Recommended...! Kinda hidden off NASA 1 RD you'd miss it if your not paying attention. I'm sure the majority of there buisness is from the bar at the end of the parking lot. Now where I parked along the feeder side I dont recommend its the sewage drain and smells horrible. Park in the huge lot on the side bet it smells better...😉 (Yes I Moved) Staff are friendly and if I had to say ask for "Nisha" she's very polite knowledgeable of menu and definitely easy on the eyes. She timid but has this positive glow that'll brighten any room. Coffee is on the super weak side, more so colored toilet water. PASS on that. The menu: Is pretty organized (See pics)I ordered French toast combo, with hashbrowns like you see in pic and added onion, jelepono peppers. And mushrooms which is extra. Son ordered the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes which are pretty good but loaded with sugar. I ordered the Colorado Omelette to go for the wife, the peppers and mushrooms are extra but compliment the dish. And for the baby a birthday cake pancake. I'm 50/50 on this experience to be honest. I wasnt completely Disappointed but not impressed to wanna return anytime soon. I find waffle house easier on the wallet with my hashbrowns and waffles. I'm simple though. This is more of a spot for the kids with all the fancy pancake options.

Has a light floral bready sweet savoury flavour and a fluffy soft warm texture, yum. Served to accompany most dishes here, I like that these are freshly prepared and not dry. . The Egg Omelette Spinach & Mushroom With Pancakes (USD $13.99) are paired with an order of buttermilk pancakes. The Egg Omelette itself is large and oval-oblong in shape, has a fluffy soft texture, filled with gooey cheddar cheese, bouncy sautéed button mushrooms, crisp sautéed spinach, and juicy tomatoes. This carries eggy sweet vegetal earthy savoury salty cheesy flavour, filling and enjoyable. . The Breakfast Sampler With Pancakes (USD $14.49) are paired with an order of buttermilk pancakes. The Full American Breakfast / Scrambled Eggs Breakfast itself is plentiful, with fluffy soft scrambled eggs with milky eggy sweet flavour, crispy pork streaky bacon rashers with smoky meaty salty savoury fatty flavour, tender smoked pork ham with meaty salty savoury flavour, crispy hashbrowns with starchy salty savoury flavour, and snappy juicy grilled pork sausages with smoky meaty savoury salty herbal flavour. Varied and filling. . Enjoyed the simple yet hearty Biscuits And Gravy (USD $3.99), with the buttermilk biscuits having a soft crumbly texture with buttery honeyed floral sweet savoury flavour. The beef sausage gravy has a creamy thick texture, with milky savoury salty sweet flavour. Yum. . The Chicken And Waffles (USD $12.99) is classic American South soul food. The waffles, dressed with creamy salted butter and thick maple syrup, have a chewy soft fluffy texture with buttery bready floral sweet savoury salty flavour. The boneless chicken tenders have a crisp crunchy light crust, moist tender chicken meat, and meaty savoury salty spice sweet flavour. Rather addictive, I wished for more. . The Coffee Brewed (USD $3.39) is thin with a toasty earthy flavour and smoky aroma. The black coffee is refillable as they have a 'no empty pot' approach for coffee. You may opt to add sugar and creamer, which are served separately.

Food was good and the place was clean. Service on the other hand wasn't the greatest. We were there after 11pm and it wasn't packed at all. The server only came to check on us once during our visit. There was another table that sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for coffee. Although the customer got irate and was rude to the server I can see where his frustration came from.

The waiter was friendly and the food was alright. I don't recommend the potatoes though. Somehow they had the consistency of bread. They didn't look or taste right. They also need to update the seating the booth seating pad was ripped pretty good which made sitting on it hurt a bit. Give this place a shot or don't, it's entirely up to you.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food but the service and atmosphere were good. Despite having found hair in my food on previous occasions, we were gonna try one more time and while it was a sans hair experience, I was still disappointed! I ordered a steak and Eggs plate. I understand to not expect steakhouse quality steak BUT hfs I got GRAY meat!!! The waitstaff was awesome and everything else we ordered was great but STAY AWAY FROM THE “STEAK”!!

I ordered a fried egg over easy and it was very undercooked and raw. I could not eat it. It was mucousy and I did tell the server but she did not do anything about it. She was polite, friendly and efficient though. It seemed like she did not know what to do when I told her the egg was undercooked and raw. The pancakes were too thick and they only put the blueberries on the top pancake on the stack. The omelette was just ok. We did not enjoy our meals very much, but we were just hungry after arriving into town. We were disappointed.

Good food, but the restaurant itself is a dump. Torn seats, cracked walls, old paint, old damaged chairs and tables, ceilings with leaking marks of mold and mildew.

I came with students for a field trip, and the restaurant messed up my order twice & also had a hair in my food. They did remake it, but very inconvenient and unprofessional.

The food was bad all the way around. The waitress was good. Beef tips eggs and hash browns. Dry tips, eggs not cooked the way I asked and hash browns was over cooked as if they steamed it almost mashed potatoes. I've eaten there before and it was on point but this time was bad bad bad.

I always have a good experience at this IHOP but I usually go during night time. Today I went in around 10am. I asked for medium rare and got raw meat. I let my server know thinking he was going to offer to fix it or not charge me for it because I didn’t end up eating it but all he said was it was not his fault and that he’ll let the cooks know. Then brought us the check. Horrible service. I understand it wasn’t his fault and I never said it was, I was polite when stating the issue but no solution was offered. I starting feeling sick later because I did have like two bites before noticing the meat was raw and uncooked. Very disappointed.

If you like horrible people who just enjoy making others miserable, this Manager of this place is perfect. Between the pathetic attempt at self hygiene, and the condescending way she treats the employees it’s makes for an extremely uncomfortable experience when she is there. Very attentive wait staff, always had a smile..Nikki is the most cruel person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing exists on this earth. You’d have more business with someone with a soul.

A cockroach ran across our table while we were eating. We thought it would be a nice place to stop after a long trip from a concert, but that ruined it. Just saying if they’re crawling on the tables, imagine what’s going on in the back before your food comes out.

If I could put no stars, I would have. Coffee was cold. Soda was obviously almost out, they replaced the line and it was OK. Toast was cold. Food on floors when we walked in. We probably should have walked out. We will never return. NEVER.

The mold inside this restaurant is extremely thick it's very visible all over the ceilings. My skin started burning and itching. The first thing you smell when you walk in the front door is wet mold. There's mold everywhere in this restaurant. you are eating mold.

I have frequent this location quite often and I must say out of all of the waiters I’ve ever had the black guy (No Name tag) was by far the most rudest waiter at this location. First let me start by saying my family and I was judged the moment I walked in. I’m guessing because of the theory that black people don’t tip. Let me clarify I do tip and I tip very well. I have also trained my children to do the same. But to get cheated out of service was totally wrong. We had empty glasses at the table. My son had to go and get tobacco sauce, and sugar free syrup for me. He failed to ask us if anything was ok or if we needed anything but catered to everyone around us with a smile. If we requested anything he dropped it off of the table and walked away swiftly before we could even say thank you or let him know if we needed anything else.
