First time there. Loved the cheese burger and fries plus the added dessert of an ice cream cone. Will visit again when I'm back in Dallas.

When compared to other braum's visits, this one ranks highly. I was delighted to see 6 new flavors, Mexican inspired, and, sure most of them are some combination of strawberries and cream and something else, and yes I hadn't eaten anything all day, but I think even if the last weren't true I'd have found the same contentedness and zen feeling as I did while eating my double cone of tarte de fresca y crema and fresca con crema. I vote this my best Braums shake yet! I couldn't drink it through the straw v/c it was so thick for about a half hour! That's what spoons are for! There was plenty to share with my son who came home from college for a visit too.

My man Joe hooked with up with the fattest scoops. He did make fun of me when I asked which milkshake flavours Braum’s offers. Turns out they will make you a milkshake from ANY of the ice creams. Go figure. Yup, I’m a fattie. I would recommend getting the large size for the milkshake. They don’t want you to know that they have it. But they do though.

This was absolutely amazing!!!! Prices are great, atmosphere is good, staff is professional and friendly. Everything was clean and neat. Will be a regular from now on. It was that good!!!!

I only went through the drive thru, but they got the order perfect and they blended my milkshake long enough so it didn't have a chunk of ice cream at the bottom.

The Hamburgers remind me of elementary/ middle school cafeteria- they are the best burgers how the cheese melted on the patty and bun and to the wrapper where you can't help but the lick that paper clean. Highly recommend

I love the ice creams there and the hamburgers. They are pretty good, and the most important things is they have good facilities to eat in and share with friends or family and park your car. The place is clean, nice and have inside a little convenient store to buy things to cook or ready to warm with microwave. You can find there milk, orange juice, ice cream and many other good things.

I didn't know that they had a little market inside. To my delight, I found ice-cream like Klondikes but way better. Let's just say we had an ice-cream Sunday. I recommend for everyone to go and get your happy on.

Buy your Keto bread here. For a so-called keto bread, it's a good imposter of bread, because it's mostly wheat fiber, wheat gluten, and not loaded with starch. But, that's what I want nowadays. Try it, if it's passable then you've got a first step toward lowering carohydrates in your diet. A full-fat BUTTER flavor of this same bread would be excellent!

Classic Braum’s serving up all the favorites. The ice cream is great and they have a lot of show options as well. All the food is a great value and the ice cream is especially cheap but has great flavor. This spot is convenient with plenty of parking. Would definitely visit again.

My whole experience on 2/24/26 st around 5pm was great. But I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the whole restaurant especially the Ladies room. I noticed it was thanks to the hard work of a cleaning lady under the name of Olga. I asked one of the employees about her name. She looked genuinely busy cleaning non-stop, wiping, mopping, emptying trash cans. It was just nice to witness a spotless fast food place and restroom, especially at such a busy time of day.

I went in for the first time today to try to find milk and eggs since other stores in the area were sold out because of the weather forecast with possible snow. The store was bright and light with people in line for food and others shopping. I had no idea that they so many food items. They had fruit, lettuce, grapefruits, bags of popcorn, frozen fruit. etc.. Just a total surprise. I had been to Whole Foods and Tom Thumb and both were out of milk and eggs, so I thought of Braum's. Great service, very friendly easy check out, easy parking. l LOVE this place and will definitely go back. I didn't get ice cream but I've heard that it's wonderful there.

Braums raises their own free range beef and dairy cattle and open range chickens for all of their products. They have a patented cold pasteurization process that retains much of the creaminess of the dairy and rich flavors.

It’s never ideal to return a food product. Especially to one of your favorite establishments. Everything Braum’s does is usually awesome. The receipt says they are proud of their product, and they should be, but if a customer isn’t satisfied, they will refund or replace. A rude manager is an oxymoron in this situation. Sir, don’t be rude. I’ll be back. Not because of you and your treatment of a long time customer. I’ll be back because I love Braums. Sir, I returned a subpar product because your company policy allows me to.

I had excellent service today. This ice cream is the best in the city. This is the only reason I go there. The help could be a little cleaner as well as the counter and glass fronts to the ice cream cases. The bathrooms are nasty most of the time. I don't eat the other food offered, so I can't comment on that aspect.

I enjoyed the size of this location. My only issue is all of the flies. However, I loved the Grilled Chicken Strawberry salad.

Actually really good burgers and breakfast food. Also has chicken tenders and fries with sauce similar to Canes but with less paprika and flavor. It looks a little dated from the outside (and inside), but the flavors are all there and the service was great! I had a shake with their ice cream, and it wasn't the greatest, but I think you should only get shakes of their standard flavors. I had cookie dough which was getting stuck in the straw and just didn't taste right.

Braum's ice cream is a nice pit stop on a road trip. The place appeared to be run by young people. It was definitely NOT CLEAN. I asked 2 young people about cleaning the tables, to no avail. I pulled out my lysol and sprayed everything down. I got napkins. I started to clean our seats at Braum's. An older lady walked up and mentioned that she just got to work and she would it. After the ice cream, we went to wash our hands, and the same beautiful lady with some age on her had just finished the restrooms. I thanked her. The 4 stars are for the cleaning lady. My recommendations: Please hire some people who care about cleanliness. It goes a long way. I only stayed because the grandkids were with us. Kids love ice cream even in dirty establishments.

Employees at this location need serious training on customer service. The old guy with glasses and mask needs a hearing aid. Had to go back after I clearly asked for 8 creamers and 5 sugars. Return to collect the other 4 creamers. Are they doing that bad that they have to be extremely greedy with creamer! 🤣 so sad. 1st and last time to this place. This is what I get for not waiting in line at Dutch Bros😩. True that you get what you pay for. And now I know why this place was so empty. Please do better and try to retain your current customers before your work place vanishes.

Kudos to the manager! I ordered a Jr cheeseburger for my gf, and what we received was obviously a previously cooked patty that had been waiting for someone to order it. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the patty was hard. I asked the manager to give me a new one after hearing my complaint, and he had the cooks whip me up a fresh one. They even make sure the cheese was melted by the grill before serving it back to me, which isn't SOP. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you!

Quick service, clean and open kitchen, cheap prices and big deals. Perfect for little dates and quick yummy treats! My husband and I stopped by right before I had to take the bus back home- no tears in the departure because I was out ina. Happy mood by brauns!

Read great reviews about this place so of course, I had to give it a try. I would've given this place a 5 star, but there were almost a entire jar of jalapenos on my sandwich lol. So many that my bottom bun was soggy before leaving the parking lot. Other than that, the food was hot, the customer service was great, and great tasting burger! I'll be going back so definitely give it a try.

This is a tough one as the ice cream is fantastic, the portion sizes are great, the price is damn near perfect and we almost always get good service but every Braum's I go into Including this one has a cleanliness issue and for me the cleanliness of a restaurant, ice cream shop or any facility that serves anything you're putting in your mouth should have the upmost Care when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. There's nothing worse than sitting down and your arm sticks to the table or a server hands you an ice cream as they drag yours through the melted remnants of someone else's... that's why this one is tough, on one hand I have and will continue to be a patron of Braum's but On the other hand find it hard to justify recommending it to anyone with their current standards of cleanliness. I will say this if you considered dirty and sticky to be a hazard of the ice cream eating game then by all means hit up the closest Braum's to your current location but if sticky elbows are not your thing and standards are a must and don't mind going out of your way and spending a bit more cash then hit up an Andy's Frozen Custard for an amazing clean experience. And Last but not least if you're somewhere In between the clean game and the price game hit up my all time emergency go to ice cream at QT's where you can get yourself a huge portion of vanilla ice cream for the low low price of $0.79 why three stars and not four: they need to work on their cleanliness or upkeep *Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. This used to be a good location but it's gone down hill very fast. As I walked in June 30th there was an employee eating out of the ice cream tub. Look at the cameras and you will see I am telling the truth. Service has gone down and quality of food has hit rock bottom.

Excellent American comfort food, but HORRIBLE service. I visited around 7:30pm on 4-26-25. They had TWELVE (12) crew members, of which only 4 appeared to be dedicated kitchen staff. That left 8 members to help take orders.... and they were unable to get things done. Everyone is running around, but no one is doing anything. They can't seem to decide if they will all go take ice cream orders, or if all of them will do food orders. There is no division of labor/duties. If you're not in a hurry, or have a desire to test your patience, then this is the place!

A shop of ice cream desserts as well as a small produce market. They also have an array of fast food items including hamburgers and chicken sandwiches as well asides such as french fries and onion rings. Prices are inexpensive but that's what is expected of low quality food.

The service was excellent, with the staff showing a high level of respect and attentiveness throughout our visit. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable. However, the cleanliness could have been better, as there were some flies inside, which detracted from the overall experience. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, it could be a much better place to dine.

Food is your typical Braum's food. Tasty, fast, good service. Only downside ... not the cleanest. The tables and seats needed to be wiped down. Food on the floor. Flies.

This is a pretty sweet place. The ice cream was very well priced per scoop and they have a bunch of different options. Love the vibe in there with the grocery store. The reason for my low rating is for two things. 1. The staff were not very attentive. We had a line of people for ice-cream and it was SLOW. I mean. Ridiculously slow and there was no system in place for service. Or if there was they were not following it. After we got our ice cream I waited… ate almost all my ice cream before another guest flagged down the girl working the checkout in the grocery store to help us out so we could pay. 2. They ran out of flavours. How? You’re an ice cream burger joint. Ice cream is your main product. 4 of the flavours we wanted were sold out and there was none left in the freezer or anywhere? It’s like going to Starbucks and they ran out of coffee. That just seems ridiculous from an inventory standpoint. This place could be great if they pay attention to the needs of their guests.

I’ve been to Braum’s easily over a hundred times because, let’s face it, their shakes and malts are perfection in a cup. The ice cream? Still as excellent as ever—worth every calorie. The service? Always friendly and on point. But the burgers? Sadly, they’ve taken a nosedive. This is the second time I’ve been served a watery, soggy burger, and it’s honestly a letdown. I keep coming back because I love their other offerings, but the burger quality really needs a comeback tour.

Oh my goodness, it pains me to do this. Anyone that really "knows me" also know my love for Braum's, whether they can understand or appreciate it, or not. So it truly bothers me to do this, but here goes. Please do not expect to visit this location and get the level of service equivalent to say...a Chick-fil-A. Customer service is always lacking; during my visit today the young lady in the drive thru had "low energy" and clearly no enthusiasm or appreciation for customers. For the food I rate a 4, however, for the level of service or rather lack thereof, I rate a 0, for an average rating of a 2. Do better! I do like the new cups though.

I explained to the cashier 3 orders were different bags, and all going to different places, please bag according to the #s on the menu . Nope, all on a tray, the size of the meals for what you pay, 2 to 3 minutes before I could find someone. I told the lady hey these were to be bagged, and she handed me the bag size of a trash bag. I said these are separate orders , and I asked if a manager is present. Guess what she was the manager on duty, a horrible visit

I don't know what they do on day shift but the night shift customer service is horrible. The young people have attitudes all night, by all means re-staff the night shift

Bad experience with a worker in the drive thru, just because I did not go to the first window he interacted with me in a rude way. I apologized for passing and going to the second window and explained I did not see anybody on the first. I understand it can get hectic but damn dude, it was a misunderstanding no need to be rude about it.

Very slow, melted, and barely any toppings 😔. We went through the drive through. Me and the hubby ordered 2 small ice creams and it took over 15 mins. Maybe ..we just got unlucky? Either way if you are in a hurry I don’t recommend.

I normally won't leave a bad review. I go to this braums a lot because of it being close to my work and home. I'm literally there daily. The service here is more often than not just trash if your ordering food or at the market side. No one is usually there for the market register and you can stand at the food counter with everyone helping ice cream buyers and 15 minutes can go buy and no one even speaks to you. I accept it because it's a bunch of teens. Tonight was a bit to far for me not to say something. I ordered the chicken strip meal after about 12 minutes of standing there looking stupid without anyone coming to the register, my strip meal was horrible. Out of the 4 strip, only 1 would be what I call a strip where I could actually taste meat. The rest mostly crust and hard as can be. 1 of those is why I'm writing this review. Look at the pic in front of the roll. IS THAT A STRIP OR A NUGGET TO YOU?? Braums...... Do better. Train better.

Today was the last day I’m giving this place a chance. I’m a native Oklahoman and go out of my way to make a trip to Braum’s because I love it that much. This particular restaurant though is consistently terrible. The fries taste like bottom of the barrel, like they had been sitting there for 4 hours and the hamburger was COLD— like they hadn’t even attempted to warm it up. The cheese slice was not melted in the slightest and the burger couldn’t stay together because of it. It was completely inedible and I threw it away. Who is running this place? Zero QC that’s for sure.

I Ordered 3 lunch combos and they didn't gave me a receipt, after that when I got my order they packed it in a bag as if I didn't order to eat INSIDE. Then refuse to give me cups for the combos I ordered. Worse experience.. now i'm at 7-11 getting big gulps for the food. Never coming back.

To whom is interested in reading this part. Mr. Pablo has the worst CUSTOMER service skills. Why, I'll explain..... So when I pulled up and checked my 🍟, they were cold. I mentioned at the speaker that I wanted fresh fries and to please make them crispier. He grabbed them back, didn't say a word to me, and then carried on inside *waiting on order* to be made as I noticed he got more fries ready to be dropped. I HONKED & KNOCKED ON THE WINDOW because the 1 yr old child was crying, and I was hoping he would not leave me waiting on my ice cream.....but he did tho, after I honked and knocked. So when he finally came around to the window and gave me my cones... 2 chocolate chips, one in a cone, one in cup and MINE....German chocolate, and chocolate chip..... It started to drip and flipped over in my bag. THAT'S NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO ME AT ANY Braums!!!! So please put someone other than Pablo at the window. Oh and might I add, that when I dropped cone in bag....I asked him if he wanted me to move forward so he could move his line (because I have restaurant experience) he said, "No its ok....we don't have a timer" Thank you, management! He made me spill chocolate on my pants, too! Pablo, be happy u got a job, man. Smile more!!!

BURNT NASTY BURGERS, AN UPCHARGE & THEFT OF CHANGE! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL--AVOID IT IF YOU CAN. I purchased some burgers and the hamburger BUNS WERE BURNT TO A CRISP YET ALSO DISGUSTINGLY GREASY and the burger patties smelled off-- really gross, almost like dog food bad!!! They also CHARGE $1.25 FOR A LARGE WATER and don't tell you that when you order through the drive-thru so you have to go into the restaurant if you want a refund. And finally, THE FEMALE CASHER AT THE DRIVE THRU TRIED TO KEEP MY CHANGE WHEN I PAID IN CASH. Like, what? She returned the dollar bill change but assumed she could keep the coinage--she didn't ask or say she was out of change to return to me or request a donation to something--NOPE, just KEPT THE CHANGE, assuming that would be okay. I mean, if I didn't have enough change when paying for my bill, would Braum's let that slide and give me my order anyway? I seriously doubt it! Thank goodness I asked for a receipt. When I paused, and took a look at what she returned to me, then corrected her, telling her she gave me back an incomplete amount, she looked NERVOUS. It took her at least another 5 minutes to figure something out, walking away from the register all together and finally returning and bending down by the register counter TO RETRIEVE CHANGE from somewhere else- -probably her purse?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. IT'S THEFT THROUGH AND THROUGH AND NOT OKAY. Seriously guys, shame on me for thinking I would treat myself with this impulse, purchase decision. The employees don’t wear gloves and their uniforms were so dirty like do that ever wash them. I understand it might get dirty again the next day but at some point it just start looking disgusting. He tried to put ice cream in a dirty cup for my child until I stopped him. As you can see in the photos no one had on gloves. I didn’t get a picture of the front of there uniform but just go see for yourself. The customer service was ok.

I have never been so grossed out. Everything behind the counter seriously made me question if I even wanted to order ice cream. I even saw a Braum's employee put ice cream back into the container. There were so many health code violations and not one employee was cleaning as they were going, this is why and how people get food illnesses and die. Beyond that when I was given my single dip brownie hot fudge Sunday it was dripping on all sides. What happen to the Braum's I grew up with in Oklahoma. This store lacks leadership, guidance, and quality. And is now risking the health of patrons.

I ordered a brownie sundae , they made it but for some reason it took for ever to ring me up. My icecream was melting. It got so bad I finally just walked out without it. I usually get such good service here. Staff wasn't very helpful and rang other customers out before me, who came in after me, like several. I felt singled out an uncomfortable. Unfortunately its these experiences that make you stop going to some establishments.

Ask for one simple order, adding lettuce to the cheeseburger and I was diverted to another cheeseburger because they couldn’t add lettuce to the cheeseburger for an upgraded cost. They have the best shakes . My only problem with this particular Branch is the drive through staff who NEVER ever say hello , at times some literally frown as they serve . I’ve seen them pour Smoking hot grease into a trash can, and then scream about it when smoke clouded the area inside while I was sitting at the drive through. Once, the lights went out while I was waiting and the entire staff yelled with curse words. They mess up orders often, do not pay attention to detail, the food is not fresh most of the time, and the storefront inside is dirty and unsanitary. Inspection needs to stop by this location as soon as possible and conduct a thorough inspection and direct them into the right grounds of success. They need a strong leader. It’s possible they have potential, but need strong leadership at that location.

First time here… Pulled up into the drive-through, ordered a vanilla banana sundae and asked for no nuts. Not because of an allergy, just because I don’t like nuts in my food. Girl on the speakerphone understood. First window, the guy says to me “banana sundae with hot fudge and almonds” I said no, I don’t want any nuts at all… He said OK yes… For sure. I pay, pull up to the next window, And there are two ladies working… And the guy from the previous window comes up and hands me my banana Sundae and some napkins, I said, can I have that in a bag? So he got me a bag. I get home, and lo and guess what??. I have a banana sundae with vanilla ice cream, bananas, hot fudge, and.NUTS!!!!! I won’t be back.

We all love Braums , I only ever go for ice creme but they can’t ever get it right at this location . Not to mention they just throw it together so everything is on the side before you even get it . Sloppy and mistakes is what comes to mind with this store . Ok adding to this after another visit …..brought my family from out of town . Employees were rude as can be , did not listen to what we said then gave attitude when they got each ice creme wrong . This is the first time I’ve gone in and now I won’t be returning seeing how they run shop . The back kitchen was just as filthy and gross as the front I just couldn’t get a picture . They definitely don’t clean or sanitize throughout the day.
