I hate taco bell. I go about three, four times a year at best, and it is usually out of desperation, or a stoned friend. This is the taco bell i would take anyone to. I have never been dissatisfied with food or service. In fact, if all taco bells were as good as this one, I'd eat there a lot more often. Been going to this one almost exclusively for 15 years. A true gem of the fast food industry.
The girl taking the order in the drive thru was so confused but the manager lady ( I think) made sure it was all correct BEFORE there was any mistake made. Confirming the order at the window! If she's not a manager she should be!! Pretty lady blonde ish hair with curls at her bun!
Whenever you get fast food - you almost expect bad service these days. I've always had a positive experience at this Taco Bell. The staff members are always friendly, talkative, accommodating & they get my order right!! I've honestly never had such consistent good service at a fast food chain before and felt that I should give you guys a shout out! Whatever management is doing, keep it up!! Thanks to the employees for taking the time to treat people well!
We came first thing in the morning after opening.. Despite being the only employee in the building our food was excellent and made in a timely fashion. We only waited about five minutes for a fairly large order. The cashier was very polite and kept apologizing about the wait.
I always stop in at this location after working bc I work the midnight shift. Every single night I receive excellent service. I especially appreciated the extra mile the employees always go right at the end of the night.. thank you and I will always choose this location.
We drove through and had breakfast. It was alright but they didn't have any ketchup and the only creamer from the coffee had sugar. The lady that took our order and gave us our food was really nice
First of all - - - Let me say if they got the orders correct when dealing with a DoorDash order they would at least live up to the potential of Taco Bell 🌮 🛎️ standards…( now that the rant is over with based from bad DoorDash w/ this company ) Overall I will have to admit they are ok with service giving the location of the restaurant they are a beast competition wise amongst the other restaurants in the area and everyone is well aware of the late night munchies and Taco Bell is the PERFECT Go-To!!
We were greeted by James F. He should get the award of the year for best customer service. He was friendly, courteous, and knew all about the products on the menu. He had the most genuine smile and cheerful attitude. I actually started thinking about my next visit to your restaurant because of him. He even went the extra mile to tell me about vegetarian breakfast menu items when I asked. I asked him why he chose to work at Taco Bell. He explained that the company does a lot to give back in the communities they serve and they have an employee scholarship program. This young man should be given a raise. It's hard to find employees with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for serving customers in the dining industry. You have a Shining Star in James F. I will be back to this Taco Bell because of his exceptional customer service and I intend to tell my friends. Bravo for hiring James F. I rarely write reviews, but I wouldn't pass up a chance to tell you about this positive experience. Thank you, James! Keep smiling and stay positive. You have brightened my day more than you'll ever know.

We went through the drive through. The food wasn't as hot as I'd prefer and my grandson was not happy because we requested that he not have any refried beans on his burrito and it look like they gave him extra.
I came in Jan 2 2016 and I was greeted I believe her name was Alicia J. That is the name on my receipt. I really hope that is her name bc I want her to get the credit. She was friendly and the entire time we were in there she stayed busy. Stocking the condiments emptying the trash. She is def a hard worker. Also the bathroom was spotless. This location is the cleanest and the employees have always been very helpful.

Nelson was wonderful fixing our food & assisting us. They didn’t have the ingredients to make something we ordered so he was very accommodating to make us something similar. He was more concerned with us having a good experience than anything. He even gave us coupons for the inconvenience. I’d definitely stop here again if he’s working.
5 star service. It is rare these days that you have an interaction that is pleasant in the service industry. 4 star food. Although we got our food fairly quick from the time we ordered, it was maybe a little too fast. Our quesadillas were lacking on filling. It appeared it all went to one side of the tortilla. Other than that, we had a great experience. Keep up the great work!
So far I've been waiting 25 minutes and counting with one car in front of me. Great way to spend my hour lunch break. If you're looking for fast service and someone to say my pleasure this place isn't for you. But if you want a burrito that slaps this your place. Thanks ladies!
This Taco Bell has managed to get my order wrong most of the time. For my last order, they mixed up my food with someone else’s, and when I went inside to fix it, it took them three tries to get it right. UPDATE 10/20/23: I’m not sure if this place has new management or what, but the service has been dramatically improved lately.
Been to Taco bell twice in the last 3weeks since 8/7/21! The staff was very welcoming & seemed to work together very well! The area from where the food's being prepared, counter as well as the dining area was exceptionally clean! The whole atmosphere felt welcoming. Thanks 👍👍
It's a Taco Bell, for better or worse. I happen to enjoy Taco Bell, and they constantly improve on the menu while keeping the classics intact. This one happens to be convenient and relatively swift. The employees are friendly and willing to lend a hand. If you're in a hurry come by and pick up a bag of tacos. Just remember the mild sauce and you'll be good to go in no time.

The food is always good. Love that they stay open super late. Sometimes the orders are wrong and we have to wait a while, but other than that we've always had decent service here.
They definitely do not look at any changes or special requests when doing online orders... sometimes not in person either. If they payed closer attention to substitutions and changes that are asked for I would rate higher.
The food is pretty good for fast food. The drive thru cashier was very friendly. Though, I wish the nacho fries were permanent. I am not a fan of limited time items. EDIT After trying there several times, it seems that it's great during lunch time and after 8pmish, the quality seems to be down? Not sure what happens, but other than that, it's okay.
The food is usually pretty good, but my experience with the staff during breakfast specifically has been incredibly annoying. I have had a few instances of 30-40 minutes before breakfast ends and they refuse to make more despite the app letting me purchase it. I had one morning where I called ahead and got the OK for breakfast and got there within 10 minutes and they were confused and refused to make it. :(
I would've given two stars if the staff weren't always so friendly and accommodating. However, always check your bag before you drive off because they will no doubt screw your order up. I love the food and the staff but they are terrible at making sure you ACTUALLY GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR. They need to be more attentive.
Food was good service was slow but rather have good food then fast service. We had ordered extra sour cream on some of the tacos and the girl working the front said we ordered extra nacho cheese instead. And even after we insisted no, we wanted extra sour cream she kept arguing with us. Thought that was very rude on her part.
They didn’t have the salted caramel churros, Pepsi, or the Baja Midnight but they were upfront and polite about it. The food was hot, fresh, and fast, and the order was accurate. The bathroom was clean.

Understaffed, so struggling. Orders filled out of order, incomplete, or incorrect. One poor customer received a soft taco with ONLY sour cream inside. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, apologized and remedied errors quickly, and were doing their best. Errors can be put down to the system, not the people. In the past this location has been well staffed, well run, and IS always clean and safe.
Double and triple check your order. I don't think I've ever had my full order given to me. Don't listen to them if they say there is a manager on the line, check it!! You have a better chance to win the lottery than you have to get your cinnamon twists. Even the "box" meals will have something missing

I understand fast food it’s not exactly the best option, but I never had this bad experience in a Taco Bell, burrito just beans and 1oz of meat and not even good spread, was literally in one corner of the burrito… the cinnamon twist, don’t have any cinnamon, the drinks just have like one or two options, the rest they’re out…. In general, the worst Taco Bell ever…
Ordered Doordash cause it was late, and we just made it to town. Get the order, and it's made wrong and missing several items. Call to tell them about it and was told it wasn't their problem and they hung up on me twice. (It was Doordash, yes, but the seal on the bag wasn't broken, so clearly, it was a packing issue) went to the store in person explained what happened and the manager replaced the items that were missing and made incorrectly as well as giving me coupons. They were extremely helpful, and she listened to the issue to get to the bottom of the rude employee. I gave 2 stars because the manager made it right and apologized.
The food at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you feel like you get a good portion and other time not so much. Never know if you are going to get someone friendly or with an attitude in the drive thru. Hard to rate this Taco Bell on service and food because it’s like a bipolar experience with both. You might order and get someone friendly and your food will be great and the next trip you get someone mad and a tablespoon of meat on your taco with a half cup of lettuce.
I've worked in restaurants for 8 years, I usually never complain because I understand the struggle, but I've never had such a terrible food experience. My chalupas were ice cold and so hard I chipped the bottom corner of my front right tooth. I spent 57.41 and every single item was half made, missing Ingredients, tiny portions and one of my taco had been sitting out for so long the taco had melted to the wrapper it had been in and fell apart when we attempted to pull them apart. If you're craving taco bell, buy from the one in vinton!

I got to the window and the guy was confussed and told her he didnt see my order and she turned around and yell this person snuck into the line. I spoke up and said no I talked to you. This taco bell has good food but your always waiting a long time if you have to go in for food. And while standing there employees were rude to customers.

The manager... Lexus is almost incapable of doing a good job, disgruntled staff, 40 minn wait and 6 of 7 of the items were made wrong, missing something or had something it shouldn't. My Doritos locos tacos were soggy. They forgot my juice. I used Uber Eats and found that my bag was never sealed. Everything was sloppily put together. Cold food items. It was not a long distance from store to drop off for my food to feel like it's sat out a while. This is my second and last time ordering. I should have learned from the first failure here.
When i first drove up to the drive thru to place my order the woman on the intercom interrupted me in the middle of my order multiple times. I stopped and waited for her to tell me to continue and after ordering she asked if my order looked correct and after reviewing the order it was fine and everything i had ordered was on the screen. Double check your bag for the right food and special requests at this location. Updated Oct 2020: This location has seriously gone down hill. If you want any chance of decent customer service you will need to go inside. They don't even speak to you at the window anymore, let alone make sure you get the requested sauces or even napkins or utensils. They hand you a bag while talking and playing with other employees.
Placed a mobile order, went through drive thru, got the order, noticed it was the wrong order after getting home, had to turn around and go back to Taco Bell, just to basically be confronted by this girl about how my mobile order was already checked in and there was nothing she could do, little did she know I already called it in on my way there, the guy I talked to was already making the food and was super kind and respectful, but she was super rude and disrespectful, didn't seem to care that her and her team messed up, basically was blaming me for the order getting mixed up, I REFUSE to return to this Taco Bell till something is done about this!
We went to drive though an ordered three combos and three fries and a thing of cinnamon delights we ordered a Pepsi a Dr pepper and a raspberry drink well we got to the window they gave us two pepsi and Dr peppers we told them the drinks was wrong they told us no thats what we ordered I said no that is not what we ordered they said if we want that raspberry drink we have to go back around and order it again we asked for sauce no sauce was in our bag our food was throw in our bag very disrespectful we use to go all the time never again couldn't even take 2 minutes to change a drink that was their mistake
Going to Taco Bell tonight was one huge mistake. My tacos were a complete mess with half of the taco bottom being filled with meat and the other half completely empty. Where did the meat go? Aliens maybe or no I believe it was a result of the manager not enforcing standard policy procedures. Anyways the tacos also had extra lettuce and absolutely no cheese. What was that about. Not to mention half of the order was supposed to be soft taco and were served a crunchy mess instead. When we addressed the manager on duty she would barely open her mouth to speak and wouldn't even make eye contact. She said something to herself that we couldn't understand and then returned to the back, I'm assuming to remake our order. After what seemed to be forever a different employ presented us with a newly remade box of tacos. By this time we were getting irritated waiting for the manager to return to the reqisture to refund our money which was our original request. We then asked that employ to relay a message to the manager that we once again needed her attention. Would you believe the manager continued to hide in the back ignoring us completely. Another 10 minutes passed before the manager very slowly walked back to the front of the restaurant. You would be surprised at what kinds of actions and behaviors you may observe while waiting as long as we did. My final thoughts are, please don't use your feet to push the bag of lettuce back into the mini refrigerator and tissues are your friend when you have a runny nose. It is not acceptable to wipe your nose with your gloved hand and then continue to make customers food. Finally, I don't know the drug testing procedure for Taco Bell but my advice is to demand a drug test from your manager that was on duty 7:00 pm on New Year's Day. She truly showed signs that may benefit from being looked into. My family and I will not be returning to Taco Bell again. There needs to be something done about this lack of customer service and the very unsanitary behaviors.
The quality standard of this location has really gone downhill. Every visit seemed like the last and this time IS the last one. Order was completely wrong, even though they’ve asked to confirm what order I had. Drive thru is painfully slow, can’t seem to do more than one order at a time, it’s only 2 burritos and 2 drinks. It seems they start to make the order when the customer pulls up to the window. I understand short staffing issues but does not excuse the fact it takes over an hour to do orders for a line thats not long.
Three of the four items were completely wrong, after asking them to correct it only one got fixed. They really just do not understand the word fresco, the people next behind us had the same issue. Upon eating, the one burrito that was miraculously made right the first time had a large chunk of bad tasting or old rice halfway though and was immediately dumped in the trash. The staff seemed irritated and kept insisting to us and the other people that we put it in wrong and they did what what their screen said. Perhaps the computer system needs an overhaul then, but I will note that other Taco Bells do not seem to have the same issues.
They are literally all terrible and don’t know what they are doing. The most disrespectful self centered staff I have ever met in my life. Every single time I ordered they made it wrong or “forgot” to add the rest of the stuff I ordered. In all honesty they need to be shut down if they are going to be acting like that.
As expensive as fast food is getting more than ever you expect to get what you paid for. The drive through is being ran by rude kids. Went there about 7 o'clock today. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Figured I'd go inside maybe it be quicker. I was wrong. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody took my order. Manger said its going to be a while..so I left. 35 minutes of waiting and no food. They didn't even take my order. Believe I deserve a free meal.
Pretty bad TB experience I have had. Placed mobile order and then got there and waited 8-10 minutes just to get to the menu with only one car ahead of me. Waited another 5 minutes at the window and no hi, sorry for the , wait, have a good day, just handed me my order and looked at me. Everything in my order was correct but wasn't the best. In addition my soft tacos shell wasn't really soft and I didn't get sauces or a fork for my cheesy fiesta potatoes.
You can park your car in the drive thru, walk across the street to McDonald's or cookout, order food, eat your food, walk back, and they still won't be ready to take an order. I've never had a wait time under 20 minutes. Items regularly unavailable, ovens/fryers broken often, good luck. Don't bother using the app, it makes no difference. Workers are kind at least. Had to return to this review. There's literally no meat in the BURNT crunch wrap. The potatoes are the literal burn hollow left over bits hidden under a disgusting amount of sour cream. Who ever made this know they did me wrong. if it wasn't past midnight I'd have returned to the store asking what I did to be robbed and spit on like this.
I ordered a customized vegetarian crunch wrap alongside a few sweets, that were left out. The Crunchwrap was made with beef…. and they refused to give me my money back. We ordered through the app and the manager on duty was very unapologetic and very unhelpful stating that the app orders are non of her business. Never will I eat at that Taco Bell again and possibly just overall. Very disgusting and disappointing. Still haven’t received my money back for the food that I had not been able to eat. Thanks.
If I could rate 0 I would. Placed a mobile order and went inside to pick up, 10-15 employees were in the store in the back standing there while orders piled up & no one said anything to me. When I finally spoke up I was met with attitude and “well you’re supposed to tell us you’re here” Girl working on the line had her hair down and kept touching it. Another girl in the back just kept yelling about how she wasn’t going to make food because she wasn’t going to be stuck there. Wasted an entire lunch break trying to get a late night meal and left hungry with no food due to being there almost 30 minutes.

This place can be down to the street with people waiting for food and I swear you get every single item you order every time. Today there was a single person in line around 12:30pm, keep in mind this about lunch time for most people, I pulled up and they took my order. I didn't wait long maybe 5 minutes, they give me my food, I ask: "Is this everything?", because it's a relatively large order but it's not complicated just multiples of the same menu items. The lady tells me that it's all there so I leave. I get home and I'm missing a bunch of items, it's ridiculous that the service is better when they're swamped. It's completely backwards, on a slow day your service should be impeccable, can't believe they hire people like this. Smh at Taco Bell rn. Absolutely ridiculous.
We were not treated by staff. We put in our order waited an hour then went to the counter. No ow acknowledged his presence and he walked away. I went up 15 minutes later and no one acknowledged. I yelled to get the attention of the woman taking orders at the window. Apparently our food was already cooked and sitting. They never announced it was done. The food was cold. This is ridiculous!
The food, service, and order accuracy at this location needs some serious work. I waited around for 10 minutes because no one would come up to the counter to clarify the situation. Apparently the staff here like to use their mobile and delivery shelf for storage, and just throw your mobile orders on the counter wherever they please without so much as an acknowledgement that your food is ready. The franchisee of this store needs to get their head out of their rear and spend more time ensuring that their crew are up to standard.
This is the fourth time in a row that my order has been completely wrong and the only reason it’s not more is because the time before that I had the ability to go back through the drive through to correct it. My burrito had no meat when I asked for extra meat. I almost feel like this was done on purpose. Ridiculous. I ordered a chicken chalupa with extra sour cream and got a beef hard shell taco instead with no sour cream. I ordered a lemonade freeze and got the cherry one. This location does not care about their customers. I do not review stores often, as I’m a manager in the service industry myself, but when it’s this consistently poor service, it begs the question, what kind of leadership that the staff there have. I understand mistakes happen, but to have it happen so frequently and then to reach out about it and have no one contact, take care of the problem, or at the very least apologize for the error astounds me. I will not be back, and this saddens me because Taco Bell has been my go-to fast food restaurant for years, but this location needs to be shut down at this point. They just don’t care.
My nacho fries tasted like they were redropped in the grease and all the seasoning came off. I was better off ordering regular fries. I consistently have issues with nacho fries from this location. If the other location was open this late, I'd go there. Ivan seemed pretty chill. I just wish ivans priority would've been fresh nacho fries. Being as he's the last 'line of defense' when it comes to customers receiving great service. Last visit here, the manager complained about having to get me fresh fries, this was on morning shift mind you, so serving messed up fries seems like something this location is used to doing. I know this seems simple, but I spent almost $100 in 3 days at this location. Something like not having fresh fries is going to drive your customers off. I may give your location another attempt. But don't want to keep getting disappointment. I don't recommend anything but drinks. Something that no one can mess up. But who knows, leave it to them, and they will. What's also crazy, my nacho cheese was like 7 times hotter than my fries.
If this is fast food, something went wrong. It took about 30 minutes to receive my food dining in. There were close to 8 people waiting for their delivery to pick up. I understand they could be short-staffed, but it was insane. Wrong orders were being made, slow process, and shouting in the back kitchen. There's no way in hell I'll be coming back to this Taco Bell.
Absolutely horrific service. Me and my wife went last night to get a Luxe cravings box. The little girl was so rude, took us forever to get the food and when she did she slammed the food down on the counter and never even gave us a cup! She had to lean over to even get her own damn cup! Never go here! 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Absolutely furious
This Taco Bell is the worse and now I know why I don’t come to this place. The customer service is awful and everyone should be fired, you walk in the restaurant and no one even greet you or acknowledge that you are there. If you don’t have enough staff working CLOSE DOWN.
I ride with a friend door dashing, after almost an hour in drive-thru, one of two orders canceled, and upon stating to the manager what was going on and why I was standing beside the car, which was actually to smoke a cigarette as I don't smoke in the car with orders, the manager decided to withhold the merchandise already paid for by the customer
Last night I ordered through Uber and got no Chipotle sauce that I paid for. Tonight Wednesday 10/30/24 between 12am and 2am I called before I ordered to address the situation and to be sure to get Chipotle with my order. He said he'll get it done. I got my food around 1:50am and there was still no Chipotle, on my for or on the side. I called the restaurant and the same guy answered the phone acting as if I spoke to someone else and hung the phone up in my face when he said he'll check to see who I spoke with.
we ordered on the app and had a $30 order and was advised we had to cancel it and re order because they were out of nacho cheese and they couldn't give us the food without the cheese. So we did not get any food and it took 3-5 business days to return funds to my card.
Staff is horrible!! 3 people standing there waiting to order and instead of acknowledging them and asking them to order on the kiosk . We were all ignored!! I walked out! Not getting my money! I work in the fast food industry. At least acknowledge the customer and let ‘em know there is NO cashier even though there is 7-10 people back there! Sad!!
Ordered at the kiosk but needed to pay cash, stood at the counter for over 10 mins watching the employees playing on their phones including the cook who was wearing gloves and never changed them before he touched the food again. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never come back here.
Visited this store and lobby was closed so I used the drive up. Waited 10-15 minutes to order and when I was ordering person taking my order was hurrying me and rude. I got my food and did a huge mistake of not checking to make sure I got all my food. When I got home I noticed I was missing a few things and I called 3 times and no answer. Decided to email corporate and they emailed me back asking for proof or purchase copy of bank statement showing I made purchase and payment a few other things. I feel like this is so excessive and I felt like it’s not work that it. I will never eat Taco Bell again or visit this store. I will also make sure I share my experience with others to avoid doing business with them.
usually i’m not the one to give reviews, but i had an awful experience here. having 4 years of fast food service, this place doesn’t know how to treat their customers. i sat in the dining room for 15 minutes before anyone noticed me. i had to return 2 bowls of potatoes & hashbrown because it looked like they were prepped over 2 hours prior. maybe half a pump of cheese on each cheesy fiesta potatoes, no sour cream of course. i patiently waited for my fresh potatoes, to be threw the same batch again (only with more cheese & sour cream to cover the hard rocks). not to mention how dirty their floor was. i went to the hospital that night for food poisoning. this place is complete trash.
Stopped by delivering for grubhub and employees completely ignored me for about 15 minutes. Finally i got my food witch was sitting on the counter. I requested that the food be warmed up but it took 3 different people to answer my question, the first two people acted like they didnt understand what warming my food up meant, then the last person came to the counter like he was the touhest guy in the world and was looking for an altercation, when in reality i just wanted my food warmed up. Customer service in this store needs to be fixed completely. Nobody understands what that means in this store, good customer service.
This taco bell is very very slow, each time I've been there they have always messed up an order. They're usually always out of something and they don't update their menu board. I've only been there after 10pm so I'm not sure how day shift is, I've heard it's better and the line goes by quicker. Do not recommend do not go here !!!
I gave the crew member 30 dollars and then he "forgot" to give me my 2 dollars in change and I had to get out of my car and go into the restaurant to get my 2 dollars back.

The Hershberger Road location is the absolute worst. I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos combo regular with extra lettuce and when I received my food there was hardly any meat only a little bit of lettuce and a ton of cheese. Then they didn't want to remake it. Every time it's an issue with either missing items or it's made completely wrong. Employees attitudes are just awful and the store was filthy. Not to mention they are always out of sweet tea. I don't understand why it's so hard for people to pay attention and do their job correctly. Upper management really needs to fire everyone there and hire new staff and train them properly or just close that store permanently. Never again will I go to this location. I never have this problem at the Salem store. Do better people. This is just pathetic!!
I went to Taco Bell for a Crunchwrap Supreme, but they forgot the most important part... THE SUPREME. 🌮🚫 Where is the meat?! I’m out here eating a $6 salad in a grilled tortilla. Make it make sense! Not only was my $40+ meal completely incorrect someone went through more trouble to make sure that it was wrong, upon taking two bites from the crunch wrap, I tore it open in frustration only to discover what I had thought no meat at all had a bunch of onions and lettuce and that was about it, I ordered cinnamon twists and received a half of bag of stale chips without cheese that I again did not order, the grilled cheese borito was so spicy I couldn't even get one bite down and I never asked for spicy, both Tacos were horrible both were soggy like thay soaked them in something and the fries were disgusting also ordered two sides of avocado ranch sauce that I didn't receive either and the Drink tasted like they added water to it and everything was cold. I will never eat at Taco Bell again.
I’ve given this taco bell many times to redeem themselves i’ve ordered many of times the same exact thing. I always receive no sauces no napkins. the sauces are the whole point of eating tacos especially from taco bell. this is the second time i’ve received no baja blast freeze. i’ll never be ordering again cause I’ve tried multiple times.
There will ALWAYS be something missing from your order when you come here and even the stuff the do remember is usually not made to taco bells already low standards
Super weird and RUDE staff! We waited 20 minutes for our food. Had to remind them about us, then when we got the food the girl had THE WORST ATTITUDE!!!! DID NOT APOLOGIZE DID NOT PUT MEAT ON MY FOOD. WHEN I ADDRESSED IT SHE WAS THROWING STUFF AROUND! WORST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
I just came from the drive threw and the girls where all standing around staring threw the window. The young lady that assisted me was very rude and disrespectful. I often come to this location and never been treated this way before. Very disappointing.
Normally dont care, its fast food, I get it. But the dude on the intercom was pretty rude. He ended with "any sauces?" And before I could even finish saying "yes id li-" he goes "pull around". Handed me my food without saying anything word after I said thanks. The food was barely cooked with cold cheese still inside. Probably the worst tacobell I've been to so far, congrats.
We went In store ordered one box of tacos and two quesadillas the tacos don’t have no meat, cheese or lettuce on them just like a little tiny spot. This place is really gotten bad. If you don’t wanna work, don’t go to work. This is sad. I’m just putting this on there for everybody because I know the owners of this Taco Bell do not do anything for their customer We don’t even know why we went back to them. I bought food. Two years On my card and they owe me money and they never paid me
Five employees looked me dead in the eye, didn't say a word. I had to speak up to finally get my food. Whoever the night manager was on June 20th at 7:30, you need to teach your employees ALL of their job. If I hadn't spoken up, I'd still be standing there
Can't even take two requests at once. Too busy screwing off over the mic. Every single time I have come here, something has been wrong with my order. Very hood. Do not eat here. Can't even get a refund because "you have to be at the store". I don't have an hour on my lunch break to drive back and forth so you can fix your own mistake.
