I guess we can't expect fast food workers to be enthused about their job. That's what I've experienced at this Burger King the few times I've visited. The lobby closes at 9:00pm, at least that's what it says on the door, but they lock the door at 8:45pm claiming they need time to clean the lobby. I've seen customers attempting to enter the lobby at 8:50pm thinking they made it before closing (9:00pm) only to find the door locked. I've arrived there at 8:44pm barely making it while the cashier was locking the door. I still got a dirty look from her. If corporate knew they were locking the door 15 minutes before closing time, the manager would be in trouble. They close the lobby early for personal reasons. Otherwise, they should put closing time at 8:45pm on the door instead of 9:00pm. EDIT: I went ahead and upgraded them from 3 stars to 5 stars because they are much better than before. New managers and new employees, that's why.
By far the best fast food experience I have had in a long time. Their service was FAST and they were very friendly. They kept the floors clean constantly, and even asked my family and I if we needed any napkins or sauces while we were eating at one of the tables. It's extremely rare to find this level of quality at a fast food establishment. Ont of the staff even gave my son a gift for his birthday. Truly incredible!!!!! Great job all around! Fantastic!!!
It is very rare that I would give such a good rating to a fast food establishment, but my service today was excellent. I was greeted by the wonderful Robbie who was extremely pleasant. Her customer service was exceptional and made for a pleasant dining experience. The dining room was clean, and the soda machine was in good working order and was clean. My whopper on the outer hand basically fell apart.
Normally i wouldn’t review a Burger King. But Robbie the lady with the blue hair is incredibly down to earth and extremely caring. She was spot cleaning the restaurant and made sure everything was good. Love people like her!

I went through the drive through and Sherlyne met me at the window. She was so kind and pleasant and even took time to compliment my ring. The food came in less than 3 minutes and was very hot and really good. I had the breakfast croissant and hash browns. What a great experience!! I look forward to coming here again. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Robbie. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was a joy to talk to her. While waiting for my food, she greeted every customer that walked in and said bye to every customer that left. One customer was surprised when she remembered their name. Great customer service.
I think this is the best Burger King in town. Not a fan of the chain but every time I have gotten food here I wonder why I don't go here more often.

The best experience placing a catering order by far. I place the order very last minute for a work event. But no worries at all, Destiny and her team did a phenomenal job. The food was amazing, everything on time for pick up, and no details were overlooked. Thank you to all people involved and Destiny for the great customer service.

Went to go get lunch and i had the best experience with Maria. She was so nice and quick and the best at making ice cream cones😋. Would recommend anyone to go there especially to see her. Great job!!!

The staff here is really good and friendly this is my go-to Burger King for a quick bite or to sit in a quiet place for lunch. I can eat and get computer work done at the same time. I usually send my order in through the mobile app and it's ready when I get there. I do like their new hot apple pie and their steakhouse Whopper.

Like if I dreamed of a Whopper while being in the joint for 10 yrs this is definitely the burger king you want to come to. Hell I even ordered a rodeo burger and wait for this one. The darn Onion rings were nice and crispy!! Like the commercial type ish. Those onion rings were fresher than Bucs on a bye week!! And don't tell them but they got my order 100% correct the 1st time!! Should be a model for the rest of the Burger King's!! Thanks for restoring my fast food hopes and dreams!!

I'm sorry,but the food isn't actually that good😭 But the service and atmosphere is amazing!! The food is garbage. Ngl,the mozzarella fries and Hershey's Pie was the only good thing there. To begin with,The milkshakes make me throw up. And I'm not even joking The bacon burger was disappointing The Fish Burger was Disgusting The Fries are good but they aren't the best fries. Need I go on? The service is the best tho! Also the Atmosphere was good.
I stood in line for ten minutes. No one greeted me or said I'll be with you in a minute. They just looked at the line and kept packing drive thru orders. The counter lady was nice, but I didn't get the honey mustard I asked for. I ordered two burgers and a fry and drink with a coupon. I waited another 7-8 minutes for my order to come out. The lady asked if I was dining in or to go and I said dine in. I still got my food in a bag. I went to sit down and just about every table had an issue. Salt on tables from previous customers or sticky. There were about 5 tables worth of people dining in and 5 or 6 other people waiting in line. They just didn't have it together. Food was alright.
Okay, take it for the day we went. We order Via the online app. Makes getting the right order in a timely fashion happen ---- Most of the Time. This time not so much. 26 minutes in a drive-thru is unacceptable. 10 minutes behind 1 vehicle at the window waiting on their order. They finally get theirs and move on. The worker hands out 2 drinks no straws and closes the window. No one was around the window for another 15 minutes. My order gets handed to me and I ask for the manager. 2 more minutes she arrives. I started the long wait is unacceptable and the very unprofessional. At no point was I told it was going to be a long wait, I had paid and was held hostage due to not receiving my order and NO contact from staff. Manager " Sorry" in a not-so-reassuring tone. I said you have 5 people working plus yourself. Your manager skills are underwhelming. Manager "What would you like?" I'd like for you to great the 4+ vehicles behind me yourself explain the delay and get the staff motivated to get the orders out faster to have a better reputation. Usually, it's been a good experience, have to do this review for this instance because it happen and others should know.
To be honest, this is one of the worst BKs I’ve ever been to. I have been here at least 25 times since it’s opened. The wait times are so ridiculous. One time the drive-through was full so I went inside. I was the only person at the counter and it still took me 13 minutes to have my order taken. But this previous Sunday actually wasn’t bad. There was one car in front of me and it only took me nine minutes to get my one burger I ordered in the drive-through. It seemed cold but what can I say. Their biggest issue appears just to be staffing they don’t have enough people and I understand they’re not busy at Burger King so how many people can we have working but with Service like that I only go when I’m desperate or need my whopper fix

Stop at this BK 2times in a week for Breakfast. No line both times. Each time my food order was wrong. The order was repeated back correctly but the food wasn’t prepared correctly. Please check your food at the window the moment you receive it. Both times I was stuck at work hungry until 2pm. Wasn’t happy.

The worst service I have ever received, I have never been so disrespected. I pulled up into the drive through, Barbara, I believe the name on our receipt, was very pushy, rude and we felt very rushed, there was 6 of us, I couldn’t get a full sentence out before she interrupted me about the size or if “is that all?” I felt pressured to conclude my order but did not realize only 5 of us ordered. We had to start another tab and then when we get to the window to pay, the tone they used was very hush hush and to hurry out of their window. They then asked me to read out the drinks for them which I did to only get the hush finger and a closed window. We asked for ranch to eat with our meal and she then tell us it is “in the bag” which we check there was not any, she aggressively went to grab ranch and said “here!”. We went home and did not received the cookies we ordered.

Went to this Burger King and didn’t get the correct order and I repeated myself several times. I attempted to redeem a code and it showed I redeemed it on my phone and when I got to the window they never mentioned that there was an issue until I questioned it. They said they couldn’t redeem it on their end but never mentioned any issue. The food was also cold. They didn’t try to resolve the issue when the coupon clearly redeemed on my phone on my end.
Went and got my food and went over to eat it and the girl tells me that the lobby is closed and that I need to leave, since I came in just before they close the Lobby. Didn’t apologize and wasn’t polite about it. Just looked at me like I was stupid trying to eat my food in there. After I left and was eating my food outside, and I saw someone else go into the store. I’m assuming they just didn’t want me eating in there because the door was still open after I had left and other people were going in.
This specific Burger King was not only impatient, but they were also straight up disrespectful. As we were ordering, Barbara started yelling at us, asking if there was more to our order. The cashier Robbie was rude towards her other coworkers calling the devils and heathens, yelling at them for being to close to her, complaining about her coworkers to other customers. If she's working I turn around and leave because I don't want to support a business that let's someone talk to other people like that.

I came with my family on 11/17/2024. Was told first by host according to my receipt named Robbie that she was not going take my order yet per the manager on duty named Maria because the screen was full. I really did not understand what that had to do with ordering my food since in past years I had work for Burger King and I know that it doesn’t matter if screen is full my order could be taken. I acknowledged her weird request. Finally my order was taken and receipt is stamped at 7:07pm and my order was given to me around 7:35pm. But one thing I will not tolerate is awful customer service and acting like you provide 5 star customer service. I will not recommend this place and will not be bringing my $$ here again. Thank you Robbie for asking me if I spoke English when you took my order and know I did.

He ignored me until I took his photo and then came out from behind the counter to confront me, threaten my physical well being and to break my phone. I'm still waiting for a refund for being charged for an item they don't even offer.

Crown on top.... As I pull away, she says to someone inside... F- that old white F-en azzWhole. Just great experience. Tried to call Miami corp, but no way past the roboswitchboard. No one seems to care.

The second time I was there. Just as bad as the first! Drive through was super slow, and the person working it was so grumpy and not pleasant. To top it off I was given a barbecue sauce that was old and solidified on top of being charged .25 each.
On March 26th I placed an order that was picked up by my wife at 11:30am. It was just for a fiery wrap and two cookies. At around 3pm she started getting sick and at 5pm was having serious food poisoning symptoms and had to go home, and contact her doctor. She was off sick for 3 days and the doctor had given her antibiotics, she hadn't had anything else to eat that day, so was clearly the wrap. I contacted customer support just to report the issue, I got no response for days, until I left a Google review, then suddenly a manager called Denise, I think her last name was Anderson. She asked for specific information, I gave her what I could but said she'd really have to call my wife for specific doctor and insurance information, she wasn't interested in taking her contact information and seemed more concerned with the review I'd left. Anyway, she said she was sending the information somewhere, and I'd be contacted soon, and I agreed to remove the review. A month later and no one contacted me, so clearly it was all about their precious rating on Google, well the review is back. I wouldn't eat here, clearly they have some issues with cleanliness of the food or place, and if you do get poisoned, they're not going to care. A weird approach to take honestly, because at eventually someone will end up seriously ill or dead, and then they'll have a huge lawsuit, but I guess to Burger King that's not as bad as a one star review on Google.
I stopped in this location to grab a sandwich, and use the restroom. After receivingmy order, I asked one of the workers if I needed a key for the restroom, or is it locked because someone is in there. She replied extremely rude by saying " you see me doing something, you're going to just have to wait.". Not only that, she treats her workers disrespectfullyand doesn't belong in customer service with her demeanor. I recommend never stopping here if you want good service. Very disrespectful and I will keep posting everyday until I know something has been done with this employee. An employee whose hair is almost touching the floor, no hair net? An employee whose grabbing fresh food with no glove, health hazard? But my scooter with an empty restaurant was the problem today. Please help me make it make sense. And not that it matters anymore but just to let you know how simple my order was it was a value fry for my daughter. Something that should have took no more than 5 minutes took me 15 with disrespect, rude service, and smack talking in front of my 9 year old. I can only imagine if my experience was only suppose to take 2 minutes what someone else’s order would had been like.Way to set an example. Burger King on Columbus and N. Dale Mabry.
10/05/25 . Walked into the lobby at 750pm and was turned away immediately saying our lobby is closed and you can't eat in here. See ya. I most likely won't be back.

Yall need a new drive thru girl at that window cause that girl she don’t know how to talk to customer rite and boss women you need a mic on so you can hear how sure talk instead of having your own Bluetooth on I went to different Burger King and they treat me right they got my $40.00
Honestly, the girl in the drive thru needs to get it together with her attitude. Shoving bags and disrespecting customers? It’s okay if you hate your job, just don’t take it out on people.
The second time I was there. Just as bad as the first! Drive through was super slow, and the person working it was so grumpy and not pleasant. To top it off I was given a barbecue sauce that was old and solidified on top of being charged .25 each.
On March 26th I placed an order that was picked up by my wife at 11:30am. It was just for a fiery wrap and two cookies. At around 3pm she started getting sick and at 5pm was having serious food poisoning symptoms and had to go home, and contact her doctor. She was off sick for 3 days and the doctor had given her antibiotics, she hadn't had anything else to eat that day, so was clearly the wrap. I contacted customer support just to report the issue, I got no response for days, until I left a Google review, then suddenly a manager called Denise, I think her last name was Anderson. She asked for specific information, I gave her what I could but said she'd really have to call my wife for specific doctor and insurance information, she wasn't interested in taking her contact information and seemed more concerned with the review I'd left. Anyway, she said she was sending the information somewhere, and I'd be contacted soon, and I agreed to remove the review. A month later and no one contacted me, so clearly it was all about their precious rating on Google, well the review is back. I wouldn't eat here, clearly they have some issues with cleanliness of the food or place, and if you do get poisoned, they're not going to care. A weird approach to take honestly, because at eventually someone will end up seriously ill or dead, and then they'll have a huge lawsuit, but I guess to Burger King that's not as bad as a one star review on Google.
