Alvaro is the best employee I have ever seen at any burger king location I have ever been to. Kind, considerate, and on the money. Always friendly no mater what even when a lady was screaming at him about her cup of coffee on one of my visits to this location and he never lost his cool he just smiled and gave her what she wanted. Bravo to you kind sir and thank you for all you do.

Honestly one of the best overall burgers I've ever had in my entire life. I thought the most amazing day of my life was when my son was born, I got engaged to the love of my life, or when I achieved eagle scout, but I was about to find out that all those paled in comparison to the day I bit into a whopper. I literally started immediately crying, because it was the first time in my life I realized what uninhibited bliss felt like. I wept. It was beautiful. THANK YOU

Great staff very nice, helpful and place was clean Patty's we're cooked to perfection. The last location I was at ethier the equipment was acting up or it was the staffs wrong doing. But I got under cooked Patty's... or I've also received a hard as brick Patty where you can't bite into it it seem to me at that location there was no happy medium....But this one has never been bad I can't say anything about night crew but afternoon staff is very nice.

Bree working night shift provided us great customer service while I got my niece a late night meal. I've grown accustomed to horrible customer service from all fast food restaurants and this is the first time in year stopping at a BK. I guess we can't expect fast food workers to be enthused about their job. That's what I've experienced at this Burger King the few times I've visited. The lobby closes at 9:00pm, at least that's what it says on the door, but they lock the door at 8:45pm claiming they need time to clean the lobby. I've seen customers attempting to enter the lobby at 8:50pm thinking they made it before closing (9:00pm) only to find the door locked. I've arrived there at 8:44pm barely making it while the cashier was locking the door. I still got a dirty look from her. If corporate knew they were locking the door 15 minutes before closing time, the manager would be in trouble. They close the lobby early for personal reasons. Otherwise, they should put closing time at 8:45pm on the door instead of 9:00pm. EDIT: I went ahead and upgraded them from 3 stars to 5 stars because they are much better than before. New managers and new employees, that's why.

By far the best fast food experience I have had in a long time. Their service was FAST and they were very friendly. They kept the floors clean constantly, and even asked my family and I if we needed any napkins or sauces while we were eating at one of the tables. It's extremely rare to find this level of quality at a fast food establishment. Ont of the staff even gave my son a gift for his birthday. Truly incredible!!!!! Great job all around! Fantastic!!!

It is very rare that I would give such a good rating to a fast food establishment, but my service today was excellent. I was greeted by the wonderful Robbie who was extremely pleasant. Her customer service was exceptional and made for a pleasant dining experience. The dining room was clean, and the soda machine was in good working order and was clean. My whopper on the outer hand basically fell apart.

Normally i wouldn’t review a Burger King. But Robbie the lady with the blue hair is incredibly down to earth and extremely caring. She was spot cleaning the restaurant and made sure everything was good. Love people like her!

I went through the drive through and Sherlyne met me at the window. She was so kind and pleasant and even took time to compliment my ring. The food came in less than 3 minutes and was very hot and really good. I had the breakfast croissant and hash browns. What a great experience!! I look forward to coming here again. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Robbie. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was a joy to talk to her. Let me just say Onion Rings++ Fries+ Whopper Jr.+ Chicken Fries+++ Honestly an experience I don’t have most of the time. Happy for the surprise!

The staff here is really good and friendly this is my go-to Burger King for a quick bite or to sit in a quiet place for lunch. I can eat and get computer work done at the same time. I usually send my order in through the mobile app and it's ready when I get there. I do like their new hot apple pie and their steakhouse Whopper.

The 5 is of course as far as fast food goes I'm not saying that it's "favorite restaurants name here" but as far as Burger King 👑 goes this is probably one of the best ones I've been to in my 44 years here on our little blue planet 🌎 the veggies were crisp and the burger flamed grilled as advertised. The burger wasn't sloppy until I made a mess of it eating like an ex-con that's been dreaming of a Whopper for the last 10 yrs!! Like if I dreamed of a Whopper while being in the joint for 10 yrs this is definitely the burger king you want to come to. Hell I even ordered a rodeo burger and wait for this one. The darn Onion rings were nice and crispy!! Like the commercial type ish. Those onion rings were fresher than Bucs on a bye week!! And don't tell them but they got my order 100% correct the 1st time!! Should be a model for the rest of the Burger King's!! Thanks for restoring my fast food hopes and dreams!!

I want to give a shout out to a woman named Lynne who works here. She's hard working and definitely the most active and productive employee on staff. Lynne has a great attitude and is constantly helping out customers, making food and making sure the lobby stays clean. The food here is not good, but Lynne is the only reason this place is getting 4 stars. Give this woman a raise and a vacation.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. It seems as if they could have hired a little more staff, but for the staff they did have, was very well managed. Everyone had a job to do and they all did what they were supposed to and was able to handle the steady stream of customers with no issue. McDonald's can learn from this store.

The food was great, ordered on the app prices totals are different and coupons don't work. Ended up paying regular price so, best to just order at restaurant or use paper coupons. Glad we decided to try BK, best spicy chicken sandwich out here. It's crunchy and actually spicy and looks like it's picture (big). We've tried Popeyes and McDonald's but not KFC yet.

I'm sorry,but the food isn't actually that good😭 But the service and atmosphere is amazing!! The food is garbage. Ngl,the mozzarella fries and Hershey's Pie was the only good thing there. To begin with,The milkshakes make me throw up. And I'm not even joking The bacon burger was disappointing The Fish Burger was Disgusting The Fries are good but they aren't the best fries. Need I go on? The service is the best tho! Also the Atmosphere was good.

My order was taken quickly, the food was made fast and was good. There was and extremely bad smell from trash and streaks across the floor where it had recently been drug out. There was a leak in the roof and water was drilling in to the dining area. The manager was cleaning the mess from the trash and was disappointed and apologetic about the leak in the roof. All in all just another fast food experience.

Honestly, the workers were nice. The ONLY thing I had was that the receipts dont have transaction numbers for some reason. Also, (this totally wasnt any of the workers fault) my brother left his bag of food on the counter since we were in a rush so, I guess someone got free food.

This place is good if you go inside to get your food. I only gave it 3 stars due to the wait in the drive through as well as the white guy who used my credit card to buy stuff thinking it wouldn't be noticed, but 3 stars also cause when you go inside the people I deal with are great.

The service was quick enough at the drive thru, but the Whoppers (Two for$5 ) weren't as fresh as they could have been and there was no, " Thank You " at the end. I feel that a customer should always be thanked for their business because without customers there's no business, without a business there's no job, and without a job; there's no paycheck . Big Problem ! When I was in Customer Service; I always thanked our customers and let them know they are appreciated. After all, they could have easily gone to our competition; just like I could've just gone to McDonald's.

The employees are nice, but the last two times I was there, the broiler wasn't working. I ended up ordering chicken sandwiches, not bad. When I wanted to have a sit in meal today, I asked if I could use the WiFi there. And they told me that it wasn't working. Who ever is in charge there, needs to fix things.

I stood in line for ten minutes. No one greeted me or said I'll be with you in a minute. They just looked at the line and kept packing drive thru orders. The counter lady was nice, but I didn't get the honey mustard I asked for. I ordered two burgers and a fry and drink with a coupon. I waited another 7-8 minutes for my order to come out. The lady asked if I was dining in or to go and I said dine in. I still got my food in a bag. I went to sit down and just about every table had an issue. Salt on tables from previous customers or sticky. There were about 5 tables worth of people dining in and 5 or 6 other people waiting in line. They just didn't have it together. Food was alright.

Okay, take it for the day we went. We order Via the online app. Makes getting the right order in a timely fashion happen ---- Most of the Time. This time not so much. 26 minutes in a drive-thru is unacceptable. 10 minutes behind 1 vehicle at the window waiting on their order. They finally get theirs and move on. The worker hands out 2 drinks no straws and closes the window. No one was around the window for another 15 minutes. My order gets handed to me and I ask for the manager. 2 more minutes she arrives. I started the long wait is unacceptable and the very unprofessional. At no point was I told it was going to be a long wait, I had paid and was held hostage due to not receiving my order and NO contact from staff. Manager " Sorry" in a not-so-reassuring tone. I said you have 5 people working plus yourself. Your manager skills are underwhelming. Manager "What would you like?" I'd like for you to great the 4+ vehicles behind me yourself explain the delay and get the staff motivated to get the orders out faster to have a better reputation. Usually, it's been a good experience, have to do this review for this instance because it happen and others should know.

To be honest, this is one of the worst BKs I’ve ever been to. I have been here at least 25 times since it’s opened. The wait times are so ridiculous. One time the drive-through was full so I went inside. I was the only person at the counter and it still took me 13 minutes to have my order taken. But this previous Sunday actually wasn’t bad. There was one car in front of me and it only took me nine minutes to get my one burger I ordered in the drive-through. It seemed cold but what can I say. Their biggest issue appears just to be staffing they don’t have enough people and I understand they’re not busy at Burger King so how many people can we have working but with Service like that I only go when I’m desperate or need my whopper fix

If you advertise that your sandwich comes on a grilled/toasted bun; and you have pictures of the sandwich all over your store of your sandwich on a grilled bun, why the heck is the bun not grilled when you serve it? I give BK staff credit because the dining room and ladies' bathroom were clean...even the drink station. The fries were served hot and crispy. But, why can't I get that Frisco Melt sandwich with a grilled/toasted bun?

She didn't hear that I asked for 2 & I was going to go ahead & pay for the second but the way she spoke to me I told her well I ordered 2 but I'll just keep this 1 then I left. Every time I go in this place they are understaffed severely. Every time I've been in here this is at different times of the day, there's no ice in either the drink machine, this last time I was here they were only a half a dozen drinks available. This is all coming from being understaffed and results in a very low level of customer service. The food is good, but it's a lot of hassle eating here. I also witnessed arguments with customers about the order being wrong multiple times with the same customer. Again this is caused by being understaffed.

Drive thru experience: staff had no idea what they were doing. I’ve been asked 3 times what drink i wanted, which i said clearly all 3 times. Service was not good at all. The staff was sadly interrupted with our patronage and were handing out drink cups Knowing that the only thing in the multi flavor machines was sweet tea. Stop at this BK 2times in a week for Breakfast. No line both times. Each time my food order was wrong. The order was repeated back correctly but the food wasn’t prepared correctly. Please check your food at the window the moment you receive it. Both times I was stuck at work hungry until 2pm. Wasn’t happy.

My car was one of very few other cars, and it took somewhere around 10 minutes to get a single breakfast sandwich and black coffee. I’m not a frequent fast food restaurant goer, but when I do get fast food, it’s for the convenience of its namesake, which this Burger King is not. Would recommend holding out for the numerous other fast food restaurants in the area if you’re craving a delicious and speedy diabetes inducing meal.

This morning i sat in your drive-thru for over 10 minutes after 5 ( this BK opens at 5am) to which no one came to. I drove around to see if anyone was inside. An employee saw me. So I drove back around to the drive thru. I again sat for another 3 minutes or so to which no one came to take the order. I gave up at 15 minutes after 5. This place opens at 5am so i can see 5 minutes late but no one came to the drive thru for 15 minutes AND one of your employees saw me when I pulled around. Really bad service doing the one job and service that's open at 5am at this restaurant.

Every single one star review you see is the true definition of this store and its workers. Not only is the manager a childish unprofessional, the entire establishment could care less about customer service. Avoid this BK if you actually want to be treated like a human being. Corporate needs to step in and actually show their workers how they should treat customers.

The customer service clerk acted as if they didn't want to work or take my order. When I finally sat down to eat there was a smell of urine in the lobby I couldn't finish the food. This Burger King needs work. Cleanliness !

Employee named Destiny replied to a customer that asked "why is it taking so long"... Destiny replies "if you don't like come behind counter and make it yourself".... That is amazing customer service. Don't recommend at lunchtime, at least the lobby maybe drive-thru...... Never again will I visit this location...

The drive thru is extremely slow. They have one person who prepares food and bags it. The lady handing food to the customer is not friendly at all. THIS STORE IS A JOKE. New manager hasn’t hired new people. When you called the lady answers and is rude. SPENT 20 mins in drive thru... WTH.

Unacceptable!!! So I order a simple meal....which I had to wait 5 minutes for in a drive-thru. The wait time didnt bother as much as the fact that all my food was cold....i can literally count how much lettuce i had on my burger which is three little pieces. When I call to complain, the manager there is asking me what I want him to do. Ain't he the manager? Why i gotta tell him what to do to resolve the issue? Regardless he wanted to me come back but I only have a short lunch and couldnt return. He could have at least taken my name but he didn't want to unless I came back same day. So much for having it your way huh Burger King!!

The attention is very bad, the manager throws the products in the trays of the meals, what one asks for from the menu does not serve you but what they want. The soda machine has almost no flavors and the ones that have them are flat. I do not recommend this burger king

Whoever is taking orders on the drive through at 8:40pm on 4/20/23 is completely useless. I left without even finishing my order because I can't handle her COMPLETE inability to listen to my request if it isn't the answer to the next question on her screen. No wonder this place is dead.

Didn't go to chick-fil-a because the line was too long but, I regret it! I think they gave me french fries that have been sitting at the bottom of their tray for hours because all of them were stale, old and tasteless. I know Burger King serves one of the best fries out there so I'm surprised to taste old fries. This is why the Chick-fil-a next door to you has long lines while there was nobody at your restaurant. 🤢

Me and my friend and my girlfriend went through the drive thru and the person at the second window was EXTREMELY rude when i asked to add something to the order. Complaining that she's was tired of people adding to the order in the the drive thru when clearly she cut us off when we where trying to add more to the order i will never be going back to this god aweful burger king for that reason. Second time I had to pull out of the drive-through because the employee couldn’t comprehend the English language, and this was an American, I told her I didn’t want mayonnaise or sauce on a chicken sandwich and she proceeded to tell me it doesn’t come with mayonnaise or a sauce. I was rushed through drive-through I asked for a minute to figure out my order in before a minute had even past I had three different people asking me what I wanted even though I had no time to figure out what I wanted I ordered a whopper meal thinking I couldn’t go wrong there. 20 minutes from the time I ordered at the drive thru to the time I got my food at the window. There was only one car ahead of me when I ordered. Even when it was my turn at the window I sat there for 5+ waiting on food. It was not crowded.

I only go there when i am desprately need a bite, but I pay for it in wait time. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to place my order and there was only one person ahead of me. The dining room is always closed. The sandwich i ordered was a microwaved squished up ball that was too hot to eat.

Customer in front of me in the drive-thru lane had about 10 meals ordered. Instead of asking them to park and wait since it was a large order, I sat in the drive-thru for nearly 10 minutes. By the time I got to the window there was at least 7 cars behind me! Not at all acceptable. Then, I reached for a fry on my way out of the drive-thru and of course it was ice cold. I wasted precious time during a 30 minute lunch! Oh, and there was no ketchup, nobody even asked if I wanted any, and the girl at the window was such a smart a** telling me "you didn't have to wait", you are right. I will NEVER wait or visit this location again (Tampa, Dale Mabry @ Columbus. Will be contacting corporate that's how ticked off I was!

This Burger King seriously needs an ENTIRE overhaul. The manager today was literally sitting in the back doing nothing while the rest of the restaurant walked out. There were over 8 customers standing waiting for their orders and meals to be taken and given. This manager is literally sitting here screaming at his employees in front of customers as I’m typing. Cussing and all!!!! He was upset at the fact that he had to leave the office from doing absolutely nothing. I feel terrible for everyone that has ever gotten food from here. The lady tonight was Absolutely horrendous This is aug 7th at 9:52 pm. My husband and I came from a very long trip and was very hungry. We stopped at this location early in the morning but their was a mix somewhere. We was too tired to call it in, so rested call called about 40 minutes ago. The lady we spoke with was very rude when we asked her to look up our order so we can get it replaced. She got very agitated, and so did my husband. She said and to call in the morning, so we asked for a refund, she said no again and hung up on my husbands face. So he called back and asked her to look up the card we used as that leaves a record of our purchase, she no and hung up again. My called back, only this time he was a little upset. He explained that it’s a shame, all the schooling, money spent for College and you can’t access a Burger King register or flip a proper burger. She said we should watch how we spend our money! And hung up again, Like that’s her concern. My husband went their in person and told her how one representative of a large franchise (Burger King) could ruin that locations reputation and ruin business for everyone. The guy in the morning who took our order was nothing less then a gentleman. It was a simple mistake that a Moran took to the next level. This is not a review, this is a message to the owner. I want my money back, my food replaced, and her fired. Until then, this message will as warning to everyone who wants eat without wasting their money. My food was wrong, the service was wrong, the compensation was none existent, the night staff is terrible, and just hate their jobs. Please drive the extra 3 blocks to a better location. Please don’t wast your time or hard earned money here. It will only upset you to the point of going to sleep hungry in frustration. Not a good feeling. Good night.

Ordered online at 11:38pm. Money withdrawn from my account. Arrived at 11:40pm. No acknowledgement at drive thru. Drove up to the window. Finally an employee saw me at 11:52 and said they close the kitchen at 11:30pm. Their hours via the app show until midnight. I asked how do I cancel the order for a refund, employee and manager said they don’t know. They just wanted to go home early... that’s fine... then disable online ordering and close the drive thru if that’s the case. Had to deal with BK corporate to get my money back because they couldn’t believe one of their stores closes before the advertised time....

I use to live in this area a long time ago and have passed this particular BK many times on my way to the airport. Tonight I should have passed this BK and found a different place to eat. First, the shake machine wasn't working. Before I could choose another beverage, the lady gave me my total. I had to ask could I order a drink with my 2-for-$5 Jr. Whopper. When I drove to the window, the young woman asked if I wanted ketchup. I said yes. As I drove away, I put my hand in the bag and felt something cold. I thought you it was the ketchup. Wrong. It was the whopper Jr.'s. I was livid! I would have turned around, but I would have had to make two loop-arounds. Columbus and Dale Mabry are not easy streets to navigate. The whoppers were sloppy and the wrappers on the burgers were crinkled- like the burgers were re-wrapped. The entire experience was a total turn off!

The worst service I have ever received, I have never been so disrespected. I pulled up into the drive through, Barbara, I believe the name on our receipt, was very pushy, rude and we felt very rushed, there was 6 of us, I couldn’t get a full sentence out before she interrupted me about the size or if “is that all?” I felt pressured to conclude my order but did not realize only 5 of us ordered. We had to start another tab and then when we get to the window to pay, the tone they used was very hush hush and to hurry out of their window. They then asked me to read out the drinks for them which I did to only get the hush finger and a closed window. We asked for ranch to eat with our meal and she then tell us it is “in the bag” which we check there was not any, she aggressively went to grab ranch and said “here!”. We went home and did not received the cookies we ordered.

Went to this Burger King and didn’t get the correct order and I repeated myself several times. I attempted to redeem a code and it showed I redeemed it on my phone and when I got to the window they never mentioned that there was an issue until I questioned it. They said they couldn’t redeem it on their end but never mentioned any issue. The food was also cold. They didn’t try to resolve the issue when the coupon clearly redeemed on my phone on my end.

Went and got my food and went over to eat it and the girl tells me that the lobby is closed and that I need to leave, since I came in just before they close the Lobby. Didn’t apologize and wasn’t polite about it. Just looked at me like I was stupid trying to eat my food in there. After I left and was eating my food outside, and I saw someone else go into the store. I’m assuming they just didn’t want me eating in there because the door was still open after I had left and other people were going in.

I came with my family on 11/17/2024. Was told first by host according to my receipt named Robbie that she was not going take my order yet per the manager on duty named Maria because the screen was full. I really did not understand what that had to do with ordering my food since in past years I had work for Burger King and I know that it doesn’t matter if screen is full my order could be taken. I acknowledged her weird request. Finally my order was taken and receipt is stamped at 7:07pm and my order was given to me around 7:35pm. But one thing I will not tolerate is awful customer service and acting like you provide 5 star customer service. I will not recommend this place and will not be bringing my $$ here again. Thank you Robbie for asking me if I spoke English when you took my order and know I did.

Crown on top.... As I pull away, she says to someone inside... F- that old white F-en azzWhole. Just great experience. Tried to call Miami corp, but no way past the roboswitchboard. No one seems to care.

On March 26th I placed an order that was picked up by my wife at 11:30am. It was just for a fiery wrap and two cookies. At around 3pm she started getting sick and at 5pm was having serious food poisoning symptoms and had to go home, and contact her doctor. She was off sick for 3 days and the doctor had given her antibiotics, she hadn't had anything else to eat that day, so was clearly the wrap. I contacted customer support just to report the issue, I got no response for days, until I left a Google review, then suddenly a manager called Denise, I think her last name was Anderson. She asked for specific information, I gave her what I could but said she'd really have to call my wife for specific doctor and insurance information, she wasn't interested in taking her contact information and seemed more concerned with the review I'd left. Anyway, she said she was sending the information somewhere, and I'd be contacted soon, and I agreed to remove the review. A month later and no one contacted me, so clearly it was all about their precious rating on Google, well the review is back. I wouldn't eat here, clearly they have some issues with cleanliness of the food or place, and if you do get poisoned, they're not going to care. A weird approach to take honestly, because at eventually someone will end up seriously ill or dead, and then they'll have a huge lawsuit, but I guess to Burger King that's not as bad as a one star review on Google.

I stopped in this location to grab a sandwich, and use the restroom. After receivingmy order, I asked one of the workers if I needed a key for the restroom, or is it locked because someone is in there. She replied extremely rude by saying " you see me doing something, you're going to just have to wait.". I run 2 very successful Vietnamese restaurants that have been open for more than 15 years and I never once have I treated or talked to a customer whose come into to MY location and made them feel the way she did. My order would had taken less than 5 minutes and less than 2 to make, that she didn’t even have to make. Very disrespectful and I will keep posting everyday until I know something has been done with this employee. An employee whose hair is almost touching the floor, no hair net? An employee whose grabbing fresh food with no glove, health hazard? But my scooter with an empty restaurant was the problem today. Please help me make it make sense. And not that it matters anymore but just to let you know how simple my order was it was a value fry for my daughter. Something that should have took no more than 5 minutes took me 15 with disrespect, rude service, and smack talking in front of my 9 year old.
