I went to Casa Cantoniera in San Mauro Torinese and had a truly wonderful time! Welcoming place, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. I had the tagliolini with white truffle: spectacular! Fresh pasta, intense aroma, and truly incredible flavor. One of those dishes that stays in your memory. Everything was excellent, I'll definitely be back! 👌🍝

After our second visit, I'm leaving my review: The atmosphere is very nice, despite the large seating area. There's plenty of space between tables. The outside area is pleasant. The view is of the San Mauro bike path, so it's not busy at all in the evening. Just trees and a nice cool breeze. It's truly a pleasant place. We had the lobster linguine, which was spectacular. The service, thanks to a young woman (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), was perfect. She was truly kind and smiling; I want to compliment her! She made the evening perfect. We had our dog with us, and she immediately asked if we wanted her to bring us water. A perfect example of what a table attendant should be like. All the food was good. A must-try in a beautiful setting for those who live in San Mauro. My only complaint was that there were a few chipped plates, nothing major. But I'm sure they'll fix it after the review. We'll be back weekly. Well done.

Very cute place, and there's also a lovely garden. The pizzas are spectacular, and the beers are excellent. The desserts are also very good.

Truly excellent pizza, very light dough and excellent toppings 🍕 We tried a red pizza with burrata and one with pumpkin cream, cheese, and sausage, both excellent (the second one was very filling, I couldn't finish it 😁). Both were very digestible. We also tried the mozzarella in carrozza, highly recommended! Service was fairly quick and friendly.

First of all, congratulations on the helpfulness of the staff. We called at the last minute looking for a table for seven people for evening service, and they managed to find one despite it being packed. The place is aesthetically pleasing, has a large outdoor terrace, and the good table layout leaves just the right amount of space between diners. The pizza has an excellent dough, well-leavened, and excellent ingredients, and was a pleasure to eat. Tasty, light, and not at all heavy. We had the homemade panna cotta for dessert, which was truly exceptional. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back for the pizza and to try the cuisine. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I went for the first time last night and had the Sicily pizza, the new dish of the day. Very good and with a wonderful topping! Potato croquettes, salted ricotta, fried eggplant... It was a real treat in every way. Afterwards, I had a lemon sorbet, which was also good. The only downside is that they've packed tables down to the last available square inch. I found myself in a tight spot with another table, where customers and waiters had to pass one another to get to the upper level. I was constantly being brushed against. It's not pleasant. What if a waiter had bumped into me harder and something had fallen on me? It's okay to think about your wallet, but you also have to think about the customer's comfort.

A very elegant restaurant with kind and friendly staff. On an evening with friends, we opted for three pizzas, three medium beers, three desserts (chocolate cake and two babàs), a bottle of water, and three coffees. Everything was truly delicious, made with quality ingredients. The price is moderately high, justified by the quality of the food (for the record, we paid €31 each). Definitely a recommended restaurant/pizzeria.

We had dinner on Tuesday evening; the place is very popular, so I recommend making a reservation. The menu is extensive and varied, including both a kitchen and a pizzeria. Both the dishes and pizzas are very good, with excellent and sophisticated flavor combinations; the quality is absolutely not lacking! The service is fast and helpful. The only downside is perhaps the difficulty in speaking due to the very high background noise, but nothing unbearable. Recommended for both a slightly more sophisticated pizza and a good, well-cooked dish!

The taste of the food is great. Waiters are adorable. But the prices are high and some meals are in very poor quantity (for ex : salmon lasagna)

Ristorante particolare, l'ambiente è ravvicinato ed abbastanza rumoroso. Presa una pizza Americana, buona ma "gommosa". Servizio gentile e disponibile, ma tempo d'attesa consistente.

An experience with some issues: the staff is certainly kind and helpful, the restroom is clean and equipped with a changing table, and the food is good. However, if I arrive at the restaurant at 1:00 PM and pay €18 for a risotto, and at 2:30 PM I only have the appetizer, there's a problem. It took us over two hours to eat; the portion of mushrooms you see in the photo, served as the dish of the day, cost €15. At the table and at the cashier, they apologized several times, but no discount was offered, nor was the usual complimentary after-dinner drink. We ate well, the dishes were good and carefully prepared, but due to the timing and prices, we won't be returning.

I was here for the first time last week. Very nice place. We all had pizza. The flavor was very good, and the ingredients on top seemed high-quality. The crust was quite high and airy. It's a shame that all three of us were incredibly thirsty that night! The cheesecake I tried was good. Bottom line: 3 stars because the pizza dough was probably too salty and the pizzas were too expensive! A prosciutto and mushrooms can't cost €12!

NON ADATTO AI BAMBINI IL SABATO SERA Premetto che frequentiamo il locale da anni e che la pizza è sempre davvero ottima, ma dopo l'esperienza dello scorso sabato sera (21/2/26) non credo torneremo per un po'. Sabato sera locale strapieno a dismisura, senza spazio per muoversi tra i tavoli nemmeno per andare ai servizi. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 9 persone di cui 4 seggioloni: non sarebbe stato difficile darci un tavolo a lato sala e con un po' di spazio per eventuali passeggini, invece siamo finiti in messo alla sala al pian terreno stra colma e riempita a dismisura, schiacciati tra gli altri tavoli con seggioloni e passeggini in mezzo al passaggio, creando disagio a noi stessi, ai camerieri che dovevano giustamente passare e ai nostri vicini di tavoli ai quali siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare il passeggino praticamente in braccio. La battutaccia di uno storico cameriere è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di una serata che doveva essere piacevole ma che si è rivelata un vero incubo. Un vero peccato!
