We stayed on Largo IV Marzo for a week and a half and ate out around here most nights. Two restaurants stood out and one was Bistrot Caffe della Basilica. The other was Casa Broglia. We had dinner twice at both of these - food, wine, service all really good. We also had lunch at Le Sorelle several times and recommend it.
Visited this Bistro as recommended by a friend and we loved it. The service and food were both exceptional with very reasonable prices + a fantastic wine list. Would recommend.

Delicious trattoria in the center of Turin, with a beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. We tried the vitello tonnato, the ravioli, the eggplant burger, the rigatoni, the octopus and we drank barbera by the glass. Everything was pleasant, good value for money.

I’ve been to Caffe della Basilica Bistrot three times (so far!) in the past month since arriving in Turin. While there are many outstanding dining options in Turin, this establishment has captured my heart (well, stomach!). The food is predominantly Piedmontese, with a few other dishes from other regions of Italy - no matter what you order, you will be pleased. Additionally, the staff couldn’t be nicer.
Monday 7pm not many places are open for an "early" dinner. This was. The pasta with sausage and walnut was great. Wine great. The female waitress who spoke some English was helpful .
Lovely atmosphere. High quality food, but not pretentious. Interesting desserts. Good for a romantic dinner.
Also in Downtown Turin, Italy. Not for for some of the museums and squares. Went here for dinner. The "vino" is exquisite. It's not a huge restaurant and there was only one person on the waitstaff and she managed extremely well. The restaurant is very popular and they speak the English language. The price is not cheap, but not that expensive either. The food is not the "tourist type" you'd expect elsewhere; this is traditional italian cuisine. Save room for dessert as there is a popular layered one with peaches on the bottom. Even the locals make reservations just for dessert. Buouno appetito! Ciao.

Nice and typical place where you can simply taste an excellen Italian coffee (espresso) or eat something (I suggest vitello tonnato). Prices slightly over the market. Kind staff. Essential menu. (Avg price 15-20 euro per person for lunch)
Incredible wine menu. One of my favorite wines is Barbera. Here, it’s like, which year? Rustic interior. Like exposed brick ceiling. Delicious menu. Costs a little bit. Like around 30 Euros. for lunch. Its drinks menu has cocktail and before diner drinks and after dinner drinks and liquors.

It was OK. Good service and not a tourist trap, but neither was it very tasty food. Perhaps knowing perfect italien will make it possible to order better food.
I don’t usually write bad reviews. But the food here was so bad that it merits it. After 3 days in Turin eating very well everywhere this was a bad surprise. The “hamburger” was a piece of meat with no taste with some white cheese on top. It was cold. The milanesa was full of bones. We left hungry and disappointed. If this reviews helps at least one other person to avoid this restaurant it will have served its purpose. The waiters were nice but the quality of the food was grotesque.
