I come here when I want a delicious chicken sandwich.. in fact if you order close to closing time their chicken sandwich you get the freshest and hottest chicken sandwich...you might have to wait a few mins to get it but its nice and hot and fresh.. and so yummy. Thank you burgerking
Love this Burger King they have very quick service go in and visit Jen Silva and Justyna Jadczak who just happens to be my wonderful girlfriend both of them are very friendly always smiling and willing to take your order with a smile and a come again the fries are always hot and fresh which is a must at any burger joint besides the burgers of course they are very busy at lunch time which they usually handle very well considering some people have no patience a must go to Burger King
The kid at the drive thru I think his name is Justin defiantly deserves a raise! He's the life of the party, he's hard working, funny, dedicated to the job, and above all hella cute ;)
There was a mix-up with my google food order, but the kind woman in charge made my order for me even though it didn't come through their system. I would recommend not ordering on Google and going in person or using the app instead. Special thanks to the employee who helped me get my food.
I stopped for a quick lunch at the drive-thru. There was a line in front of me but it moved quickly. My order was correct and the food was good.
The food was the normal burger King heartburn lol the staff they had working this evening was so friendly and kind. I have 2 littles and the employee's were just the sweetest to them!
Very clean interior with friendly staff. One of the line workers dropped a glass and the manager was really nice and understanding. Treated me and the employees well, can’t ask for more

I really like this particular burger king. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is cooked well, more so even than other burger kings. I just wish I was near the area more often so i could come here again.

I stop by this Burger King weekly after my night shift ends for a quick breakfast before I hit the highway. Always there at 7am ready to go and I haven't had a bad breakfast yet. Food is made well, things are lined up on your buns and sandwiches and the window has been nothing but polite. Not a bad spot to get back into traffic and plenty of parking.

This is the future! Watched a kid sweep a small area for very long, there may have been debris. Guy with small water bottle and small headphones found comfort by sitting right next to us, in a very empty room. Poop, poop on the toilets. But that guy did sweep, and the other guy did enjoy his small headphones.
It's BK, what is there to say about the food in general? The place is clean, the staff are nice and not just angry which is more a reflection of the customers I think.
Pretty good after the remodel although the drive through menu was out when we went after the fireworks.
There were handicap parking spots.
Always enjoyed the variety of their food and the taste of the flame broiled burgers as well as their fries. They still have the best vanilla ice cream than their competitors and only a dollar plus tax.

Food is no better or worse than the other local fast food places. Very rarely a long line or wait. The worst part of eating there are the employees. Some of the unhappiest and rude employees I've seen. Come to think of it, pretty much the same at each fast food establishment with the exception of KFC, their employees at least the ones I've come across are generally happy and at least smile...
The only Burger King in town. The employees are not bad. Maybe a little slow compared to what I'm used to... Clean and friendly though! Located at the front of a medium sized plaza, and it's front door almost lets out onto a very busy main St.
Unfortunately as much as I like Burger King, my experience with their stores has not been great. The cleanliness of the place is inconsistent, the soda machines are usually low or out, and I've had my orders in drive thru messed up or missing items more often than not. It makes me sad because I prefer Burger King menu options to other fast food.
I write reviews to rate how "accessible" a business is for the "mobility impaired", and that includes every type of disability. I don't personally care for Burger King's food but I will say this was a pleasant, clean convenient location with plenty of handicap access parking for the disabled. The staff at the drive-thru was very kind, (especially to me and my mom as we fought over the various specials at the order Mic 😂!)
Not a bad location but the new set up for inside is uninviting. There's 2 screens inside for ordering and a small bench for waiting. Its not a comfortable lay out and is kind of degrading how detached it is, just to order some fast food.
2 burgers and a large fry was $21.. that is actually insane. And my burgers were messed up to, only good part was the fry was good.
Not very good service and the food is luke warm at best because the high school kids that work there can't figure out how to make the french fries and the sandwiches at the same time. Always waiting.
Stupid computers can't get a refund for them not doing thier job
I just ordered a bacon king, realized I had the wrong burger 5 minutes down the road. I drive back, and say I got the wrong sandwich, they say okay and start making the bacon king...they give me the bag and at this point Im late for work, I start driving and realize they gave me the EXACT same wrong sandwich lol. Super annoying.
I felt robbed. 26 dollars for 2 mediocre meals that were both incorrect. I ordered 2 large meals and was given 2 medium meals. Didn't realize until I left. Besides that, both sandwiches were made so sloppily that you couldn't enjoy them. Never again.
For Tacos, drive right by and go toTaco Bell. For Burgers I love them. Tacos, virtually no lettuce in the two I bought. Shells, over cooked and no.beef. It was a mixture of maybe beans and meat, not sure. Sauce was great. Tacos bell tacos have tomatoes, lettuce and meat with in.melted cheese.
Hit or Miss... I hate that the icecream machine is shut down at 8/9 PM almost every night especially in summer time !!!!!!! THATS THE MONEY MAKER.. Yes it needs to be cleaned shut it down hour prior to closing.. Lazy employees will do anything not to do there job or go n extra mile.
Absolutely the slowest drive through I've ever experienced. Seems like the kitchen needs a few more staff, or something.
Fries were dumped in the bag out of the fry container. Ordered chocolate milk shake. It wasnt mixed good. I could see chocolate syrup still in the white ice cream. My soda was 2 thirds the way filled up. I had to ask the guy to fill it properly. They are just lazy here and not focused on making your food well.
Took forever to get food. Messes up orders. When you don't get bacon on your specifically ordered bacon king we have problems. Fries and nuggets seem like they were put in the oil twice. Way too over cooked and crunchy.

Every morning it's the same thing. Welcome to burger King where we only serve fresh food. Kinda of a weird thing to say in my opinion sounds like something out of the 90s. If I wanted two plain biscuits for a dollar I would ask and finally I don't want a crown do I look like I am 5 years old. I am 40. Instead of worrying if I want a crown make sure you put the ketchup I asked for instead of the dumb crown. No I don't rule and neither does this establishment
They improved the interior I think to rake in more customers. While it looks nice, the one time I ate here I got sick, and while the staff are friendly and wait times have improved slightly, it is still a hassle to get ahold of anyone with that stupid doorbell and a wall in front of the kitchen you can't see past.
Pretty good place, speaker seems to be broken though and when I pulled up to the window to get my food after repeating what I wanted 7 times, there seemed to have been a homeless person w/ tourette's in the parking lot. Not BK's fault. Probably not even Thier fault. Who's gonna hire, house you with that? There isn't a lot of places I'm sure, but could get help. This there being meds for that. To be honest there seems to always be an issue @ that place, wrong food, speaker, not having something I want...
whoever the little girl with curly hair is needs to get fired she’s rude with no sense of customer service
I went there ordered my food , went to window, they wouldnt change a $100 BILL, left got change about 20 mins later went back, watched them put food right into bag... live a 2min drive away , and when i opened the burgers they were not even room temp, not even the fries.
Worst BK there is. Waited 10 minutes in line just to place my order to then get parked for another almost 10 minutes to then have the worker hand someone else my food. Then I go inside to get my order and waited yet another 10 minutes. There goes my entire lunch break 🙄 that place sucks.

Manager was incredibly rude and two vegetarians ordered impossible whoppers and got regular whoppers instead and after 3 years without meat have been forced to eat a cow. My girlfriend and I got really sick from this.

Horrible service. Went through the drive through and they meaaedour order up at the restaurant they then fixed it the first time. Get home was missing a whole meal plus 2 order of fries. Drove back AGAIN, and instead of making a new burger they grabbed a old one that wasjust under the heat. Then the burger was still messed up didn't have any lettuce or anything else on it . Worst service I have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant. 😑
Worst. Service. Ever. The person took a long time to get to her register, looked absolutely miserable, and continued to move like a sloth. I almost cancelled the order and went elsewhere. The food, on the other hand, was good.
There is at least one thing wrong every single time I eat here. That is the only thing consistent. I have never once in ten years gone here and left with what I came for. Do not eat at this place! You'll only end up mad and stuck with food that you don't want!
Well besides being ridiculously understaffed, and the portly woman at the counter yelling about how understaffed they were this morning, she complained they only made minimum wage and that's why no one wanted to work there. Waited 15 mins for my breakfast, and in that time watched her tell an older navy very ast ther counter whip never got served, that he could go to mcdonalds if he didn't want to wait. The man didn't say a single word the whole time he was in here, and just calmly left. Hey your business together BK. you're slipping around the country!

I give this place a one-star purely for the fact that they asked me to pull up and park over at the side when I waited in line because of the person in front of me for 10 minutes. I strongly believe it was because of either the color of my skin or the night manager is incredibly insecure.

Every time i go through the drive through i have to go inside because they forget something. Literally every single time. It is usually the nuggets i order. Also some of the rudest employees ive ever encountered.
Missing straws and missing a bacon cheeseburger. We get charged for the food but get home and missing a bacon cheeseburger. Not going back here again. If I could give zero stars I would. As we were the only ones in drive thru at the time how can you mess that up smh
I went there this morning and the manager was extremely rude. I asked her if she was ok because she’s usually friendlier. She told me that she’s in the store with 1 other person and had 43 cars in the last hr. 1) I’m a paying customer and it’s not my fault that you are short handed 2) It’s amazing to have as many customers as you have especially during this pandemic 3) if you are going to have a attitude like that maybe you shouldn’t work with the public. The way you treat your customers could determine the outcome of their day. I really hope this gets back to her.
Probably the worst Burger King I've been to. Staff is not friendly, food generally takes 5-10 minutes to be served, and I don't think they've ever gotten my order correct.
Only the "boss" can do a refund when the cashier accidentally overcharges you!? And the "boss" isn't there!?! Poor employees tell you they were threatened to be fired last time they did a refund. What kind of management is that!?
Worst Burger King I've been to out of 4 states I have lived, I was making an order for 2 croissant-wich sandwiches, there was no long line in the drive thru, but the line was slightly between long and small in the dining room, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, other people waited just about as long or more, and they did not have any big orders. I am never coming to this restaurant again, & I encourage anyone to take their business somewhere where their business is appreciated. :(
I have always liked Burger Kings food options when I want something quick. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Burger King in Webster is the only Burger King other than the one in Worcester. Since I live in Webster, I typically frequent this one. The staff is very universally poorly customer service oriented. There are few places I have been where the service overall is as bad as this place. Even the Supervisors, Managers here don’t seem to have the slightest clue. As someone who has spent time in food service management, as well as having performed in many other management roles, I can say with confidence that the way things are done here is definitely in need of some improvement.
Last time I went, waited over 40 minutes for food and it was cold when we got it. Small order of only a couple burgers. From what I've heard/been told, the workers from that shift are not going to be there for long and they are working on improving things. Hopefully with the renovations, things do in fact improve.
Was told to go park around the building and they'd bring my food out. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went through the drive thru to find out they completely forgot about my food and remade it for me right then and there. By the time I got home (which was only 2 minutes away), my hashbrowns were STONE COLD, my 2 sandwhiches didn't have the right meat on it that I asked for. Not only that but they made my ice coffee wrong! I asked for no sugar and quarter of the way up from the bottom of the cup was sugar!!! Glad I waited 15 minutes for everything to be completely wrong. Glad I had to nuke my food when I got home.
Last night 6 / 24. At about 9:20pm. I ordered a junior whopper with cheese and the 2 for 6$ whoppers. I can NOT believe they would serve anyone the awful burger they served me. I wouldn't serve that to anyone or anything. This is so wrong. I wish I could put a picture of this burger on here. It was unbelievable.. shame on burger king....
My niece wanted food from here so I stopped. The restaurant is disorganised and dirty. The bathroom I tried to take her into was filthy. I ended up seeing if the men's room was cleaner... I use the word clean loosely. Parts of the order were missed. I never eat here, but I skelly won't be bringing her back either.
Paid almost $40 for 2 whopper meals. Too expensive. The only option for drinks were water or coca cola. No ice and when we told an employee they said they'd get someone to fill it later. Got my food, everything was ice cold and the bun was hard as a rock. I tried to complain to an employee but no one would come to the counter. Burger King is really going down hill.
Expired ingredients according to the obvious flavor and staff that work there. They also discontinued the crispy chickens becasue they ran out of batter. Drove there to get some and let them know I was going to McDonald's since they don't do crispy chicken anymore. Mcdonald's especially around here isnt much better but if they don't want to sell a product that another place has they'll lose customers.
Absolutely terrible. The employee who took our order made me repeat our order (3 items) 4 times. The onion rings tasted like they'd been fried in old chicken soup (???). Worst BK I've been to.
DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD HERE!!!! The employees here will steal your information and then charge your card a month later for whatever they want without your consent. This happened to myself and my friend after using our credit/debit cards at this specific Webster location. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Some of the crew members are ok others have a tendency to be rude and sloppy. One female manager, whether working morning afternoon or evening shifts, will go to dumpster area and smoke pot and may allow other crew members to join. So I dislike Burger King. McDonald's is totally better

I bought a meal number 1 that costs around 11 dollars and the employee charged 16.25 to my debit card. I went to the store to ask for my money back and they asked me for the purchase receipt, I didn't have it because I never received the receipt for anything I buy at Burger King. I am extremely disappointed and feeling aggrieved with this transaction. here's the tip to always demand the receipt to confirm the amount they are charging for purchases because there are a lot of dishonest people out there

The cashier messed my order up and when I asked where my fries and drink she said she messed up and wanted me to rejoin the drive thru that was already backed up to order the missing thing that could of taken less then a minute to get. Inconsiderate.

One of the worst Bk's around, staff is incompetent at all levels of management. I go in this place all the time and somehow it just keeps getting worse. Staff takes 0 accountability either. Extremly long delays for everything all the time, mobile orders are constantly forgotten about, orders are constantly missing items, people have to come in from the drive thru all day to get missing items. This place has so many issues, burger king corporate needs to come in and lay the law down on this joke of an establishment. This location in KFC Taco Bell are the two worst places in the entirety of Webster for fast food. Ordering anything from this location is just a mistake you shouldn't do it ever. The people that run the store don't understand what it means to be profitable.
Cancelled my order last minute online😡👎 with no warning
Cashier charged us for 3 cheese burgers and a 2nd bacon cheeseburger we didnt order. We ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries and 2 large drinks. By the end of the transaction that took 30 minutes, the manager said there was nothing he could do and then didnt give us our 2 drinks. The cashier did not know what he was doing at all and the manager was not showing any display of help or care for anything happening with our order.
Had me pull around the other side of the building to wait on fries. And I've been waiting for 6 min. Very slow service. The woman at drive thru was friendly but this is a long wait. I'm going to have to walk in and get my food. What was the point of drive thru? Went inside to get my food and had to be refunded for one of my sandwiches because they let me order it and they were out of stock but didn't come out to tell me.
I would rather not even give this place one star. 😞 First we were ignored as they stood there gossiping. We were the only two people in the restaurant at the time. The fries were saturated in oil, rubbery and just not satisfying at all. When we got to the burgers.. we had noticed that they basically didn’t put any toppings on them. By this point we were so disappointed that we had decided to go into the store. She told us we would need to be charged for extra toppings. We are not paying more money for stuff that should have been on the burgers in the first place. They had literally a drop of ketchup and a flake of lettuce… so we just said well can we have some ketchup?.. she tries to hand us a heaping handful.. like oh ok! 🤦♂️.. you have to charge us for “extra toppings”…… but you can waste a bunch of ketchup.. at which point we only took what we needed. Rude and unprofessional, disappointing experience all around.
This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Took over 15 minutes to recieve my food (which was $42 for 2 whopper meals and a chicken sandwich.) Only to recieve food that was colder than room temperature.

Sending people through the drive-through and making them park just because you’re unprepared to serve people and want your time to be faster in the drive-through for coporate does nothing but make customers disappointed and upset and angry . You’re actually aggravating customers instead of helping them properly. I was the only one in drive-through. No one was in front of me. No one was behind me. There was no reason to pull me forward and make me park and sit and wait other than satisfying corporate times of the time clock of the drive-through.
Had to order at kiosk..no big deal. However they never gave me the sauce I ordered so I had to go back inside and wait close to 5 mins until someone came out to help. Went back to my work truck opened up my sandwich to add sauce, and it almost looks like someone took a bite out of the patty! Oh yeah and the cheese that I paid an extra dollar for..No Cheese! Terrible experience all around!
Rude customer service! Terrible treatment of people with service animals. Ask me to provide documentation (which is against the ADA standards). Despite their indignant behavior, they also messed up my order and gave me fries and instead of onion rings. I was asked to leave the restaurant with my husband still eating his food. Stay away from this location they zero decorum, taste or class.
I had placed an online order an hour before closing time, I pre paid online for my order to pick up through the drive through. Upon arriving at the store, no one answered at the drive through order screen for over 20 minutes. I pulled forward to the window to ask staff about my order. The staff refused to come to the window, she eventually turned off the lights inside the establishment to make me and other customers in the drive through go away. The assumed manager pointed and laughed at the cars building up, waiting in the drive through. I want my refund back for my order. That was ridiculous behavior from the closing staff at the Webster establishment.
DO NOT USE THE KIOSK!! I waited to review as I was awaiting response from Burger King Support, unfortunately I only found the information for their app support. I ordered a limited time item through the kiosk, then was told that they are out of the item. The employee asked me to choose a replacement item as "our GM (general manager) does not allow us to give refunds". As this was not her fault, I planned to contact support later in the day. Burger King Support did offer me a coupon, but for mobile ordering only. Unfortunately, I do not use my card on fast food apps due to the same reason as I have heard of the same issue of not being able to receive refunds for mobile order items. I do not plan to return to the Webster location.
I despise the Kiosk only form of ordering. When I inputted my loyalty number, the kiosk said the loyalty program was experiencing difficulties. So I asked to talk to an employee. After she tried to input my code three times, she said it must be down, but she'd be happy to take my order at regular prices. I chuckled a bit. I asked why they couldn't honor the discount with a Manager approval - she asked, and he said no, "they don't control the app". Classic Corporate Bait-n-Switch. No thanks. At least the app for McDonald's is functional.
Strange, odd place and it’s very close to me. A lady finally came out, I started to order and she said, I don’t take orders, touch screen only. So I go over to order 2 Croissant and they do not come up correct with ordering two deal. I had to go back to the counter, wait 10 minutes, why I did that I have no idea. I told her I tried, but it doesn’t come up right, she said oh, it does that, I have to order it here. Which I tried to do at first. Whoever owns this store, I would change this setup, It is turning away business. I just went to another one that’s friendly and actually takes orders. I will not go back to this location again.
Stopped to just get 3 burgers. Thats it. Over 20 minutes standing there. No staff, just 2 touch screens. One tiny area to pick up your order. 3 burgers.. they got 2 wrong! Cant make this stuff up. Couldnt get anyone to correct even pushing the "doorbell" service thing they ignored. Almost a new place too? Just horrible..
It took over 30 min to get a double bacon cheeseburger and a small fry and the new layout makes it almost impossible to interact with an actual employee untill they decide to bring you your food. Once i finnaly got my food i got in my car and drove away before i started eating, once i did i realised my bun was stale, my burger was luke warm and mushy, there was no bacon on my BACON double, and my fries were also luke warm and way over salted. I will never return to this burger king.
Was disrespected in drive thru . With several inappropriate sexual refers coments . To the point I decide to drive to window finish my order . At the window while handed my drink it had no cover and the coment made by the manger made me believe he put somthing in my drink . I demanded he re make my drink as I watched him do so . His coments bothered me to the point I. Could not eat my meal . I threw it away right away. To find out hours later he charged my card 3 times . The employee there seemed very miss treated and uncomfortable And u could hear the manager making inappropriate coments to The next customer in the drive thru just as he did to me . This was the most unprofessional and inappropriate maneger ever I’ve ever witnessed . The work environment for the young girls worked seemed terrible . And as if the were scared to coment when asked if they were mistreated . This place need to be inspected for there work environment and food preparation. This gentleman that was the managing this restaurant was def not following food or work laws . I would not recommend eating anything from this restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would. Fast food restaurant and it took 20 minutes for them to leave me out front just to bring the wrong order. Doors were closed due to construction had to wait in line again and all they could do was give a free Hershey pie?! This place sucks! Hire people who can actually do a simple job right!!
Went in an ordered food & used coupon, when I tried to use two neither I nor the person working up front new you can only use one coupon per hour. She put my second coupon in in which it bumped my first coupon out. I tried to place two orders so I can use both coupons. I could not use the second coupon. Then the manager explain why. The person up front should have already known this. So I got screwed out of using a bigger coupon. Not happy with burger king. And yes the manager was rude and disrespectful
We ordered two meals and the bill came to a little over $30. I’m not complaining on the price. It is what it uses however I will comment on the so called team. I was waiting at the pick up, because we chose to eat in. Our burgers were in the shoot waiting to be picked up. When they were they were placed in the tray, the order of onion rings and fries were placed on the tray and as Caleb Holden, The server was turning to give me my tray, they were a foot away from me, then was stopped by a young blonde employee and they turned back around, and began to help her with her drive thru order. I politely said excuse me, Caleb turned around and looked at me, and I asked “is that my tray”? And they/ he/she replied I’m about to bring it to you. Proceeded to wait another 2 minutes. There was nothing else Caleb had to add to my order. He finished with helping the young employee and then turned to give me my order. The tables were gross and the cleanest one we sat at still needed to be cleaned. I guess we should know better by now. Stop going to places where the managers are barely old enough to reproduce.
