Collegno's industrial-style brewery. Delicious burgers served with a wide selection of truly delicious craft beers. The staff is young, efficient, and extremely helpful, and the price/quality ratio is good. The venue is located inside an industrial warehouse, but the minimalist decor is thoughtfully designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere (even though I'm not a fan of these settings). However, the large spaces and numerous tables make the atmosphere very noisy, making it difficult to converse. There are about fifty tables on the first floor, and given it was a Saturday night (including two or three inevitable birthday parties), the noise level in the room was extremely high. Still, I highly recommend this place for a meal paired with a truly good beer.

Maybe I got the wrong dish, but the carbonara was awful. Friendly service and staff. Nice location. A bit pricey for a pub. Appetizers, a carbonara and a Coke, were €25 per person.

Good food and beer variety but the soul of the place seems to be broken, one half of the place seemed cozy and relaxed, the other half is inspired by "industrial" design. The service and the mood follow suit, with a really weird change happening at 22.00 where the lights go out and music gets louder and we weren't feeling comfortable anymore.

The beer and appetizer were good, but the other beers at the table were oxidized. An hour and a half wait for the burger, which arrived cold, along with the fries, which were also cold. I don't think I'll return.

It wasn't a good experience at all. Let's start with the assumption that paying €15 per person for a really small platter (but that could be a corporate decision of the size), seems absurd to me to treat customers rudely. We ordered four platters, misunderstanding the waitress who had misunderstood five. It's okay to misunderstand, just as we could have misexplained ourselves. But when we arrived at the table and, I quote, "What's the problem here?" the waitress was truly rude. Beyond the saying that the customer may or may not always be right, there are ways and ways to treat people and explain your reasons. That said, it's fine; I won't be back. I do remember, however, that if you're dealing with the public, a little politeness is in order. It's a shame, because the beers are good and the other waiters seem very nice.

They claim you can't pay for separate bills, and my drink tasted like water and sugar. I'm unpleasantly surprised ☹️ Assuming that paying my own bill is and remains my right, it would be nice to confirm that I didn't eat inside the establishment before responding so rudely to a comment. I can also assure you that if there had been a modicum of courtesy and kindness in communicating with us customers, I would have felt comfortable reporting what was written about the drink. Unfortunately, as is evident from the response to my review, the customer service is not the most respectful!

The pinsa would be delicious, too bad about the bald waiter who magically started treating us condescendingly and making us feel bad because he wouldn't accept separate payments... In response to your reply, I wanted to clarify that the waiter who treated us badly was the bald one because I didn't want him to be confused with the other, younger man who, unlike the one I was referring to (and the girl), was the only one of all who always acted kindly. And I thank him for this, because when surrounded by examples like this, it's not at all obvious to stand out.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. There were eight of us, we ordered, and as soon as everything arrived at the table, the waitress came over, slamming the receipt on the table, telling us we could do it in one transaction (crazy and unheard of anywhere), to collect the money somehow, and then left. After a few minutes, a guy came over and leaned on the table and said, "What should we do?" We finally managed to split the bill into at least three transactions, which was crazy because you can't force customers to pay their way. Needless to say, we'll never go back and will always discourage this place due to the treatment we received.
