Fiding both seafood and steack is kind of hard but here at Le blason, we find the right spot for a wonderful lunch. The polenta was really big, the steak was huge and absolutely delicious and the fried seafood, really tasty. After that a local liquor to help us digest all this food was right to the point. Great option for lunch or dinner, no doubt. The service, outstanding!!

The food was very delicious. We ordered the ravioli, carbonara and tiramisu for dessert. The pasta dishes were extremely small and not served at the same time - actually 15 mins between the dishes, furthermore, one of the serving was cold - hence the 3 star.

I concur with all the recent reviews. We visited this week after our Guesthouse recommended this place. Firstly, this place is not open until 7pm, (and not round the clock like google suggests). We were seated at 7pm and our order was taken reasonably quickly as we were one of the first to be seated. First course and drinks arrived within a reasonable timeframe. However, by 7.30pm the restaurant became very busy, and it went downhill from there. Our table was almost forgotten about, we had to remind them of our main courses, and we nearly skipped dessert because I had to ask 3 people 6 times. The 4 staff looked stressed and flustered as they tried their best to run around the whole restaurant. I had to ask 3 times for my bill. Eventually I had to walk up tot the counter to force them to accept my money before I headed out the door. Felt sorry for some of the people arriving at 7.30pm / 8pm as they sat for a while, waiting to have their drinks and food order taken. If this was or used to be good, it is no longer. Food is good, but the rest is a let down. There are plenty of other nice restaurants with good service.

Very busy mid sized restaurant. Great looking menu and excellent wine list at more than double the retail price. Party of 10 I had frito misto as a main. Also tried the tuna which was superb. Unfortunately the venison and sea bass were ridiculously terrible 😔. Hence only 2 stars. The wine was good although the mark up was ridiculous. Service was rushed and nobody asked how the meals were also lamb was being confused with venison. Not sure why this was the case the other reviews seem to argue the opposite. We skipped desserts and got the bill. Price is on the average cheaper than our other meals in Cervinia. But we missed coffee.

This is a tourist trap through and through: - Staff was unfriendly, no hello, no "how are you?". Just a stern "water? still or sparkling?" - food was not amazing. Risotto was undercooked and a small portion (even if it was a primi, 20€ for 3 tablespoons of undercooked tasteless risotto is not good). The venison stew with polenta was a small portion too. It seems like they force you to pay extra for a side-dish just so they can earn some money. - They tried overcharging us on wine (9€ extra) and they have no housewine. Prices for bottles start at €29, way too much for a local wine. - We tried to book at 7:30, the answer was NO, either 7 or 8. - It's clear the waiters don't want to work here, or serve the food. They were flustered and sighing on each other. - We had to find a snack somewhere to have the idea of being full. If you're looking for a place with good food, OK portions and nice service ... go somewhere else.

Really disappointing. ambience when we arrived looked good but seated in a separate quite empty area. Waiter was very grumpy and made us felt like we had inconvenienced him by being in the restaurant. Not sure if they just didn't like non Italian speakers.
