Pizzeria Bella'Mbriana Torino Reviews
A fabulous Neapolitan pizza, cooked to perfection and with an incredibly light dough. The ingredients are top-quality, and I'll definitely be back. The place is intimate, and I recommend making a reservation! Must try :D
Four of us arrived at 9:00 PM on a Sunday evening, and they went out of their way to secure a table for us. Extremely friendly, the menu is extensive, both in Italian and English, the staff is very helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Delicious pizza with an extremely light crust, reasonably priced, a real surprise right on the doorstep! We'll definitely be back.
We've been coming to this pizzeria for years, and tonight we returned despite having moved over 100 km away. It was a real pleasure! The pizzas are excellent, accompanied by the smiles and friendliness of the owner and all the staff! Congratulations and thank you. We'll be back very soon.
The pizza here is simply sublime. The dough is incredibly light and digestible (a rarity!), clearly the result of long leavening and mastery. I tried the Bella 'Mbriana, and every ingredient was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The oil, the tomato, the basil... you can taste the obsessive care in choosing the ingredients. Beyond culinary excellence, the real added value of this pizzeria is its owner, Giusy. It's rare to find someone who puts so much passion and dedication into their work.
Delicious contemporary Neapolitan pizza, with a light and easily digestible dough. Special mention for the pasta frittatina and for Giusy, who managed to find us a table right away even though we'd mistakenly booked at the other location. Highly recommended. Words from four Neapolitans!
Top !!!!
The pizza dough is extraordinary. Extremely light and delicious. The pizza toppings are varied, from classic and balanced pizzas to specialty ones (such as the 1/4). I recommend the fritto misto; the bruschetta is a secondary choice, but it was a pleasant surprise. The pasta frittata is also delicious. The homemade cheesecakes are equally delicious and highly recommended. Highly recommended.
Excellent pizzeria where you can enjoy delicious Neapolitan pizzas and traditional fried foods, reflecting the best of Neapolitan cuisine. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. For example, we celebrated a birthday there, and the owner was very helpful in helping us arrange balloons and streamers for the birthday girl. We'll be back many, many times! Highly recommended.
The pizza is very good, tasty and rich of ingredients. The price is also good but the service a bit to get better about waiting but I wouldn't give less stars cause they can get better. I will be back
Finally, after years of wandering around Turin and its province, I've found a Neapolitan pizzeria worthy of the name. The fried foods are noteworthy because they're made in-house, something you can't easily find, especially with the frittatina. Plus, they're really well-made and very flavorful. The pizza is expertly crafted: soft dough, a traditionally thin crust, and carefully prepared toppings (see the melanzane a funghetto). We reheated the leftover pizza the next day and it was still delicious. Last but not least, the owners and staff are truly helpful and courteous. Prices are truly fair. Despite the distance, we'll be back soon!

very good pizzas.
Good pizza (the chef is from Napoli), short waiting time
Nice location. You can't see the squat toilet. Average pizzas (I personally had the modified 4 Seasons and left still hungry), medium-high prices. Friendly service, but they're too quick to clear your plate. I tried the baba, but it was a bit too dry and nothing special for the €5 it cost. I don't know if I'd go back, it was an experience.
The pizza was average... I expected the crust to be thicker. Summary of the evening: At the beginning of the evening, we specifically asked if the potato croquettes had cheese, and the waitress confirmed that they didn't. The croquettes promptly arrived with mozzarella inside (they were removed from the pizza and the bill at the end at our request, which we initially contested until they realized the mistake was theirs). A change was requested on the pizza: the waitress asked the pizza chefs, who accepted the change. After 2 seconds, the owner (very rude) arrived and started complaining that this change couldn't be made, huffing and puffing (our table was 10 cm away). After a while, they confirmed the change, but she was very rude. Dress code not appropriate for a work environment: belly button, piercing in plain sight, hair untied near the counter where they make the pizzas. Zero professionalism.
Ham and mushroom pizza. The ham was added after cooking. I asked why, and they admitted it was a mistake on their part. They even charged me for it. Unfortunately, I couldn't have it remade since I was in a hurry, including a 40-minute wait at 7:15 PM on a Tuesday. Dirty cutlery (?) Perhaps the dishwasher is out of rinse aid.
