Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was outstanding! Service from all the servers and host was incredible. Everyone was genuine, helpful, and attentive. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. By far, one of the best dining experiences our family has ever had. Be sure to treat yourself and visit Strings in Visalia!

The food here was great! The marinara sauce was a tad too salty for me but the Alfredo sauce was great. My husband loved his salmon and everything came out within a timely matter. Servers were also great, super attentive and nice.

How has this place gone under my radar? Unbelievably good pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was quite the selection. I have enough leftovers for 2 more meals.

My first time here with my husband and kids. It was amazing. Loved the food ,environment and service. It was so great that I finished my food. Also, you can’t beat the price of free meals for your kids for each adult meal. I will definitely come here again and I will highly recommend this place to everyone. This was so worth the drive from Fresno to Visalia.☺️

Service was great and the bread was delicious; it reminded me just bit of pizza crust, which I loved. I had the Pasta Sienna and added broccoli. The vegetables were tender and well cooked. The pasta was a good texture and softness. I really loved the hint of curry in the sauce. Overall a wonderful experience.

We wound up here because Olive G. had an hour and a half wait time. We opted to give Strings a try. I have to say that I was extremely pleased with everything from the atmosphere, food (delicious), wine, and a big 5 🌟 to Lacey, our waitress, for adding to a great experience. I will definitely be back soon.

Don't really have a complaint, it wasn't bad. My mom and I waiting for almost an hour, our server was Lacee, I remember only because that's my name as well, she was great. We were not impressed with the food, it wasn't bad but it didn't seem "homemade". I would compare it to The Olive Garden. We got the Artichoke dip, Stings Carbanara and Artichoke and Chicken Ravioli.

Not much to say. The restaurant is nice and a good place to go to enjoy a meal. However, I've been here multiple times. Not because I chose. The food always lacks flavor. Not one time have I not needed to add salt. Gave 3 stars only because customer service is great. Other than that the food is a 2 out of 5 stars and that's being generous.

We went to Strings in Visalia for my mother-in-law’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. My wife and I normally share a meal because I’ve had weight-loss surgery and can only eat a few bites. We’ve never had an issue before, at any other restaurants, but this time we were charged a $10.99 sharing fee for this one. The waitress never mentioned the charge ahead of time. Yes, it’s written at the bottom of the menu, but it would’ve been helpful if she had explained it when we ordered — especially since I could’ve chosen an appetizer instead and actually gotten something out of paying extra. On top of that, we asked if they did anything for birthdays, and the waitress told us no — not even a simple “happy birthday.” So we ended up singing to my mother-in-law ourselves at the table. Overall, the service and communication made it a disappointing visit, especially for a special occasion. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning, and they’ve lost a customer.

On October 25,2025 Strings catered my son’s wedding reception dinner. A day later EVERYONE who attended the reception became VERY ill from the food. This is unacceptable and should never happen to anyone else!
