A casual restaurant, excellent food, friendly staff, and fast service. We had the two-course lunch menu for €14 per person. We chose chicche with butter and sage and tomato risotto, and for our main course, breaded chicken cutlet with fries and zucchini. Water and coffee included. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

A small restaurant in the center of Boves, filled with old photos, paintings, and various other items without being tacky. As soon as you enter, you sense a lovely atmosphere and the kindness of the staff, who, despite it being the first day back from vacation, were extremely friendly and served us impeccably (coming back from vacation is tough for everyone 🤣). At lunchtime, you can choose between the daily menu or the à la carte option. The daily menu consists of six dishes, from which you can choose one for €10 or two for €14 (water and coffee were included; I don't remember the wine, as we wouldn't have ordered that day anyway). In the end, we ordered: a mixed appetizer, trout fillet, a mixed vegetable platter (not frozen), tagliatelle with mushrooms (these weren't on the daily menu), a coffee affogato, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. All for €42, which, given the quality of the dishes, makes this restaurant hands down the best value for money. Highly recommended, and I hope to return soon.

I've known this place for years and have often celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, or simply convivial dinners or lunches here. In the winter, we often met here with the kids for a hot chocolate or something hot, also taking advantage of the board games available. A quiet and very pleasant place, decorated with art and color; the owners are warm and friendly with everyone...you truly feel at home. Delicious food. Delicious Piedmontese home cooking.

A trattoria with a unique atmosphere. The menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes, including Ula au Forn, which few restaurants offer anymore. Friendly and simple. Highly recommended.

A classic osteria where, along with good food, they also serve friendly and courteous service. The mixed Piedmontese antipasto, homemade and generous, was excellent, and we shared it between two people. Excellent Piedmontese agnolotti with ragù, homemade, and a trio of delicious homemade desserts. Excellent value. If you're passing through Boves, don't miss the opportunity to dine at this trattoria. We highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

A wonderful lunch at the osteria 😁 After a long time, I wanted to return to this splendid place, and it was a perfect choice. I was very pleased with the lunch options, because, as you can see from the photo, appetizer + first course and first course + second course for only €11 including water is a truly excellent price. With appetizer + second course, it goes up to €15, but I think it's worth it. The selection was satisfactory, the dishes were certainly excellent, starting with the appetizer, which was generous and, above all, flexible since we mentioned a vegetarian; they were willing to substitute salami and veal with tuna sauce. Both the vegetarian and classic appetizers were very good and, above all, beautifully presented. The first course served in this casserole dish was very pleasant to eat. They were very quick in serving, so it's highly recommended if you're short on time for lunch. The atmosphere is always pleasant, with very clean bathrooms. I will definitely return for an à la carte dinner.

A proper traditional Osteria with very enjoyable food

Il mangiare buono , cucina tipica piemontese . L’unica pecca il servizio in sala , la ragazza che seguiva la sala per niente sorridente , non passava tra un tavolo e l’altro ci faceva spostare nonostante lo spazio in sala .. ci chiese di togliere la borsa da dietro la sedia di appenderla . ( in modo molto arrogante )

Terrible experience. I ordered tagliolini with ragù and the waitress brought me ravioli with butter and sage. "I sent them back," and after a few minutes she came back, telling me the tagliolini weren't there. Fine, so I ordered the braised beef. She, too, "the waitress," brought me two slices of braised beef that I dare say were a pittance for 12 euros, a side of pre-cooked carrots that tasted like nothing. To top it all off, the owner or waitress, in a very aggressive manner, charged me for everything—the ravioli I didn't order, the braised beef I didn't eat—and she even started yelling in the middle of the room. So, she told her to go fuck herself, and I paid. You read that right, I paid for the meals I didn't eat. A place to forget, and they deserve a serious report to the relevant authorities. Arrogant, unprofessional, and rude.
