The spinach dip was really good! The salmon plate was moist and cooked to my liking! Cameron provided excellent customer service from start to finish! I also, appreciate the manager coming out to ensure I was satisfied with my meal!

Been here a few times and food is always very good! Today's dining experience was just as enjoyable, and even more so as we came in at noon and was greeted by a delightful host; she was friendly and even opened the door for us. Our server, Karen, also took good care of us making sure we had refills and anything we needed. Food was served hot and came out at just the right time, served by the kitchen staff with a smile; she even asked if there was something else she can do for us. Just great service today from everyone. Oh, and the chips & salsa are always good. And today, we tried the Mango Iced Tea which was just perfect! We'll surely visit again when we are back in the area.

Adam was my bartender! Great service and he makes a mean margarita! I had good food too!

Had the 3 for me QP burger for lunch. Got the chips and salsa for the appetizer and the salsa was watery. The QP burger was really good and the fries were hot and well seasoned.

It was the first time we visited chilis and it is a nice experience. The staff was polite and fast in delivering our food after we ordered. The food was brought when it was hot and fresh. We were surprised that the taste was just awesome. The ambience is good and there were not much crowd. Can give it a try.

This place is just so so, maybe it was our particular server. The food wasn't bad, it's pretty standard, a bit salty for my but I think it's cause they push alcohol so it'll probably pair well. What I didn't enjoy was our server, he kept standing there staring at us and asking if everything was good, its fine once or twice but but 7-8 times. On top of that, before we were even finished with our food he came to ask if we're paying with cash and if we wanted togo boxes, I was literally still eating and my daughter was also still mid bite. Our food probably came out maybe 10-15 mins ago. It just felt rude and rushed. I wouldn't repeat, the menu is also limited.

Family came here for dinner after a sporting event. Walked in and and honestly they were pretty busy. Was greeted within a couple of minutes by someone and seated. Waiter took our drink order pretty promptly. We then ordered dip trio, and cheese fries as appetizers. They came out pretty quickly honestly. Dip was ok, and the cheese fries were way over baked. I ordered the 3 item smokehouse tray with jalepeno sausage, brisket quesidilla, and chicken tenders. My kids and wife got the chicken tender basket. My smokehouse meal honestly wasn't all that great. Appreciate Chili's trying to step out and try some BBQ but I'd just stop now. Everyone thought their meal was average and nothing special. I did get the lava cake with ice cream as desert which was the best. The staff here was extremely nice and very proficient in keeping this place running. My drink always stated full and all food came out fast and hot. Just wasn't that good to us.

Atmosphere and food were ok. Although our burger bites were undercooked, gross. Service was terrible though. Our waiter was a bit curt with us and rude. Which ok sure, I get if you’re tired because I’ve been there. But the guy literally pulled up a chair to talk to the table next to us while basically ignoring us. Won’t be coming here again.

Previously this Chili's sold one of the best old fashioned I ever had. Now they no longer carry the ingredients to make an Old Fashioned. Poor decision. I won't be coming here again.

Carry out order was messed up and the restaurant refused to fix it. My smash burger was missing all the toppings and the burger was overcooked and dry. When I called to complain they claimed that was how i ordered it despite the receipt stating otherwise. They refused to fix the order. I order from this restaurant once a week not usually this bad. Maybe I will go elsewhere from now on

The experience I had this afternoon was far less than stellar. I’ve given the experience a one-star rating based on the customer service I received from the three Chili’s employees with whom I had the displeasure of interacting. The first employee was the hostess who greeted me promptly upon my entrance and allowed me to choose the booth where I wanted to sit. The server introduced himself as Chris and seemed to have a lot of opinions on my decision to refuse his offers of napkins—even though I showed him I brought my own hand wipes. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, that was given to me by a carrier, and when I asked for a to-go cup for the beverage I was given sass and a dirty/sticky cup (see blue substance on lower part of cup in picture). Moments later, Chris brought a second strawberry lemonade—that I neither asked for nor wanted—that looked drastically different from the first. He said “here is a refill, so I don’t have to come back over later.” I was taken aback by his statement because, again, I didn’t want/need two giant cups of strawberry lemonade and the temperature of his tone was rude. He then INSISTED on giving me an absurd stack of napkins—stating “even without the ranch this burger gets messy.” My burger was brought out quickly by the same carrier and, before I could make a request, she sarcastically said “you’re welcome” and hastily walked away. I sat and waited for Chris to come check on me so I could ask for a to-go container, as the energy I was getting was far less than welcoming, but he never came. After a while, I asked the hostess if the restaurant offered a veteran discount and asked for my check because I no longer wanted to be in such a negative space. She walked off, I heard her speak to someone, and then she handed me a to-go container, said nothing and walked away. I waited, but ended up picking up the kiosk to pay with my card—even though I’d planned to pay with cash—because no one ever brought the check I requested. After I paid, the kiosk started a questionnaire and, as I was answering the questions, Chris looked over my shoulder and saw that I responded that I would not be returning to that Chili’s location. At this point, Chris started complaining about how it was a bad reflection on him and kept asking me if I wanted to speak to the manager. I had to repeatedly tell him I didn’t and I just wouldn’t be returning. I wasn’t rude and found myself being reassuring even though he was part of the problem. Lol Overall, the experience was the worst Chili’s experience I’ve had and the other day an employee at the Pearland location told me they didn’t carry strawberry lemonade at all and said “We have blackberry. You were close; just remember next time it’s a blackberry—not a strawberry.” So, for me to say this experience was less than stellar than expected is saying something. Lol The fries were decent, and the burger was meh, but the light lemonade (see picture) was perfect—not too sweet. UPDATE: Look, even the “response” from them is disingenuous! Terrible. Absolutely terrible. If zero stars was an option…
