I gotta say I went here a a couple nights ago right before they closed and years ago there was an ad campaign for Subway about "sandwich artists" and I have to say the guy who made my sandwich truly was one. Everything was placed perfectly and the whole thing was fantastic. It seems funny writing a review for such a big chain but the person who was working there did a great job and I wanted to say thanks,that sandwich totally hit the spot!

I also got a fountain pop and the ice machine was not working& pop tasted so flat.

normally they are good about getting my sandwich right its pretty simple sandwhich i get a toasted tuna with lettuce cucumber and black olives thats it today they added pepper jack chese and some weird sauce and the second i took the first bite i got sick

Restaurant itself is very small parking is not good and the staff was not only lacking but rude trying to close up early!!

This place is overcharging for food. I’ve had a meatball sub from 2 other subways and it was roughly 8 dollars. Here it was 12.30 LOL.

The subs were okay but the employee clearly didn't want to be there. Was literally slapping and throwing toppings on the subs. It was rough to watch.

They don't accept coupons anymore either. Veggie Delight is now $7.99 and extra cheese is $2. The worker says "why don't you eat meat?" every time I pick up. Why should I have to explain that to her? I'm done with this store.

I got meatballs foot long sub today from subway store, 59 Mount Auburn St Watertown, MA and I ask them to wrap separately for me so I can go work and share with my friends, but lady (behind the register ( has no subway uniforms, no hat) she said we don’t do that, I ask her why? she replied paper cost money so we don’t do that, I ask her you can charge me and do it but she ignored me. Very disappointed with customer service. I suggest Subway corporate should surprise visit store like and make sure they are doing whatever they supposed to do with subway standard customer service.

The food was not fresh or delicious. I asked for Buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken is not grilled chicken with spicy sause. This is so bad. These people think we have no experience about food but we do.

Shallow workers. They don’t know how to behave and talk while serving the customers. Untidy tables. There were veggies and sauces on 3-4 tables. Pungent odor in the entire subway.

Bread was small and they gave me barley any meat. 10/10 would not go back or recommend.

Sees one customer walk into the empty store, takes a minute to finish the face time call they are having then responds with "what do you want". From average quality ingredients, stale bread to terrible customer service, really gives subway a bad image.

I ordered a footlong Monster sub from this place, paid extra for a larger portion, and what I got was a pittance. That it still pops up on UberEats is something I will never not regret.

I placed the wrong item through Sub app then called to cancel, the man said ok. But later I still got email confirmation, which means it charged. So I have to come to their store, in person to tell them I called earlier and I’m here right now, just canceled my order please. He put something on his machine and said ok cancel. Now, a week later from that day, my card still be charged and the order HAD NEVER BEEN CANCELED. I am sorry guys, I will never ever get anything from this store again. Definitely.

Sign said they were open until 10. I walked in around 8:20 pm. It felt like I was inconveniencing the guy behind the counter. He was grumpy and wanted me to sit at the small tables only. I don't know why because there was no one in there besides myself. I get the feeling that he started his closing routine an hour and a half early and I interrupted that.

Place is honestly health violation, I saw someone take out bag full of spinach or lettuce and I could see fruitflies swarming it. Some left over fruitflies even went over to food on counter and went inside pile of lettuce, it was truly disgusting thing to see. Person who was going to make my food waved at fruit flies to make them go away then asked what I wanted. If you like insect infested food this is the place to go

I know this is just a Subway, but they were super skimpy on all of the toppings with my sandwich. I received a footlong with literally 6 pickles, 4 tomato slices, and just over ten individual spinach leaves. Sounds ridiculous, but I actually counted them out. Also, the meat was barely enough to fill a 6 inch sub. When I asked for more vegetables I was given 1 more tomato slice and 1 more pickle. Barely given any sauce either. Every other time I've been to a Subway the food at least fills/covers the bread. Clearly trying to save money, but you're going to lose it by not having anymore customers.

Stopped here on my way back to nh after visiting my father whom was in the hospital for a quick bite well the sandwiches are over priced for the little bit of meat. Spent over 30 on 3 sandwiches to get accused of taking a fountain soda when we purchased 3 20 Oz bottles..... will not be going here again

I genuinely cannot believe how absolutely terrible this Subway location is- from the food to the pathetic excuse for customer service. I ordered my usual rotisserie chicken sandwich that I get at every other outlet without issue, and what I got was an insult on a bread roll. Barely any fillings, zero vegetables worth mentioning, and the chicken? Completely nonexistent. I had to unwrap my sandwich just to be met with what looked like plain bread. When I called to complain, instead of any kind of apology or accountability, this guy had the audacity to ask me to drag myself back to the store. And for what? So he could rudely dig through the bread with his fingers, scrounge up a few pathetic crumbs of chicken, shove it in my face and smugly say "see, there IS chicken." That is your customer service?! No apology, no offer to fix it, no basic human decency- just pure arrogance and attitude from someone who clearly couldn't care less about the customers keeping his store open. This location is an absolute disgrace. It's not even surprising given the horrific reviews already plastered all over Google Maps, clearly this has been a recurring problem that nobody there has any intention of fixing. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the disappointment, AVOID this location at all costs. Worst Subway experience imaginable, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period.

So I got a flatbread and boy was it flatter than flat. Not the usual flatbread subway provides. I got 50% more meat and they only gave me a single layer of spicy Italian meat lol. Disappointment. Never again.

Ordered subway on Super Bowl subway knowing it would take a while for delivery. Subways showed up an hour later. They had mixed up the sandwiches so that the veggies and meats and everything were all swapped and wrong. Very disappointing when you pay $15 a sandwich for delivery and don’t even eat it because it’s not to your taste.

I asked for a 6in BMT and got a school lunch sandwich, literally 2 thin slices of pepperoni, 1 thin slice of ham, and 1 thin Slice of provalone cut in HALF, the man taking my order prevented me from seeing MY SANDWICH until it was toasted. when he slapped it on the counter and asked what veggies I wanted, I very kindly asked him if this was all the meat and if I can get more, he ignored me. I said I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and onions, he proceeds to give me the 2 butts of the smallest tomatoes from the largest batch of sliced tomatoes I have ever seen in a subway at 5 in the evening, a bed of lettuce, and 2 literal pieces of onions. An extra slice of onion made its way to my sandwich, but I guess that little guy was just way too much to give up so he took him out the cut. At the end of this diabolical purchase , I was about to be overcharged for this thing but luckily the
