You can't get a better burger. It's consistent. You'll always know what you are getting. The employees love their jobs or at least look like they do. And if you have special orders they will almost always make it how you want it. The price for what you get is incomparable.
I love In-N-Out! Their food is so good, but the line almost makes it not worth it. Also, they don’t have a delivery option which sucks. I would still recommend it to anyone who has 15 minutes to spare!
They you can have a waitress out there in the back when you're eating in the picnic area to get you whatever you need extra salt and refill in your drink very very nice

Absolutely legendary restaurant. This was the location where I had my first In-N-Out burger. We ordered the Double-Double with extra grilled onions, a side of fries animal-style, and a vanilla milkshake. Life-changing.
The line looked like it was gonna be really long, but we got served right away even though we are there close to lunchtime. We are ordering for five people and they’re in and out of line ha ha within 15 minutes we got our double double style or cheeseburger animal style some animal style fries extra pickles some ice waters to take to the park to have a picnic Always get your extra spread on the side. You can’t go wrong. Our food was hot. It was fresh and delicious. We had all the spread in the bag the ketchup for everything that we needed 10 out of 1000% recommend the prices have gone up but worth it proportions haven’t gone down Like other places. They do have restroom and a place that you can pull over and eat your food at the picnic tables. The lines are usually pretty long and it’s kinda hard to get in and out of the parking lot but a definite must.
This In-n-out is great! Always super tasty. Yes, the drive through line gets crazyy sometimes but that's expected. The staff always does a great job at seeving fast and keeping the line moving. I have never waited over an hour, and that's really not that bad considering the line gets up to a block long. They do not have indoor seating, but offer drive through and standing line window lane, both usually take the same amount of time which is great. We love that it's super cheap but still very good!
I love this In-N-Out. I was number 60 when they were calling the 30’s and I barely waited 10 minutes. Delish as always!! There isn’t any inside sitting but the outside tables are shaded and there are a good amount of tables!! The parking lot is small but there was plenty of parking when I arrive. The area surrounding the In-N-Out is very clean and feels safe too.
I came to this branch and was greeted by a young gentleman named Carter, who was really kind to me. Even though it was cold, he still smiled and made me feel welcome. His friendly attitude made my experience better, and it meant a lot that he took the time to be so kind. Good service makes a difference, and Carter definitely made my day better. Thank you, Carter!
This In-N-Out meal looks fantastic and lives up to the chain’s reputation for fresh, quality ingredients. The burgers appear well-made, with a classic one in a bun and a healthier “Protein Style” option wrapped in crisp lettuce. The fries are golden and look perfectly cooked, accompanied by the signature ketchup packets. Overall, this meal is exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out—delicious, simple, and satisfying. If you’re craving a classic American burger, In-N-Out never disappoints!
So many people visiting to In-N-Out burger definitely drive-thru. I usually order Double Double, regular cheese burger with grilled onions without onions. So expensive. I can’t afford that easily. Bunch of cash to pay at the cashier. Absolutely great service busy as it gets. I recently visited yesterday which it was Tuesday. Purchased 3 hamburgers with grilled onions & 2 fries. Unfortunately no large fries. Paid with gift card for the first time ever. Very satisfying. I would like to try 4x & protein style burger if I have chance.
IN & OUT is a must. Its a better burger for your money. The combo is less that your other fast food places. The main difference is that here, you get real food! It doesn't matter what you order, you will love the food and the service is always friendly. At IN & Out, if the order is wrong, it's because you, the customer messed up!
In-n-out drive through location that absolutely nails it 👌 Great spot and a go-to for La Crescenta, Tujunga and La Canada residents… so expect a long line especially during conventional meal times. I’ve been going here for years and years and it’s always reliable and so damn good. Definitely represents the In-n-Out legacy well. Kuddos to the staff who work hard to keep things running smoothly and efficiently while serving up the best burgers - even on a rainy day!

As usual In n' Out serves great food. No matter what location you go to you'll get the same experience. Good food at great prices. As always the burgers are perfectly done with locally sourced fresh produce and meats that's never frozen. Don't forget to research the secret menu so you can customize your experience. There are so many off menu options that you can try. But let's be clear... Their fries always leave something to be desired. Even when you ask for well done they still may not be crispy enough and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
I haven’t had in and out in many years and it’s about like I remember! Good basic burgers. I get the secret menu animal style to try something different and I am glad I did! Ask for napkins because it’s a bit messy but worth it! Fries were fresh too! The shake wasn’t well mixed and I feel like they put too much strawberry syrup but it didn’t ruin the meal or anything! I would go back if the line wasn’t always 20-30 min wait times. But that’s standard for most of them.

Today was a MESS at this location. I’ve lived in socal all my life growing up on In and Out. Never have I had such a bad experience. An hour wait to have a rude cashier when asked where my shakes were (she didn’t complete the order) then gave me the attitude she didn’t realize. After I sat for 10 mins at the window to watch her chat with staff with her back to the window the entire time. Staff was way too casual for the line.. and then the best. Got home to find she also shorted my order! Look at the staff and schedule today from the left window at 1pm. What a waste! Do we not train employees anymore? Very disappointed. Food was cold, shorted and had to get a snubbed attitude from an employee? Like I said, in all my experiences with In and Out I am SHOCKED. Won’t be back. Not to this location and I live down the street. Too bad.
These lines are ridiculous. The fact that the city and In-N-Out themselves approve these locations are insane to me. How can you possibly have such a small window with like six employees? LA clearly knows how popular these places are. Makes you dislike the brand, the burger is not that great to warrant this.
I just had a terrible experience at this In-N-Out. After waiting over an hour in the drive-thru, I was met with rude and blatantly disrespectful employees. One of them kept giving me dirty looks for no reason. When I asked if there was a problem, they admitted there wasn’t—so what was that about? And seriously, employees making at least ten “deliveries” through the window inches from my car? One or two, fine. Four or five, maybe. But by the time you’re at your seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth delivery… maybe pass my one hamburger out the window? Unhappy employees shouldn’t be working in customer-facing roles.
Sloppy work once again from this location. Long lines, order done wrong, quality gone downhill, prices gone up, and now this 😑 a big chunk of the potato in the fryer 👎
