By far the best burgers in town. Always fresh ground beef. I have eaten many meals of a double double fries and a chocolate shake. Great prices great fries and drinks. The employees are always courteous and do a good job of getting you served. Never a complaint.

There is a reason there is ALWAYS a line!! Consistency. You know when you have a craving your food will be the same no matter when you go! 10 am. 6pm. 1am....DELICIOUS

I LOVE in-N-out! Nothing beats this burger place! They have one of the best deals and its probably the best fast food burger for its price. If you didn't already know, you could order animal style fries which is basically thousand island sauce and grilled onions on top of your fries. Instead of ordering regular fries, why no spice it up a little. The only negative thing about this place is probably the lines but they go by pretty fast. Overall, I love this place and their burgers never fail to impress me.

Have I ever had a bad experience here? No. Food is typically delicious. Occasionally I'll get hard fries but mostly soft to just under crunchy. Sometimes they are not salted, but thankfully they include salt packets. The food is consistently good. I've only been disappointed once (fries were not edible to me, but hubby ate them, so not too much of a loss) but, out of all the times I've been, it's not a big deal. I mean, I do keep going back. :)

I really like this location. Of course this place is held to the same high standards as any other In N Out location. Great food, great service and good times. May I recommend requesting your Burger "mustard fried" and adding chopped chilis (yellow peppers). This as the best thing I've had here... Aside from ordering a Neapolitan shake! 😋

I was with my mom and she heard about in and out from a family member. So we went and tried in and out. Wow I remember it's one of the best cheese burgers I ever had in my life. And the shakes and fries are also great. Very clean and fresh food. If you have not tried in and out. Then go there today. I promise you won't regret it.

It's In-N-Out. Like the namesake, get in, place an order, and get out. Although no indoor dining, there's nice shaded benches. If you're coming during lunch, dinner, or anytime in between, expect there to be a line and a wait. Always fresh, always worth it.

Perfect, as always. Got there at 11:00 so there was no one in the drive-thru window, had my sweet pups with me and they got puppy patties. I like to get two hamburgers with onions and use up my calories that way instead of getting their fries.

I live on the corner behind this location. It smells like heavenly burgers everytime I open the window. What did I do in life to deserve this blessing? I don't know, but I like it very much. Burgers are always consistently great. This location is small so you might be waiting for a bit. I find the employees at this particular location super friendly and helpful.

This has been a favorite restaurant since it opened. I love the cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries. If the drive thru is super long, we park and go to the walk up window. It is obviously a great burger place because it's always crowded. Best time to go is when it first opens. If you want a burger with fries and a drink, this is the place!!

Where do I start? I paid $4.50 for a double cheeseburger, and it was the best double cheeseburger I've had in my entire life. The fries were okay, but the tomato and lettuce were fresher than my vegetables from my mom's garden. 11/10 would eat here again.

I love this place! I drive by pretty often and I’ve made it a policy that if the drive thru line is short, I’m buying a burger. Which brings me to the following. Come with patience. The drive thru line and walk up window are always super busy. So if you don’t mind waiting, the place is delicious.

We are ordering for five people and they’re in and out of line ha ha within 15 minutes we got our double double style or cheeseburger animal style some animal style fries extra pickles some ice waters to take to the park to have a picnic Always get your extra spread on the side. You can’t go wrong. Our food was hot. It was fresh and delicious. We had all the spread in the bag the ketchup for everything that we needed 10 out of 1000% recommend the prices have gone up but worth it proportions haven’t gone down Like other places. They do have restroom and a place that you can pull over and eat your food at the picnic tables. The lines are usually pretty long and it’s kinda hard to get in and out of the parking lot but a definite must.

This In-n-out is great! Always super tasty. Yes, the drive through line gets crazyy sometimes but that's expected. The staff always does a great job at seeving fast and keeping the line moving. I have never waited over an hour, and that's really not that bad considering the line gets up to a block long. They do not have indoor seating, but offer drive through and standing line window lane, both usually take the same amount of time which is great. We love that it's super cheap but still very good!

I love this In-N-Out. I was number 60 when they were calling the 30’s and I barely waited 10 minutes. Delish as always!! There isn’t any inside sitting but the outside tables are shaded and there are a good amount of tables!! The parking lot is small but there was plenty of parking when I arrive. The area surrounding the In-N-Out is very clean and feels safe too.

Long wait and tough parking, but good food and service as always! One thing that’s difficult is they call out orders and take orders through the same window. The line you stand in is also the only way in to the parking lot, so the line sometimes has to scatter so cars can roll through. Be aware — only outdoor seating.

There is no indoor seating, all seating is outdoors. There is a walk-up window to order from and two drive-thru lines. Be aware to not cut people off from the main road (FOOTHILL) into the drive-thru lane as a lady behind us never let off the horn until we removed ourselves. The line builds on the right-most lane on Foothill near the intersection. It is recommended to park in the rear and order from the window. Overall not a terrible experience 🤷 20 min wait, 1230PM on a Monday.

As usual In n' Out serves great food. No matter what location you go to you'll get the same experience. Good food at great prices. As always the burgers are perfectly done with locally sourced fresh produce and meats that's never frozen. Don't forget to research the secret menu so you can customize your experience. There are so many off menu options that you can try. But let's be clear... Their fries always leave something to be desired. Even when you ask for well done they still may not be crispy enough and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I haven’t had in and out in many years and it’s about like I remember! Good basic burgers. I get the secret menu animal style to try something different and I am glad I did! Ask for napkins because it’s a bit messy but worth it! Fries were fresh too! The shake wasn’t well mixed and I feel like they put too much strawberry syrup but it didn’t ruin the meal or anything! I would go back if the line wasn’t always 20-30 min wait times. But that’s standard for most of them.

Ok, the best tasting fast food burger. I'll give them that. However eating there always results in an almost immediate run for the bathroom. I don't know if they don't clean the grill well enough of if they have some other poor food handling practice but I've repeated this experience at multiple locations over the course of years and it always seems to have the same result. Second gripe is their fries. How can they screw up French fries? There is no such thing as a crispy fry there. They all come out looking dehydrated and taste and feel mushy. If I want fries I go through McDonald's on the way home. Third gripe, what the h3ll happened to the shakes? They have doubled in price and diminished to a quarter of their former size. This isn't inflation, this is greed. Realistically this is a 400 to 600 percent increase on shakes when they tell us inflation is 9 percent. Last gripe. Who's the genius that never allows enough room for the drive through so that there is always a line of cars blocking traffic. This is the condition all over SoCal. Then said genius doubles down and puts food prep across the driveway from the grill and service windows. Here's a hint. Buy bigger lots, build bigger cooking and prep areas that are next to each other and you'll increase number of customers served and profits. People with 30 minute lunches can't even think of you because the line is too long and you can't serve fast enough.

Been going to this In-N-Out Burger 40+ years. Tonight my burger and fries were cold. Way overcooked too. I ate in my car out front. Hopefully this was an anomaly. Normally very clean, well run and organized.

For all the hype surrounding it, it's a very tame meal. The most game-changing thing they did there that made me think it was anything better than another fast food burger was their crispy toasted buns. That's about it. Who doesn't love In & Out Burger? I came there with another family and our children after a an evening service the other day and I forgot to order my daughter's without onions. So, before we received our order I asked one of the staff members if they could alter the existing order (which had already been paid) and the boy I asked who turned out to be the manger was just strangely rude about it. I was a little embarrassed and the other mom and her teen also agreed that he was over the top. I'm so surprised since In & Out has an such an awesome reputation for how they treat and pay their employees. My personal take on this is that this gentleman has a resentment with his employer or that management is a stretch as far as his maturity or capabilities are concerned. Such a shame because we often went there after kids games but to be honest I'm just not comfortable. Other locations for sure. Just seems a little silly to have such an immature person in charge. (Not to be offensive). Anyway the food is still as always amazing!

Most in n outs are fairly reasonable wait time wise. Even when it’s busy, you can expect the food to be ready in 20-30 minutes. At this location it’s normal to be waiting up to an hour for a walk up order. Drive thru wraps around the corner but they’ll still get their food fairly quickly. Don’t do walk up during busy times. The fact that they don’t have an outside register to help with the lines outside just blows my mind.

Horrible experience. This location is one of the worst In-and-Outs I have ever visited. I couldn't even pull in to park because the number of cars in the drive-thru blocking access to get in. The only way in was from the exit side and even then almost got into an accident. My party waited in line for nearly 15 minutes before customers' orders were taken that were standing in line. The cashier that night that was taken orders apparently knee the kids in line ahead of us. They were high fiving and joking. The cashier took my order, then made my friends wait another 15 minutes before their order was taken. I don't understand how that makes sense; by the time I got my food, my friend just put in his order. So all 3 parties basically had to eat dinner alone, watching each other eat. The funny thing was I could have eaten twice, my order was made for a 2nd time. This location definitely needs some managerial skills.

I'm not the one to give a bad review on in n out because literally all the ones in the valley are great and perfect to me. But this one is always getting things wrong to the smallest detail like giving an order in a box rather than a bag as requested. Literally everytime I go here every one working is not paying attention to what they are doing and get our order wrong wether it's missing an item or not getting an item or getting the wrong item. Customer of In n out for 10+ years. This location always gets something wrong in my order. Their fries are always overcooked or, like today under cooked. It's not even edible. If I go back to their place, I know they'll give me a refund. But am I seriously going to drive 30 minutes to get a refund for fries? IF YOU HAVE ALLLERGIES BEWARE This location is cross-contamination galore. After telling the cashier that I have a severe gluten allergy, I look behind them and see they’re toasting the buns and patties on the same grill… I literally asked her again if they have a separate area and she said no. So technically It’s not gluten free 😑 She proceeded to ask the cook and they said they would try their best so it’s really not guaranteed. The only safe option regardless of location is the fries since they have a dedicated fryer.

Today was a MESS at this location. I’ve lived in socal all my life growing up on In and Out. Never have I had such a bad experience. An hour wait to have a rude cashier when asked where my shakes were (she didn’t complete the order) then gave me the attitude she didn’t realize. After I sat for 10 mins at the window to watch her chat with staff with her back to the window the entire time. Staff was way too casual for the line.. and then the best. Got home to find she also shorted my order! Look at the staff and schedule today from the left window at 1pm. What a waste! Do we not train employees anymore? Very disappointed. Food was cold, shorted and had to get a snubbed attitude from an employee? Like I said, in all my experiences with In and Out I am SHOCKED. Won’t be back. Not to this location and I live down the street. Too bad.

LA clearly knows how popular these places are. Makes you dislike the brand, the burger is not that great to warrant this.

I just had a terrible experience at this In-N-Out. After waiting over an hour in the drive-thru, I was met with rude and blatantly disrespectful employees. One of them kept giving me dirty looks for no reason. When I asked if there was a problem, they admitted there wasn’t—so what was that about? And seriously, employees making at least ten “deliveries” through the window inches from my car? One or two, fine. Four or five, maybe. But by the time you’re at your seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth delivery… maybe pass my one hamburger out the window? Unhappy employees shouldn’t be working in customer-facing roles.
