Mason's Lobster Rolls Via Torino Reviews
Offers different prices for different restaurants so you have to check in the ordering machine for the price. They don’t publish prices online which is a bit not convenient. But anyway nice choice for a cup of coffee if you just wanna take a rest
Noisy but this was expected We needed the ticket barcode to get in to the toilets, this didnt work and therefore, There was queue at the toilets both male and female
This branch is more comfortable than others. Not crowded and the staff was very helpful, as I forgot my jacket they keep it safe until I came back. Also they have a beautiful slide for kids.
One of the best McDonald’s in Milan. McCafé staff is very nice and polite. The place itself is very spacious and even cozy at some point. There are two floors at the restaurant and some sitting places outside. If you seat on the second floor by the window you can get a nice view on Torino Street
In McDonald's is polite and helpful staff, despite the fact that they work in stressful conditions, constantly rushing back and forth, but they all remain polite at the same time. Well, the most important thing that I liked about this chain of restaurants is that if you have any complaints about the food or, for example, something happens through their fault, they will always quickly replace or compensate for it. Cmon, it’s McDonalds after all, food is very tasty. Interesting entertainment and interactive for children. Coffee is amazing, as are desserts. The staff works quickly and efficiently.
Came here during my day trip to Milan as the more central McDonald’s were very busy and crowded. This branch was much quieter and was very clean. The service was quick and speedy and the staff were very polite and always smiling. The selection of food in Italian McDonald’s is always great and the unique menu items are a must try. The food at this branch was very delicious and was freshly made and tasted much better than any U.K. McDonald’s which I have been to!
The environment was cool and lively. The service was a little late. The flavor was quite average.
Loved it 😃 it's good to enjoy every bite here after walking looking for coffee I found mcDobald it's cheers me always, you can order online make online payment by card or you can order in the counter also there is a nice view outside you can sit and chit chat enjoy the view outside love the weather lot of varieties available.
Not too crowded and with self ordering you get the food within minutes. Works until 1 in the morning which is great. You can also sit outside. It is just next to a very busy and noisy street with cars and trams. Not required to wear a mask. There is a hand sanitiser right after the front door entrance. One ordering machine was broken with the famous windows “an app has encountered an error” message but there were plenty of other machines just next to it.
Worn out interior. Fries were not baked well and poor taste. Chickenburger was just smashed together... Milk shake was tasting like powder... worst mc d ever.
Bad Service 35 min for an omlett stuff unfriendly the told me to wait no people inside chaos !!!! the woman how made coffe went for the reception pure chaos !!! Never at this store again it’s not macdonalds like
McDonald’s used to be known for consistency and convenience, but after the recent scandal, it is impossible to see the brand with the same eyes. What should have been a simple meal now feels like a gamble with quality and safety. The real problem is trust. Once customers start questioning what is really in the food, the entire foundation of the brand collapses. Instead of clear answers and transparent accountability, McDonald’s has responded with silence, vague statements, and corporate spin. For a company of this size, with millions of families relying on it every day, that is simply unacceptable. Visiting the restaurants only reinforces this disappointment. Food quality is inconsistent, often served lukewarm or poorly prepared. Service is rushed and impersonal. Cleanliness in several locations falls below even basic standards. Combined with the shadow of the scandal, every bite now feels tainted with doubt. It is shocking that a global leader would allow itself to fall so low. McDonald’s has the resources to set the highest standards in the industry, but instead it has chosen shortcuts, cost-cutting, and damage control. The scandal made one thing clear: the brand’s priorities are not the customers, but the profits. For me, McDonald’s no longer represents safety, trust, or value. Until the company makes real, visible changes, starting with honesty, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The golden arches are supposed to symbolize happiness, but now they only remind us of what happens when trust is broken.
