Been coming to this place for years, nice cozy little place to have a beer and some snacks. Outdoor patio is great on warmer days, TV inside for watching a game. Friendly staff.

Great place for a quick bite and a cold beer. Super friendly staff. Good mix of patrons really gives this place a home town feel.

Where do I begin?! The Tomato Basil Soup was amazing, along with the grilled cheese served with it. I can eat several bowls of that. The Pretzel and Sausage was so fresh. Soft pretzel and not hard to chew. I also tried the French Dip. That's really good too. Great atmosphere, hang out on the patio and enjoy a nice lunch and a nice cold beer with it. The staff was very friendly. Thanks Thee Elbow Room!

Excellent experience. Had the best Bratwurst, sauerkraut, mozzarella cheese sandwich on a pretzel roll I have ever had. Many other options. All fresh and delightful. The only drawback I found was outside seating area chairs were uncomfortable.

I may have to revisit after quarantine but I enjoyed myself. Nice service, good food at decent prices. Only issue was the beer selection on the menu was out of stock or being replaced. I'll definitely go back.

Almost too small for their own good. Lots of folks on the patio but took nearly five minutes for the staff to finish their confab in the kitchen before I was helped. But they offered to let me sample the beer before I committed to one, which is always appreciated

I try to get to Thee Elbow Room at least every couple of months. The place is small and cozy. It is mostly outdoor seating with only one heating lamp. Bring a wrap if you get cold. My fav is the tuna melt, but everyone else raves about the Monte Cristo. The pretzel is also popular. The beer menu is constantly changing. I've never had a problem finding something that I like. They are currently doing happy hour all day M-F. This means deals on deviled eggs, pretzels and beer. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Hole in the wall that you might miss if you aren't looking. And that would be a shame. Cool patio, good beer, limited food with most of it being German style (pretzels, bratwurst, sauerkraut, deviled eggs). It's worth a stop in if you're enjoying a walk in Montrose

Staff was friendly and patrons were as well. Seemed like people knew each other, so this is a place locals frequent.

disappointed. Quality of salad has gone down. I always get the same salad - roasted beet with candied walnuts. There was not one whole walnut, just same fragments and not many at that. I order the dressing on the side so has not to wilt the salad, however it greens were discolored. What happened? Will not be going back for awhile however the beer is good.
