The muffin breakfast sandwich was delicious. The Coca-Cola was a perfect mix. The counter waitress, pleasant enough. 👌 The floors, especially in the ladies room were very slippery. There was no garbage can beside the the fountain drink bar, (which needed a good wipe-down.

They are okay, sometimes they can get your order perfectly, but when I go in the mornings before work I like to get a Sausage and Egg biscuit and I order on my mobile app. They never seem to get it right and they always add cheese or forget my egg and the cheese on their Sausage and Egg Biscuits is disgusting in my opinion so that’s why I always do the Sausage egg and not sausage egg and cheese 🤢 I never bring it back in but if I find out who keeps messing up my order I’m going to have to have a serious talk with them about making food exactly as the order says and not adding or taking stuff off. I order on the mobile app to assure that I don’t get the wrong food, but I always have issues during breakfast time. No where on my receipt does it show cheese, and I’ve worked for McDonald’s on multiple occasions and I expect better from their employees.

Placed my own order which is a preference of mine, however after placing my order a young lady was sweeping the floor, and she was very polite, however the manager came up some young and was speaking of private business in front of customers, and talked to her very rudely! As a general Manager myself I was very disappointed to hear and see this, speaking to your employee like this in front of customers and other staff is just unprofessional! Definitely gave me a bad taste for this location!

absolutely TERRIBLE! food was cold! the inside is absolutely trashed, literal trash everywhere. the floors are disgusting, counters are disgusting, tables are disgusting, there’s so many teens just running around and screaming, being loud. i have my toddler in here having to listen to all these teenagers speaking inappropriately, including the workers that go on break and hang out. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Theirs one employee in particular that this Review is mostly about and her name is Peyton. Me and my boyfriend have been through this drive-through several times together, but the one time that he goes up there by himself, she wants to hang out outside the window, be chatty and flirtatious, and even try to get his number now it’s not even the fact that he’s my boyfriend, but it’s the fact that that this is no way for any Employee of any kind of establishment should act in my personal opinion as somebody who has worked several fast food jobs. I was even told that her manager had yelled at her to get back to work so it doesn’t seem like this is her first Offensive behavior while she is supposed to be working, not trying to get people‘s numbers through the drive-through. Thank you have an excellent day. Other than her service is ok some people can be very rude or not even acknowledge you!

Placed an online ordered at 5 went to pick up at 5:15 and they had closed. I called to ask and was told they closed at 6 and basically I needed to figure out how to get my money back on my order it wasn’t their issue that we placed an order and they closed early.

I stopped at this McDonald's on December the 1st and ordered an McDonald's Crispy chicken combo and that chicken sandwich was disgusting, the Chicken was old and rubbery and it tasted like old grease, I couldn't even eat it, a total waste of money, I want be stopping there nomore, Beware people.

The closed after we took our order and refused to give us our food when called manager said we are LITERALLY closed I can’t help you even though I took my order and 5 other peoples orders we got rude looks my workers and manager the entire time and they never told us they were closed until we called them then after I hung up he threw the phone across the store…

I've been stopping by this McDonald's going on a year about 3 times a week. I just get a ice coffee with caramel drizzle. At first this McDonald's was the best McDonald's in 100 miles. But it seemed like the more they see me the worst the coffee got. Now everytime I stop there they make my coffee different. Like there is no training. How can someone make a coffee and it taste one way. Then I go back the next day and it taste completely different. The employees use to put a good amount of drizzle but now if you ask for 3 drizzle you dont hardly get anything. So I skipped my drink yesterday and went to Longview and ordered a carmel coffee with 3 drizzle. It was so wonderful and made to perfection! I will never stop at this McDonald's again! My suggestion to the owners of this establishment! Train your people. At least yall do make it the same way everytime now. Crappie

The employees could not have been any nicer to us, but the manager was incredibly rude. I paid for my order through the app, and for whatever reason they refused to honor it. When I showed him my receipt, he still refused to acknowledge my purchase and made me buy my order again and said I needed to submit a refund request through the app. The app, however, does NOT give the options for any refund. Again, the employees were incredibly kind and I am so thankful for their help. But the manager was rude, arrogant, and truly unhelpful.

I am forced to give at least one star. They don't deserve even one. After being "put on hold" at the transaction counter, ignored, then, by two employees talking outside the door, we left. They both told us, as they walked out the door, that they would be right with us. They said that they were understaffed. They had one customer, and the two of us. Other customer was seated and eating. There were three employees visible, including the two chatting outside. Noise level? Hauntingly silent. Occasional noise from the kitchen area - one employee visible. Went to McDonald's, where service was immediate, incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was perfect. Jack *used to* be my favorite fast food place. Used to be. Please see attached photo. Hmm. Unable to post photos here at their site. That right there says something.

The food was disgusting. My mother and I went in to grab a few happy meals for us and my little sister on a Friday night. The chicken nuggets were not fully cooked and honestly tasted freezer burnt. Here is a picture of what they looked like as well. The length of time for the order to be ready one would assume our food would have been fully cooked. The staff was also not friendly at all and when asked any questions the lady at the register would simply respond with “I don’t know.”This is the second bad experience we have had with this location and we will not be coming back.
