Bill Gray's Webster Reviews
We had a great meal here. The ladies use it as a weekly lunch outing and the management is very receptive to having them there. The manager is very kind and helpful with our orders as well as keeping the location extremely clean and tidy.
The fish fry is a great value but everything else is excellent as well. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is always good and accessible for everyone.
Always great burgers and food. Love the Abbott's ice cream for a nice treat! Also, you can get coupons in your phone to use from their website. Also, very clean restaurant.
Garbage plates are amazing! Tuesdays they are half price! Great staff and lots of community activities. Kids night is Thursday so if you don't want to hear kids running around, maybe don't go there on a Thursday and then complain to staff about how noisy it is. (Some people) Parking is great and so are prices
Great job on the new location! Golf simulators are fun, and the food and beer options are excellent
Great place to eat or hang out at the pub. Great burgers and shakes!
The bald gentleman with the beard needs a raise, his customer service is amazing.
Come here every time we are in Webster and are pleased every time. We always come here and the place is clean, friendly, and has outstanding food! It sucks that they are moving to a different location since we always stop here and are more familiar with it but we will still be coming back every time we come into town!
I have been visiting this location since high school. Every time I come back to visit Webster I stop in for a Worlds Greatest Cheeseburger and every time it is fantastic. Highly recommended this location. They have done an excellent job for a very long time.
Always plenty of food. For a while I thought the burgers were slimming down, but after today's visit I feel the burgers were awesome size. I love the way they fill the French fry and onion rings as well and are my favorite around. As far as covid they have everything spaced appropriately and easy to read markers to follow. Nice, clean picnic tables outside for fresh, private air! Your coupons make it worth it for the family as well.
The new facility is amazing. What more could a sports enthusiast want?
Many memories here, I grew up eating here with my family when they had the balloon animal artist and come here with my friends. The food is great and the great plates are amazing, always my go-to. Very comfortable vibes inside the restaurant. Great place to go and eat.
Great experience even with a short staff situation. Beer was good and had good specials, food was great too. Nice local spot.
My aunt and uncle treated my family to this not-so-little burger joint and we were all shocked with how good everything tasted. As Floridians, we aren't accustomed to NY style food and we were very glad our aunt and uncle took us here. The burgers were huge and served on fresh hard rolls with a side of delicious, homemade hot sauce. The choice of sides included perfectly crispy French fries, tater tots, and to our surprise, sweet potato fries! The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of room for many family and friends and there is even a little arcade area. Pricing is fair too and you can get coupons for buy one get one free cheeseburgers, making this a great deal for large groups.
Overall the food was good. I ask for French fries well done, and they didn't do that, but the rest was good.
Bartenders and wait staff were wonderful! Great experience on our first visit! We definitely will be going back again!
It's been a while since I had some good old fashioned Billy G's and lemme tell ya, it's actually better than I remember. I got the World's Greatest Cheeseburger with everything on it, fries, and a vanilla shake and it was all delicious. My boy Ty got the same thing except with a diet soda and we walked out of that restaurant satisfied, bloated, and slightly less depressed than when we walked in. Give 'em another chance, Jer! Also, I feel like a bit of a dope because Google Maps said they close at midnight, but I'm pretty sure that just means the taproom, not the restaurant area which seemed to close at 9, so sorry if I kept any of you fellas there late! One love hookahs, Jingus Dingus over and out <3
Always fun and fast. Burgers aren't as good as they once were, but still fine
Whoever this Jerry joker is on this review must have had someone discharge in his cornflakes that morning because this place is 10 stars man. Webster is constantly building upward and this place is perfect.
Very nice new big spacious Bill Grays...but surprised with very dated theme of Golden Oak throughout. Always good food!
Always love their hamburgers. Love their hot sauce for burgers. If you look online prior to going in, you can get some great coupons to make dining affordable.
This is a really nice new building with the same great food! The parking lot has easy access.
I called to order an ice cream cake for my grandson’s birthday. Bill Gray’s does this with 24 hour notice. So I only called with 24 hour notice and even though the employee who makes their cakes was not at work, she came in special just so my cake would be done in time. She went above and beyond, and I was very grateful. Thank you very much, Kim, for making my weekend! Anthony loved his cake 🎂
I have been to several Bill Gray's in the Rochester area. The food quality across the restaurants is very consistent. Always fresh, hot, and tasty.
Sat in tap room at bar. Great service despite being packed, unusual for a Sunday night Got a burger/white hot plate as always. The hot sauce was stellar tonite.
Daniel is a Great manager ! I ordered 2 for take out w/ fries. She can Manage Busy with a cool Head n eyes on everything .
John the manager was awesome, he was so kind as to give me the hat off of his own head as well as the infamous "worlds greatest burger". Amazing place and everyone theres was very kind.
Bill Gray's is legendary and there food still proves it after all these years. I was at one of ther locations during my early military service and the food quality, wasteland customer friendly environment is outstanding. Im from buffalo and this place is worth the travel. The manager even spoke to us about our experience and encouraged an awesome desert. We'll done bill Gray's well done. Also your garbage plate should be sold everywhere.
There were 10 of us so we sat at a large table in the corner of the bar as we were also going to use the golf simulators. Our server was excellent and continually checked in with us. (before we left we found out she was a new employee, that we were the first table on her own as well as the biggest table she'd served. I believe her name was Alissa). The food was hot, not greasy. We all ordered food to share. One family member expected her grilled chicken sandwich to be dry and was pleasantly surprised how tasty and moist it was. I ordered the fried pickles and was told they are spears (I usually prefer the chips). What I received was a basket of small fried pickle spears...I was so excited and so happy at how good they were. The new place is beautiful. Well done to Bill Gray's and the wonderful staff.
Absolutely and incredibly beautiful! 43 total TVs, golf simulator room with three bays, dart room with three or four dart boards, large party room and small party room with overhead doors that open up to the sidewalk! 😳😳😳 As always, the food and service is awesome! Definitely the showroom location! 💜💜💜💜💜
The new Bill Grays is nice new place. The did a really nice job with the remodel. There are 3 golf simulators, 4 dart boards and two separate rooms for parties. One of the rooms looks like it opens up to the outside via two bay doors. They also have a massive full circle bar in the middle of the room which can probably fit 40 people around it. In the bar/dining area is full service with traditional Bill Grays items along with other menu items. on the other side of the wall is a traditional Bill Grays setup with Abbots ice cream
We stopped by Bill Gray’s and were impressed right away — the place was big, clean, and busy, but the service was fast and efficient. Peter took our order and was super helpful, even pointing us to the website for a discount on our fish fry dinner (much appreciated!). The food? Absolutely lived up to the hype. Huge portion, crispy, flavorful, and deserving of the “Best Fish Fry in Rochester” title. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and fantastic food — highly recommend!
Our server, Crystal was great. The food was delicious as always. Their burgers are savory and their wings are plump and cooked to perfection. The only issue was the utensils. I understand your business model is disposable plates and cutlery, that's fine. However, the small and flimsy forks are insufferable. If you are going to continue to not offer reusable flatware, please consider more robust utensils. The interior is clean, warm, welcoming and well appointed with sports memorabilia.
If you love deep fried and greasy food, this is the place to go! Tater tots were cookrd to crispy perfection and the cheeseburger was excellent. The only complaint is the smell in the restaurant could be compared to a light backed up toilet.
I love this place. Awesome ground round burgers and coupons online always. The only problem with it is it can get pricey for a family to eat a full meal including fries and a drink, but the drinks are bottomless and the fries are awesome. There's a ton of space in the store, not to mention the Abbott's Frozen Custard. Definitely worth a try!
They have a variety of food and drink items. They also sell Abbott’s Ice Cream. My son and I had Garbage plates. We both thought the food was good. We have gone here many times in the past and the customer service is dependent on the day/workers but overall decent. They also have a small arcade and are kid friendly. They have plenty of seating inside, a few tables outdoors. There is plenty of parking in their parking lot. Overall I would recommend trying it out. I will suggest before you go to look on their website because they usually have coupons/offers that are decent discounts, you can also find coupons in the local mailers occasionally.
I was waiting in line to order, and the kid took the order ahead of me and then walked away from the register and started doing other things while the place was crawling with people trying to order. Who does that? Food is always good, that's why we come back. Definitely not the service.
Went and picked up an online order. It was ready on time, but upon looking through the bag I noticed that one of the sides was missing. I informed the staff and they quickly started frying up the order of curly fries. Everything was great after that, except the meat hot sauce was a lot hotter than it's been in the past. I wonder if the recipe changed or if it was a fluke.
Quality as always. Onion Rings were perfect, Double Cheeseburger was nice and messy. Just remember to bring plenty of napkins to your table if you order it with everything and hot sauce. Great staff. Great food. Generous portions. Always a great experience at Bill Gray's.
It’s a good bill grays taproom. Plenty of beer options and tvs to watch. Bartenders were nice.
Overall I liked it. The food is aweome. Hey, its Bill Grays! The bar was clean and there are plenty of televisions. They have lottery and a golf simulator as well.I decided to sit at the bar. The first 2 bartenders were great, very friendly and were on top of things. There were some other bartenders that were there as well and they were ok. There were a few minor glitches that lowered the score I gave. I had just finished my beverage and set my glass down and one the employees gave us our tray of food and took my glass and walked away. instead of asking if I would like another drink. A different bartender came over and said I will get you some drinks. He never did lol. Meanwhile I'm eating buffalo chicken fingers wishing for some cold beer. Finally a 3rd bartender came and served us our beer. By then I was almost done eating. The other thing that happened was when we were given our tray of food they never brought us utensils and condiments. We eventually had to walk to the other side of the bar and get the carrier ourselves. The lottery machine and ATM are a little too close to tables where people may be sitting so you kind of feel you are invading a bit. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. The only oddity was the faucets in the sink barely reach far enough from the edge of the sink so it's awkward to get your hands under the faucet. These are all minor things and I realize they have just opened and are working things out. I would definitely go back again and I plan to make it a regular stop.
It is LOUD, but the food is good and its nice having the bar option. Its very clean, bright and open. The modern look is nice and its nice that its not a cave.
Typical Bill Greys food. Cool atmosphere. A destination more than a burger joint w lots to do.
I have always liked Bill Gray's food their burgers and fries are great, onion rings or top notch. I tend to usually get the garbage plate with cheeseburgers and meat hot sauce which I always enjoy. The service was good, the person who took our order and cashed us out was polite and nice. When it comes to the atmosphere I did give the four stars They had a number of TVs playing news and sports which is nice and it was also very quiet with almost nobody there. Now for me that's a good thing which is why I rated four stars but I did want to specify that was the case as I know not everybody enjoys that type of atmosphere.
Standard Bill Gray's Food. Beer selection was decent. They def needed more staff behind the bar on the busy Saturday that we went.
Meet up with some friends . Typically Bill Grays Pub . Huge bar , lots of taps and tons of TVs . They also have darts and golf sim. Food was perfect Bill Grays quality. I wish they hadn't put relish on my plate , but I guess thats their everything. The service was a little slow , but they did just open, bit it wasn't that busy . So hopefully with some more time everything will speed up to the other locations . Definitely a great spot for some classic smash burgers beer and sports.
Bill Gray's must have been the World's Greatest Cheeseburger in 1955. In 2024, it is still pretty good, and I'd take it over any of the national chains in town. However, please note that the "World's Greatest" claim is in dispute because it has not evolved with the times. What I really liked about this place were the historical art and photos on the walls. As a visitor to Webster, I enjoyed connecting with the history of the early settlers of the area.
Had the mini fish fry. What a disappointment. $15.39. Asked for well done fries, didn’t happen, fish was so small and thin. Coleslaw was tasteless and the portion was huge, guess that’s to make up for the size of the fish. I would be embarrassed to sell a dinner that way.
I would say the clensliness of the place was good. The burger I got was a little dry and I told the kid taking my order that I wanted curly fries and ended up with regular. By this time in my day, I was done and didn't complain and just ate my food. I was not very impressed and was trying to eat something that we don't have back home. I will probably pass on a 2nd time.
Home of the world's greatest hamburger they are not. It wasn't the worst I have had, but it most certainly wasn't the greatest. Onion rings were the best part. Curly fries were decent. That burger though... Over cooked, no flavor and that price. Nothing warranted a price of a 15$ burger meal.
The burger quality has gone down in my opinion. Flat and dry like they squeeze all the juice out of it. The hot sauce is way hotter than it used to be, to the point it's inedible. The sandwich is a mess. 2 burgers put in the bag, sideways. Who does that? Better burgers elsewhere. Disappointing.
I’ve been to the new Bill Gray's in Webster 3x and all three times my food was cold. Cheese burger & fries and onion rings. My husband asked for extra crispy wings and both times they were not crispy. I can see once but 3x now. What is going on.
My son and I tried out the Golf Simulator today and with it being our first time it was a bit confusing. Fist the Trackman system was not working and it took 17 shots at the range to get it to register, then i accidentally got into a screen that had no way out of it. The employee didn’t truly know how to get out of it either, but he did a reboot of the system and it worked again. Overall 20 minutes out of an hour isn’t ideal However after speaking the bartender whom I paid for use of the simulator kindly suggested to get an employee to see if they can assist. Trackman should have a QR code for those who never played on a simulator as it is their equipment. The Bill Grays staff was very accommodating when I explained the issues I was having and they are the reason I will be back again.
Fast food with table side service. The taproom is kinda fun, with darts, pinball tables, and other activities and TVs to entertain you and your friends. The burger was bland and dry. Why are the places that advertise “World’s Best” anything always especially mediocre? If you decide to get a burger, get the hot sauce. It added a little spice and flavor. The curly fries were fine, but definitely fast food quality fries. I spent about $28 on a burger, fries, a fancy beer, and a tip. I walked over to the fast food side and got a chocolate chip wheel, which was pretty tasty, aside from being difficult to bite. Overall, not a bad place to hang out with friends, but don’t expect much for the food.
We came from out of town and were excited to enjoy some garbage plates. The food was great and our waittress was wonderful. The only disappointing part was that we came specifically to watch the syracuse game and was the whole reason we chose restaurant. When we asked about putting the game on, the bar manager responded with "that is our lowest priority", even though its a sports bar. It felt dismissive and unnecessary, and definitely impacted the experience we had. Bar management could be more considerate of guests who come specifically for the environment.
11/25/24: Bill Gray's, you need to step up your game. My fries 🍟 were cooked too much. They were dark & crunchy. I like them tan & crispy! I was not happy. With Shake Shack moving into Monroe County, you need consistently perfect crispy fries 🍟. 12/19/24: Today I found out that you can ask for "Light" for your fries 🍟, so they will be tan & crispy instead of brown & crunchy.
Grouchy host, food is not fresh, lettuce old on the burger, and fries were fried in old grease. There’s a bad after taste. I’m very disappointed, Webster Bill Grays was rated the best a couple years ago, now I can say it’s the worst. Hopefully things will change for the better. Stinks because I was really looking forward to this meal.
This place is not good- every person before me- after me had order issues. This is ridiculous- online order is a joke!
5 chicken fingers, a fry and med drink, $17.00. I will never go there again, ordered Buffalo chicken, was not tossed in sauce. Kid told me I could dunk my own . For $17 I can get a sit down meal and not be served by a punk kid who could care less if you liked it or not.
The last few times, the food has been gross. As a change of pace from the bland mac salad, I decided to get the coleslaw. There was nothing added to it. It was nothing more than dry shredded lettuce. Drive a little farther and go to the one in Penfield
Not sure what happened, but the food here is getting everyone sick! I know multiple people that have gone here including me that felt horrible after eating the food here!! Customers beware if you want to go here. Just go to Charlie's instead
The burgers were good and the custard cannolis were delicious, but it was very loud and the service wasn’t good. It was very loud and there wasn’t anywhere to stand and wait for the food. We ordered Togo then when I went to collect my food it was on a tray so I said “oh sorry this is Togo!” Then the female worker got visibly angry and began to begrudgingly put her gloves on wrap the food roughly while taking under her breath with a sour kind of face. When she handed me the bag I said “thank you” and she didn’t even look me in the eyes or say anything. When I went to the car I checked the recipe and it said TOGO on the top so it wasn’t me who forgot to tell the person who took my order is what the person who plated the food that must’ve misread the recipe. I left feeling unwelcome and bad like I had made someone mad at me even though I was polite said sorry and didn’t do anything wrong. It’s was 60 bucks for 3 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks 2 bananas 2 cannolis Disappointing experience for a $60 meal and we won’t be returning unfortunately.
Waiting 20 minutes for burgers and fries to only have them come out very cold is terrible. How is this ok? 6 people standing at the counter socializing and not doing anything. Also, if you plan on eating in the non bar section, plan on the bar taking priority over the other meals.....
Chicken tender and Chicken wing were dry cheese burgers plate was lot a flavor cinnamon and the mac salad was watery and chicken sandwich was dry and the bun was whole wheat and not a regular bun
The kid taking my order was nice but I am guessing was new. Whenever he asked a question of the manager she was very curt. There were no Dipaolo rolls and my companion got a regular hamburger bun. I got a different bun that was stale and dry. The burger was overcooked and cold. We waited at least 15 minutes for our order. I’m not ruling out Bill Grays totally, just this one.
Had wings on their wing special day. Requested crispy wings, because who likes rubbery wings, and they came out like rubber, within 5 minutes of ordering. They must continuously cook orders ahead of time and apparently are unable to make them crispy. They could be a great wing joint other than that
This was unexpected based on our visits to other Bill Grays Taprooms. The bar area is open and loud. Not enough bartenders for the number of people. The burger with everything on it did not have the amount of toppings I have come to expect. It felt like this was a deviation from what works so well at Seabreeze and Greece locations.
Went in for an early lunch today- hadn't been to bill grays in a long time, was talking with the girlfriend about how good they used to be when we were growing up. We got there alittle after 11am- went to the counter and was ignored- when a girl came to take our order she just came to the register and looked at us without saying anything- and very loudly sighed as we told her what we wanted. We didn't order alot- and we didn't pester them- so we're not sure why she was so rude?? The food didn't take too long to come out- but when we got it... All the fried items were burnt. The patties were sopping wet to the point it made the bun dissolve. The sauce also tasted way off. We were extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
The food's okay did the little girl in there though her service sucks can't remember the name I'd stay away from it
Waited 1.5 hours for 4 burgers and french fries. Temperature was off. It's apparent the manager has not had recovery training. Not a great start to the new venue.
Went there and the sign said seat yourself so we did. Sat there like 15 to 20 minutes nothing. So got up and left. Sad but true.
I understand that patience is necessary. There was staff everywhere. I won't be back. First time my chicken fingers were not cooked and I could not wait for new food so I just left. Didn't remember my experience and this time my meal took over 20 minutes which would have been fine but in combination with order time ...just not going back. There are so many other places for that kind of money.
Horrible experience. We ordered multiple Fish Fry's for an event. The cook clearly didn't care about the request to make all of them crispy. Unfortunately we got a bunch of disgusting SOGGY Fish Fry's and nasty french fries that were under cooked. Unfortunately everyone suffered because they were busy and understaffed. Thanks for not bothering to make anything right as well. Never again will we extend the business to Bill Gray's.
WORST PLATE I'VE HAD IN YEARS. I'm a Rochester native who lives in Brooklyn, and I look forward to having a plate during my occasional visits here. On Tuesday, I ordered a standard two cheeseburger plate, mac salad and home fries, with everything, no ketchup. To my dismay, when I returned to my family's house, I found my plate covered with sweet pickles! Yuck. I've been eating roughly the same plate since the 90s at various restaurants around town, but never before have I encountered sweet pickles as part of "everything." Nevertheless, I'm an adult, and I tried to scrape some off and power through. Who knows when I'll be back in town to eat another one? But, about halfway through, I came across a large HAIR that was clearly not my own. GROSS! Hence, the 1-star review of an otherwise 2-star plate. To be fair, the portion size was correct, the cheeseburgers were great, and the restaurant staff was courteous and friendly. However, next year I will bring my business elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I went in to this location at around 3:30 today, Sunday. It was quite slow, maybe three groups in the restaurant and only one or two groups ahead of us to order. We placed our order for a garbage plate and a half plate, which my boyfriend paid $28 dollars for - a little steep compared to other places in the area. Why the half plate is only $2 less than a full plate makes no sense. We proceeded to wait for 25 minutes, with no buzzer for our food. There was only one cook, and six other staff members, who were standing in the front of the ordering area talking. Three were on their phones, and then decided to go and sit on the guest benches by the waiting area. Finally, I walked up to the counter and stated that we had been waiting for quite some time for our food. The young man behind the counter, who was probably the nicest one there, apologized for no one letting us know our food was done and handed it to us. I would really give this place 0 stars if I could, solely for the fact that my boyfriend paid almost $30 for two garbage plates that were cold by the time we finally got them. I definitely won’t be coming back here anytime soon, the lack of respect is baffling.
Super disappointed with the new bill grays in Webster. It is run by all teenagers- goofing off, gossiping instead of doing their job and everyone seemed confused at what other people were doing instead of working together to get things done. It took a half hour to get an orange float and milkshake. The food was burned and took forever to get. For the price we payed (for 3 people) the service was ridiculous.
After waiting over 45-minutes for a takeout order and dealing with incompetent counter people we demanded our money back and left. They are probably dealing with growing pains but I don’t care. Management should have anticipated higher than normal volume and geared up for it. BIG FAIL
Terrible, didn’t know the drinks, sandwich needed to be on a larger plate, sweet potato fries and pretzels were over cooked mozzarella sticks overcooked. Appitzer came out with meal. Terrible
Open until midnight, but dont take orders after 11pm. Should change the hours to reflect that.
Burger was dangerously undercooked. Didn't notice till I had gotten a few bites in and noticed it tasted funny. Also the bottom of the bun was wet with raw myoglobin which means it was assembled on the same surface as raw meat. One other person had the same problem while I was in there so it's not a one off thing.
Discontinued salt packets for take out. Wonder how many salt packets need to be saved to offset my no longer getting picnic foods here? Grays: penny wise, pound foolish.
$60+ bill… cheeseburgers were over done and tasteless.fries were overdone . Garbage can was overflowing in women’s room on a slow Sunday evening 8pm. Staff was friendly and great and one guy was cleaning the dining room but the food has to get better or we will never be back.
My in-laws came in from out of town, and we thought this would be an easy place to take them, and enjoy a local Rochester meal. The dinner started out with flies in my mother-in law's wine. They promptly replaced it, but that is a terrible mistake. We waited a very long time for food, and by the time we received our food, it was cold. I finally spoke to someone in charge, and they gave us $22 off the order. However, it wasn't about the money at that point. It was just a terrible experience (nothing says "welcome to Rochester" like flies in the wine and cold food, i guess). I would have rather spent this money at Chipotle, or even at Wendy's, and actually have a shot at warm food. Very embarrassing for this establishment and myself, as I have gone to Bill Gray's countless times and always love showing visitors our local burger joint. I am not sure I will take anyone to BG's anymore. They also didn't seem to have anyone actually in charge out on the floor. It was almost all teenagers, and even the person I spoke to didn't seem to care a whole lot. You can do better.
Terrible experience at the new taproom in Webster. My family went for dinner with 2 adults and 4 kids. We checked on our order after 40 minutes of waiting. As I watched, the manager was rude to the employee who was checking on our order, who then sent me away with nothing more than “it will be ready soon”. After another 10 minutes (now 50 minutes after ordering), my husband went up to ask again for our order. They actually checked the second time, couldn’t find the order, reimbursed us and then threw a bunch of food on the tray so we had “something”, even though it wasn’t actually our order, which left the vegetarian child without their meal. The food we received was cold and the burgers were bare. They were disorganized, rude, and unable to handle being busy.
I was shocked by the quality of the food! I absolutely did not recognize it as coming from Bill Grays! I used to love the food here but I can literally get better at any fast food place! #whathappenedtobillgrays?
Went into experience the new Bill Gray's in Webster big let down. Couldn't pay with cash. My burger was absolutely incinerated. And the french fries were cold. Called their customer service to inform them of the issue.. and they sent me a $25 gift card. Went back 3 weeks later. The burger was okay but again the fries on top were cold. Will never go back again!
Friend and I went to the fast food place not the taproom. The staff was about what you would expect at a fastfood joint not bad not great. The fries were incredibly underwhelming. Just your standard frozen crinkle cut you can do in your oven at home. The burger was okay but for the asking price of 16 dollars not worth it, just go get a sub or something. Definitely the worst milk shake I've ever had. It was literally just milk flavored like a milkshake Atmosphere felt like a college cafeteria very bland and very empty.
Waited 10 minutes to be asked if I wanted a drink after walking in and sitting at the bar. The place was maybe at 5-10% capacity. I ordered wings and tots. It took another q5 minutes and the server only brought me tots. I asked where were the wings. Was told they would be right up. An hour later I got a cold order of wings. Sent them back and waited another 15 minutes for an actual hot order. They were fine but I'm not going back!
