Ordered through the app. I checked in through the speaker, the lady said is all correct on screen. I said yes she said pull around. I got to the window and the guy was confussed and told her he didnt see my order and she turned around and yell this person snuck into the line. I spoke up and said no I talked to you. They said you need to pull around and come in. So I did I asked the lady what happened shes like idk. I asked did yall give away my food and try and blame me for your mistake? No answer shes like if you want a refund go on the app. I didnt want a refund I just wanted to figure out why the lady lied. I had my husband with me too so he heard it all. This taco bell has good food but your always waiting a long time if you have to go in for food. And while standing there employees were rude to customers.

I’ve given this taco bell many times to redeem themselves i’ve ordered many of times the same exact thing. I always receive no sauces no napkins. the sauces are the whole point of eating tacos especially from taco bell. this is the second time i’ve received no baja blast freeze. i’ll never be ordering again cause I’ve tried multiple times.

Normally dont care, its fast food, I get it. But the dude on the intercom was pretty rude. He ended with "any sauces?" And before I could even finish saying "yes id li-" he goes "pull around". Handed me my food without saying anything word after I said thanks. The food was barely cooked with cold cheese still inside. Probably the worst tacobell I've been to so far, congrats.
