Easy in and out; huge parking lot; friendly staff; clean dining room and bathrooms; had the huge sheet pizza...fed 6 twice! Good tasting pizza. Will return next time I'm in state.

Called the morning of my son's bday. Inquired about stopping in about 6:30 with 10 of us to have sheet pizza. They were able to accomodate and let us bring in store bought cookie cake. We walked in just as the pizza was coming out at 6:28pm. Perfect!!

My favorite place for pizza, wings &....ICE CREAM!! The pizza shop is usually busy however there's always enough employees to manage the phones, walk-in customers, pick ups, deliveries, etc... We usually order about once a week & whether we pick up or have the order delivered it's always correct, hot, delish & ready to eat with paper plates & napkins!!! As for the staff...AWESOME, always friendly & professional. It's always clean with plenty of tables inside to sit & eat, fun pics to check out of Walworth & the school sports teams. Finish up the visit with ice cream...reasonable price! They don't disappoint.

Love the food here but your delivery driver is especially appreciated. He was an older man and so very kind and personable. I wish i had nore to tip him. Honestly hands down best deliverer ive ever encountered. Plus the corn dogs are to die for!

Pretty good pizza place, with really good portions. They also have some other items on the menu that worth exploring, such as fried dough for dessert! Their pan pizza is better than their slices in my opinion. Selection is decent.

I’ve had to change my previous review simply for the fact that I complained about an extremely disgusting slice of pizza I bought and not one person has reached out in response. I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service. The slice I got was dry and the crust hard as a rock. And don’t get me started on the rude girl at the register. I may have to go to Mac’s pizza shack or Salvatore’s from now on. Shame.

Never showed with my pizzas for a birthday party, I realized the house number was wrong as I am at a friends, I tried to call back to correct, no answer. HOWEVER they never called when they realized that the address provided was in fact not even a real address. They pocketed my $60, refused to answer the phone, & NEVER once called my phone listed on my marks account to clarify the confusion & drop off at the proper address. Disgusted to say the least.

I had ordered pizza and wings for my family and delivery took 45 minutes by the time pizza and wings got to the house. Food was extremely cold. There’s too much sauce on the pizza and the cheese just fell off the pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I am never ordering from Mark’s pizzeria again

Family has ordered from this location for years. The quality is inconsistent you have to say extra to get sauces on pizza and wings even then it still sucks. I called explained what was wrong and manager said they'd fix it but we have to give food back not that I care wasn't what we wanted anyways would've just tossed it but im 100% sure theres a law that states once food leaves a restaurant they cannot take it back at all they drove back out delivered correct pizza and took back the wrong one code violation btw but again the female manger siad if i wanted the correct order theyd have to get wrong oreder back note they didnt redeliver until an hour later the manager was rude on phone and got smart w me saying theyre trying to fix the issue with a snooty attitude well if your employees listened in the first place it wouldn't be an issue.

my wife ordered chicken fingers and we got taken advantage of management was very rude will never order from Walworth ny marks pizza ever again they absolutely lost a customer and hope people like us keep a watch on there service in our area.

Order from them for years but no happy with the last tie.I tried to order. They have coupons online and they are good until the end of the year but they will not honor them. Call to get a sheet with 2 combo add on. Was told they are no longer doing that special I would have to do the 3 add on for more money. They need to update their website or honor their coupons. Talk about false advertising.
