The atmosphere comes with the genre of music they play that day. people may very in croud. The food is absolutely delicious. They do have some gluten-free options. Parking can be a little tight. Get there early for a good spot. I had the chili, loved it.

First time here. Won't be the last. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great people. Band playing, kids dancing and all relaxing. Ooh and the milkshakes, amazing! Kudos for the owners for creating a great place to eat.

Hot damn, this place is sweet. The atmosphere is awesome, newly renovated and super good energy. Food portions were giant, price was definitely awesome! Staff was incredible, shout-out to Karlie. All in all, might be my new favorite place.

I have been going here for awhile now. I love the blue long island ice tea. The wings are delicious. I have had The Dirty Bird which is a big sized piece of chicken with a kick on the it. I have had Lobster Rolls at Unos which is good and at Hooligans too. They were ok. The Lobster rolls here are so full, and taste so fresh it's luke they just caught them in the oven with a buttered roll and fries or mac salad My wife and I had the Steak and Take tonight. Huge steak, with garlic mash and a pepper. Absolutely mouth watering I highly recommend Bunsty's to anyone and the live bands too.

Buntsy's has really come a long ways. A good venue with room for a band in one half and karaoke in the other with sit down and bar seating and games for the kids. The menu is amazing and so are the gourmet drinks. It's a great place for a birthday drink.

I love their milkshakes here and it keeps me coming back for more. The lobster rolls are also good, got to try out their wings too. Overall they have a pretty good menu going on here.

Great vibe, friendly staff, and Buntsy's has a dedicated in-house staffed sound system for consistent musical performances night to night. I have been there more than once and it has always been a good time.

Our waitress Destiny in particular was friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to have a new restaurant/bar in Webster that is not a chain. Went in for a fundraiser. Venue was laid out so you can enjoy the band from anywhere. Bathrooms were very clean. Large bar with a lot of seating...and the nachos 😮😮😮 the best I've ever had!!

Called to place a takeout order for the first time and spoke with the GM who was extremely hospitable and helpful. We ordered lemon pepper, buffalo, and sweet dixie wings along with drunken poutine - all excellent. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already.

Had dinner last night at Buntsys and do not know of more fun/casual restaurant in town with the broad menu selections and fabulous. The menu items are unique but there is also something for everyone… Even a picky eater! I have eaten there when I want cheat food and I also love it there when I’m trying to eat healthy. You will not be disappointed.

Checked out the menu and it looked good. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday, not many people there. We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcomed. Beer was cold and burgers were delicious. The beef was fresh and juicy and great tasting. The bun was a little different and just added more deliciousness to the burger. Service was great, friendly and fun. The manager introduced herself and the waitress sorry I can't remember their names right now. Check out the milkshakes on the menu. Wish I could do dairy because they sound phenomenal! Very glad we stopped in and definitely going back. Highly recommend this place, give it a try.

Live music was great. The bar was jamming and everyone was having a good time. Servers had the best attitude which made it even better. They were actively checking on our table, dancing and singing along, and setting the mood for the night. We ordered drinks and apps and everything was great. Love the selection of draft beers. I will definitely be back.

Loved this place. Our waiter, Cutter was awesome and good with our large group. Recommendations were really good, pickle poppers, home plate egg rolls, dirty bird sandwich. The milkshakes are so good and displayed well and our kids loved them. Food was super yummy. Found a new fave.

On Friday June 6th I enjoyed some great food and excellent live music performed by Back in Town. Great venue.

Nice family/friend spot, great drink selection and the food was something you would take off your friends plate when they weren't looking, it was that good! Didnt try the alcohol milkshakes, but saw them being served out and they looked like artwork. Live music was great, my friends left after the football game, i stuck it out solo to enjoy the show and made a few new friends. Great spot, good people will def b back again!

Food (Buffalo chicken quesadilla and Captain America burger) were both great. Tim the bartender served us and did a wonderful job. The only reasons I couldn’t give it 5 stars for the atmosphere were the flashing Christmas lights that caused a headache and the live music which was too loud.

Wings are amazing! Service was the best anywhere. Great beer selection. My buddy and I saw someones dessert and said " we need one of those next time. See ya for bands real soon. Especially Camp Roc Star.

Food was good, probably the best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had! Waitress/ bartender was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and go back to try other things on the menu. Very impressed by the attention to vegetarian options on the menu, so rare to see even with more and more people living that way.

This owner has turned this location around and then some. Go and find another local bar that has a huge selection as well as musicians 2-3 times a week...Dave is extremely innovative and improvement is clearly his top priority. Let's support the place. Just remember if there is a bartender having a bad day, we aren't in their shoes at that moment. We never know whats going on in one another's lives atm. We all gotta make a living and also yes, we gotta improve ourselves too. Iv never had a rude experience here. The food is solid.

Great environment, service and food! The menu has lots of options for appetizers, wings, sandwiches, salads and burgers. We ordered the Merry Go Round Burger and the Dirty Bird Sandwich, they were delicious! Highly recommend both! The prices are great, not too expensive but the quality of the food is wonderful!

Foods always fresh and on point and the atmosphere makes it even better! The only place around with live music every Wed-Sun. Tables are arranged to accommodate a dance floor on the weekends and it’s just an all around great vibe. Totally recommend the Friday night fish fry and Saturday night steaks.

Updated June 2024. Bar Keep - it's important to remember that the regulars keep the lights on but the "transient" customers make you money. Have enjoyed listening to multiple music events at their venue but have only eaten there once or twice (prior to Corona). Had the opportunity to catch an early show and three of us decided to eat there. Menu has changed since we were there last so we splurged on App's and Dinner through the show. Add in a couple of beers and it made for a good night. Food had definitely improved as did quality and quantity of apps. Helpful waitress and attentive bar keep on a really busy night. Thank you for a fun evening and we will be sure to be back soon.

The ever lovely Amanda Ashley put on a Wonderful show! Didn't eat but the bartender was warm friendly and helpful. I've always lived by...the bar is only as good as the bartender.

Excellent wings with a good selection of sauces and dry rubs. I personally really like the dirty rub. Tasty shakes to finish off a solid meal. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Full bar with plenty of TVs tuned to sports programming but if you'd prefer there is a separate dinning room area away from the music and crowd noise of the bar. Can't wait to try their version of a garbage plate but the wings are so good that they're hard to pass up. Rooting for Buntsy's to make a successful go of it at a location where many others have not done so well. Give them a chance and support a local business.

Buntsy's has a variety of different options for Food such as vegetarian options. They have delicious shakes.Cutter is an excellent personable person who tends the Bar. I like the entertainment such as karaoke night. A fun place to go.

Great layout, set up for live music and they had an awesome band that played to raise money for charity. Plan on eating here more often but don't get to as often as I like because they aren't open during lunch hours most of the week. Also the chicken cordon Bleu was a pretty small portion for the price. It tasted good, but I left only partially satiated that night. The poutine I had another night however was fantastic and a perfect portion, my favorite poutine in Webster. They also have a good variety of beer on tap and they even have alcoholic milkshakes! Yum!

We came here to try the milkshakes since they look so good on Instagram. When we finished our burgers and ordered milkshakes they told us it would take 20 minutes. Then they came back and said they only have 1 blender and it was smoking so no more shakes. I just feel like it they advertise milkshakes and hand you a seperate milk shake menu when seated, they should have more than 1 blender! Overall the food was great and we left full

The staff is excellent.. Friendly and knowledgeable. The fish needs improvement. Tonight I had a burger and it was excellent. However the wait time for our dinner was unacceptable. Don’t go there if you want a quiet dinner. Way to noisy

Friendly Staff. Clean. Do NOT plan on any conversation with friends they play the music so loud you cannot hear your own voice. Plenty of TV screens with sports. Food delivered fast. Lower the music and it will be a fun Joint

Pleasantly surprised at this place. The atmosphere is very family friendly, the staff friendly. The drinks were superb. We ordered Mediterranean salad, buffalo wings and a lobster roll. All delicious and done to perfection. We will be back!

Enjoyed a nice plate of ribs with the traditional fixings while listening to great music. Why not five stars? Well, call me crazy but I can't say I loved watching live music with a giant tv on directly over the performers heads. It's great to see a local place take pride is serving well prepared food and supporting local music. Please consider taking the next step and giving patrons a little digital detox. Other than that, I really enjoyed my first visit, the level of clean is a perfect 5 stars, and service was very friendly.

I had been waiting to come to Buntsy's as I love local places. I took my kids last weekend an below is my review. I am breaking my review into separate sections because some aspects were better than others. Atmosphere: The dinning room felt detached from the identity of restaurant. I went stopped in the bar after to see what it was like in there and it was very lively and had a good feel. Service: Our waitress was efficient with her role and told us about future events at Buntsy's. Drink: I order the Buntsy's Punch and was really disappointed. For a cocktail that has your name in it I would have expected better presentation and taste. The cocktail was heavy on the red bull and the lime lime soda was flat. However the Genesee Light was perfect as always. Appetizers: We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks and Boneless Wings tossed in Smoky Gold Sauce . Both appetizers were good but the wing sauce was outstanding! Main Course: We all got burgers the kids each got the Singleman w/fries and I got the Buntsy's burger. The burgers were good the fries were warm and soft. I will be back as I feel you can't blacklist a restaurant only after a hand full of attempts. When I do go back I will make sure to be in the bar area and will definitely getting the wings with the smoky gold sauce.

Food tasted good. Originally ordered steak and was told that there not a steakhouse so they're not sure how it's going to come out cooked. Mine came out very gray overdone the other person in our party who ordered it was perfect..Then you shouldn't offer it! Ended up with goulash which was okay but not a steak.

Went last night for our first time. $11 for four very small pickle roll ups (appetizer) was a rip off. Should have been twice as many for that price, or half the price. The dirty bird sandwich was really, really salty. We couldn't finish it because of that. The burger we had was decent but similar to many places nearby. The server was friendly and knowledgeable but pulled her mask a few inches away from her face every time she talked to us, which made us uncomfortable.

Only one burger for Wednesday $6deal. Might do well to have a $2 off all other burgers as well?? Walked in a little after 6pm. Server was very attentive, made quality suggestions as I am both keto and no bread. Food came out hot, tasty. Coffee hot and freshly made. One side note: although the silverware was sparkling lean, the plates had a film on them. When leaving, the outside walk area desperately needed salting

A bit spread out for Kareoke. Audience felt so far away from the mic. Food was decent. Staff was overwhelmed...they were not very attentive but clearly understaffed.

There was no way to fight my way to the bar so I listened to the band for an hour then left without getting a drink. The bar service is slow, the bartenders really hustle but this is the 2nd time I have been there when behind the bar seemed seriously understaffed. I like the food there a lot (a cut above typical bar food) and, but will stick to going during daytime / off hours for now. Everyone is having trouble staffing these days so no knock against the place, it's just tough right now. Stay tuned.

Heard all the talk about the "Famous Lobster Roll" and had an opportunity to finally try it. What a mistake, total let down, disgusting, very fishy tasting, meat stringy, weird texture, never again 🤢

It was really a 50/50 visit. My sons burger was medium when ordered well and the server was moody, kinda rude and got smart with my mom. Perhaps a change in attitude could have turned this experience into something memorable

Came here for the first time due to the extremely good reviews. I ordered a burger called up on the ridge (substituted chicken) and immediately it came out with a hair under the bun. I called the waitress over as she walked away to immediately show her. She took it away and recooked it and offered me some fries in the meantime, which was nice. I then got my sandwich and it was pretty bland despite the small amount of cheese/bbq sauce. My boyfriend got the same sandwich with a burger and also agreed. We tried the boneless wings which we were told were freshly made and they were very good. When the bill came the 5.99 wings weren’t even taken off the bill which I felt would have been appropriate given the hair incident and extra wait time. Probably wouldn’t be my first choice to eat in Webster.

Food and milkshakes were delicious. Service was good. But once our food arrived we were surrounded by fruit flies. Not sure if we'll be back because of the fruit flies, which is unfortunate cause the food was great.

I like it, but I have been to many other Bar & Grills that are better. Most items on the menu are fried, its not a place to go for healthy or fresh food. Its also not cheap. Overall its a nice place to hang out, have a few drinks at the bar, and perhaps watch a band.

I like the place, the live band was excellent, and the staff was so nice , but the food is not good. It's a bar, serve simpler food. Every dish seemed to have 3 sauces on it and over complicates the dish. Buns were soaked with grease, chicken sandwich was drowned in blue cheese, burgers were overcooked, $4 for two sodas, but the fries were good.

We looked at the menu and pictures online and decided to give Buntsy's a try on a whim. Four of us ordered very different foods and overall the entrees were really good. The ribs were delicious, Home Plate was good, although my son thought there was too much mustard. The Caramel Apple Chicken salad was tastey. They accomodated my request for grilled chicken instead of fried without a problem. However, I was charged an extra $3.99 for my request. The kids chicken fingers were very crispy. We also ordered the Drunkin Poutine appetizer with our meals. Disappointing! The preparer neglected to put the final ingredients on the dish and sent it out half done. It was a mediocre $11 plate of fries with a couple dollops of cheese and the gravy tasted like it was from a jar. I pointed it out to the waitress and she removed it from our bill. After eating, we decided to try 2 of the amazing looking milkshakes, with alcohol. The flavors were great! Super pricy tho: $10 each before the alcohol is a bit ridiculous and $14 after seems a bit more ridiculous. We expected a bit larger drink for that money. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was a little heavy on ice and light on alcohol for a mixed drink. We spent waaaay more money (>$110) than we expected and half of it was drinks and milkshakes. I am not impressed enough to go back.

Our first visit wasn't that good. We heard from a friend how great their wings were so we went to wing night. This place was slow... I understand that wings take time to cook but 50 minutes? We ordered 2 orders of 10 wings, onion rings and a carmel apple chicken salad. The onion rings would have been good had they been fresh. Half the onion rings looked and tasted like they were a few batches old and the other half had been sitting for at least 15 minutes. The wings were so over cooked that they litterally cut our mouths trying to tear them from the bone. To some over cooked is good but these were beyond that, to a point where the bones were so brittle they feel apart while trying to tear the meat from them. The worst part was they had so little sauce you couldn't tell the garlic parm from the smokey gold. Yes wings need lots of sauce! They litteraly had no sauce, just a little hint of butter maybe with parm cheese shaked on. Also whats with one small side of blue cheese? I was out of blue cheese after my 4th wing. The salad was awesome! Not worth the 50 minute wait but it was good. I have a feeling the waitress forgot our order and then tried rushing it out thus no sauce over cooked wings and stale onion rings. I gave two stars only because salad was good. We were both very disappointed in the wait, poor service and quality.

Ordered a fish fry it came Frozen in the center they bring me another one so oily and was mush in the middle. My advice to them is do not freeze your fish and then try to fry it while it's still frozen it will make it so soggy and not flaky like fish should be. My husband's dinner was okay nothing fancy but the service was very good and friendly. I got a free beer because of it so they did try to rectify the situation.I would probably go back just to try and give them another shot.

The first thing that we encountered was having to find the entrance. It's in the back, left side. The smells when we entered were delicious, so we looked forward to trying out this new place. We started with ice tea to drink. No matter how much sweetner, it didn't taste like tea. Bland. I ordered my favorite item, the Reuben. It arrived quickly with plenty of fries and a pickle. The fries were soggy, and although the bread was toasted for the Reuben, it, too, was soggy. The sandwich was tasty, though. Pickle was good, not your usual dill, had a bit of a kick to it. The dining area was cold, though, so consider wearing a sweater. Our waitress was delightful, but I won't be visiting this establishment again.

Disappointed. Had a few fish fries here in the past and enjoyed them but tonight after waiting right outside and a 4 minute ride home had two very disappointing dinners. Fish and fries were cold and cole slaw ( what little there was) was warm. Also tarter sauce was almost hot and probably spoiled. Worst $40 I've spent in quite a while. Don't think that I will go back.

Insufficient seating, especially during live shows. Tried to get a table, twice. Ended up with a standing room only table with bar service only. After 20 mins, it was virtually impossible to get service. The wait staff were very nice, it's just unfortunate that there were only a half dozen tables available.

I don't know if it was the time of day or just a bad night but based on our experience Buntsys isn't some place I will visit again or recommend. The restaurant is extremely dark. We got there about 8pm and needed to use the flashlights on our phones to see the menus. We came in specifically for their fancy milkshakes and our party of 4 got one each..2 were the same. While we were there maybe 10 other people were in the restaurant as well so we were surprised it took about 20 mins to get the milkshakes. We were aware of the time because we wanted to leave before the band started at 9. Service was rude and slow. The milkshakes weren't worth their price. This was a one and done experience for us. After talking with our friends/family I found that our experience was pretty standard.

Was served wrong beer and waitress failed to check on us for awhile so I continued drinking. It was not what I ordered and there fault but refused to credit me Will NEVER Return and not reccomended to anyone, ever.

We had seen some epic photos of these milkshakes... And what we were served for $8 each fell flat. Our boneless wings were cold, garlic parm fries were served with sprinkle cheese, onions rings had no flavor. First time in history, we didn't take any of our left overs home with us. The most expensive disappointing meal we have experienced. Friday night tradition moving on to another local place.

Double charged us! When I called them they promised they would call me on Monday with a follow up and never did! I never will go back again! We went with a group of 6...all to never go back. I know other people who were unsatisfied with rude treatment of staff as well. They won't be open long! Something else will be in there just wait and see!! Just saying... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

First I want to say... I know the holidays are here and it can be stressful. Soo... because of that, I don’t think that gives anyone a good reason to be disrespectful. The bartender was a mess and i truly believe customer service is not a priority to him. I hate bashing business like this but whoever your bartender was last night showed us why I wouldn’t go back there. Just gave a bad taste in my mouth. Uk

Went to Buntsy's for lunch today as Fridays are the only days they serve lunch. Wanted the lobster roll. Arrived and saw that the dining room was closed, but the bar was open. I DO NOT eat in bars and I will never return to eat at this establishment again. Wish a posting was on website stating dining room is closed.

Went in with some friends and were told if there were open booths in the bar area we could sit there. About 10-15 minutes after sitting down a waitress came over and very rudely told us that there was a wait and to go back to see the hostess, explained what the hostess had already said and she said if someone needed that booth then we had to leave. There were at least two other empty booths there and no line to get a table anywhere in sight. We sat there for about a half an hour waiting for anyone to bring menus over and no one came over. We ended up leaving and won't be back.

Worst bartenders I've ever interacted with. They moved slower than molasses on one of their busiest nights. They were overwhelmed, ignored customers, and were blatantly rude. I waited at least half an hr to be served and missed an entire band. All interactions I had with them were unwelcoming and rude. The music and atmosphere were ok, but I would recommend some place else if you'd actually like to enjoy the show vs wait at the bar all night for a drink.

Awful experience!!! The waitress was very nice, but new. Never received my drink I ordered (wine). They sat us a foot from the speaker where a 2 person band was playing, we couldn’t hear a thing. We asked to move and we’re told we couldn’t. Another waitress tried to help us by finally giving us a booth farther away but it couldn’t fit the 6 of us. The manager was so rude!! Very unhelpful and just nasty. We will never go back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Definitely some of the worst service I've experienced. Once seated, the waitress seemed to be annoyed we were even there. I ordered a drink as soon as we sat down — 15 minutes later she says she forgot about my order, I told her 'no worries', still never received the drink. Once our food arrived, she didn't check on us once. We had to flag her down for the check — she never picked up our credit cards so we went to the bar to cash out. We also witnessed another server carry a plate of appetizers to the bar to set down for a moment. Some of the food slid off the plate and onto the bar mat. She picked it up, placed it back on the plate, and continued to bring it to the customer.

Be careful when you choose to visit this place they will charge you a cover to buy food if there's a band playing. The handsome lady at the door ID'd us because "it's a bar 💁‍♀️" but we only wanted food and don't drink like that. It really felt like the staff didn't want us there.

Got ignored by the single bartender and the server wasnt scheduled to stay with a band and Karaoke going..... left the bar, came back asked for a mt dew. It was out of syrup, asked for a Pepsi, was given a diet. Walked away with no drink. Ordered the steak dinner medium. It was RARE, like blue rare.... just absolutely over this place. How do you have a live band and Karaoke and zero staff? Absolutely unprofessional and I wont be back. This isnt the first time I've had a bad experience here but this is the absolute worst.
