16.99 for a jumbo # 14 chicken is chewy like it’s not cooked all the way and my two tacos were so old smh the phone doesn’t work and I’ve already payed my money to enter smith lake so I can’t bring my food back . The phone not working is a problem

I placed an online order at 7:30am drove to the restaurant, seen a few people sitting, standing by the front door. I pull up to the menu no one is talking. After like two minutes, the people at the front door were employees one of them came to my car and said the person who had the key hadn’t shown up yet doesn’t know when he’s gone to show up and none of them had a key. The guy was very nice apologized and everything. I ended up leaving with nothing. These people are sitting in 30 degree weather at 8am when they were supposed to open at 6am. Just very unacceptable and disrespectful to someone who doesn’t care about there job enough to come open the restaurant. About to request for a refund

My order was not made right the chicken sandwich was soggy because they put tomatoes and lettuce on it when I asked him not to. I’m really really disappoint disappointed in this Jack in the Box in Vidor, Texas. The only one we have.

Absolutely terrible service. Made 4 out of 5 meals wrong and chose to catch attitude with the costumer when it was brought to their attention. Entire staff of loud mouth employees giving attitude about their own mess ups. Since we're being passive aggressive though here's a service review about how you wanted to yell here's your food (that yall forgot) then slam the bag into a ball in your hands. You're not scary kid but you are a kid so idk what you thought you would cause. Lmao. 😉

The front of the house staff were great. Friendly, quick, helpful. However, this is the second time I've got the ultimate bacon burger, with no bacon. Also, I've seen kids meals with bigger burgers. I'm pretty sure I am getting the wrong thing. And the number to the business doesn't work, so you can't even call them to let them know they made a mistake.

Went through the drive thru at 11 pm and waited over 10 minutes for them to take our order. We were the only ones in the line. The lady was rude as hell when she said she would "get to us in a minute".

this jack in the box sucks. they are hardly ever open when their time says. always short staffed. last few times ive been through no one wants to answer the speaker until you sit there long enough. 2nd usually their food is really good but I had the extreme sausage. which idk how you mess this up. two eggs one cheese one sausage. absolutely not what its supposed to be. I already drove off before I looked.

Attempted to give this location a second chance yesterday.. went inside at around 7pm friday. Saw male employee behind counter and placed order on self service monitor and was about to swipe card.. the young male then walked over and said the dining room was closed and I had to go to drive thru.. I told him I was placing order to go. He said the dining room was closed and to go to drive thru... I got in truck and went to drive thru.. the outside order speaker had sign that said order at window... Drive to window and sign said no fountain drinks available.... What a joke of a place I drove off and and will never return... Place need to be shuttered as it is a disgrace....

If I could give it zero stars I would, the fact it's closed, while showing open ans updated hours 10 weeks ago, drove thru supposed to be open and not!!! After placing an order and NO ONE HERE?!?!?!?! What since does that make, im sorry you say your open till 2? But completely closed at 12:30. Im sorry but why?

I visited this location on a trip after placing an online order. Once I arrived the store was completely closed during the hours of operation. I went through the app to request a refund and was not contacted until 2 days later after I repeatedly put in a request for a refund. The store told me that the only possible way to give me a refund was to return to the store, but I let them know that it was not possible because I live out of town. The manager at the store told me she had to get in touch with her district manager to handle the situation and I repeatedly followed up until the district manager finally contacted me 3 days after the incident. They made it seem like a large ordeal only to then tell me they could refund me in the app. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My husband and I just left this location and will not go back to this location. There are 2 girls working there tonight at 11:30pm and are RUDE! When my husband was placing our order, the girl would literally say what else?! Each time after my husband would order. We drive up to the window and the girl opened the window and told my husband the total and closed the window right when she took his card. Then just opened the window gave the card back and handed him a drink and closed the window. When we went to get our food, another girl came to the window and said here! My husband asked her nicely for extra taco sauce and she literally slapped them in my husband hand and closed the window. We go to Louisiana a BUNCH and this Jack in the Box is on our way home so we always stop at this location. We definitely will not do that anymore. This was the second time the girls there were rude. As for those 2 young girls that worked there tonight. My husband won a good amount at the casino and we were going to give each worker $100 tip each! But your rudeness cost you that tip.

I ordered loaded Tiny Tacos and triple Cheese loaded curly fries.. Both just had nacho cheese or w/e on top of both and in the wrong containers. Also think I got robbed on the fries! That's Vidor for you! 🤪
