I’ve been here several times now and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The service is always fantastic and the food is always excellent and quick. A little more on the pricey side if you order drinks but well worth it in my opinion!

I went by on a really busy day for lunch and was amazed at how quickly my burger and fries arrived. The restaurant was on a wait but I still received my food in under 15 mins. The burger was seasoned perfectly and was so yummy!!! The price is really great, especially considering how large the portions are.

I had a fantastic experience with my family. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were seated quickly, and the food did not disappoint—my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially their favorites: the Triple Dipper and any of the burgers. A special thanks to Jahleik, the host, whose warm personality and thoughtful gestures made our visit even more enjoyable. Jahleik not only engaged us in pleasant conversation and gave us a great welcome, but also took the extra step of holding the door open for my father, who uses a cane. Overall, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere will certainly bring us back. Kudos to the establishment and its wonderful staff!”

This Chilis is amazing! Very quick and friendly service and the food is delicious! It’s definitely a bang for your buck too, as they have great deals and you get a lot of delicious food. The servers are very attentive and nice. Can’t say enough great things about this place, they know how to get it done!

Triple dipper is never a bad idea! The radical Rita was so cool and delicious. The server was very chill, easy goin, and attentive. The only complaint I have is the avocado ranch. I wish it had more AVACADO in it !!

There was an issue with something that was ordered. The manager, Dan, immediately assessed the situation and took care of us immediately. I would highly recommend coming to Chilli's on Franklin Rd in Roanoke. ❤️

Staff was SO kind and service was outstanding. We were seated, ordered our food, and were served our food all within 15 minutes of entering the restaurant. The food was the best I have ever had any Chili’s location, and the manager was actively greeting, communicating with, and serving customers. The experience brightened my day. 5 stars all around.

My first time eating at Chili's was on Sunday March 30th and it was by far so much more than I ever expected I never ate here before because I thought it was just all spicy foods but I was wrong. Our server was great , and our food came out within a timely manner. So I think Chili's is our new spot. We loved everything we had.

I went for dinner on a Friday evening. The place was really busy but informed right away. For being super busy I was surprised how fast the service was. The waitress was attentive and kind. At one point the manager checked on how we were doing. The hostess even wished us a good evening as we left. I would definitely go back. For my meal I for the 3 for me for 10.99which included a small soup or salad, a fountain drink, and a crispy chicken sandwich with lots of fries. It was a great deal for the price.

Came in for an early dinner. This is the first time we have been here since they opened. Beating the dinner crowd was great - our server katelyn or kailyn was very attentive and nice . She was still putting in our food order when the drinks and apps came out . Their pos system is seemingly on point. We weren’t even there for 15 minutes and we were already eating.We both had 3 for me with burgers… juicy, med - med well burgers - they were delicious . Also got side salad and chips and salsa- equally good. The bar has been set so high for this first visit, so it will be interesting to see if that stays the same when we go back. Needless to say, pretty flawless first experience!

Tried out the dry run for Chili's opening on Monday, 4/17/2023. There was a bit of a wait for a Saturday night, but it was worth it! Our server, Abby (AWESOME!), was quick with taking our order, refills and keeping us informed of food delays due to it being so busy. Plus all the servers were helping each other out when needed, which is refreshing to see. The Food/Drink: I got the Strawberry Lemonade, it was well blended and so tasty, like the lemons and strawberries grew together. So simple, yet so good. I had 3 glasses, which is literally unheard of for me to have more than one glass...yes, it's THAT good! My BF had the Mango Tea, which I tasted. I'm not usually a flavored tea gal, but it was pretty good, and I lost count of how many glasses of it he had, seriously! We started with the Chips & Salsa (free with every order, if you are a My Chili's Rewards member!!) They are really really good for such simplicity. The salsa is just how I like it...a tad on the juicy side and just spicy enough to wake up your tongue. The chips are the perfect accompaniment...lightly salted, thin and super crispy...addictive even!! Next, we shared a Triple Dipper appetizer. We chose the Southwestern Eggrolls, Fried Mozzarella and the Big Mouth Bites. Another winner!! The Fried Mozzarella is at least 2 oz. of melty, fried goodness you can't go wrong with, the Big Mouth Bites are just simple mini bacon cheeseburger, but they really are neither just or simple...the chef has somehow made bacon cheeseburgers better in smaller bites. The Southwestern Eggrolls are really tasty, a tad too spicy for me, but I am sensitive to that nowadays (sad face)...even after fishing out the red peppers and dipping into the AvoRanch, it was still a bit much so my BF got my second half, but he ain't complainin', he LOVES them! DRUMROLL PLEASE.... The main entrée: I had the Mix & Match Fajitas with Chicken and Shrimp and I made Abby work for it! LOL I was "that woman: with a custom order, with one exception, I was ok if there was some mistakes...there were working out the kinks after all :) Here goes...I asked for all/tons of onions, no peppers, corn tortilla instead of flour (was already a menu choice), and added all the sides (pico, sour cream, shredded cheese salsa and guac); and I have to say only one thing slipped through...there were peppers, not a problem at all, it's not an allergy or anything, just a person preference, plus they did give me a ton of extra onion...so I was happy! My BF had the Crispy Chicken Crispers with Fries and the Roasted Street Corn. It looked awesome and he hoovered it up and still had a bit left to bring home for later. I didn't take a taste as I was so busy with mine, plus I was pretty full by the time I got 1 fajita/taco-ish roll thingy in, so I have at least one or two more meals for Sunday! YES!! But his food looked great also, especially the Street Corn....never had it, but have been wanting to try that elote variation. Before all this, I had grand illusions of trying the Molten Chocolate Cake, but I was about to bust and the thought was just NO...we'll try that later lol So, the bf rolled me out, everyone who worked there we passed as we left was so nice and wished us a good night and thanked us for coming in, held the doors for us. Bottom line, we had a great dining experience (especially for a busy Sat. night) and a ton a great food. Then we rolled home and slept hard so we could wake up for great leftovers at 3AM! Totally and Completely Recommend!!

I was there tonight and I witnessed the incident with this women and what it looks to be her daughter. I saw her review about the hostess with blonde hair and fake lashes. I saw the hostess was super pleasant and respectful. I didn’t have any issue with that hostess or my server. Service was great and the food was amazing. I only had one issue and it was that the younger women at the bar was vaping and just being really open about it. It is a restaurant not a club. But all I have to say to chili’s is y’all have a great hostess and service keep up the wonderful work Chili’s.

Whenever we have to go into Roanoke, we usually try to make a trip to Chili's since we don't have any in our area. We have always had great service and good food! My husband really enjoyed his 3 for me burger deal with the dip trio upgrade for the chips. Our disabled son gobbled up his 3 for me chips and loved the fries that came with his boneless honey and chipotle wings, but didn't rave about the chicken. I was hoping for some decent healthy fare choices, but wasn't super impressed by the selection for this. I ended up with a grilled chicken salad without tortilla strips which was good, but I had hoped there might be more interesting options. I'm not into beans, so all of the other offerings were not tempting.

My visit to Chili's was good. The Nashville hot chicken strips were tasty and did have some kick. Our waitress was where this visit really shined. Never once did we run out of drink. We were checked on frequently. The place was clean with plenty of parking since they share the lot with Tanglewood mall.

Great experience with great food. Cheeseburger was surprisingly delicious, and definitely one of the better burgers I've had from a chain! Also love the mug cups. The service was spectacular too, I felt very attended too and immediately was greeted as soon as I sat down and offered drinks. The food came out within 10 minutes. Some of the fastest service I've seen! If you want great service and great quality food at a great value, this is it! I ate with two for only 24 dollars, hard to beat that!

Along with prompt and friendly service, The extra fresh mushrooms and onions make a difference by adding to the flavor of a well flavored burger. Ike was my server, very friendly and extremely helpful. My drinks and food came out quickly and everything was delicious. Yes the parking lot was full but I expected that being it was located be a mall. I had no issue finding parking. Yes the restaurant has people in it and the food and drinks were delivered quickly and correctly.

First time eating at this Chili's and it was great. Our server was new but she did a wonderful job and brought us everything we asked for and kept our drinks filled up. The staff also changed the TV for us and put it on the WV Mountaineers football game so we could watch it while we ate. The Nashville Hot Crispers were delicious not that hot but had a good spiciness to them.

I am sitting in the restaurant now. Not yet a five star experience. The restaurant is new and has some hiccups. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because every issue I had here was promptly resolved. The food tasted amazing and was cooked the way I wanted. I ordered the hamburger and it was perfect. My boyfriends entree came out before his appetizer. Other than that it was fantastic. Typical new restaurant experience and based on what I’m seeing today they are working hard to make it great. Also the server kept my drink cup full. At the end of the day I’m leaving full and feeling great so the restaurant served its purpose well. Looking forward to returning in a month or so to see how it has improved. Also the brownie cake desert is one of the most amazing deserts I have ever had.

The Fajita Trio was yummy and enough for two! The fresh made salsa and chips were disappointing . The salsa looked and tasted like blender mixed tomatoes with no flavor. The bright spot was our server. She was very nice and very attentive.

The waitress was ok. When I ordered the ribs I asked about the sauces. She told which was her favorite and told me it was not very spicy at all. Clearly was hitting on my husband, I ignored that. Food came out and mine was really spicy. So spicy I could hardly eat it. My husband is saying it isn't that bad because we ordered the same thing. I gave him over half of my half rack of ribs. First thing he says, these are a lot hotter then his were. I feel the waitress had that done on purpose but can't prove it. We had only been to a Chili's one other time, in Charlotte NC. It was terrific!! We had been excited about our visit. My husband thoroughly enjoyed, me not so much. We won't let that deter us from coming back though.

We had a lunch date here, at noon on a Saturday. Was relatively busy for the time of day. Staff is on point! Friendly, attentive and fast. Quite possibly the fastest service I've ever experienced in this type of restaurant. Atmosphere is basic chain restaurant. Decent menu choices. We had a cheeseburger and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The burger was pretty basic and lackluster. Meat was quite dry, underseasoned, and appears all burgers are cooked well done. Nowhere near the best burger I've had, just basic cheap fast food fare. The quesadilla was a step up. Well prepared and flavorful. The fries were pretty good and we had the chips and salsa which were very good, hose made tortilla chips were very nice! Overall, for the price I think we could have done better. If we return, not going to repeat the mistake of getting a burger. They could be so much better if more care was put into the meat prep.

I ordered a ribeye that should have been a top shelf steak . The steak was so full of fat and gristle that I couldn't find any good meat in it . I told them that and they offered me a 10 oz sirloin to replace what I had ordered that wasn't fit to eat . I would have to say my whole evening was ruined at the point they offered the replacement. I had eaten all of my other food and by the time the sirloin came out I was done eating. The service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. I will go back but I will use a little more caution when placing my order . They explained that all of the Ribeyes was like that . I explained to them if I am paying for the best they shouldn't have anything in the back better than the one they bring me . I loved everything else about the place .

This was lunch for 3 on a busy Tuesday. The smash burger was excellent, better than Shake Shack, about as good as 5-Guys. But the fries were barely warm and kinda dry. I'd go again, but not when it's busy.

The food was good but they got our order wrong with some items. One of the young waitresses was impatient, so I'm sure that's how they got some items wrong. The margaritas are good tasting, but not strong. The chocolate lava cake is a must when going to Chili's.

We had great service, food came super fast. Unfortunately we did have to wait a while for our drinks to be refilled and to order dessert.

The first time we visited this restaurant was shortly after they opened and while the food was subpar, the service was inadequate. However, we went back recently because we had gift cards and we were plesa try surprised... the food and service were both great. Our server was attentive but not annoying. The only downside side for us was that it is very loud. The acoustics are horrible and it was hard to have a conversation. But otherwise a nice meal.

The service left a little to be desired, but honestly the food was excellent. We went around 3 pm on a Sunday so it wasn’t terribly busy. The host took us to a couple different tables before we were actually placed at one, then it was another I’d say 5-7 minutes before our server came for our drink order. The service staff was hanging out at the bar and being very loud and disruptive to our conversation. The food did come quickly and it tasted very good, but the prices felt high, even for *this* economy. After tip, it was $56 for my friend and I to have chicken tender meals with teas. The whole experience was lackluster to say the least and I probably won’t go back unless it’s just because someone else wants to.

Stop in for a quick lunch. I was greeted and sat really fast. I ordered the 3 for me and got a cheeseburger fries and salad. The bartender was very friendly and provide great service. The food was made and delivered quick. I the food was not that hot as the cheese on my burger wasn't or did not melt and my fries where luke warm at best. Outside the temp of the food everything else was good and at a very wallet friendly prices.

This was my second visit and first in some considerable time. It was on Sunday, and it was extremely packed. However, the service was top notch and quick. My food came quickly. The chips were cold, but the fries were good and the burger was huge, but relatively bland. Still, to get a meal for $10.99 that came with a drink, a huge app and this ridiculous burger was great.

It's been a long time since I've been to a chilli's. The restaurant was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, my ribs were dry, the sausage was lukewarm and chili cheese fries must have been old. The only 2 things that saved the meal was the crispy chicken tenders and the freshly made fries. I did not get a good impression this visit. This particular restaurant may not hey a second chance.

The food we ordered was a wide range, but all of it seemed to be taken down a notch rather than elevated. For the price point, we'd go elsewhere before eating here again.

We received such excellent service during our visit. The customer service is what earned the restaurant such a high rating. The food was ok. Do not order the chili because it tastes like a can of hormel hot dog chili. It's nasty. The manager and server made sure to speak to us about our experience and remedied the situation, so kudos to the team at this Chili's location.

The food has been great and portions have been plenty but sometimes they run out of things. The burgers and chicken crispers never disappoint. Almost every time our server has been pleasant and attentive. Our only issue was the first time we went and the waitress didn't seem engaged with us.

Took 15 minutes from the time we sat down to the waiter coming over to ask what drinks we wanted. Ordered two triple dippers and all of our wings/chicken tenders came out cold. Not even room temp, just cold. I’ve been wanting to try chili’s for the longest time so this was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the price.

As soon as we opened the door to walk in, the first words we heard were “it’s going to be a 30-45 minute wait”. No hello or anything. Just a negative greeting from a hostess who looked aggravated to be working. As we looked around the restaurant, there seemed to be more empty tables than full. Apparently there weren’t enough staff to handle the capacity of the restaurant. What was more disheartening was that it took 2-3 hostesses to stand there and continue to greet people. Why not have one or two of them be a server? Hopefully they’ll be able to iron out the kinks. A lot of people were excited to have the restaurant open. I’m not sure it can continue long this way. I watched lots of people leave : ( Once we did get to sit, the server [Samantha : )] and the food were awesome! Once they get the hang of things I think it will get better. I reminded myself, it’s only week 1.

This is the first time since they opened that we came to eat. My son was in from Chicago for my birthday so I wanted to try Chili’s. I got a burger and fries and he got a steak. The food was ok, the fries were really good. To say the least we had a better dinner tonight.

The food wasn’t all that good, feel like chili’s quality has gone down hill. The waitress was nice but probably had too many tables, watched her struggle to get to them all. We asked for an extra dressing for a salad 3 times(others that weren’t our waitress because she didn’t make it back to us) before someone brought us one. Then ask the waitress for Togo box and drink and same and we were forgotten about again and had to ask two more times. She said that she had a table walk out without paying, I can see why especially if no one is attending to them. It’s a small Chilis compared to others, so when they are busy it’s pretty loud, and you will be crammed close to other tables.

Let’s just say we left as they were apparently to busy talking in doorway in back, and yawning to seat us. 3 employees saw us.

Food was mediocre and took over an hour. The service was very slow took forever to get anything we needed and 30 mins to get the check. Won't go back.

Food was tasty, spicy margarita was great, service was friendly and fast. However, the bathroom was very dirty and the wall to the side of our booth was splashed with soda and had not been cleaned up. Cleanliness is extra important in an environment where food is present.

First thing I have always loved chilis great place to eat. But when I took my wife and mother it was there first time going they loved the food. Then when we got seated we were seated next to where all the servers sat and ate there lunch they were loud and to concerned about what’s going on with there phones. And the restaurant was not that busy to be seated somewhere else and our server kept getting everything wrong and forgot to bring us things that we needed. Other than that I still love the place and we will come back but know they will be better next time

Pretty good visit, the wait was a little long, 35 minutes, and our cheese fries appetizer was brought out after our meal. The food was delicious and server was nice.

I had the fajitas for 2.. They forgot the 2nd set ups and tortillas.. Food wasn't hot. And to beat it all it was my bday. The service was good and she kept apologizing. The monthly margarita was really good. The rest of my party had great food..

Ordered online and got home and the Nashville hots looks like the grease needed to be changed. They looked burnt but other than that it was good food.

The server was the only good thing. When I arrived. I was seated at a dirty table and then given attitude by the host when I asked if it could be washed off or if I could have a different table. And while I was there 3 others had to make the same request because the person wiping tables was doing a terrible job and leaving behind food. And the food wasn't very good. It lacked flavor. And was over cooked. I don't grumble about a meal when I am there I just speak by never going back. I don't trust someone not to mess with my food. The fries were not cooked as requested and the burger was just about black. The waitress was such a sweet lady though. She went out of her way to be nice to everyone even when others weren't. She deserves a raise.. for that matter take the job of the person cleaning tables and the useless one seating tables and give her both their wages on top of her own. She deserves it.

Food was good but the service was so slow. We didn't get napkins until we were ready to leave and never got the second round of drinks we asked for. Needed change to leave a tip but after waiting 10 minutes for our server to come back, we just left what we had.

Tables were too close, and it felt like we were eating with the people next to us. One of the orders was brought out wrong. The waiter came by twice after taking our order. Water was on the women's bathroom floor. The floor going to the bathroom was slick, and one in our group almost slipped.

This was our second try. We won't be going back unless it's a a group and we're out voted lol. The prices are way too high for the quality of food. Steakhouse prices for fast food taste and quality. The steak wasn't good at all, the burger was ok, nothing special. The fries were ok. We did have a great waitress each time!!

Let me start with Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat. Our server was dealing with new kitchen staff. The 1st round of food wasn't what we ordered. The 2nd round of food was missing key components to each of our dishes. Our appetizer and meal came out at the same time. The server tried her best to make things right but with the number of issues we encountered she should have offered a discount of some type. Definitely NOT going back to Roanoke Chili's.

Steak looked and tasted like it was sautee’d in water which I thought was weird cause I know they have grills in their kitchens. The loaded mashed potatoes were the best part of the surf and turf that I ordered. The manager was yelling at her staff about rolled silverware. Our server, Roy was pleasant and gave great service.

I'll save you a trip. Go to your local grocer and get anything from the menu out of the frozen food isle. Take it home and microwave it and enjoy. Oh, better yet, have your teenage son or daughter do it and bring it to you while dressed in their pajamas and crocs and then you will have the exact same experience!

Today was my third visit because I wanted to give them a fair chance after having two negative experiences. Today was the worst visit of the three. Most of the employees aren't welcoming or friendly. Our Waitress was very nice. My Husband waited about 15 minutes and never received his beer until we asked a second time. Part of our order was wrong and we never received some of what we ordered. The ribeye steak was the worst. Dry and tough looked like it was cooked in the microwave. I have been to other Chili's locations and had positive experiences but this location needs improvement.

I can not get one good full experience of food and drinks from this location. I've tried it 4 times now. The service has been consistently good. I typically sit at the bar. Last night, I thought that an order of wings would be a safe bet. They were cold and horrible. The bartender was great and attentive. I thought it was a little disappointing that he didn't know that it was a late happy hour night, or the hours of happy hour, even though he's been there awhile. The joke here became this location is always out of everything, so we hadn't been here in awhile.

Im going give 2-2.5 stars bc the quality of food is less than average. The trio fajitas with the shrimp, chicken and steak was not any flavor, very bland. The rice was worse than a heat up package you get at the grocery store. The fries and three sampler is the way to go; my nephew enjoyed that but these fajitas were less flavorful than Taco Bell. Inside was nice and over clean but seriously watered down fajita flavor.

The parking lot was full and so was inside. So I was hopeful that the meal would be good. The house salad was good( although they do not have blue cheese dressing) the hamburger was awful. Very dry, had to remove the bun and still couldn’t finish eating it. Has exactly the same flavor as a Dairy Queen burger. The fries were nothing special either, left half of them on the plate also. Would not suggest the lunch double burger at all! If you are looking for a burger try five guys or even Wendy’s. At the end of the meal after waiting a long time to get our bill we were over charged $18.

First time eating at chili, I ordered take out and was very disappointed. My fries was cold and salty. The bacon cheeseburger was dry and overcooked, you could barely swallow. My combo came with a drink, but it was put in two kids size cups and tops that did not fit. I told them I didn’t want my drink like that. And was told they were out of cups. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that they were out of cups and he could not do anything about it.. First time and last time coming. The Food is over priced and not good take out service.. So glad I did not dine in.

After a long break from a bad service my party attempted to eat here. We were greeted fast and seated fast. We ordered drinks and our food. Our Drinks took way too long to come to the table we were already finished our appetizer. My food was ok, but not the best (chicken tenders), My other party member ordered the quesadilla salad and there was hardly any cheese on them and two of them didn't have cheese at all. Also, we are reward members, and they attempted to charge us with the chips/salsa, yes, we have not been there in a while, but we were never advised that they will kick you off the system to get the free chips. Let's say we most likely will not come back. 1 bad experience yea ok, but after back-to-back bad services time to find another place.

Not sure if it was an off night but every employee was drab and had zero problem acting like they weren't happy to be there, including the manager on duty. I expected a lot more for the price of the fajitas. The rice was hard and enidible. The chicken and beans were bland. The guacamole that is $3 extra came out as mostly large chunks of avocado barely smashed. We had to ask for replacement tortillas because we were still given them even after they were dropped in the floor, granted wrapped in foil but still..

We ordered Chipotle Mex Bowl thru Uber Eats last night 7/26/2025. None of the sides that come with the order were on order. No dressing, guacamole. Nothing. Very dissatisfied

One of the worst dining experiences ever. My family was seated right away. We sat with menus in hand for at least 10 minutes with no one paying attention to us. The place was not crowded. We finally flagged down a server, we were told that someone would be by???? Someone finally can buy only to say they were trying to find a server???? A total of 20 minutes was wasted. We walked out. Chili's is scratched off our list, permanently.

Me and my girlfriend came for the triple dipper, but it was terrible. The barbecue chicken wings were cold, the honey chipotle chicken tasted like cigarettes, the southwest egg rolls were so sweet, and the nashville mozz sticks were so greasy. However the regular mozzarella sticks were good, and the nashville chicken was ok. The service was terrible. We ordered water and they came out with diet sprite and diet dr pepper 10 minutes later, and then they took it away and didn’t give us water until we asked 20 minutes later when the server finally asked us what we wanted. We never got napkins or utensils for that matter. When the bill came out they charged us for the sodas and for chips and queso which we didn’t order. When I disputed the bill, the server disappeared for fifteen minutes, so we got the host, who figured it out 15 minutes later. We were at chilis for over 2 hours. The food was terrible, service was terrible, and the experience was terrible. Do not go. Also the triple dipper is so overrated.

Its a shame how this place is relatively new in the area but sucks so bad. The young brunette hostess was clueless and clearly didnt know what they had available, we had to point it out for her, but Harley (the other hostess) was AMAZING! The lemon drop margarita had a hair on the lemon, the food was cold, we ordered our drinks and our server forgot about us so 20 mins pass and he said “they didnt bring your drinks?!?!” Uhm, sir…what? They need to clean house and train properly. COMPLETE AND UTTER DISASTER TONIGHT WAS.

Came out today on our wedding anniversary with our two toddlers our server was Miranda off the jump we were not offered a booster or high chair for either child we had to ask another server for it. And then from the moment to the table to the time we left our service was rushed. When we were sat before even having a chance to look at our menus she had come to the table asking what our drinks appetizers and entrees were. We asked if we could have a moment to look when she came back to the table we had given her our order we had ordered the texas fries as an appetizer when she brought it to our table instead of placing it between my husband and I she placed it in between our toddlers which resulted in our 3 year being burned by the hot plate and no sooner then our appetizer hit the table our food had come out then through the remainder of the visit she kept returning to our table to ask if we needed boxes or anything she never asked if we needed napkins or anything. When going to leave we paid partially with a gift card our total was 72.86 we paid 50 with a gift card and 40 cash when my husband had given her the cash she disappeared when she returned our change should have been 17.14 she gave my husband 12.10 we looked at our receipt and waited for her to return to make her aware that she had shorted us 5 dollars her excuse was she completely forgot and told us she was terrible with counting her money today my husband then told her we were going to leave her a 20 dollar tip because we do realize our anniversary lies on a holiday and they are working then they should be blessed for their service but if she thought the 5 dollars she stole from us was what her service was worth then she could keep the 5 dollars as her tip when he had told her this she was trying to turn around and convince him it was an accident that she hadnt given us the 5 dollars but yet she had disappeared and none of the other servers could find her. This is by far the worst experience ive had in a resturant. How do you disappear after taking a portion of a customers change. The whole experience was awful and we will not be back. Update: 1/2/26 Had reached out like was told via response and still have yet to hear back from the owner.

Haven’t been to a chili’s in a long time and I don’t think we will be back ever again. Ordered a chicken tender meal, the tenders were dry and hardly warm, the Mac and cheese that came with the meal was disgusting and tasted old. Definitely made us sick 🤢 Now our server did fine, they were attentive so not their fault but clearly an issue in the kitchen…

1st 2 times the food & service was WEAK But today takes the Cake, we came in @9:45pm & it was a high top available @ bar we asked hostess could we sit there bcuz no bar seats. She says no it’s not an open section & it’s a wait to be seated. I 👀it 2 ppl at the other high top & it’s only 2 the other 1 is empty I say I’ve been a server b4 can you ask them can they work that table too. Hostess leaves & returns & says He said No😳 so we left. I won’t be returning Ever. I’m in parking lot writing this review.

Steak was well done instead of medium rare. I couldn't even bite my chicken tenders they were so tough. Didn't get the right sides.

The staff is great, atmosphere vibrant. If only the food could match. Their food is priced as if they are proud of it. They shouldn't be. Four times over last year and it's been pretty consistent on being frozen precooked food that's re heated. I am hoping this is the last time I over pay for freezer burnt food, I couldn't even stomach it tonight. Stopped at Wendy's on the way home!

During our visit, we discovered a tightly curled black hair in our pasta, resting on top of the sauce. After removing it, our table lost our appetite due to understandable concerns about hygiene. We informed the manager, who came to our table but responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She suggested that the hair may have been embedded in the noodle during the manufacturing process. However, this explanation did not seem plausible, particularly as the hair was visibly sitting on top of the sauce. Additionally, we had observed multiple staff members handling food without hair restraints, which further contributed to our concerns. The interaction became more uncomfortable when the manager began clearing our plates without first asking if we were finished. Given the situation, we confirmed that we were done. Unfortunately, the manager’s demeanor remained curt, and she left the table without offering a meaningful resolution or apology. Overall, the experience was disappointing due not only to the hygiene issue but also to the manner in which it was handled. Regrettably, we will not be returning and encourage others to remain attentive to food quality and cleanliness.

Made an online purchase for our valentine's dinner to pick up. When we made it home with the food it was all wrong, the steak was cooked completely wrong and to basically jerky. One side of the steaks didnt even seem like heat was applied. Rice was old and dried out. Corn also tasted like it was 3 days old re heated. When we called and spoke with a manager she said it was valentine's day and there wasnt much they could do or say and if we wanted it re made that we would have to wait an hour to get the food as if we haven't already paid and now have to wait behind all these other people to get there food. I can't Imagine them telling me this if my food was wrong and I was sitting in the restaurant and they say I have to wait an hour to get my food now. Honestly this aint the first time its been terrible service for me as well as other friends and family I know that have had the same similar experience. We wont be spending money here again.

My daughter and I went in and sat at the bar. My daughter is 19. We were going to order a couple of appetizers and I wanted a margarita. Only to realize I forgot my ID at home. I told the bartender I could present him with a photo of my ID and he politely declined which I understood. We got up to leave and on the way out the little blond with the fake eyelashes rudely and sarcastically said to us “have a wonderful night”… while you’d expect it not to be rude her intention was definitely to be rude. I will not be coming back to this Chilis. Hope management finds more courteous hosts.

The waitress was new and not trained. It took 40 minutes to get our food at 4pm. The burgers has so much salt we couldn't eat them. I asked for fries without seasoning or salt. The waitress said they come like that. The manager finally asked us why we didn't ask for replacements. It took 40 minutes! And she messed up our checks and it took forever to fix it. I eat there a lot. This was the first bad experience but it was horrible. I'm taken a break from Chili's.

If I could give Zero stars I would! We sat for 10 minutes before any one even came to the table. Them when she did greet us , she asked us to wait and then took another five minutes to make it back! Then when we did order we waited forever for a place that was not even busy. Then when we got our food my food was under cooked. I asked for medium well food and it was pink and the food tasted old except the broccoli. I got a surf and turf meal. The potato’s tasted old, I ordered a side of street corn that was obviously old. It was so over cooked it was soggy! Then my boyfriend order a chicken tenders meal and the tips of the fry’s were not cooked and his chicken was so saturated in grease he couldn’t even eat it. Our waitress literally came by 3 times in a hour and never offered us refills and she looked like she was in high school. The table across from us left plates of food too. They need to do better in their kitchen and get better help!
