Excellent meal, good waiter fast and attentive. We ordered the four course feast. The clam chowder was very good and hot. The Ceasar salad was very good also and served in a very cold dish. We both order the Soy ginger Salmon with the sauce on the side which was very tasty. Finished with triple chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream. This was a good diner with excellent service. Will definitely be back and O do recommend.
My friend & I visited Red Lobster Frisco today for lunch. We had such a wonderful time & really enjoyed our delicious food! Everything was hot and came out very fast. Our server, Jessica, was very sweet & made sure our meal was a delightful experience! Thanks Jessica! Job well done! Way to go Frisco Red Lobster!
I haven't been to a Red Lobster in forever and I'm so glad that my first time back in years was so positive! Micheal took great care of us and all of the food was so hot and fresh. I will be sure my next visit isn't so far away.
This Location is The best great staff dishes cooked to perfection taste as great veggies were fresh shrimp spend less was too good and not forgetting Lobster Tails. You cannot beat Red Lobster WATER IS PRECIOUS USE IT CAREFULLY.
Red Lobster is my favorite place to eat. Aaliyah, the server, is doing an excellent job. She is very attentive and takes good care of us.
Zion was my server on this visit. She is a great server. Very kind and attentive. I would add a photo of my food but I ate it all! Pleasant experience overall.
Meredith was our server and she was amazing. She was so sweet always checking up on his. My husband can drink 8 dr.peppers and she had no problem keeping up with him. I would definitely ask for Meredith if you eat here!!!!!
I had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Denezia, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. Manager JJ also went out of their way to check in, which really showed how much they care about their guests. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect—relaxed yet lively. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family!
The food was great as always and my waitress (Meredith) did a great job of welcoming me, taking order including special requests, delivered food promptly (temperature was perfect), checking on me with proper timing and completing my payment promptly. Great experience. I will be back.
Aaliyah was our server. She seemed so backed up as were most of the employees yet she was great. Didn’t leave us hanging, checked on us regularly. Thumps up all the way.
Jessica is Absolutely the Best. She recognizes her customers and remembers if we get the same drink. Jessica is very Personable and Cares about our experience at the restaurant. She makes herself available if we need anything, from extra sauces to the Biscuits. I always enjoy my visits and when Jessica is able to be MY Waitress it's an Added BONUS !!
Celebrated a friends 80th birthday and had a great time! Food was amazing but best of all was our server, Kayla! So impressed with the atmosphere and service. We will be back soon…
Michael was the epitome of what a waiter should be.A charming hospitable gentleman with an old school flair and plenty of finesse. Service with a smile and enough hospitality for all that entered this establishment. Kudos to you Red Lobster Frisco and sir Michael,👍 for your services. P.S., could you all play some DSharp Jazzy 🎻 violin music or smooth jazz from time to time?
Red lobster is amazing with how professional and knowledgeable their staff is about the menu. When I was there with my family my server was zion, she was amazing. She was never late, and kept us up to date with our food. The cooking staff always does a great job at making sure that everything looks great and tastes great. The overall atmosphere is extremely inviting; they make you feel like family. Even on busy nights they still keep the guests as a top priority.
We have always loved Red Lobster because it reminds us of our childhood. The food is just as good as it was when we were little. The $15.99 deal is great and a lot of food. The service is always great and friendly. The kids got to take the lobster out of the tank. Jessica, our server was attentive and kind. The manager stopped by as well. Great service and still great food!
Aaliyah was our server and she was phenomenal. She recommended the lime vinegarette for our salads and it was the best we’ve had. Food was hot and right on time. 4 stars!
Aaliyah was a very great server. She helped us with our food it was very yummy. She brought it on time nice and hot. Very courteous and kind.
Jessica did a fantastic job hosting us for my daughter’s birthday! Food and service were great. Thank you Jessica for making it a memorable meal.
I love Red Lobster! Loved it for years! But I especially enjoy their new revamped menu with the seafood boil! Try it! Suprisingly good! I had an awesome server named Sam who gave us exceptional service and made our experience exceptional! Thank you Sam! See you next time😊
Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite restaurants. My family and I visited today and were amazed with the great service received from our server Connor and Manager J.J. Food tasted amazing as always and service was fast. Greatly recommend this restaurant. You’ll love their cheddar biscuits!!
I had such a wonderful experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Shelby! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel completely welcome. She was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, and she made sure our drinks were always full and our food came out just right. What stood out the most was her friendly personality—she genuinely seemed happy to be there and to make our evening enjoyable. She took the time to explain menu options, gave great recommendations, and even made sure to check back in just the right amount to see how everything was going. It’s rare these days to find someone who puts so much care into their service, and Shelby absolutely went above and beyond. The food was delicious (of course, those Cheddar Bay Biscuits never disappoint!), but the service really made the whole experience memorable. Shelby turned what could have been just another dinner out into something truly enjoyable. If you’re planning on going to Red Lobster, I highly recommend asking for Shelby—you won’t be disappointed!
The food was great, Erin made sure we were well taken care of made sure everything was to good. Great experience, will return again for sure. Loved the chocolate wave cake.
Aaliyah was wonderful! Very kind, welcoming, and attentive! Food was great. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. Would return again soon!
Today’s service is a reminder of why I keep coming back to this Red Lobster location. Excellent service provided by Aaliyah. We will definitely be returning because of her and her outstanding hospitality.
Aaliyah was an excellent server. She was friendly, professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend requesting a table in her section. We plan to return soon.
Tonight, I had an amazing dining experience at the Red Lobster in Frisco, Texas. Tanisha, our server, welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. We indulged in delicious dishes like salmon, pasta, baked potato, mac & cheese, fillet, crab legs, lobster tail, and broccoli. Yet, the highlight was undoubtedly the heavenly cheddar biscuits they're famous for. It had been a few years since our last visit, but the charm of Red Lobster remained unchanged. We enjoyed watching the little fish in the tank while Tanisha took care of us with her incredible service, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her passion for the menu and dedication to making our experience memorable truly stood out. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, already looking forward to our next visit to our beloved Red Lobster.
A 5-star golden buzzer review was long overdue, and today was the day. Michael went above and beyond to make our family birthday dinner truly remarkable. The drinks were excellent, the food tasted amazing, and the ambience was absolutely priceless. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
The waitress Aallyah was great she has a beautiful personality ,very prompt and informative. The food was served hot and delicious. Keep up the good work
I grew up coming to Red Lobster. This Red Lobster location is just perfect! The music is great. The atmosphere is super clean. The service is superb and the staff is also GREAT! Thank you for such great service Shelby. Happy to leave you a wonderful review as you took such pride in your service. Xoxo!
I had an amazing experience today at this Red Lobster location. We came in for lunch, and from the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Our food came out fast and was hot, delicious, and fresh! Our server Wendy was great, very friendly and attentive. She made our experience exceptional. Thank you, Red Lobster Frisco and Wendy for the great service, we look forward to returning soon!!
They were short staffed so we decided to sit at the bar and that was the best decision. Sam the was amazing at the bar. She was very professional and worked very well under pressure given the circumstances of the short staff. Her drinks were amazing and the food came out hot and tasty. Great experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster tonight! Our waiter, Mike, was outstanding — super friendly, attentive, and made excellent menu recommendations. He really made the evening enjoyable and stress-free. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back again and will be asking for Mike! Highly recommend!!!
We had a birthday dinner for my aunt. There were 30 of us and JJ, the manager, and Makinsey and Meredith, our servers, made the night memorable. They cared for every detail, kept smiles on their faces, and ensured our family and friends had a great time. I'd recommend this location for any gathering you're planning.
Great experience, came here for my son’s birthday. Mike was an our server and took great care of us, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Didn’t even mention the birthday and Mike still brought out Ice cream for my boys, just being nice. Samy was also a server in our area, he mentioned letting my son hold a lobster. Sure enough as we left he pulled the lobster out and let him pose for pics. Incredible servers tonight and great food.
Sam was absolutely amazing! Her professional and she works so well under pressure given the short staffing. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting with her. The food and drinks were amazing!
JESSICA, made our experience pleasant. She was very efficient, attentive and kind. Top tier. J.J.the manager, greeted us with a beautiful smile, a great welcome and I bet he's easy to work around. We've been to many red lobster restaurants...this location is clean, pleasant atmosphere, highly capable manager and delicious hot food! 5 star experience. JJ, runs a great ship. 👍👍👍👍👍
Jessica!! Made me feel very welcomed at red lobster. She came to check on my table to the point I never had to ask for a refill on bread or drinks. Food was excellent and she made sure everything came out correctly. She was very polite and had very respectful manners. Usually at restaurants you have to find someone to just ask for a water. Jessica made sure everything went well at our table I can’t say how much appreciated I am to have a such an amazing respectful waitress serve me. It’s not everyday you get to see that there are still good waitresses out there.
My husband and I came for our Friday night Advent dinner at the Frisco location. Our server Xavier was hands down fantastic!! I was freezing and he brought me a cup of hot water to warm my hands. This alone made my experience significantly better. He made sure he was very clear to the cooks about my allergies. Not only was he very attentive but very kind, courteous and overall a really great person. We will definitely ask for him the next time😁 Thanks!!
Our food was great, but the real standout was Meredith! She’s a wonderful server and even told our son lobster facts after pulling one out for him to see up close. Sammy who seated us was also sweet.
I have to say the staff are the most friendliest, courteous group. I walked in and close to closing and they still seated me, with a smile. My waitress, Taylor H (from Long Island), was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating, attentive and helpful. She made sure everything I ordered was perfectly done. She checked on multiple times and was an excellent conversationalist. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. The food was really good. I plan to bring my family with me, next time.
Aaliyah was polite and prompt with the service! She was timely in bringing our drinks and refilling our biscuit basket. We appreciated her attentiveness and checking in on us during the course of our meal regularly. Food came out hot, fresh and delicious!
The service at this location is great and welcoming. The food is tasty and well done. Our drinks is made fresh and nice too. Our server, Emerie went above and beyond to make sure we are doing okay. She check in with us at interval and make sure our table has everything we need. This is one of my favorite Red Lobster locations in the DFW area.
Excellent service by Erin. He kept checking in to make sure our drinks are refilled and we have unlimited bread too. This is our favorite red lobster branch to visit due to the great service always. Looking forward to our next visit soon.
We had a great experience tonight! Our server was so sweet and friendly, and our food came out piping hot and it was delicious! My husband even ordered an extra pound of crabs legs because he loved them so much! I haven’t been to red lobster in years until now and I was really impressed! We look forward to coming again in the future!
Our experience at Red Lobster was fantastic! Our waiter Erin was absolutely wonderful! He was so great with our kids and wonderful when it came to celebrating our son’s birthday! 10/10 recommend!
Came to red lobster for a birthday dinner and had a food quality issue. Will you let the staff know IMMEDIATELY and IMMEDIATELY? They took action to make sure it was corrected & even offered a dessert for the issue. The customer service was on point. They are respectful, fast, & friendly. Shout out to Meredith our waitress and JayJay the manager who promptly apologized and jumped into fix it mode! Now this is how you do customer service & good customer service!!
We’ve been coming here for years—since my cousin was 10, and today we celebrated her 20th birthday. This marks our 11th year coming here to celebrate, and once again we had a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server, Emerie, was incredibly sweet and attentive and truly made our experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for better service—thank you, Emerie, for helping make this birthday so memorable! The manager was also very helpful, checking in on us throughout the meal, keeping our drinks refilled, and assisting Emerie with clearing plates since we had a large party. The teamwork was great to see. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!
This place was great! The food was delicious! We had the Mariner boil, popcorn shrimp, and grilled shrimp- all of it was so good! The rolls were warm and they kept them coming! My 2 girls loved seeing the live lobsters and one of the employees even got one out to show them, so they earned a LobSTAR certificate which they thought was pretty cool! Highly recommend!
We had such an amazing experience at this location. The manager J.J. took time to share fun facts about Maine Lobsters and even awarded our sweet girl with a Lob-Star Handler certificate. They didn’t know this, but tomorrow she goes in to heart surgery…such a great experience to have. Our server Zion was also so kind and prompt with all our meal and drink requests.
Our first time at red lobster and we’ll certainly be back, if not for the food but for Mike and his awesome hospitality! He was on top of our orders, drink refills and was so personable he made the entire experience a 10/10. The 3 course shrimp meal was awesome and such a good deal! The garlic butter shrimp was my favorite!
Mike was fantastic! He was super fun and attentive. He shared a bit with us about his time here and I loved how his personal touches added to our experience. The food and drinks were amazing as always. The bartenders were also super fun and we could hear them enjoying their job. I would definitely recommend this location for a good time!
Excellent Service from Jessica! Jessica made our visit to Red Lobster fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. Our drinks were always full, and she ensured we had everything we needed. Her exceptional service made our meal even more enjoyable. Ask for Jessica—you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had an awesome time at this Red Lobster yesterday! staff was so friendly and engaging. Food was delicious also, will be back soon!

Went there for no particular reason. I ordered the endless shrimp and the wife ordered create your own platter. We were greeted and sat immediately, our server Thomas was absolutely awesome very attentive and polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was good although I found the shrimp to be on the salty side also it seemed to take a long time for the refill of the shrimp to come out. Over all it was a good experience made wonderful by our server Thomas. Would come back because of Thomas.
Ordered New Orleans Salmon and Shrimps 4 items for $24.99. Salmon was the star of the day very well season and cooked with a little spicy kick to it which we all liked. Besides that the kids really liked the Shrimp Alfredo linguini and the popcorn shrimp platter. Realzied to take the pictures once I was done finishing everything. Service was little slow and the server kept saying how busy they were blah blah. Overall a 4 star experience.
Place was almost empty. The food was fair, a bit bland, but hot when served. The drinks were very sweet, the mango sangria was my fave and least fav was the verry berry. Service was ok, nothing exceptional, no suggestions for food, no specials, or offers of water to go. The waitress barely spoke to us. Don't look up though. While I like an open ceiling concept with beams and industrial air, the beams and rafters were caked with dust . Not particularly something you want over your table or food. Oh, and the woman's bathroom soap dispenser and towel dispenser are broken.
My husband and I came here on 3/13, a Thursday night and it seemed like a slower night. We were sat right away and greeted by our server Michael shortly after. Service was great. We had an issue with our appetizer and Michael fixed the issue right away. He was very attentive the entire time we were there and made the whole experience even better.
Our server, Aaliyah, was kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her as our server and I really liked the blackened salmon. The only pain point was how long it took for the food to get to us.
The food and our server, Dawn, were fantastic. She truly made us feel seen and taken care of, and her service was excellent. However, the experience at the front door could really improve. The hosts seemed unfriendly and like they didn’t want to be there. When customers ask for a specific server, or a service they don’t seem interested in trying to accommodate or work with you. The host position is the first impression of the restaurant! Red Lobster should make sure hosts understand how important that role is.
Service and food were very good. Our server Erin was great. There was a rather loud table that had apparently had a few too many and the lighting was dim like a 1970s Steak and Ale😂. But other than those two things our visit was just fine. I would go back there again.
Food and service was good. We sat in the bar area and the female bartender was also our server. She did great. But this restaurant needs a deep clean everything is so dirty. The walls, tables, floors and the bathrooms are so bad. Definitely makes me not want to visit again based on just that alone.
Ordered a fish sandwich that comes with fries according to the menu. Menu listed $1.99 to add a side salad. Good deal methinks so I ordered them. Unfortunately the meal didn't come with promised fries so I told the waitress about it. She brought it later mentioning that I'd waived my fries when I added the salad. ??? The bill surprisingly includes a hefty charge for the fries (too salty BTW). I had to explain to the waitress about what the menu described before she takes the fries off the bill. She don't seem convinced but did the change regardless. Red Lobster, can you train your wait staff on what the menu explicitly covers? If you're not sure, check with other restaurants' menu on what addition means. It certainly does not mean subtraction.
Came here for the Rapid Red Curbside delivery for an online order I placed. Came at my scheduled pick-up time, called the number, and the gentleman came and handed me my order within 3 minutes. Was in the mood for some good old Walt’s Favorite Shrimp - it was good! Also tried the Popcorn Shrimp. The food was hot and fresh and warm. The Chesapeake Fries though - they are…. not the best. They weren’t soggy but they weren’t stellar. They’re the kind of fries that sit in the back of your mind like a sad, pathetic memory but there are definitely WORSE fries out there (trust me, my body stored them in my fat cells, so they’re still there), so they are not horrid. Just not the tastiest. I haven’t dined in yet at this location but I ended up staying for 15 minutes in the parking lot and witnessed dozens of customers walk in for the dining experience. Very busy for a weekday afternoon at 4 pm in my opinion. Service looked excellent. I have always enjoyed their Fish and Chips (there is a Daily Deal for this dish on Fridays, so try to wait till Friday to budget for this) and their Walt’s Favorite Shrimp. Oh, and their Chocolate Wave Cake is divine if you wanna add something to your love handles. Overall good service from this location through pick-up thus far.
I haven’t been to Red Lobster in probably 15 years and bf had never been. We arrived to try the viral crab boil, and got the Mariners Boil with a side of the garlic butter for me and a side of the Cajun butter for bf. As someone who’s only had 2 seafood boil bags before this, I found this overall enjoyable. I will say I usually find boils too spicy, but even this butter was kind of bland to me and I definitely added salt to it. If I hadn’t ordered the sides like I’d seen online, I’d be disappointed by the amount of sauce overall. I HATE spice and I tried the Cajun butter side, and it mostly tasted like black pepper and cumin, so I still prefer the more bland roasted garlic. Overall though, the seafood quality felt fine. The snow crab leg cluster was a bit small, but not crazily so. It felt like an okay amount to share between the two of us. Our server Meredith was awesome, patient and relatable. I almost felt bad for requesting the extra sides because she was so nice! She gave us a great experience. Overall I would get it again probably, but it was also $50 something, and we have gotten cheaper boils elsewhere.

Good vibe the service excellent and the food delicious. I love the grill lobster, grill salmon and grill shrimp and of course the garlic bread. The stuffed mushrooms is great appetizer.

Good food but the service was bad. Went to this location on a Friday evening for dinner with family. Majority of what we ordered was mixed up and had to remind the serve multiple times. Tried the new drink, it was pretty good. Great location but don’t go here if you are a big group.
Went on a Friday night with my husband for the endless shrimp, food was good, and the drinks were good too. I did find it disappointing that the Ruby Mule I ordered is served in a glass cup instead of a copper mug, but it was delicious. When we were done with our food, and ready to order dessert, I asked our waiter for a box for my rice, she said she’d bring one, and took our dessert order, but, she never cleared our plates or bring me a box until after we ate our dessert. This is bad customer service. We were eating our dessert over a crowded table of empty plates and shrimp tails.
I was really disappointed during my last visit. It was Valentines Day, the place was not busy at all yet we had a reservation. We arrived a little early and waited at the bar for our table to be ready. Ignored at the bar by every employee that walked by or behind the bar, my date finally said something. We were served and then ignored again until our table was ready. We were sat and the server arrived and she was very attentive but didn't smile much. No complaints about her at all... It was the food that was upsetting. It was Lobsterfest - Red Lobster is know for it fresh delicious selection during this time. We got a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp seemed waterlogged and rubbery. The the meals come. I got the Lobster Lover's Dream pick 3 and was anxiously awaiting my treasure. No treasure came to our table. Both lobster tails were rubbery, dried out and skimpy. The Lobster pasta was not appealing either & the lobster was rubbery and dried out texture. Same with the lobster baked potato. We waited for our food and it really did take a long time considering they were not busy. Many tables around us sat dirty and un-bussed, also. My date and I were so disappointed, he was upset I didn't get a grand lobster experience and I am not sure of redemption.
We had a mixed experience here. The mozzarella sticks were really good, and the seafood-stuffed mushrooms had tasty stuffing, but the mushrooms themselves felt a bit raw. The lobster bisque soup was delicious, and the main course lobster with rice turned out to be the highlight — very yummy and well-cooked. Overall, good flavors, but a few items could be improved.
Was disappointed in the food at this location. The fish was overcooked and the side items were undercooked. It was an interesting combination. The popcorn shrimp were amazing, but it was only our appetizer and we ended up eating it more than our fish entrée. The music was very loud, then very soft, then very loud again. It made it a bit interesting. The food took a very long time to come out. For a party of two during off hours it took about an hour. Service was friendly. It seemed like there weren't that many waiters available but she was pretty attentive our table.
This Red Lobster's dining experience was just okay. Service wasn't bad however it wasn't a great meal either. My Alfredo pasta tasted BLAND, even the water had a bit of a bitter taste to it. Our bi…
I haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time but been hearing it's making a comeback as a good seafood chain. So I decided to try it out for lunch one day. Chain restaurant so nothing special about…
Look, I like the family-friendly medium priced restaurants like Red lobster and Olive garden, typically they are very good and used to be reasonably priced. And even as I accept the higher price…
Mediocre seafood is the standard fare here apparently. The chain has had problems and it is apparent. Some of the newer dishes aren't bad but overall it's not an experience I'll opt for.
Food looks great but tastes terrible! Their menu item ULTIMATE LOBSTER turned out to be ULTIMATE DISASTER. Seafood smelling stale, fries so bland, salad itself is not fresh. Not a single item served is palatable except the cheddar biscuits that helped fill the tummy to escape from the awkward experience. Funny fact: As we entered Red Lobster premises, it smells great but realized later that the enchanting smell was from In & Out 🍔 next door, not Red Lobster 🦞
Went to dinner for all you can eat shrimp. It reminded me of why we never eat there. The salad dressing tasted like off brand bottled ranch, and the tomatoes were not fresh. The shrimp was very rubbery and had no flavor. The broccoli was brown on the ends and clearly not fresh, either. The service was very slow and not that friendly. I don't think we will go back. That's a lot of money to pay for almost inedible food
We ordered the Crab Carbonara ($22), Lobster and Shrimp Linguini ($24), Bar Harbor Lobster Bake ($36), and the Ultimate Feast with Lobster Tail and Shrimp Scampi and Grilled Shrimp ($42). First, let me start with the positives before all the negatives. The free biscuits are amazing and so addicting. The service is great too. The carbonara and linguini were not bad either. The negatives - these prices are insane. I get that seafood is pricey, but a chain charging $30+ for anything with the word “lobster” is insane to me. The food overall is pretty mid, and the taste is nowhere close to the price. I can’t believe there’s families dropping $100+ at Red Lobster when there’s so many other options out there. Sure, this is great for a “nice sit down” restaurant, but I don’t think it justifies the prices. It’s no surprise that Red Lobster declared bankruptcy…businesses need to either reduce prices or serve good food that’s worth the prices.
I’ve lived in Frisco for 20 years, and it had probably been about 10 years since my last visit to this Red Lobster. The bartender was running the host stand, the bar, and all the to-go orders by herself. There were about four Uber drivers waiting on orders at the same time. I sat at the bar, she handed me a menu, and then had to immediately go back to handling the to-go orders. About 10 minutes later, a manager came and took my drink order. Around that same time, the bartender returned to take my food order. I definitely don’t blame her for the slow service — she was clearly juggling multiple roles and working extremely hard. After ordering, the food came out about 30 minutes later. For what I received, I do feel it was overpriced. I wanted a refill and a to-go box, but she was so busy that I didn’t even want to bother her. On top of that, the TVs weren’t working, which made the atmosphere feel a little empty. Management, please get this bartender some help — she was absolutely working her tail off.
We sat down for 15 minutes before a waitress came to our table. The entire table was very sticky. We ordered surf and turf, the steak came out well done while we wanted medium rare. The lobster did not taste fresh at all. At least the staff had a good attitude and replaced our steak. We will most likely not come back again.

Drive the extra mile to another red lobster, you will be very disappointed Pros: Taylor was the best very knowledgeable, and professional,. Cons: Very unorganized. 04/23/23( 1600) I spoke with the manager who seemed very uninterested and allow staff to be nonproductive. I watched a total of 3 families ( 4 or more) walk out the restaurant after waiting for a host >10mins, servers walking pass awaiting customers w/o greet nor explanation, staff sitting in the back of the restaurant (in bar area) eating, drinking Starbucks, on their phones, and non attentive to customers. A customer walked up to the bar and stated her family was waiting over 20 mins, as waiters were walking pass and no acknowledgment. Taylor had to leave the bar and find the waiter. This restaurant was well staffed, not busy but failed. If you want unprofessionalism, food taste of sitting under light, over baked bread, this is the place to go spend your hard-earned money. I will not recommend this red lobster. Food: Baked potatoe cold. Food was not fresh, the taste of sitting under a light. Do better, trust me. This is not a good location, and to state to follow up on FB? I'm not on FB , just another work around, no integrity. Do better. Shame on Red Lobster. This place was not busy and fully staffed, but if the manager doesn't care, why would the staff? Taylor will not be there long, trust me as he was the only person doing his job!
Wait time is very very long. Was told it was 23 minutes but we waited for 45 minutes and we just left. Front staff didn't even ask for a name or number just said you guys can wait. Many thanks other people waited and complained while we were waiting. Unacceptable
DONT EAT HERE! The worst serve and food sucks now after all the changes. Pretty bummed. We didn’t even get Cheddar Bay biscuits because they were “making them fresh” then I think our waitress forgot. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble
Our food came out cold. The manager tried to get us to pay a discounted rate for one of our meals even though my husband and I didn’t eat anything. We had to fight back in order not to pay for food again WE DID NOT EAT! Lovely server though.
I visited this Red Lobster location on Veterans Day, taking part in the celebratory meal they kindly offer each year — something I’ve always appreciated. Unfortunately, what should have been a quiet and enjoyable lunch turned into a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was noticeably rude. She repeatedly demanded to see my military ID before we were even seated, and even after I provided proof of my service, she continued speaking to me as though I were an inconvenience. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. My wife and I chose to leave before even being seated. As we were walking out, another veteran arrived and was met with the same level of disrespect. The whole situation was unbelievable and deeply disappointing, especially on a day meant to honor those who served.
My Husband & I came on 2/23/26, Very disappointed!! We saw the Waitress, twice, 1st to serve our food, 2nd to give us the check!! AND I found a hair in my food!!! Customer Serice is seriously lacking, we half always loved going there on special occasions!! But we will never come back, waitress was MacKinsey
Location: Franchise Closest To Stonebriar Mall In Frisco. This Was An Overwhelmingly Unpleasant First Time Experience. We Were Seated Right Away As It Was 9:15 @ Night & The Restaurant Was Practically Empty Other Than Patrons Waiting For To Go Orders. The Waitress Was Less Than Pleasant. We Ordered Nothing More Than Two Appetizers & After 20 Minutes, We’d Still Not Been Served Our Food. The Staff, Overall, Appeared To Be Rather Unbothered.
Don't bother with this run down place. Our table needed cleaning before we were seated. The place was maybe half full on a Saturday at 5:15 pm. Our booth looked like it was ready to fall apart. My wife told me the bathroom was filthy. My freshly brewed coffe was luke warm. The waitress informed us there was only one cook and the kitchen was 45 minutes behind. We left shortly after. We won't be back.
We made a dinner reservation at Red Lobster , Preston road to celebrate our anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I had mentioned while booking that it was our anniversary—not because I expected a parade or free champagne, but honestly, a single tiny candle would’ve been nice. Even after requesting one, apparently candles are rarer than fresh crab here. Not a single one for the slice of cake we ordered. We ordered mocktails, which arrived in plastic glasses—an interesting choice for what’s supposed to be a fine-dining experience. The chili guava mocktail I ordered was less “balanced flavor” and more “sugar with a personality crisis.” I couldn’t finish it. For our 6-year-old, we ordered shrimp popcorn, which came with two heroic orange slices on the side. That was fine. Then came the main event: I ordered crab by the pound, expecting something juicy, flavorful, maybe even saucy. Instead, it was dry as the desert, bland, and served with butter as its only personality trait. Not even basic salt—just vibes. My spouse ordered surf and turf. The steak was tough, tiny, dry, and unseasoned, as if flavor had been personally offended and chose not to show up. Service was painfully slowwwwww, and the final bill crossed $100—plus a 20% tip—for food that felt more like a cautionary tale than an anniversary dinner. Sadly, we won’t be returning. There are far better seafood restaurants in Frisco that understand seasoning, service, and yes—even candles. Anniversary lesson learned. 🦞✨
We came here to celebrate a family birthday dinner. Surprisingly we were seated promptly, all tables around were empty for a Friday night, we expected them to be busy. We understand that service can take a bit longer with a large group, but our dinner ended up taking over an hour and a half. When the food finally arrived, everyone at the table was served except for my wife and me. We waited, thinking ours would be out next, but it never came. When we mentioned it to the staff, they said they would remake our meals, but after another 30 minutes, the food still hadn’t arrived. While we appreciate that our meals were eventually comped, we were surprised that we still had to pay for our drinks, especially given the long delay and missed meals. Unfortunately, this experience made what was supposed to be a special celebration quite disappointing. New menu is a total miss. Took away the option where you choose your 3 favorite shrimp dishes. Photos are to show they were not busy.
