Amazing food and the people are just so nice 100 percent recommend.
It was great positive surprise for us. Dinner was perfect. Really worth to step in
Super quality food. Lots of surprise little dishes in between. We ordered a main course, dessert, water and 1 bottle of wine and paid €45 pp. Great combination of taste, price and service. Quality was excellent. We would definitely go again. A real food experience. From 4 guests from the Netherlands. Thanks for the super experience.
I would give it 6 if I could, a truly exceptional restaurant!
A wonderful wonderful restaurant. It has been a fantastic dinner experience for the new year, we were a party of five and they gracefully catered for the one vegetarian in the group despite the fixed “capodanno menu”. Thank you so much everything was absolutely perfect! ♥️
So excellent food. The best in Aosta valley in my 10 days stay. Also one of the bests in my food experience in europe(several years). I chose a la carte, but next time I wanna try course menu to fully taste the talent of the chef. I also met an excellent wine from the valley in this restaurant.
Truely exceptional Every dish was an unique experience. The menu (48€) was a winner on all fronts The seafood first dish, the ravioli, the tarbot and the dessert 👌 Ask for a table outside or downstairs.

I was very pleased with my experience here! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The environment was nice. Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.
While failing to hit all the right notes, this is a pleasant venue with refined, interesting and fairly creative cuisine. Starters (a beef "battuta" and a veal tongue) were really special and impressive. The ice-creams in each dish, artichoke with the beef and Tropea onion with the tongue, stood out. Mains were not bad but decidedly les special and more subdued, with a roe deer particularly tame. With a turbot, such a delicate fish, we were surprised to find assertive garnishes such as liquorice and spicy broccoli tips (cime di rapa) - good, but they took centre stage. The dessert list on this particular day failed to inspire us, so we opted to go to a specialist of the genre after lunch. Personnel is very kind. The room (vaulted and below ground) is atmospheric. Prices are reasonable for the quality.
We enjoyed a nice, cosy dinner here whilst driving through- the place was fully booked, hence would recommend reserving in advance. Friendly and attentive staff. Food overall was good and nicely presented, good and fresh ingredients. We did somehow find though that the little extra to make it a top notch, refined experience was somehow missing....particularly in terms of the sauces and seasonings. As a starter we tried foie gras and octopus which were both very nice. We also tried the daily special antipasti of fried tempura artichoke which was rather disappointing - the batter was very thick and completely tasteless, it was supposed to be filled with mozarella but there was literally only a drop and the tomato sauce was too sour. For the main dishes the veal cheek was very soft and well cooked but the accompaning potato puree with safran was totally overpowering and tasted more like polenta. The boar stew also had a very heavy sauce but super tasty parsnip puree... Hence overall a solid meal with some room for improvements.
