Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. The chips, salsa, chicken enchiladas plate, chilaquiles, menudo, and horchata were delicious. Definitely coming back to try more!
Best MEXICAN food, hands down!! I found this spot from TT, n never left. I have told friends n family about it n they fell in love too. When I'm walking towards the door n see the big chain restaurant across the street and I always say, if they only knew that the food over here is way better. Ok, bout the food, literally taste like it's my jefita or grandma cooking. The rice is on point, u know everyone's rice isn't the same!! Well, I've had just about everything on the menu and not once, was i disappointed!!! And always with a Mexican Coke. Like the owner said, it's not TEX-MEX it's homemade Mexican food. And the fact that I've see him in the kitchen working so hard himself, just reemphasizes most Latinos work ethic. CHEF'S KISS!!!
One of the best places i go to have breakfast the fresh tortillas are amazing the staff in friendly and the seats are super comfortable! Definitely recommend
This restaurants is amazing! The servers were really nice and attentive, we had people from our table come after us and the server was really sweet and brought another table to sit our other family members without a complain ! The restaurant was clean and not too loud which is something I look for in Dallas Mexican restaurants! The food was so good and the portions were perfection 👌. Food presentation was good and it came nice, fresh and at a reasonable time!

Great food. It feels very homey and authentic. The asada is perfectly seasoned and grilled. The adobo is tender and flavorful. Amazing home made tortillas and chips.
This place we just went to because the place we originally chose was Tex Mex so we went hrrr instead n it did not disappoint. Had the chilaquiles. Staff was from Michoacán which explains why food was good lol
Hands down the best homemade food around this area. Home made tortillas, the asada tacos are the bomb, sopes are delicious. Service is excellent and clean restaurant. You wont regret.
Not lying at all this is THE BEST authentic Mexican food I've ever had! And I'm from Georgia where we have a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants. But this one by far is the absolute best! You won't be disappointed.
If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. The service was great, barbacoa tacos were amazing and the consomé was delicious. I strongly recommend you to come and try it!
Visiting from the Bay Area, CA. Their Horchata is amazing and the chips and salsa are awesome! I had the barbecoa tacos and it was delicious! Customer service is amazing. Menu is in Spanish, make sure you utilize Google Lens to translate it.
with it being my first time in Texas, I really and truly enjoyed my time at this restaurant. the food was delicious, atmosphere was a vibe and the people made me feel very welcomed. i can not wait to come back and have this spot again! 10/10!
This restaurant has authentic Mexican cuisine. This isn't your texmex or watered down chain. Ana's Restaurant is family owned and the vibe shows. You are greeted with smiles and warmth. The food is tasty and family styled. I will return.

As a Mexican individual, I can confirm the authenticity of the Mexican cuisine offered here. I recommend visiting and sampling the costillas en adobo (pork ribs) and the flan for dessert.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed! The food is so authentic and tastes amazing! The agua de horchata was amazing and the ladies that work here are so loving and attentive. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my family!
We decided to go to this restaurant because of a TikTok I saw of the owners’ daughters promoting their parents business. It did not disappoint! The food here is delicious! My husband and I had the barbacoa and consomé and my daughter had a fajita torta. We will definitely be going back. The only thing my husband wished they had was beer and music 🤭 The food made up for it though! It was delicious!
Some of the best chilaquiles I’ve ever tried! You get a huge portion and to top it off they’re served with beans and cubed potatoes 🤤🤤 super delicious!
Great mexican food. The staff is so kind. Food is fairly priced and DELICIOUS. You wont find a more authentic mexican food spot. Employees speak primarily spanish and thats how you know its GOOD. Chilaquiles en salsa verdes are out of this world good, big fan of their weekend soups, classic pozole rojo and menudo. A Dallas STAPLE.
This is a really good Mexican spot with delicious tacos. The chorizo taco was so good! I also liked the Al pastor taco. Incredible pineapple agua fresca drink: the fresh pineapple taste really comes out and you don’t taste a ton of sugar. It’s light and refreshing, seriously. Refried beans were good too. The barbacoa taco wasn’t good, but it’s hard to find good barbacoa tacos, so it’s fine. Solid spot for tacos (that’s all I ordered for this first visit). I would definitely come back again!
Nice neighborhood restaurant with great service and very generous food portions. I had the chilaquiles this time. It’s served with a large piece of steak that was very flavorful.
The food was good, environment was great. Small cute place to come and enjoy with family. A little taste of Hidalgo Mx.. 😋
When i came in i was friendly greeted by the host, the environment here is very clean and nice, not to loud but not to quiet just perfect. i got the quesadilla plate with rice and beans and it was delicious. i also ate one of my brothers tacos(taco carne asada) i will say that they weren’t my favorite and they had a weird taste and the meat was a bit hard but other than that everything was great! our server was very nice and attentive and was a big help on showing me what i shout get! also free chips and salsa which is a must!
Went today for barbacoa and tbh I’ve had better. Tortillas were hard although they were handmade and barbacoa did not taste fresh. Every where else meat is always put in a hot container to keep it hot especially for a pound of meat. Also we got 3 pieces of lime not even half of a whole lime lol I gave this spot a chance because I saw a video but will not be returning.
