MochiMochi Via Paolo Sarpi Reviews
Best motchi I tried so far. I could not stop trying more and more flavours. My favorite ones are definitely chocolate and strawberry. High recommendation.
Daifuku with strawberry. Tastes like a burrata cheese. Delicious! Nicely decorated shop.
Boah, a must try really. We spent the long weekend in Milan, the past 3 day have been going back every day for the mochis.😆 our favs are the coconut and the strawberry ones. HEAVEN.
I like the mochi here just because it's freshly made. I'm giving only 3 stars for several reasons. I can't remember how many times I have bought mochi here, but I can say I only had probably 3 or 4 pleasant encounters with their staff. Most of the time, they're unfriendly and it's always a different person. My guess is they don't have a regular staff. Tonight, I bought a 6 pc mochis and the young lady, though she's not rude or anything just neutral, decided to put the mochis in a smaller box. I didn't make any comments cause I don't like confrontations, but upon arriving home and looking at it, my OCD is really triggered 😑. 5 of the mochis are shaped like an onigiri. 🤦 Anyway, the owner/management should at least train their staff to be more hospitable. A smile goes a long way.
Unfortunately, my friend was not satisfied with the experience at all, which affected the overall mood of the evening. As a result, I ended up spending a sleepless night, feeling disappointed and exhausted. Definitely not the relaxing or enjoyable experience we were hoping for.
I was excited to try this place when I visited Milan when I saw a long queue outside the shop. I got a dorayaki and classic bubble tea, and unfortunately, both were really sub-standard. The dorayaki was one of the dryest I’ve ever had; both the filling and the pancake; the latter was a bit burnt too. The milk tea was mainly milk; the tapioca pearls didn’t taste like anything at all and were all stuck together. Disappointing especially for what they’re charging. Nice rectangular cup though. Hope you can improve.
Hello, I’m reaching out regarding an incorrect charge related to a purchase I made at your shop in May 2025, during my trip to Italy. I only realized today, when I saw my bank statement that I just recently received. I bought 2 mochis and 1 daifuku for a total of €7.90, which was correctly charged once. However, I have noticed that a second charge of €39.95 was made to my account without any explanation. I have attached a photo of the items I purchased as proof, and I kindly ask you to look into this issue and proceed with a refund of the amount that was wrongly charged. I hid my card information. Please let me know if you need any further information. I already messaged you in Instagram.
