My friend and I met here for coffee 2-3 times a week until COVID shut down the lobby. 🙁 When we walked in and we always got a warm welcome! Medium hot coffee sweet and light & Medium iced french vanilla coffee!! Jackie and her crew are amazing! 🤗

The coffee at this Dunkin tastes the BEST out of any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The food has never tasted off, like most other Dunkin locations I’ve gone to. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. I really appreciate everything you all do. I’ll only go to this location and the one on Palm Pkwy. Coffee ‘On Tap’ is everything!

I stop here multiple times a week on my way into work. The staff is super friendly and this is the quickest coffee drive thru in town. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 3-4 minutes. Quality of coffee is always great.

Fast and polite. Came in around 11am yesterday and asked how long it may be for 2 cups of Joe. They had it ready in less than ten minutes and set me up with cups and all the condiments. I appreciate the good service and fresh coffee.

We went thru the drive thru and I had not had my coffee yet, lol. The young lady, I believe her name was Quaishia. I'm sure that's not quite it. But she was very polite, kind and most of all, pleasant. Her being such a positive energy makes me want to go here every morning 😁🌄

I go out of my way to go to this particular Dunkin. The employees are outstanding! Not only are they consistently super fast making my order, but they are so polite and pleasant. It’s hard to have a bad day when the person handing you your morning coffee is smiling and happy to see you :)

Front counter employee was super helpful and polite. The whole team was moving very fast. Atmosphere inside was clean and calm. Great place to get some work done. So much less busy than Starbucks. I will be back.

The woman who took my order in the drive-thru was super nice, I went there to get a coffee but I wanted to try a refresher instead, she recommended I use lemonade instead of green tea because it would make the drink taste like a jolly rancher. I was skeptical but she was absolutely right! It really made my day and I’m happy to see people making recommendations because most places just make your order without a care, but the woman who took my order was super kind.

Advantages: I love Dunkin' Coffee, and I frequently stop by to buy my favorite caramel machiado or ice butter pecan with hazelnut at least five times a week. Everything in this establishment, including the restroom, personnel, donut display, and table-settiing area, is immaculately clean. During the peak hour of 7 a.m., I saw the manager on site discreetly discussing with her team how to handle trainees who walked outside to find consumers with mobile internet orders in a lovely, affectionate manner. Excellent staff energy and excellent client service 👍. Disadvantages: There isn't a sitting place outside, and the drive-through is far too near the front door. It would have been ideal otherwise.

Probably the best dunkin I’ve been to in this area. I’ve had issues with food not being hot at other locations, and have never had that issue at this one. The staff is friendly and quick with orders.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They are very consistent and they make my coffee the way I like everytime! Sandwiches always hot and fresh and customer service is A1! <3 Edit: wish everyone that visited this location was a bit more patient. They’re very clearly low staffed and trying their best. If you don’t like the wait, you’re free to leave. Stop whining.

This was my first visit to this location, and I’m pleased to say I was very satisfied with the service. The gentleman at the drive-thru was very kind and explained to me all the different flavorings. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a smile and he even helped me with the Dunkin app! I was having a rough day with my kids, but the well made coffee and good service definitely helped my day!

Whoever was working the drive thru 2/3 about 4 PM was one of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with in a drive thru. I was having “a Monday”, and their friendliness made my day. This place has funny staff I see on a regular basis. I rarely go inside and just use the drive through. I did have to use the bathroom there and it was clean and had both urinals and toilet. The inside was also clean. I have heard the tone of voice and verbal demands, as if they are slaves, by all sorts of cars in front of me. This is the 8am line so it can be a long wait and everyone is in a rush to get to work and all of sudden the stress is taken out on the drive through staff. And then you have the people inside. Some are nice of course but 8am there are rude people that come through more often. That being said, they can be rude on the intercom but that's what happens when you get a long line of not so nice people.

I love Dunkin. My only issue is sometimes when I order online thru the app they are out of what I order. They do offer a replacement but there is a way to block it out so it can't be ordered (found this out from another store)

I love my mini stuffed bagels and Boston creme donut. My daughter eats gluten-free, so I do not usually buy her food here. However, they may be able to do the eggs and or ham without the bread.

Walked in store to a loud blunt shout of "I'll be with you in a minute okay" , think Manager forgot he was wearing headphones for the drive through window. They were more geared to that than walk in customers. Coffee ok though!

It's DD, so the food is standard. The staff are nice, here, though. Of the times I have been, the doughnuts have been stale, and they were out of sour cream specifically, twice.

We went through the drive through, and we spoke to 2 different people. And they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. And then we got to the window, and we waited there for like 3 minutes before even anybody came to the window, and it just felt like nobody knew what they were doing there. We had a, we got 3 coffees. Coffee bags of coffee and the guy rang them up and then he didn't even put them in a plastic bag, I had to ask for that. And then I also had to ask for the receipt. I shouldn't have to be asking for these things. These should automatically be given to a person or even at least offered. Very bad service😡😡😡😪😪😪

I was not impressed with this location. Food was just ok. The staff was friendly, but the person making my breakfast sandwich had a beard and hair got in my food. He was not wearing a net. He did remake my sandwich and apologized. I'm sure it wasn't the first time and won't be the last. I'm not one to leave poor reviews, but I think if you're in the food service industry with a beard making people's food, please wear a beard net.

They tried to accommodate my order after not having what I ordered and could not comprehend what I wanted to change my order . I ordered TURKEY SAUSAGE ON A MULTIGRAIN BAGEL. They told me they were out of the bagel but they switched the Turkey sausage to regular sausage and I heard them say that and I told them no I want turkey sausage still and still got regular sausage. It’s not on my diet so I couldn’t eat it.

Service was ok. Counter person was polite. They did not know which doughnuts were which and most were not labled or were gone. Coffee was horrible hot chocolate was ok. They did not offer creamer and the doughnuts were stale. Way over priced I was surprised to find starbucks prices for watery tasteless coffee.

Do not understand what “No Cheese” means. People are nice but I am 3 for 3 on breakfast sandwiches having cheese on them that I explicitly asked not to have (allergy). The one time I complained they scraped it off and put it back in the bag and I had to bin the sandwich.

they don’t even try to make the coffee. the coffee tastes gross. Usually when I go get coffee from any other place it tastes good but you never know when you go to Dunkin. It’s either good or really bad.

This particular location is hit or miss. I have been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Within those 2 years they have either got my order wrong, had me pull up and wait, understaffed, etc on multiple occasions. Today was the last straw. Not only did I have to pull forward and wait for the 2nd day in a row, when I arrived at work, my order was completely wrong. I go through the drive thru for the convenience but now its starting to become a hassle. PLEASE STEP UP YOUR GAME DUNKIN!!! This is becoming more frequent and needs to change!!

They get the second star for being fast. But that’s where the good ends. Guaranteed to mess up 1-2 orders a week if you’re a frequent. Staff is almost never happy and even slightly passive aggressive. It’s disappointing because there are two dunkins near me and both are unreliable. Starbucks is 2x more expensive but I guess for consistency and quality that’s what you have to do.

Went to this store at 6am. The guy on the drive thru sounded like he hated his job. He had that monotone way of talking. There was a car in front of me that had moved up and he made me way a long time. The car in front of me had left and he waited a minute after to take my order. I only needed a medium coffee. When I preceeded to pay the lady took my payment left the window and then realized she did not give me my coffee. I mean it was only a medium coffee a blind person with no extremities could do this!

Check your order every time. It's easy, the workers are willing to remake it. It's that there's not real push to be accurate. I've definitely seen unruly customers but the food can be very hit or miss.

Staff never really seems what's going on in store. After being told to pull around and waiting 10 minutes I went inside. I was very polite and asked how much longer it might be. The lady at the front who was super nice went to the woman making the hot items. She yelled at me, it will be ready when it's ready, incredibly rudely. Sadly may have to rethink stopping at local Dunkin locations (particularly this one, but not only this one) as on three out of our four last visits we’ve experienced rude employees and had items missing from our orders. This most recent visit was bizarre as we had to re-confirm every single item at the window, almost as if we were ordering all over again (several items were missing already) and even still things were absent from what we got handed. At least the items themselves have remained at the expected quality. Unfortunate. UPDATED: tried one last time and had yet another discouraging experience.

Terrible service. I’ve been through this Dunkin’ several times in the past few years. I have never experienced such terrible service like I did this morning. The young lady who worked on 9/5/2025 @ around 6:10am gave horrible rude customer service from the moment she opened her mouth. It was so bad, the gentleman working in the restaurant with her decided to take the mic from her and attempted to take my order because she was being so damn rude. To prevent further conflict and possible food tampering, I decided to leave and go down the street to Foxtail coffee. It turns out they have great service and a great iced matcha latte!! I will not be returning to this dunking located on s. Orlando Ave.

The girl of my dreams visited this location around 7:45am and wasn't ready to order and had a few questions for the cashier (Doreem Flowers). The questions were answered rudely and it wasn't the best of experience at Dunkin Doughnuts.

With most of the state out of power this location has the nerve to close the lobby to customers. It will only allow you to wait in the drive through which extends to 17-92 which risks everyone's safety. I'll never be back to this location!!!!

Train the staff to speak with customer service rather than rude monosyllabic grunts. Also maybe have more than 3 donuts available for purchase during breakfast time. If you’re worried that one order of a half dozen donuts is going to wipe out your supply, probably means you’re not making enough product.

I had to repeat my order to the cashier six times and it was a simple order of six donuts. I also ordered coffee and when I told the cashier that the coffee was wrong instead of being polite she rolled her eyes and huffed as she walked away to fix it. Very poor service.

The donuts are always old, no matter what time of a day I’ve been. Really beyond disappointed today, they either didn’t have the donuts or had very poor substitutes. How do you have 1 glazed donut? Next time I’ll just pay the little extra for Krispy Kreme where the donuts are always fresh.

The cashier should look up and listen to the guests orders instead of keeping her head down and us having to ask to repeat herself. Also, when our items are ready, they should tell us our items are ready instead of letting our order sit there getting cold. No communication at all.

I will not go to the store on Lee road.. Due to when they make their chocolate frosted sprinkled donuts. They never have enough chocolate on it and not very many sprinkles. I began to go The won over by a hollow Hyundai.. They are always courteous fast and their donuts are awesome I go for my granddaughter. Too bad for Lee road I had gone there for 2 years for my Granddaughter... I have sent pictures to the company and wrote them so much for someone doing something about it..☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

I’m confused as to why your employees at the window are not wearing masks, gloves and accepting credit cards by hand ... definitely not being considerate towards others who are trying to be compliant with COVID - 19. I knew when we drove by and Krispy Kreme and Starbucks had a huge line and DD did not that the operation was probably not up to the standards other places are taking. Disappointed

Do not order or go to thislocation. Unable to get a simple coffee order right. Pluse got a bug in my coffe on the 2nd try, the 3rd was still wrong and the manager was not helpful. Did not want to correct the problem! Do not go there!!! Health inspector needs to visit this place!

Had gone to another DD and didn’t realize until I left that my regular coffee had a burned taste. Came to this location since it was near where I was going, and asked them if they would mind giving me a new one and explained why. The girl working first hassled me about my reason, saying it’s not being possible for coffee to burn. Then proceeded to lecture me about how I should have gone back to the other location because now my new coffee has to come “out of their pocket” instead of the other location.

Horrible experience, have never felt so unwelcome, the counter person Domeen was so rude and unfriendly, we felt stereotyped. She was so rude to us that she turned her back on us as soon as we asked for the kind of donuts that my friend wanted, asking with her back to us on a very rude tone "what else do you want" then we paid for a milk, she didn't tell us that we had to get it from the fridge, and when my daughter went to get it her and a couple that were there looked at my daughter like she was trying to steal it. Domeen was rude to us, but to the couple that looked that were regular costumers, not only she was very polite, she also took their order to their table. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A LOCAL ! VERY MEAN STAFF!

Burnt Croissants & Missing Donuts at Dunkin’ Every visit to Dunkin’ has been a letdown. Burnt croissants instead of the buttery perfection I crave, and a donut selection that’s just… disappointing as they don't have the usual inventory. I keep hoping for that turnaround visit, but it’s yet to come. Dunkin’, you’re missing the mark!

No consistency. When I order here it's a gamble as to whether the order will be correct or not. Employee that thought it was okay to complain loudly about some incident... So incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate in a place where your customers have to listen to it. The terrible customer service made a botched coffee even worse. Go to another location. Will not be returning.

Came in with my kids. Was told I was not allowed to purchase the donuts they wanted bc it would wipe out that flavor. I don't understand why this would be a policy if you come in with children with specific likes. Had the person at the counter been polite about the issue I wouldn't be writing this.

Such a poor service. I've never had such a subpar experience with DD locations but this location decided to make a record. I was charged for a cup of coffee with the flavor that I wanted but what I got was bland. No flavor swirl, no sugar, or cream that I ordered through the drive-thru yet I was charged for it. The cashier was so rude, unfriendly, and impatient. I will not come back here again.

This place was great years ago but they mess up every order. I got a big n toasted that had bread on it that looked like it had been sitting on one of the tables in the dining area for 3 years and they somehow mess up ice coffees consistently. U will also wait at the drive thru menu board for about 2 years before someone comes on and takes ur order. Whoever is running this place needs to get this place back to where it was.

Maybe consider hiring morning people for a breakfast establishment. Half of the screen was out in the drive thru, the food is mid when should be fresh considering the business opening shortly prior to being ordered.. employee serving us looked like she hated her life and barely spoke or even looked at us.

Awful service! We arrived, no one else in line, ordered and we were directed to a parking space to wait for our order. They forgot to make the order. We had to walk back to the drive thru window to ask status of order. We were given a cold egg sandwich. Warmed on top for cheese to melt but thoroughly cold egg topped with slightly melted cheese. Inedible. Completely cold. Unresponsive to calls.

They deserve no stars. The service ans staff are horrible. Mind your receipt, they don't tell you cost at drive thru and overcharge at window. They will tell you they don't have something after ringing you up but want to give you something at a lesser cost to replace. They become hateful when you decline and want a refund. The food is always under or over cooked. Manager argued that burnt to black bacon was not over cooked and refused to replace. I've been going 5 days a week for over a year. I'll never go back the manager (male) is horrible and the staff is just as bad with so much turn over.

This has got to be the slowest dunkin I’ve ever been . I’ve been sitting in this drive through line for 20 minutes… with only one car in front of me, so it’s not like it’s packed.The first time, I gave them slack, the second time was an annoyance, but this is the third time, which makes a trend. I ordered a caramel craze latte and it tastes bitter. Loaded hash browns were missing the cheese and the bagel minis were frozen in the middle. Complete bust. Definitely done with this location.

Used to be an everyone customer but unfortunately went somewhere else. Lack of communication, and customer service is bad. staff gets rude when you order something and they make it wrong acting like it's our fault. The coffee got worse and worse. The vibe is off when you go inside. This place needs new management. Rather drive 10 to 20 min more than come here.

The food is the best part of what I got, but the service was horrible I know it’s early in the morning but I don’t need extra attitude when I’m asking a simple question about the menu. The person on the intercom was not helpful and she was very snappy with me when I was calm and kind. Also I ordered a chai Latte and it tasted like water and milk. Never buying from them again, and I don’t recommend this location

Workers lack customer service skills. I got home and discovered my order was incorrect. The workers made a big show of reviewing past orders. I was given my missing item in a rude off handed manner... It was abruptly placed on the counter as she walked in the other direction. There was no apology, just attitude.

Stopped at the drive through for a coffee & breakfast sandwich. I asked what kind of wake up wraps are available and the woman replied in an aggressive and loud tone “look at the menu”. Pulled off and will not be going back for their terrible service.

This establishment always runs out of donuts early in the morning. Nobody has the foresight to look at past sales and predict future demand. Nobody bothers to make donuts before they run out. The staff is rude and very, very slow. I wish this was an isolated event however, this is a pattern and practice with this location. I will never return to this location.

A friend sent me a gift card through text it would not connect to my App and just kept giving me a blank screen. When I asked the manager Kevia for help she said she couldn’t do anything about it they have nothing to do with gift card through the app. When I asked well how do I fix it ? she said she had no idea and just started helping the person behind me. I asked for a name of the person above her or the owner and she said she was not allowed to give that information out.

Every time I go there, there’s always a woman with really bad attitude and really bad customer service. I was just there today and I was waiting in line for good 10 minutes in my car before someone greeting me and there was no one else in line and there was nobody really in the parking lot. She has very bad attitude and I will not be coming back to that dunkin

I came this morning looking for something good to eat. This is my first time at Dunkin. I asked the lady for a specific product, paid for it, but probably made a mistake; pi got a different product. Came back to the counter, but she looked at me like a trash, she didn’t care that I made a mistake and paid for it. She didn’t offer and didn’t receive it back. When I asked for something else she charged me like nothing happened… and , with a winning look, asked me to through out the other product to the trash I felt really bad by this lady! The service was under anything I can imagine as a good service. She is not good for Dunkin ‘s image. That was the first and last time I’ll enter Dunkin.

Ordered donuts on the kiosk inside the restaurant, was told my donuts are out of stock. I said okay please give me a refund. They say I can’t you have to pick another donut. There was like 7 types of donuts in stock. Where did all the donuts go? Out of stock donuts shouldn’t be listed for sale on the kiosk if you can’t honor the sale. I was told to drive here tomorrow to speak with the manager or call Dunkin for a refund. All this work for $5, NOPE I won’t be back…

I should’ve read the reviews before I went….. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash browns just to get to work, bite into my sandwich and there was no sausage on top of the sandwich being slightly burnt…and they didn’t have condiments…. The man literally read it back to me before I got to the window….. I just… Maybe it’s the pregnancy hormones but I almost burst out in tears… I was already nauseous and then to have no condiments AND no sausage on the sandwich. Won’t go back…. I’ll stick to the one I usually go to in Altamonte Springs.

I never get extra cream cheese which I order every time. I ordered and vanilla cream cold brew. No cream. You guys are dropping the ball get your shot together. Im done coming here

Can’t lie you’d think just getting a drink would make it hard to have the worst service you’ve ever gotten at a dunkin but they were able to accomplish it. Impressively rude and slow. Will never go back.

TERRIBLE Dunkin. We went inside to order and the cashier took forever and couldn’t get the order right. There were three workers verbally FIGHTING behind the counter getting mad at each other. I asked for a box of munchkins with chocolate and glazed. The worker even asked right before he packaged them which flavor and I told him chocolate and glazed again. He then proceeds to give me chocolate, glazed and pumpkin. My father asked for a mocha latte without cream or sugar. Then, they give him a regular latte with 4 creams and 4 sugars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST DUNKIN EVER. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service! The woman at the register was rude. The manager was just sitting on a counter while her employee was blatantly being rude. The food was burnt but they were so rude during the first encounter that I didn't want to endure a second encounter. Avoid this location at all costs!

Went inside to order breakfast and never got service. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes as all anyone did was take drive-thru orders. Tried using the order screen, but the options I wanted were not listed. If I am going to walk into your establishment as a paying customer, the very least you can do is acknowledge me. "We'll be right with you..." or something to that effect.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, they said they didnt have any. Ordered an everything bagel. Didnt have it. They finally said they have plain bagels and then we ordered cream cheese with ours and this is what they give us. What a joke. The employees looked high and confused. Do better Dunkin’.

Edit * the woman burnt my macchiato. She either cant make coffee or was spiteful that I pointed out her rudeness to that man working there. I don’t mind burnt coffee but you hate the taste definitely don’t go here. Gentlemen at the counter was so super nice but the way the two women yelling back and forth with each other were acting was super unprofessional. Then while trying to make my order they told the guy helping me to “step up and take orders” so he stopped helping me and began doing something else. The woman realized I was standing there then came over to ask me what I needed. I explained that the man she was ordering around was actually helping me until she started being extremely rude to him. Not coming back. Horrible staff.

Extremely disappointed. I boycotted Dunkin months ago because of their lack of consistency in their coffee. Decided to give it a try after months. Still disappointed and will never return to this location. My sausage egg and cheese croissant is burnt, the cheese it on top of the croissant. I’m very upset.
