This McDonald’s has one of the freshest French fries. It’s also in a great location if you like to dine in since it’s smack in the middle of Calle 8. It has a decent parking space and two drive thru lanes for faster service. This location hasn’t disappointed us yet.

This McDonald's got remodeled. And it looks very nice. I ordered thru the kiosk and got my food and drinks fast and the order was correct. The service person brought the food to the table and was very nice.

I can't say enough about the soft-serve ice cream at this McDonald's! It's always creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. The cone is crispy and complements the ice cream perfectly. Service is quick, and the staff always serves it with a smile. A must-try for any ice cream lover. 5 stars all the way!

Maria and the drive-through staff were all incredibly kind and quick. I really appreciate them working on the holiday. This is one of the most well-run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I always have a good experience here.
This McDonald’s is in the heart Little Havana. There was lots of music, lights, and foot traffic as people walked along the avenue, smoked cigars, enjoyed outside dining and visited clubs. The McDonald’s is perfectly situated and easy to enter from a side street. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I wanted a bigger cup of ice coffee once I saw how small the medium was once at checkout. Instead of having me leave and renter the drive through, they allowed me the convenience of ordering at the pick up window. The coffee was delicious and I plan to continue to purchase it from McDonald’s in the future!!!

By far the prettiest and cutest McDonald's I've been to. The way they've decorated the building is so pretty, and glad we came to visit on our last day. It was our first time ever having double filet-o-fish as we do not get them in the UK. Service was good, food was good, customer service was good, and toilets were clean and limited to customers only which is nice because then you know it doesn't get dirty and messy in there if it was more open to the public. It was great to see strangers just casually start talking to one another so openly. It had a very nice vibe from our experience.
Music was turned up way too loud, which made the old school Cubans talk even louder, lol. My hash brown was barely warm, but I was hungry and ate it. My sausage egg cheese mcmuffin was fresh, hot, and delicious. Coffee was spot on. It's a unique one of a kind McDonalds on Calle Ocho. I love the area and its appeal. Love seeing the Roosters and chickens in the lot and its surrounding strutting.
It was late. It was 4th of July. We were tired. Nothing else was open at the time. Even though I don't like McDonald's, I'm not one to complain. The chicken sandwich has definitely improved in taste. The prices are getting more expensive, am I to assume because the quality has improved some? I would hope. I feel bad for the workers, staying so late. But thank you for serving us.
The person who took our drive thru order was very nice. We changed our order a few times and he didn't become annoyed or short with us. Order order was correct and the food was nice and hot.
The outside of the building looks great and fits right in what we are looking fir en Calle Ocho. On the inside you get the usual macdonalds, very clean and easy to order and get your food. To use the restroom/washroom you need to ask the cashier to unlock the door. Overall is good place and their ice cream machine is works! ;)

Awesome and friendly service but they messed up my order a little bit. They gave me the wrong type of cookies and charged me for 2 large drinks when I specifically asked for 2 small drinks. Also, for some reason my burger was insanely dry. I'm talking bun, patty, and toppings. I usually allways other this and today was the first time that i get a burger like. Apart from that, the place looked clean and calm.
Not a bad place to sit down for some snack. You can really sense the little- Havana- Latin atmosphere around you, while you eat. I liked it. Not bad ( cool spot )
It was okay, my only problem was that at the time i entered, there was only one cashier and the lady in front of me was a tourist and had no idea what to pick and how much it would cost, so i had to sit through that whole thing until i could order my food, would've been nice if they opened up another register.
They've messed up my drive through order many times but they solve the problem in a very calm way if you complain to them. Sometimes hobos come in asking for money but the employee's deal with them quickly.

Overall the restaurant is clean and has some cool art on the exterior. McDonald’s no “no-staff front end” may work well in less busy McDonalds but it does not here. They are constantly missing orders here and food is slow. There is no accessible beverage fountain and staff are generally curt and unpleasant. If you can avoid, I’d give this one a miss. There are several much less busy McDonalds in the vicinity that would be a better choice.
Service is good but my issue is that every time I go to the drive through the food takes long to be ready even when it isn't packed
Arrived at 9:50 P.M on a Saturday, dine-in closed at 10, I had a mobile order I was supposed to pick up inside and then leave... And then I got rebuffed to go through the drive-through by all the staff despite the fact I haven't got a car. Then I had to wait while they searched for my order in wave after wave of exhaust fumes. After getting my order, as I started to walk home I noticed that they missed a bloody chicken sandwich in my order, and had to walk back juggling two drinks and the incomplete food order in order to complain through the drive-through people that my order was incomplete. At least they had the sandwich ordeal over and done quickly. To top it all off, I didn't even get napkins or tissues with my order. Word of advice: Only go at daytime hours if you're on foot because at night these people are just itching to get home. And leave open the drive-through only.

This is a policy I have not encountered at other McDonald's locations, and it created an inconvenience during my visit. Customer Service: After purchasing food to meet the restroom requirement, I observed a lack of professionalism from some employees. For instance, there was noticeable discomfort from staff members when asked for assistance or clarification with orders. Additionally, attempts to address any concerns with the order were met with dismissive attitudes, which detracted from the overall experience. Food Quality and Portions: I was also disappointed to receive food that was not up to the usual standard. Some items were served cold, and portion sizes, such as fries, were noticeably smaller than expected. I was also informed that there is a charge for sauces unless ordering specific items, which seemed inconsistent with my previous experiences at other locations. I believe the manager should take a closer look at the hiring and training of staff at this location. While I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, it’s important that this does not impact the customer experience. If employees are feeling overworked, it may be beneficial for them to explore other roles better suited to their strengths, as there are various employment opportunities in Calle Ocho.
I placed my own order when it got for to pay it wouldn’t take payment I asked for help and none this new system needs to be better me and my wife left didn’t get anything. We live close to this place eat here all the time but ever since you put in the self pay machines service has lost a lot

Very poor super slow service Friday night 11pm .. lack of focus and no sense of urgency. LETS GO Little Hanava .. McDonalds employers must hire more effective productive staff & not all females .. Everyone must turn off CELL PHONES while clocked in .. Managers of many McDonald's need to grow a spine and backbone get their restaurants running productively AND all the Kiosk need need paper in these kiosk - I'm sick of these being offline or out of paper this is at most EVERY MIAMI McDonalds.?? And why is there no "2 for 5 button" on the kiosk screen??
Came to our neighborhood McDonald’s for a late evening snack. The drive through was packed but we decided to wait. FIFTY minutes later we still had not ordered! We realized that they were only taking three orders at a time and then they were handling uber eats from the window too. From now on I will drive an extra 5 minutes and go to another McDonald’s. I was there at least 5 minutes around 9:45pm. Workers never said 'one moment please' or anything. They looked at me, walked past me several times. I finally asked if I could get some help. Also, one lady kept monitoring her cell phone. All I wanted was a milkshake. What happened to common courtesy?
Went their to get some food and was told I can use the bathroom as usual if I buy food but this racist lady denied me the bathroom And would not let me use it and then told me to leave the other employees apologized for her behavior and told me to enjoy the rest of my day however this lady should not be representing McDonald’s if she’s going to grant only Spanish people access to the bathroom and Deny African Americans never had this happen and I’m shocked I hope this reaches cooperate you just lost a everyday customer
I really don't like wasting my time. July 18 at 3:00AM I came to this place drive thru as I think there is no other place open and I need to get my pregnant wife something because the cafeteria in the hospital is closed. I waited close to 40 minutes, again because even on a Saturday there isn't much open. They had us waiting for so long I kind of fell asleep. I wake up and I am still 3rd in line. When I finally get to take my order they tell me the system is down. I don't think you guys couldn't tell the 5 cars in front of me that and save us the trouble of all that waiting as opposed to just trying to find another McDonald's or someplace else.
Terrible management and i hear people constantly complaining about one manager there. And for many years she’s still there. Food is constantly over its holding time. They park you 80% of the time, they are worried about their speed of service and not the customer service. Also dont ask for anything extra like sauces or napkins watch the smile go to a man you bugging me. Also they cant keep employees at all they are always hiring.

Every time I come this McDonald’s and order a Sundae ice cream, no matter what time it is, they tell me either they don’t have or the machine is broken, so here is the thing I know is not broken or they are out. there is no way the Sundae ice cream is this high in demand because if it was the manager would order more to make up for the high demand, so if it was broken then the manager is a lazy person not to put an order to get it fix, are you that worry about you P&L? Is that why you won’t fix your ice cream machine?, I know they have sundae but I think they are all bunch of lazy people, and guess what I went and spend my money somewhere every time, and I get it losing 10 dollars is not much to them but eventually more and more people will get frustrated that they are always lying to us the customers.

Horrible service. They really deserve a -10 stars but have to leave at least one. They were rude, innefficient, innept, etc. The messed up my order and made me wait about 45 mins to and hour to fix my order. When I finally get it I told the girl that my fries weren't in my bag so she went to get them and when she was back she was trying togive them to me through a window. That window was pretty far from me so I had to get off the car and get them to then see that forgot the sauces I asked for. I'm never going there again.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. Disgusting place, very rude and impudent staff. Be prepared for the fact that you will have to show them the receipt for your purchase every time so that they will open the toilet for you. If you do not show the receipt, then you will not be allowed into the toilet, even if you are sitting in the establishment and eating your order. I have never encountered such a disgusting attitude towards customers in any McDonald's.
As a frequent customer who enjoys their breakfast offerings, I am concerned about a pattern of overcharging that has affected me on multiple visits. Specifically, I have noticed that my meals are often upgraded to a large size without my request or consent, resulting in higher charges than anticipated. Despite not asking for a size upgrade, I am consistently served large meals and billed accordingly. I have addressed this issue with the store manager on several occasions, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I believe this practice is misleading and not in line with the high standards I associate with McDonald's. It feels as though customers are being charged extra without proper authorization, which is both frustrating and concerning. If these shady practices are what the restaurant has to resort to to make more money, it's time to reconsider the way that they are running their business.
Terrible, I came in here to use the bathroom and I wasn’t able to use the bathroom unless I bought something. I was going to buy regardless I just wanted to wash my hands first because they were dirty. After I got my ice coffee I noticed all the caramel at the bottom of the cup. I asked the lady if they stir it she said yes. In my head I know she lying because it wouldn’t be at the bottom of the cup. Never will I ever come back to this location terrible
I like this McDonald's I really do. I'm glad that y'all continuously have french fries being so loud that is blasting my eardrums. And I can't enjoy a nice quiet meal, enjoying a conversation with family and friends. I did ask if they could turn it down they said it was impossible due to management. But this is ridiculous. I have a headache just sitting down in this restaurant. I came to eat not to dance.
The lady who attended me at the drive-thru this morning was super rude. She made a big stink over the fact that I requested butter for my bagel at the window rather than mentioning it through the intercom. (I had already placed the order in advance via the app and merely read out my code, as is common practice, when I pulled up.) Since when is asking for condiments at the window a crime? Two thumbs down in the service dept. for this place! Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

We where visiting Miami on the 1400 SW 8th street location and where a group of 12 just got of a cruise. We had placed several orders and waited 30 minutes to be able to use the bathroom only to be told that we could not because we didn't purchase enough the manager, they keep telling you it's being cleaned to not let you use it. she just cares about how much food you buy not wherehere you have any necessities to resolve in the bathroom.

I am a regular customer at this McDonald’s for the past couple of years. I have never experienced the worst customer service that was given to me on Sunday, October 8, 2023. I work in customer service and I would never treat the customer bad. Especially when they are repeat guest. Arguing with customer is not right. I had place in order through the drive-through. I placed an order for a Big Mac no pickles that was not given to me at all. I would not make a big issue about it. But it’s the principle. Because, I was charged for it. No apology at all. Where they called the Police officer to get involved to try to calm the situation down. But the person that said they were the manager did not want to give me the Big Mac sandwich that was missing. Food had to be bought before the restroom could be used, why? First of all who orders food before cleaning hands and what do you do with the food while your using the restroom? They were like the bathroom nazi with a lady standing outside being very rude about the bathroom situation. Who cares if people come in to use your bathroom, they may be more inclined to buy. You should welcome people coming into your place of business. It's okay to post on doors that restrooms are for paying customers, but don't hover over them and interrogate people. I go to this McDonald’s at least once or twice a week. I wanted to use the bathroom prior to ordering. They refuse they told me the bathrooms are for customers only and I need a receipt. It’s freaking ridiculous. Most of us has been eating McDonald’s since we were born you telling me I can’t pee before I order like their bathroom is laced with gold. They did me a favor. I shouldn’t be eating that crap anyways.

I came here for a mcflurry late at night. I understand it's late at night and it must be frustrating to deal with drunk people at this time, but when you're treated correctly there'w no need to be rude. I went through a lenghty process to get the mcflurry. When I finally got up to the window they said the machine was broken and offered me a milkshake. I asked what the milkshake had if it had no ice cream. They repeated that the machine was broken and they offered a milkshake. I asked what was in the milkshake and the attendant said he "was done" and left. Then I reluctantly accepted the milkshake and they said the machine was broken. I asked for a refund to be met with exasperation and after about 10 minutes I left. I'm sure lots of rude people go through the drive thru but I was patient and polite and was met with nothing but hostility. And no mcflurry.

I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s late at night. I ordered through the mobile app for drive-thru pickup because the lobby was closed. I live nearby, so I walked over and went to the drive-thru window. I’ve done this before at this same location and they’ve taken my order with no problem. This time, though, the employee refused to give me my order and told me the drive-thru was “cars only.” What made it more frustrating is that there were only two cars there and they were already waiting on their food, so it wasn’t like I was holding up the line or causing any issues. It would have taken just a moment to hand me my order. It honestly felt like the employee was just being rude or judging me based on how I looked, because I’ve been served this way before without any issue. If the policy really is cars only, then it should be enforced consistently and clearly stated on the app so people aren’t left wasting their time or money. Overall, the situation felt unnecessary and disappointing. I hope management looks into this and makes sure employees treat customers respectfully and apply policies consistently. And now I have to take my money to Taco Bell ✌🏻
This McDonald's in Little Havana feels completely dishonest. It honestly seems like there are fake or paid reviews protecting the franchise name, because the reality at this location is nothing like what those positive reviews claim. The environment feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and the staff attitude is extremely arrogant and disrespectful. They laugh at customers and act like they do not care at all about basic service or professionalism. It creates a very unpleasant and unsafe feeling as a customer. I would strongly warn people to be cautious and avoid this location. The behavior and lack of professionalism make it one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had.
No wonder fast food places are closing l not only are the prices up but then you make people wait in their drive-thru. Someone needs to look into employees stealing the monopoly stickers and giving them to their friends. This is the 3rd time I've gotten an order that should come with 4-5 stickers, but actually only ends up coming with 1. They put items that should have a sticker in wrappers that don't have them or just peel them off altogether, I've had both instances happen these past 3x

Horrible service, will definitely never come back here. I had 3 separate orders and since they can’t take more than 2 per time you go through the drive-thru. They made me wait outside for 20 minutes for the first order when it was just a Mc’chicken and some small fries and made me wait on purpose until exactly 4 am and they said that they changed the menu and so the system goes down and cancel my order. (I worked at McDonalds in the past and I know that’s what happens because it’s the end of the day) Very lazy employees, horrible service, horrible management. I eat McDonald’s often and they just don’t care here. No customer service or kindness, especially if you don't speak Spanish. Fries are cold or hard, burgers aren’t piping hot. You can clearly see them being nonchalant.

I don’t have enough coins and the machine can’t detect my card , so I go into the restaurant and ask for change for coins. I give cashier two dollars wants some 25 cents. He said no! He said you have to buy something. I have some 1 cents coins I said can I change them into 5 cents or 25 cents. He said no you have to buy some things! He said we don’t have enough coins! So I bought a Coke for 2 dollars. And give him 10 dollars. He refused to take it. And said he only can take 5 dollars! And I found a 5 dollar bill to him. He said he only can give 1 dollar coins change ! After he opened the machine, I clearly saw he has a lot of coins!( couple row of 25 cents) he lies for to me because he wants me to buy a drink. I didn’t take my Coke this make me sick! This is the worse McDonald ever! Idk how they train their employees to make them rude like this!!
We visit Little Havana often, as we were walking back to our car my kids 6 and 8 were thirsty and my 6 yr old son needed to use the restroom urgently. Our party of 7 walked in, two of us headed straight to the kiosks to begin our orders. I hear a lady screaming at my husband “restrooms for customers only!!!” My oldest son (24) points to me and the other member of our party and says “we are!” She still refused to allow my 6 year old son to use the restroom. I finished our order and the kiosk provided no receipts for me or the other member of our party. Mind you my son is still nearly in tears waiting to be let in the restroom like we are some sort of criminals. Beyond frustrated I say “ are we going to be refused access to the restroom even though I just ordered?” Esther the woman yelling at everyone to the point where she was walking away from the register to yell at people like they were garbage for trying to use the restroom, says “you need to order!” I said “you just watched me order and watched my little boy wait nearly in tears for you to unlock the door this is ridiculous! AND your machine didn’t give me a receipt!” She unlocks the door, and I hear someone yelling an order number. By this time I look and see that it is the 4 drinks I ordered and after yelling the order number 1 time (which I had no idea of knowing what my order number was because I wasn’t given a receipt) the guy starts to take my order off the counter!!! The place was packed and gross and the employee tending to the women’s restroom was literally dry heaving because the smell was so awful. I overheard other customers asking to just go wash their hands and even though they were waiting in the long line for ordering they were denied. I see others have experienced the same issue. I understand the need to not allow your restaurant to become a rest stop for everyone to use the bathroom but when you have actual paying customers with small children who can’t always wait as long as an adult you have to use your better judgement. Also what about the need to wash your hands before you eat? Are customers expected to leave their food unattended to go wash after they’ve been given the ok by the bathroom Nazi? Public health issue there! Esther… you are taking your job way too serious and treating paying customers like garbage. Management needs to get ahold of this situation. Ridiculous! I will take my money elsewhere.
This McDonald’s customer service is going downhill! I waited patiently at the drive thru but got skipped by a car that had just pulled up. I kept saying hello…. but I didn’t get a response. So I drove up to the window and asked if the right side of the drive through was working. The cashier told me yes, that she was sorry she didn’t hear me and that I had to go around to the drive thru to place my order(she should have taken my order right then and there) but she refused. While at the window I did a mobile order to speed up the process and she refused to take my code. (This is not the first time this happens, and in previous times, the cashiers have had no issues with taking my order at the window). I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. That’s when I got upset and felt the need to write this review. I had to ask other employees for her name; Caroline. Caroline has horrible customer service skills. What kind of manager refuses to give a customer their name? And to top it off I had to wait in the reserved area. Really? For a Happy meal? But wait… it get worst, I didn’t get my drink with my order and I got a bag of fries with 6 fries in it having to wait even longer. What should have taken 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes.
