Such a cute and cozy cafe! You can’t go wrong with their coffee or cheesecake. My favorite thing has got to be their variety of grilled cheese sandwiches! They are so delicious! Keep an eye out for their monthly specials too, so yummy. It’s also worth noting that they use fresh focaccia bread for all of their sandwiches which ohhh my gosh... makes them even better.

Something of an out-of-the-way little coffee shop, Caffe Dolce 907 is truly the premiere roast experience. If you drink coffee, you simply must visit Caffe Dolce for a depth and taste not found elsewhere. Even if you don't drink coffee, Italian sodas are available, as well as ice cream and various sandwiches. This reviewer had the chaga latte (a light coffee made with a parasitic mushroom that's said to have many health benefits,) and the buffalo chicken gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. Both items were exceedingly well made and served by very friendly staff. The latte had an interesting flavor and texture to it, despite still retaining its trademark bitterness and hint of a bite. The accompanying sandwich was grilled to perfection, with melted cheese and just enough spice to heat you up in this chilly Alaskan weather, which I am most certainly not accustomed to. Whether a coffee lover or traveling tourist like myself, or simply a Wasilla local looking for a quaint hole in the wall to have a unique lunch and beverage, Caffe Dolce is the place to go.

I worked their breifly, and I had never like cheesecake before. But When I was working their I mixed the batter, prepping it for the owner. And she would have me taste it so its perfect and i fell in love with cheesecake and she has great options of flavors, she does custom cakes, many sizes, weddings, and other desserts too.. Ever Try the Idita Pop?

A great place to spend time with friends or family. Highly enjoyable!

Relaxing and friendly staff. I came here when I was homeless and one of the employees gave me and my partner glasses with their logo on it. we still have in our new home. Such a memorable moment. Gluten free options and comfort food that just hits the spots. My only complaint is the hours. They are open at weird midday times and sometimes it's not listed when they are closed. I've driven or walked here many times only to find they are not open....understaffed? Lack of marketing? I feel like if they did mornings and weekends and advertised more, they would have a lot more traffic. If you can catch them when they are open, they are a amazing place. So they loose service stars for specifically the management service and whoever is in charge of the schedule. But the actual food and customer service is very great 👍

We stopped in as we had a few minutes before our teenagers chiropractic appointment. I had an oatmilk matcha with Peppermint and I think vanilla, blended. The lady that was in front of us got it and it just looked amazing, so I asked for what she had. It was wonderful! My husband got an almond milk latte and he said it was great. I also got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and it was scrumptious! My teenager decided to share half of it, and my drink, since I couldn't finish it fast enough for her liking. We will be back, for sure.

After work I came here for cheesecake but they were sold out. I'd suggest getting there early! They have delicious cheesecake. So I tried a green Chile grilled cheese w tomato basil soup. Crunchy and creamy goodness, but needed a teeny bit more seasoning for both but it was good! :)

Service was mediocre. I ordered a latte. The barista did ask if I would like an alternate milk (kudos to her, and they have oat milk). I paid and sat down and never got my order. About 30 minutes later when a staff member finally came back up front I inquired about my latte. "Do you mean this one?" as he picked it up off the counter. Wow. There was only one other customer, already sitting down with food and coffee, in the establishment. So it wasn't because they were busy. Please do much, much better with future customers.

I hate leaving one star reviews, especially for small businesses, but hopefully this saves someone else from wasting their time. My mom loves cheesecake, I wanted to get her a gift card here for Christmas. Tried calling, no answer, called again over the next several days, no answer and no call back. Finally messaged on Facebook and the next day was given hours I could pick the gift card up. When my fiance went to get the gift card for me, the person there couldn't find them. She tried calling the owner who didn't answer her phone (shocker), then said come back the next day and gave staffed hours. Today I swung by during the alleged staffed hours. There were cars parked out front, but the doors were locked and no one answered when I knocked. Tried calling several more times, again no answer. At this point now it's Christmas Eve, I have had mine and my fiances time wasted, and I have no gift card. I'm not even convinced they are a real business and honestly if this is how they work I'm glad I didn't get the gift card. I doubt my mom would have been persistent enough to keep trying for weeks on end until someone finally bothers to answer the phone or open the door.

Attempted to have breakfast there with my wife. There were several issues; despite listed as open it was not, there's a sign on the door that says pick ups only, it's not actually a resturant it's one half of a house (the online photos are very deceiving), it's in a residentual neighborhood (hard to access). Save the frustration and your time and just go somewhere else.
