customer service.

Food was great once received. There was a long wait and our waitress cared more about talking to her friends then assisting us so this was a 2 hour experience. Great bread sticks. I recommend the chicken gnocchi soup. Restaurant seating can be tricky sometimes overly crowded.

My wife and I realize it is not a four star restaurant, but being seated and waiting over 10 minutes for a waitress, but watching them look at us and walk by and stand by the kitchen door was not a good start..We ordered seafood marinara and seafood elfredo,sauce was good but it seemed they forgot some of the main part of the dish "seafood". It's not the worst. We left full but unsatisfied with service and cost...56 bucks for noodles and salad..

Stoped here recently for the first time. Had a great experience and nice waiter. He told us if we couldn’t eat our second bowl of soup, he would package it for us. That was fine as we are older and don’t have large appetites. Today we stopped again. The waitress said that wasn’t possible, they were cutting back, and she would get in trouble. What is the difference, if you eat the soup there or take it home. I know it wasn’t her fault, but our experience was disappointing. Don’t know if we will come for lunch again.

I haven't come across one of these establishments that stick out among the rest. It's a corporation, what can you expect right? First, our server was a champion. Down to earth, social and overall FRIENDLY. Second, the system to their service is immaculate. Your server is covered 2x over with a backup and a supervisor to just make sure the restaurant is running at full potential. The only downfall is the some of the prices are a bit unreasonable. Take for instance, I ordered the ravioli carbonara and added crispy chicken for I believe a price of $3.99-$4.99?.... now I received what looked like a tender and a half sliced to cover my entree. This dish is also supposed to come with bacon. Now, the flavor of bacon was there don't get me wrong, but the 2 1 1/2 slivers I got was pretty much unacceptable. Keep in mind that progressively over time, things cost more, but there's no improvement. It's inevitable. Wish it wasn't, but it is. Other than that, it was a good experience because it all starts with service. Service was Grade A. Excellent attention to detail too! Thank you Squad, we will be back!

I took my son here because this used to be my favorite restaurant growing up and I had not been in a while, sadly, the food was awful. Olive Garden is just not what it used to be... The Green Apple Sangria, however, was magnificent! The service, on the other hand, was great! Our waitress was attentive and very kind to my son and I! Only reason I rated 3 stars. I wish I remembered the waitress' name!

I ordered delivery tonight for my daughter and I. When I received the order her drink was spilled all over the bottom of the bag and it was quite the mess to clean up. Just a suggestion to keep the drinks out of the bags especially since they are already taped close for safety precautions being that it’s delivery. Although the food is always pretty good, I was a little disappointed when I realized that the chicken fritta that I added as an extra side with the pasta for 4.50 was stuffed into the pasta container. The extras really should be added on the side since it takes away about half the space where pasta would have been filled and the sauce was poured on top of the chicken so the pasta underneath didn’t get coded with any sauce. Overall disappointed with it and won’t be adding any extras again. I don’t think it’s fair to pay extra when it’s taking away from the portion of pasta that you receive. On top of all of that, the most important part was that the chicken tenders I ordered for my toddler had a large tendon in it and she choked, thankfully she was able to spit it back up and grab it out of her mouth but she then got nervous about continuing to eat them and wouldn’t finish her dinner. I think it’s pretty important to make sure tendons are removed especially when it’s offered as a kids option due to safety concerns.

I ended up getting one of their specials and had balsamic vinaigrette and it was gross. The bread was terrible. The soup was good. The salad was pretty good but the main dishes were absolutely terrible

We went for dinner last night and arrived at 6:15. Even though I did the virtual check-in ahead of time and we were next on the list, we waited 15 minutes to sit. Then we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We were there with a toddler who luckily stayed chill through the long wait. My seafood Alfredo only had shrimp in it, and none of my husband's never-ending pasta bowls were actually what he ordered. The toddler was happy with his cheese ravioli. It'll be a long time before we come back here again. I should add that there were many empty tables, so it wasn't packed. The wait was ridiculous. They did give us free desserts and take home meals. But still, we shouldn't have had to be there until 7:30 when we arrived over an hour before.

After bringing the salad I asked for extra peppers that never came. After bringing the salad we were ready to order she told us to wait so she can go get our drinks. At one point we requested another server then said forget it because it had seem to be an issue. So we stuck with the poor service. James the manager didn't even bother to stop and check on our table. However we seen him greet and stop at every other table around us. Received our food. I asked for cayenne seasoning on the side. Had to remind her after bringing our food out. We weren't checked on throughout our meal. Both our drinks were empty. I ended up having to order another drink and my desert on the machine that was on the table. On my way out I asked to speak to a manager which James the same manager who was walking to every table but ours came up. I expressed my issues and how he didn't bother to stop and check on our table knowing there was an issue as he admitted her heard we wanted another server. His response was he seen me and my friend laughing he though everything was OK. I expressed to him that was us enjoying each other's company. Never once offered up an apology. All he said was thank you for brining that to my attention. At that I point I felt it was a race thing as bad as i didn't want to. We received poor service. He was aware of it. I brought it to his attention and couldn't even get a simple apology. Horrible manager and horrible service.

I was very disappointed with our visit. We were seated as soon as we arrived, but our server did not come to our table until 15-20 minutes after. In fact, another server noticed and came by to take out drink order while we continued to wait for our waiter. After we placed our order and the food arrived, only one of us got food and the other person did not. We only ordered soup and salad. Our visit should have only lasted about 35 minutes and we ended up being there more than an hour.

The slowest service ever! Waitress only had 3 tables, but there were times we wouldn't see her for 10 minutes. Took almost 30 min for the soup & salad to come out. Had to ask for the app (3 sauces) 3 times, was never offered. When finished, she gave us a ripped bag. I went to host station to get a new one. Stood there for 3 min and never saw an employee.

Used to be a decent option for average food. Gone way down hill. Orders messed up, had to wait for them to be fixed. Hardly any sauce on the pasta had to ask for extra and maybe got a couple tablespoons after that. Salad tasted freezer burnt. Coffee was cold. Packed us into a tiny booth at the bar even though there were lots of open spots in the other main dining areas. All the staff at the hostess stand did was talk badly about other customers loud enough for everyone in their vicinity to hear. We wont be back.

Amazing food. Never have had a problem here until I brought my significant other and son in. George was visibly upset that I was the only guest purchasing food, and not my other guests. He shook his head and rolled his eyes, as he walked away, after I mentioned that I would be the only one eating today. Sucks that this is the world we live in. He only cared about the total of his check, and not ensuring his guests were happy.

Went to dinner last night because we always liked the food here in the past. I got angel hair pasta with meat sauce and husband got chicken parmesan. Meat sauce had an old taste to it and the chicken parmesan didn't resemble the chicken parmesan we've had in the past. Seemed like it was a frozen compressed breast that when it was fried, tightened up and had a weird consistency. His meal was 21.99 for a bad chicken meal and mine was 14.99. Ice tea is 4.49. On the way home I guessed their markup was 300 percent and when I checked online it said 300-400 percent. I could make a delicious Parmesan for 1/4 of the cost with pasta, salad and drinks. They have truly gone downhill.

11:40 am I came in with my daughter to get a table for 5, my other pregnant daughter was arriving shortly with the rest of the party. We just wanted to get settled in, have a nice talk with a warm coffee & an appetizer while we waited for the rest of the crew. The Host refuses to seat us until all the party arrived. Said we could go to the bar to get a drink but they couldn't seat us because a table of 5 was more difficult to get or didn't have as many. Whatever. Restaurant was virtually empty. I'm a great customer, I've spent literally $1000's here for years, I always tip generously, yet Olive Garden in Vestal can't give me table to just grab some appetizers enjoy warm drinks, while I wait for my other daughter. Very inhospitable, Sad & rude Our waitress, Kimberly was wonderful. Food was par.

The waiter we had last night was terrible and we had such a horrible experience. Horrible service and won't be going back...3 of us ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks for 13.99...my daughter ordered the kids mac and cheese. She had a bite of her fathers salad while she waited for her food and we were told by the waiter it voided our unlimited salad ...for a single bite from a child. Not family friendly at all. He upset our little girl...Not only that but our son ordered the soup salad and bread and he didnt even eat the salad...Where is the logic in that?? The waiter cared more about the portion of food we were eating over the service being provided. We ended up not ordering another salad. We paid 13.99 each for 3 salads a few bowls of soup... Do not recommend or if you do go hopefully you dont get this guy...

2 days before Christmas and I took my family out for dinner 2 out of 4 dishes were very good. I got the Tour of Italy and it was so dry. I left 75% on my plate. My granddaughter got the Alfredo and it was also extermely dry. Never took a second bite. The waitress did not even ask why we weren't taking the food with us. I was extremely disappointed and won't go back. I believe she didn't ask is because she knew the answer and didn't want to deal with it. Lost a family of customers.

Didn’t even get drinks yet waited 25 minutes and got up and walked out and went to Outback Steak House instead. Got severed our food within 35 minutes! Absolute garbage customer service anymore! They need to stop hiring BU students and maybe someone around our vestal area that actually wants to work!

Service is great but management needs some addressing

Order ahead large catering order for pickup at a specific time. Gave restaurant 7 hours notice and was still 30min late. One staff member stated they have many large orders, and they are working hard to have the order done soon. A text message stated it would be done on time. However, no text received that it would be late. Some food was warm, not hot, so they were not able to get the timing correct.

Olive gardens look has gotten pretty run down and dirty. The walls are chipped, the ceiling tiles were out and it had an overall dirty feel lately. Additionally, we waited for a server to come to us for linger than 10 minutes and our food took over an hour to come out. It was not packed. I know places are understaffed but this was crazy. The salad was gross. It was wilty and just bad. I/we typically love to go here but this might be it for us - it was really gross all around from the cleanliness to the food.

Food great service great, but my dine in experience cost me 300$ for a new tire. Entrance has a huge pot hole that burst my tire. 🥲

The bread sticks were hard, pasta overcooked and barely any sauce (ordered the ravioli with Alfredo. Not impressed with the meal. They have gone downhill from the past

It's not the staff's fault but everything tastes exactly the same we ordered the shrimp in calamari appetizers and the pasta and it all tastes the same.msg?

We got a lunch size meal of spaghetti and meatballs. The portions was so small . I couldn't believe how small it was. Our ice tea and Pepsi was 3.99 each. Service was so so. We won't be back ever. Yuck 🤮 nothing tasted good.
