Best place to get quick, freshly cooked, meal instead of food shipped in from a factory (fast food chains). I use the drive thru often and it's fast and convient. Portion sizes are great, although, sometimes it depends on the server.

This chipotle always is great, the food is always fresh , the staff is always kind, the store is usually clean. People always complain about bad but never the good, you guys deserve recognition.

So much so, that we stop for the 'usual' whenever we drive through this stretch of Old Country Road. The 'usual' bowl is Rice, Beans, Sofritas, Fajita Veggies Fresh Tomato + Red Hot + Roasted Chili-Corn Salsas, Sour Cream, Shredded Lettuce. Occasionally a side or Tortilla (rolled, wrapped, hot), or Chips + Guacamole. Always spot on! Only once the fajita was not crisp, and that's because the serving bowl had bottomed out. We've always ordered in person (they do have a drive through, though). there is staff churn but, on all occasions, we've found them youthful, well coordinated and attentive to requests. The place is neat, well mantained, and prep areas clean - no matter what time of day. Apart from locational advantage, this franchise has dedicated parking for over a dozen cars. A steady stream of well-heeled patrons, both takeout and dine-in, is an endorsement by itself. With such positive experiences, the so-many negative reviews this location has, are confounding. Wondering if it's because of web/app orders not clear enough (upgrade the electronic process, please), or orders picked late (freshness), or hanky-panky in delivery chain (quantity). I often get my chipotle here. One night I just got off work around 10:30PM, I decided to see if I was able to get chipotle since I haven’t eaten all day, it was around 10:50 and they close at 11. They were in the middle of cleaning up and were all nice enough to serve me. They were basically out of ingredients but decided to take an extra step to get me what I wanted. I really appreciate the service they provided me.

Love that this chipotle has a drive-thru PICK UP (so if you mobile order you don’t have to get out of the car). Food is good (standard chipotle) and the atmosphere is cool. It’s clean-ish but it’s a new place so I think the staff needs to be cut some slack…but I will say it takes a while for staff to come start your order. Other than that, great new chipotle :)

Nice and clean establishment as most Chipotle locations go, but I can't help but notice the rising prices recently. Forget about affordable and filing meals, you're paying close to $25 per person.

Did a mobile order. Got home and realized they didn't give me one of the kids meals or my side of chips. So I went back, and they made it for me. But they didn't do anything to make up for the fact that I had to drive back in the rain. And they still didn't give me my side of chips. My advice, dont expect much, check your order before you leave.

The food is almost always correct. Sometimes, my gf's veggie burrito will have cheese we didn't ask for (she's vegan and lactose intolerant), and they have to make it again. Check your bags for correctness and check your order if you pick it up and don't see them actually make it. Check it on one of the tables because sometimes they completely miss items and then call you a thief when you go back in to get them. Do not leave the store until you make sure everything is 100% correct. Save yourself the headache. One time, I thought I ordered pick up inside, but I accidentally ordered it to the window. I asked the cashier if I could just pick it up in the front, but I had forgotten the name I placed the order on. I told them exactly what I ordered, but the cashier didn't let me pick it up even when the guy at the window said he had that order. I went to the window and asked him if the coke was in my bag, and he said yes. I parked in their lot, and my soda wasn't there... so I went inside and told them my order was missing the coke I ordered. Well, the cashier and the guy at the window proceeded to talk in spanish about how he did put the soda in the bag and was sure it was in the bag and he checked before he gave it to me.. it's 2024 A LOT of people speak Spanish. Spanish is my first language, and I'm a native spanish speaker lol why those guys decided to call me a thief, I really can't say. The Mexican coke/ Sprite is so overpriced that I could pop into my local store and get a 6 pack for the price of two.

We got two bowls and a burrito and there was barely any chicken

A Chipotle opened recently in my neighborhood. My knowledge of this restaurant chain is mostly from the song "Can't handle this" by Bo Burnham so I was curious. I didn't learn anything from the staff who did not want to communicate more than absolutely necessary. Perhaps it was that they were zoomers while I am a boomer. The food was ok but I can get better service practically in any other restaurant of which there are very many close by.

Having our 3rd meal since it opened and each time we've been so disappointed. The food is sparse, the rice was hard as was the pork. I found a hair & the amt of sour cream couldn't be more than a teaspoon. I hope they work out the kinks.

The Burrito was much smaller at other locations, and Chicken was undercooked. The parking lot is a nightmare at this location, the design of the parking lot is terrible..

Absolutely a mess! Everything from the food prep to the bathroom. Food was just thrown together with no care whatsoever! Tried to pee but couldn't because both bathrooms had toilets clogged up and the smell was wild crazy! I understand it's a public bathroom but come on, something has to be corrected.

Ordered kid tacos, which was a build your own taco box, with no plasticware to scoop up the items, kids had to use their hands. Thought the Guac was supposed to be special, its not. Orderd Quesadilla was good, but again had to use hands to scoop the sides. The chips were good. Expected better.

So disappointing. Every time I go to Chipotle, the portions are smaller and the price is higher. $19 to leave hungry. Chips bag had about 15 whole chips with no flavor, salsa cup half empty, and bowl was half empty too. And the soda dispensers were sputtering pure foam.

Literally the WORSE chipotle I’ve ever been to. I usually go to the one in Carle Place bc whenever I go to this one they always get something wrong . You would thing bc you spent over 50 freaking dollars they would treat you better but the employees don’t care . I’m never going back and I 100% would not recommend this one . Go to the Carle Place one the customer service is better and they’ll give you your moneys worth .

Got a salad. Huge salad... Filled the dressing cup up only about a quarter of the way. I would think that a place like this would err on the heavy side. Nope! Not even enough dressing to dress even a quarter of the salad. That sucks

Tofu is the only vegetarian choice they offer and yet it's outrageously spicy. Also, they spices they offer behind the counter have tomato and pepper seeds, why can't they offer non-seed fruits or veggies. Would definitely not recommend this place for vegetarians. The older lady that took care of us didn't understand the international word "burrito." Seriously? She was doing a platter and we kept saying no, until the boy from the cashier said "burrito " in Spansih which sounds the same.

I got here at 10: 20 p.m. Chipotle closes at 11:00 they would not let me sit inside and eat. When I asked she lied saying that they're closing soon however they're still taking customers... They also did not want to give me any forks only had spoons left.

First I am a chipotle guy. I eat there 3-4 a week I travel a lot. This was the worst chipotle I’ve been in. Was there 12/19/23 at night. Went in all food was not fresh at the bottom of all containers asked for fresh they told me it’s all the same. So continued with my order they gave less then protocol food was not the same taste less portions just horrible experience shoulda left as soon as the queso comments came and went to another store. Was up all night with upset stomach ect advise to use different location. Again I am a chipotle guy. Never will I come back to this one.

For a spot that is "NEW" this place is horrible and the owners and management team need to review there cameras to see what is taking place in this establishment. For one the department of health should pay this establishment a visit, the counter top next to the food dirty, the food itself is all over the sides of it's trays, the staff talking and laughing while making customers' food as though saliva is part of the food they serving. Portions are not equally served, and it seems at time coworkers stop by and they get served huge portions. I visited this location for the first time since opened on Friday Jan, 03, 2023 and it would never ever go back, it has food poisoning written all over. The girl behind the counter was rude and obnoxious and should be fired immediatel!! I’ve never had chipotle before so I was excited to order it. I spent 17.00 dollars it had a tsp. Of rice in it about 3 pieces of steak so I think not even sure if you can call that steak and the rest was the cardboard bowl which I asked for vegetables and lettuce not sure where that was they literally put no effort into making the plate when people are spending a decent amount of money for it and by the time it got here it was cold it was pathetic I will never try chipotle now thanks to them.

The chicken is fatty, chewy, and not something that anyone who appreciates white meat chicken would enjoy. Hey Chipotle, how about a white meat choice also?! Also? The black beans are very spicy. How about a mention on the app about the fact there is a spicy edge?? Black beans typically would not have a spice associated to them in Mexican dishes so it was unexpected and not wanted. If I knew and it was described as such when I was placing the order, I would have passed.

Why have a drive-through and not let people order through drive-through makes no sense terrible service. The food taste nasty.

Every single time I come to this establishment on old country road there's a worker there named Dylan he’s brown skin, about 5'9, skinny, and wears glasses, he gives the worst portions, barely any rice, chicken, guac and is always disrespectful to customers. He needs to be taught better customer service and manners.

The Chipotle Westbury location is very biased. If you appear to be Hispanic the amount of food you get, especially meat, is nearly double what you get otherwise. It is so frustrating I have disuaded every one l know from going to that location.

Always close early or trying to leave early. Tonight they gave me attitude and refused to serve me stuff that they had because “they had to close” or “ran out”. Then I literally see them put chunks in other bowls for mobile orders. Meanwhile they’re telling each other that they’re gonna close mobile orders soon. Never there for the loads of customers at night. I always see it. There will always be several cars parked outside and people having to get food elsewhere because they close hours before they’re supposed to. But hey even when you make it in time they’re trying to leave anyways so it’s not like they’ll be the friendliest. I’m surprised the staff hasn’t been fired yet. There’s other restaurants that they’ll have huge parts of staff fired for all of that but here not. I mean you could see from the reviews.

I would like to rate 0 but since there is no zero. 1 star status is my rating. So there was only 2 of us and the server showed no interest in serving us. She walked away. When she returned she helped the person behind us paid for their food before we were served by someone else. From the moment we walked in we seemed to be invisible. There was no attempt to acknowledge our presence. Very bad customer service. We will not be eating at that Westbury location anymore.

Came in at 10pm and there was still white rice that the employee just put away that would have been more than enough for 1 order but instead, she replaced it with an empty Cambro container right in front of us. We just walked out.

Every single time I come to this establishment on old country road there's a worker there named Dylan he’s brown skin, about 5'9, skinny, and wears glasses, he gives the worst portions, barely any rice, chicken, guac and is always disrespectful to customers. He needs to be taught better customer service and manners.

I would like to rate 0 but since there is no zero. 1 star status is my rating. So there was only 2 of us and the server showed no interest in serving us. She walked away. When she returned she helped the person behind us paid for their food before we were served by someone else. From the moment we walked in we seemed to be invisible. There was no attempt to acknowledge our presence. Very bad customer service. We will not be eating at that Westbury location anymore.

Charge me 30 dollars for two regular chicken bowls which is normally 21 dollars all the time.upon asking they said we did double. I even didn’t ask thenm to do Double. Disgusting

The Chipotle Westbury location is very biased. If you appear to be Hispanic the amount of food you get, especially meat, is nearly double what you get otherwise. It is so frustrating I have disuaded every one l know from going to that location.

They always run out of guacamole in this location. You would think that they will make another batch but rather not. What type of chipotle are they running here with no guacamole!!

Always close early or trying to leave early. Tonight they gave me attitude and refused to serve me stuff that they had because “they had to close” or “ran out”. Then I literally see them put chunks in other bowls for mobile orders. Meanwhile they’re telling each other that they’re gonna close mobile orders soon. Never there for the loads of customers at night. I always see it. There will always be several cars parked outside and people having to get food elsewhere because they close hours before they’re supposed to. But hey even when you make it in time they’re trying to leave anyways so it’s not like they’ll be the friendliest. I’m surprised the staff hasn’t been fired yet. There’s other restaurants that they’ll have huge parts of staff fired for all of that but here not. I mean you could see from the reviews.

Horrible experience. Person preparing my food was extremely rude and manager Stephanie was EXTREMELY nasty and unprofessional. These people should NOT be interacting with customers. Instead of finding out why I'm not happy and why I wanted a refund she comes out and gives me a lecture. And calls me a racist for no reason as I'm walking out of the store. I never used any racist comments towards anyone. If telling my husband that they should be treating their own people(LATINOS) nicer is been racist then racist has a new meaning.
