Church's Chicken West Austin Reviews
Went to drive thru....was a great experience. Nice, friendly, efficient & accurate
My food was hot! It was freshly prepared. Customer service was great! Not my first time at this location, and it will not be my last.
One of the better churches I've eaten at
Everything was delicious as always when we gotha ks
This location has always been excellent. Good food and good service. The chicken is always juicy inside and crunchy outside. The sides are fresh made and hot. Noted the biscuits are very good as well.
I had to change my review to 5 stars because they did something different to their recipe here lol. The chicken was well seasoned, fried perfectly, and the custermor service was fast and on point!
The chicken was good and hot their service is average and I do understand employee shortage but overall we're definitely go back for sure.
Best fast food chicken! And everyone working here is incredibly friendly. Feels like a mom & pop restaurant (in a good way) a lot more than a chain. The kids love the honey-butter biscuits, and the chicken is seriously extra crispy.
OK...sometimes line in the drive thru... always courteous... even though when you see their face at the window.... they might look like they might be having their own bad day!!! I always get 10 piece box ( I recommend spicy) I pay cash ... exact change...Yes coins... because they post there coin shortage!!! It's MY way of being NICE/ POLITE because I can... and so can you... did I mention the chicken is OMG.😃🙃😛
Recommend this location...highly. It's not everyday you walk into a fast food location where the staff is eager to tend to you. My order was out in a snap of a finger. I noticed they went the extra mile to make sure my order was packed right to keep my food fresh and hot untill I got home to eat it. The lobby area was clean and smelled clean too. So I decided to just eat there instead. The lobby and staff were too inviting not to. The female manager made sure that I had all I needed and made sure to accommodate my and my husband. The employees were also amazing.... telling us to have a great day as we walked out. 😁
Great chicken and biscuits. Much better than KFC
Praise for Exceptional Service at Church’s Texas Chicken Dear Church’s Texas Chicken Team, I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I have consistently received at your location at 13729 N. Hwy 183. It is always a pleasure to dine at your restaurant, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences. Throughout my visits, the service has been nothing short of excellent. I would especially like to commend Tony (Antonio) for his conscientious approach to customer service. His friendly smile and proper etiquette make each visit enjoyable and welcoming. Additionally, I want to highlight the quality of the food; it is always fresh and served hot, which I consider very important when dining out. However, it is Tony’s exceptional customer service that truly enhances the overall experience and makes it memorable. Thank you for maintaining such high standards in both your food and your service. I look forward to many more visits to Church’s Texas Chicken! Warm regards,
I just moved here to Austin, Texas and there's a Church's Chicken right around the corner from my new apartment and I went over there one evening to get dinner and let me tell you it was absolutely wonderful. It was the best chicken I'd had in a long long time and they had dirty rice that was out of this world and a biscuit that they smothered in honey on top of it and it was so good and I'm not a biscuit eater and I ate every last drop. I cleaned my plate. I even thanked the cook and said he did a good job. I highly recommend this place to anybody that lives in the area or lives far away. The people here were Greg and they were glad you came in. I truly enjoyed my dinner. I will be going back many many times. Thank you, Joseph Hall
This is hands down the best Church's chicken in the greater Austin area. They are always open for their posted hours, they always have the spicy chicken that I want to order, they are polite, fast, and care about your food. I wish every Church's chicken followed this model. I happily drive 45 mins to get there when I'm in the mood for fried chicken.
Really nice workers and caring too. In my bag without asking I was given a packet of honey and hot sauce, it’s really the little things. The foods great too. All food was hot, chicken was super crispy and flavorful, gravy is great. Great price too
This is definitely one of my favorite fried chicken chains and one of the last ones in Austin. I love the spicy chicken here, I love the spice and their batter that coats the chicken skin, it's crispy and delicious. If I had gravy to dip it, it would probably be better than maybe chicken joy IMO. NGL, this location is not the best, but the Mgr who runs the store is such a nice guy to all the come in, it really is a blessing to see him work. Their prices are very good here and the quality is great. I'm not big on the sides other than the honey biscuits but they are awesome when u add some extra honey on them. I definitely recommend Churches 💯 1/5 - Tried their 2 for $5 chicken sandwich deal, sadly their chicken sandwiches fail to deliver. The chicken paddy is small like McDs, If this was $1, it would be worth that. Customer service (Mgr)here is still great! NGL - this is my go to Chicken place! 12pc for under $20!! Some people may not agree with my 5 star rating but it never disappoints me. Spicy chicken all the way baby!
I love their fried chicken! I ordered online & picked it up. Everyone is wearing masks and other precautions. I got a meal with chicken, large mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits plus a chicken sandwich. It wasn't expensive and was yummy!
There's something different about the taste of the chicken and biscuits. While they look like "Church's Chicken" as I ate it I kept feeling like something was missing tastebud wise. Anyway, it was hot and I got it fairly quick. The bombers were on point. Today this was my breakfast.
Can't go wrong with Churches chicken. The place is pretty clean and well kept. Food is hot and fresh.
Had it not been for my gravy gravy missing completely I would have given a 5 stars. The customer service in the drive thru was excellent. The gravy and mashed potatoes was the only reason I was there, so I was extremely sad getting all the way to Pflugerville and realizing it was missing. Making matters worse was the fact that you can't call the store anymore. I get that this pandemic has put a strain on everything but I think you should still be able to accept customer service calls.
The guy working the drive-up window was nice. They need to change the speaker and mic at the order box. It takes extra time because you can't hear half of what each other are saying. The bigger bummer for me was that some time since I last had the jalapeño "bombers," they got smaller, you only get four of them, and for $2.50, that's pathetic. Their corporate office should pay more attention to what customers want, or Popeye's will rule all.
Placed an app order. When I arrived the cashier seemed like he didn't know what an app order was. Had to talk to manager. Good chicken though.
The important thing if you can handle any spice whatsoever, make sure to get the spicy fried chicken because it has more flavor than the regular in addition to the spice. If you like honey, asking for honey sauce is the play for adding something to biscuits or even the chicken. If you get Mac n cheese ask for a pack of spicy sprinkle and mix that in. You're welcome :)
Parking was sufficient when I arrived. An employee opened the door for me. I ordered spicy tenders and okra. The okra portion was plentiful. The chicken tenders were good, but not spicy as I requested. It's possible the tenders weren't spicy to my liking, but "spicy" for some.
I don't have any comment regarding the food, except the coleslaw. It was horrible. This message is to management: How dare you leaving your employee without supervision during pandemic? He WAS NOT WEARING A FACEMASK when he handed me my order!!!!! Did he wear one while preparing it? I don't think so.
It's a Church's Chicken that has a working drive thru box without you having to drive up to the window to place your order and not told they are out of chicken in the afternoon(for those that live in Baker and Baton Rouge). But honestly this one is in ATX, and the service was great and friendly. I asked about a drink I've never had and they gave me a sample to try.
I haven't been here in forever, but my son and I wanted to stop by and get food for the afternoon. The price was outrageous for what little we got, doubtful I'll return anytime soon, other chains seem to have better deals/much lower prices for the same amount. That aside, the food was great, and the half gallon drink bags were nice too.
😭Two reviews, check below!😭 (2021) I waited a half an hour in line just to start ordering, the order wasn't correct when I got it and the staff was highly unfriendly. Ill pass on returning, has to be one of the worst experiences I've had, not just at churches but for fast food in general. (2025) Had a grand reopening and the food has been absolutely fabulous! Sadly service is where it falls short. Walked in and front employee was on their phone, never said a word so I just started ordering. Short, uncompassionate, just straight to the point conversation but in the worst way. While waiting for our food the front employee and and another began checking out each other's phones. Another customer walked up and the same experience, customer was visibly annoyed. I don't need to hear a life story but maybe a "Hi, welcome in. What can I start for you?" Would be nice? I'll be back for the food but the customer service needs some serious work.
Waited a long time to give my order at the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay I asked if I could add another order of fries. She said yes and I paid. Order came quickly and I asked if everything was there and she said yes. I should have been more specific and asked about the add on fries because they were not there. Can't call them because you get a recording asking you to enter your remote access code. Don't think I have one. So I can't tell them tonight the fries are missing. Have to go there tomorrow. Really hate when I have to do extra work.
Not the biggest fan of the staff but they do a decent job with the food. I recommend drive thru service, the building has seen better days inside and might need a remodel but the food is as good as ever, never had an order presented with missing items or anything. Staff don't always acknowledge you immediately, but the food is always delicious, especially the bourbon chicken.
I drove thru and the employee at the window was great. He made me smile, took my $ and gave me my food...wham..bam..thank you mam... the wait wasn't too long however the food wasn't memorable because if it was I would've given a review right away.
Small, quaint, fast food. Not much to say about fried chicken. I did however notice the hours shown on Google conflict with the restaurant's actual hours of operation. I was glad I walked inside when I did.......Cashoer was fruitlessly amex the drone was prompt. Noting extra special to write about as far as my takeout order was concerned. On the flip side, I had no complaints either. The chicken was fresh, hot, and crispy. Much better than some of their competitors I've had, as of late.
Let me start off by saying that the food was great, but somehow my order changed from a large sweet tea and mashed potatoes to a regular sweet tea and fried okra. Instead of arguing at the window, I just took what they gave me and left. Either fix the speaker or just pay more attention. But like I said the food was still good. I was just in a hurry and hungry
The longest wait ever they shoot me over to the parking lot said to wait they bring my meal out 20 minutes went by I finally went to the door and said hey guys don't forget about me and sure enough the guy behind the counter said oops I forgot about you and that was an additional 10 minutes thank God churches you have great chicken otherwise Grandma Texas would have to go somewhere else.
The chicken was dripping with oil. No workers were to be seen. I stood at the machine to order for ever.I was having trouble. Even when I said something, no one came out. Went ahead and ordered. It wasn't what I really wanted. I will NEVER GO BACK.
So much for the grand re-opening. 30 mins left til close and you can't cook a few more chicken sandwiches? I came here earlier in the day and they lady there was so sweet and the food was so good. Moral of the story, go during the day.
Employees were very nice and food was hot and fresh. The tenders were different from what I remember them being and didn't have a ton of flavor but still good. The biscuits were great!
Service was friendly, if a little slow. Restaurant was clean. I ordered the chicken sandwhich combo for $4.99 and the sandwhich was tiny. It was the size of a value menu sandwhich rather than a full-sized one, and didn't even fill out to the size of the buns. The portion of fries was small. The chicken strip meal and fish stick meal represented more appropriate value. Is the chicken sandwich always this small?
Many issues with the 183 location. In general they don't like to tell you your not getting spicy if you ask for it. They just throw what ever in the box and hope you won't complain. At least there is meat in the tenders unlike anouther chicken place.
Orders are all ways missing something, or the count is short ,once or twice maybe after that I think it's a plan. Count and check your order before leaving
Drive thru attendant was very friendly. Had to explain my order multiple times. Once I got to the window he was very short with me.
Revising review. First time I went, 4/5 stars, solid meal and fair price. However, upon my return (and final visit!) I waited in line for about 10 minutes with only five people ahead of me, and about 5 people who were waiting for their food. When it was my turn to order, I ordered spicy chicken tenders, but they told me they would be four minutes. About two minutes after that, my order was rang up after getting a lot of assistance from someone who appeared to be a seasoned trainer. The clock was ticking and I had to get back to work. After about 10 more minutes, they ask me "what you have" and I replied spicy chicken tenders. He said that they were out (yes, I know) and that it would be 10 minutes to make more. They hadn't made any yet. They had not even started. At this point I wasted my entire lunch hour just trying to get some chicken, so I asked for a refund and proceeded to be on my way, with no lunch in hand. The food is actually pretty good but this place needs to get their act together. I've never experienced such a problem at a fast food place when it isn't busy.
Just went tonight at about 8:00 pm. When I pulled up to the mic, I got told that they’d be with me shortly — which I understand, since staffing is in a bad place rn — but I ended up waiting about 4 or 5 mins after pulling up to the mic just to place an order. I got a chicken sandwich combo and an extra biscuit. When I got the food, the fries were hot and clearly freshly made, but the sandwich was room temp and sweaty. It was clearly not safe to eat at that point (I’ve worked food service, so I know about the Danger Zone) so I threw it out when I got home. I also only got a single biscuit, which is supposed to come with the combo anyways, meaning the extra biscuit I paid for wasn’t even included. If I wanted to pay $9.94 for fries and a drink, I’d go to the Alamo Drafthouse and at least watch a movie while I ate them.
We had a rather disappointing experience here. This location seems very unorganized. We arrived at about 9:10pm using the drive through with only 1 person in front of us and didn't get our food until 9:35pm... Also.. we were asked to pull around to wait for Mac n cheese and then they started locking all the doors before closing and before getting us our food. Don't think I'll ever go here again. Do NOT recommend.
This building could use a remodel. I was served a breast and thigh, but the breast was smaller than the thigh. Almost like they cut the breast in half before they battered and fried it. Super disappointing. The biscuit was also super small. When something is made from such cheap ingredients, give me a good size product please. I'm eating fried chicken I'm obviously not trying to watch my figure. Apparently the speaker box at the Drive thru is broke. You will have to order at the window and it will probably take 10 minutes to get your order. I should have known better I haven't been satisfied with Churches in 20 years. Haven't been in over a year. Every once in a blue moon I just get a craving and end up disappointed.
Room temp chicken tenders, mac n cheese and cream gravy are 2 days old. Crappy service bc when I got my drink handed to me the lid wasn't on and spilled on my lap. When I mentioned it, the woman didn't say sorry or anything, just closed the window. I will not be returning.
First of all, can y’all answer the phone. I have been calling for 30 minutes. I ordered a mixed combo with a breast and a leg. The order was incorrect. I got both dark meat. I paid extra for a mix combo. Tried calling and phone just hangs up.
The chicken didn't taste fresh. The mac and cheese was disgusting! I threw it away after two tastes. (Learn to bake, please). The lady at the drive-thru seemed a bit inexperienced, but she was very nice.
I've been there twice through the drive-thru and each time I was made to wait. So I never ordered I just left because it took too long.
First time in a long time to get Church's chicken, the 2 wings and leg were dry and no flavor. Wish I had checked before leaving drive thru. Church's used to have the best seasoning, full of flavor coating and juicy chicken and was delicious. What happened!? Best part of visit was the polite person at the drive thru window.
I mean what can you expect from fast food. The food was fried in grease that was old. You can tell by the taste it, it was just on the boarder of tasting burnt. The guy on drive through was like "hello" not hi may I help you or something similar. I went through the drive through but the inside looked like a mess from my vantage. Will not return.
The food is usually great here. The gravy, it’s usually great. However, Four other customers and I waited in our cars at drive through for nearly 15-20 minutes. I should have opened my food first. The chicken was fine..so far…but the gravy, is this how it should look? I know for a fact that’s not how it looked last time, it’s just disappointing to have to pay to get bad service. They’re usually better than this…church’s chicken is usually good so this one threw me off this time. ***JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS THEIR SERVICE IS NEVER LIKE THIS*** it’s typically way better this may have just been an off day for them cause I’ve never had to wait that long
Feb 1st 2026 They gave me 3 tenders soaked in grease! The box was all oily with oil dripping on the side! Like why?! Obviously it's fried food but never should be leaking oil from the box. There was a puddle of oil underneath the chicken as if it came straight from the fryer without properly draining it also. It's not supposed to be leaking like that. I have gotten this item before! I'm not a freaking dog where you think I'm going to eat whatever you give me. Come on, hire better workers or I don't know what's going on with this church's . This is not right! I feel your workers are not right in the mind the way they think serving this kind of food is quality or whoever is making orders and checking! There needs to be some kind of detailed training or better staff. I will have to notify the health department because I'm not fixing to get sick. You all think I'm just going to sit back and take this unfair treatment. I know y'all would NOT eat whatever was served to me! Would y'all eat this? Or serve it to your mom, little sister or brother? Most likely not! Literally wasted my points which bothers me more. Like dang! I thought I would of been ok to get church's but now my day is worser! 😔Step up your game y'all, come on!
Probably the worst chicken I've ever had. Ordered the 16pc tenders...they where so dry and tough...I'm not exaggerating...like jerky dry and tough. They forgot gravy and roles...and the family sides where a joke. I'll never...ever...go to another church's chicken.
It's a fast food place so expectations are already low. We pulled up to the drive thru and asked for tenders, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They were out of tenders and Mac and cheese....ok no worries things are weird right... we moved to thighs and legs and switched the Mac and cheese to green beans, keep in mind the menu says that green beans are available for sale. The dude on the other end of the drive thru communication system just yells back"we don't sell green beans". We laughed, probably harder than we should have, told the dude cancel the order and drove to bush's down the street. If you want a good laugh take a drive to chruchs. If you don't....go somewhere else.
Avoid this Church's location as if it were COVID-19. I got in line at 1:17pm, finally made it up to the window and paid for my order at 1:33pm (per my reciept). Cashier/Manager named Tariq K. asked my to park at the front of the store and they'd bring my order out to me. I left at 1:41pm. I had just one order for myself, and it wasn't a family sized order either. I left and continued on my way to work. I called the business so that they can cancel my order and reverse the debit card purchase. No one answered. I called corporate offices to file a complaint. Later in the evening, the evening manager answered and I told him what played out earlier in the day. He said my order was indeed in the store when he arrived but that this Tariq manager refused to process the refund despite not having completed the transaction. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and following up with Church's corporate offices. The evening manager found my order and my transaction, did the right thing and issued the refund. If I could leave ZERO stars for this location, I would.
Just got a family meal all my side were the wrong size then my fries were cold but when I tried to call for a remake 2 twice no one answered I just want my order remade??
I ordered 10 peices spicy chicken. And the employee gave to me packed and I asked him again "it was spice chicken?" He was answer "yes all spicy chicken" But he mixed the original and spicy. He lied and he seemed like someone who could not distinguish between spicy and the original.
Churches was our go-to fried chicken place, and I had given it five stars a few years ago. However, it seems that they have changed hands, and the new management is running it into the ground. We have had three bad experiences in a row. The first time, they packed less pieces in a family pack. The next time, they packed a few wings to make up for the legs and thighs which i guess they had run out. And last week, they packed us bland legs and thighs instead of the spicy ones we ordered, and they threw some spice sauce in the bag. It is difficult to check the order because it is a drive-thru. We promised never to go back.
The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude! She did not even say hello, thank you or anything. And when I asked for some sprinkle packets she closed the window on me and acted like she did not hear me. I blew my horn several times and she never opened the window. Very rude customer service here, i will not be coming back.
I order an eight-piece family meal. I told the cashier (Sayeed M) I would like spicy chicken. While I was still speaking, Sayeed told me to pull forward. Once at the window, I tried to get Sayeed's attention. He did not acknowledge me until he brought me my order. Once at the window, I asked Sayeed if he had heard me say spicy. He responded with an eye roll and a Disgusted look on his face. "No, you did not". I explained what happened, and he stormed off to correct my order with an attitude. Sayeed if you dont like your job find a new one. You're in the customer service business.
We ordered some food at the Church's on 13729 N Hwy 183, Austin, TX 78750 and asked if they could make the jalapeño poppers and the okra fresh and the attendant said yes. When we drive to the window which took less than 2 minutes the person at the window gives us our order and my wife asked if the items she asked to be made fresh were fresh and he says yes. My wife grabs a popper out the bag and it wasn't no where near hot. She tells him that it's not hot or was it made fresh and he says it's hot and fresh cause they say it's hot and fresh then closed the window. Whatever happened to courtesy and honor in what you do?
Dashers— just save yourself the headache and do not accept orders from this location. The service is slow and the food is disgusting. Chicken sitting out for hours so it’s mostly cold and hard. Nothing is fresh. My customer literally got frozen chicken in their sandwiches. 🤢 ALSO they had fly traps on top of the chicken on the ceiling. Don’t eat here, save your money.
Wish I could give it a negative star, only reason they get one is because I have to put it. As a general manager myself the manager at this location doesn’t care about his customers. Me and my wife were standing at the counter for 5 minutes while he stood there messing with the napkins..he finally looked up and said “what,do you want to make a order”? Like no I’m here to trade in my car.. worst church’s I’ve ever been to, needs a new manager and the place could be way better! I hope my food is actually fresh since he said it’d be 10 mins...
Ordered three piece chicken and fries. The chicken was cold and tasted like they cooked it at least a couple hours prior, fries were cold and burnt. My red flag should have been there were no other customers in the line. They neglected to give me napkins as well. Overall not a pleasant experience. My last time visiting this location.
I would never use the church's app i didn't get my 10 biscuits or 3 of my sides. The store doesn't answer the phone and the app doesn't help with getting food church's just steals your money
Drive Thru staff was rude and didn't know how to take order. Manager response was "oh he just like that". What kind of training do they have.
Made a pickup order online, that magically disappeared when I pulled up to the window. And the machine to cook the sandwich that I ordered also magically broke down when they were about to resubmit my order. It was about 30 minutes before closing and I'm pretty sure they just lied so they could go home early. They won't have to worry about doing that again though because I'm never going back 🤷🏿♂️
Missing half the food (literally) and the honey buns are as flat as a pancake. Worst fried chicken store in Austin, and probably the universe. If there are fried chicken stores in Alpha Centauri, they will be better than this one. God himself could not forgive them for the "chicken" they serve.
The person taking the order was horrible and the I told the owner that the food was not fresh he got mad and said" you people are hard to please!" I asked him what he meant and he said " your kind, you guys complain about everything!" I told him if I just spent 40 dollars on some chicken I want it fresh and right!! He threw my money at me and to me to just go!
The chicken was hard and dried out..The chicken had a funny taste to it. I also paid $1.00 for the jalapeno and it wasn't in my bag.I ended up throwing my food in the trash .I wasted my hard earned $7.00 on a horrible meal 😪. It really pains me to write this review because churches used to be very good hot fresh and juicy back in the day! That was like back in the 80's.
Bought 16 tenders meal with two large sides to feed 4 teenagers. Came in at 8:54 pm!! I get all the way home and the chicken was so hard that I could not even chew it and neither could my teenagers. I had to split biscuits and mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese between four kids. What the hell is the point of getting fast food for convenience if I end up having to put it back in the fridge just so I can take it back to your restaurant and the only thing u can do is replace my chicken and not the whole meal?
It’s 9:03 the place DOESNT closes UNTILL 10 pm but they wouldn’t let me in to order because they were cleaning and there people still eating and ordering or waiting on there food and they won’t let me order and it wouldn’t be a problem but I drive a cdl truck so I cannt go thru drive thru and won’t even let me order thru the window cuz I needed to be in a car
Not sure why I came back since every time I come to this location i’m disappointed. I ordered the 3 tender deal. The tenders were very over cooked and hard. They barely gave me any fries and didn’t even fill up half the container with gravy. The guy at the window was not friendly at all and the value of food I got for the price was just ridiculous. Absolutely never going back to this location.
They seem to exercise the most minimal conversation with customers as possible. They do not interact with their customers in anything resembling a professional or cultured attitude, and apparently have a hard time distinguishing between simple menu options such as "buffalo sauce" and "barbecue sauce." If that weren't bad enough, the food can come out cold as well as incorrect. The hiring manager seems to have followed the simple mantra, "open position, first warm body to fill it."
Drive thru take too long, food is disgusting, gravy is watery, chicken has no flavor. Do not go here.
No flavor at all for the fried chicken. Did not get my complete order and the coleslaw not as good as other CHURCHS chickens that I have gone to. I do not recommend it.
Chicken meat was extremely dry however batter was very fresh, as if they were recooking left over chicken. Yesterday is the last time we will place an order from this location. Not sure about the food consumption safety for us and others.
I will never patronize this location ever again! I told the guy on the speaker what I wanted and had to repeat myself over 4x because he barely understood English! Then get to the window the lady at window barely spoke English and had my order completely wrong, she then proceeded to look at him and I’m guessing he told her wrong I asked for someone who spoke English and she pulls out her phone! This is ridiculous why work in an establishment like this and we can’t understand you! I drove off and didn’t order anything! I’m reporting to corporate!
I came to this location today at 3:30 and ordered 2 boxes of chicken one spicy and one regular. When I say this chicken was so old I mean just that. I seem like this chicken was recooked after sitting for days. I returned the food and was given a refund! I’m just going to really have to start eating at home and preparing my own food.
Very dirty, poor customer service, and old dry chicken served.
Closes too early. Says till 10pm but that's a lie. More like before 9pm. What a joke.
The drive thru service is pathetic, took 10-15 minutes and french fires were not fresh.
I came to this location on my lunch break around 12:30. There were not any customers in the lobby and two vehicles in drive through. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered 3 wings only. Unfortunately, they were very old cold and unpleasant to eat. I do not recommend this location.
Terrible… ordered through app to save time got there around 9:15 but both doors locked they just looked at me… went to drive through to wait for another 15 mins just to have all the sides missing… called back to see if I can rush back to get rest of order and nobody picks up at only 9:40… tried to contact customer service through app but yet to respond… never would make the mistake of coming to church’s again. And yea me and my wife’s stomach has been hurting all day after eating their chicken.
I ordered thru the drive thru just a chicken sandwhich and an order of Cheddar bombers the place just opened so I knew it would be fresh but to my surprise it want. The chicken was old and chewy and there was no cheese in the bombers because they had fried it too long. Will not come here again and waste my hard earned money.
Store hours online and door say 10:30 am And no food is ready past that time… I Asked what time they open and he said 11am.. so which is it?? The hours should be adjusted to the time yall are ready to serve or yall should showing up sooner to have food ready by the store hours listed on yalls establishment!
Just ordered from this place half of my order is missing just paid $55.00 at this place and they Rob you. They don't answer the phone 3 times. Didn't bring a receipt ordered hot poppers and didn't get them, 1 gallon of sweet tea and even a fountain drink, didn't get it. Requested extra sauce and didn't get any sauce at all.
I hate to review negatively, but this place management needs to know the service provided here are very low, no one behind the counter understands english and messed up my order and forgot the items even after waiting and arguing about my unfinished order for an hour. Will never going back there at any cost.
Came to redeem a coupon in store and the cashier and manager/lead on duty did not attempt to help me past scanning the coupon. Terms says can be redeemed online or instore yet when they scanned it nothing happened on their end due to them not knowing how to work a register beyond accepting regular payment. They told me I have to order online made me angry their lack of service.
Gave me really old, cold chicken. The white gravy also smelled kinda off, lil like toilet water. I'm curious if this is just night crew negligence or if they messed my order up on purpose to be nasty, but I don't feel safe eating this old, weird smelling food. Unfortunate.
The worsted fried chicken I ever had. The chicken was old and dried out fries were not cooked the okra was fried to a until they were dried . I will never go back to eat the agian .
This is the worst customer service. I order through my app all the time. My order is never ready and they are rude. I just placed an order over 30 minutes ago and I’m still waiting in the parking lot for it. I’ve called and complained multiple times and nothing has been done. They say under new management well maybe they need to hire someone who cares. DON’T use the mobile app
Extremely disappointed with this Church’s Chicken location. I placed a pickup order that included a 10-piece family meal plus an additional 6-piece Honey-Butter Biscuit, which I paid extra for. When I got home, I realized the extra biscuits were completely missing from the order. Mistakes happen, but what followed was even more frustrating. The phone number listed for the store was disconnected. I got an automated message saying the number was no longer in service. I had to waste time searching just to find the correct number. When I finally reached someone, the associate who answered the phone was incredibly dismissive and couldn’t have cared less. There was no apology, no empathy, just a cold, “You can come pick it up within 24 hours.” That’s it. So now I have to find time to drive back across town, burn gas, and disrupt my day, all because they couldn’t double-check an order before handing it out. I’m the one paying for their mistake, both in money and time. There’s no sense of customer service here, no ownership, no effort to make things right. This was my first experience with Church’s and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. Do better.
