We've been to their other location in Tarzana on a previous trip. Nice outdoor seating area. Generous portions, wonderful selection Food done as you requested... Yes, the bacon was crispy !. Well worth a visit for breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful lunch at this establishment today. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The service was friendly, too. They had a wide variety of options to choose from but very few vegan and vegetarian dishes. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dishes ordered: My Bella Pasta and Wild Mushroom Sandwich without cheese.

Great little cafe. Nice laid back ambience. The food was fantastic. If you like Pancakes, waffles or French toast, this is the place for you. We stuck with the traditional buttermilk pancakes and cinnamon French toast, but the more exotic options were intriguing and I’m sure delicious based on what we had. Tons of beverage options as well. Definitely a wonderful place for breakfast.

My F.A.V.E. Review for Cici’s at Westlake Food – Absolutely delicious! Portions were enormous—my cousin and I shared every plate, and we still couldn’t finish everything. The huevos rancheros with carnitas caught our attention from another table, and we had no regrets ordering it. The fraise et creme French toast was lovely—not overly sweet, which was perfect for Ate Ipie. Coffee was great, and I happily had three refills. Plus, the avocados were fresh, which is always a win. Ambience – Cozy and inviting! Perfect breakfast spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Value – Prices were reasonable, though I’m still adjusting to U.S. pricing. But given the portion sizes and quality, it felt worth it. Experience – Service was top-notch! The staff were attentive and had great initiative—they kept refilling our coffee cups without us even asking. It was a full house when we left, so I’m glad we came early. Overall, a fantastic breakfast experience. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Loved it!

Food and service was excellent 👌, Masha Suffle pancakes are simply delicious, chili lime tuna wrap was so good. Was our first time here .... we'll be back.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and the menu/food does not disappoint! So many options and I mean that in the best way - so many things looked good and it was hard to pick just one! I had an omelette and my friend had a chicken sandwich. We each had 2 drinks as well. Despite sitting next to the most annoying and obnoxious group of people, we had a lovely time. Note for management/owners - although we were seated immediately, the wait time for food/service was pretty long. We had nowhere to be so we were happy to wait, but it seemed like maybe the servers were stretched too thin or the kitchen was really backed up. This is not a deterrent for me at all and I still give this place five stars and recommend it to anyone who asks - I just want to make note that this might be something to consider looking into.

How have I lived so close and missed this place?! I have to admit I was a little overwhelmed by the menu choices. I had the green tea pancakes and it was an excellent choice. They were amazing, with the green tea smell and fluffy cakes. I also had delicious turkey sausage that was grilled and a perfect pairing with my pancakes. They were busy, and less attentive than I would have liked. It was nice because we were able to talk without interruptions, but didn't get what we needed to make the experience perfect. I will go again. Can't wait to try their waffles.

Overwhelming! But in a good way. Cici’s is the kind of place that you come back again and again to work your way through the menu. I think it best when try a new restaurant to order a benchmark dish. In my case it was the Eggs Benedict , it did not disappoint. Next time I think I’ll branch out to something more adventurous like the soufflé pancakes.

As tasty as always. Even during the pandemic they have been able to continue to deliver the best brunch in the area. Soufflé pancakes are a must in this restaurant and the problem is deciding which pancakes to pick because they have so many options to choose from. The carnitas con huevo were very good too. Everyone treats you nicely and they make you feel welcomed. We will return

Love this little spot always delicious always popular and the bar is the best way to get right in! Make sure to get the Eggs Benedict and the yummy mimosas! The menus is vast and something for everyone!

Wow, the staff was so on top of it, and they were crazy busy! The pumpkin Cheesecake Waffle WAS TO DIE FOR! Especially if you want pumpkins out of pumpkin season. Also had an earl Grey latte, so flavorful! Very pricey though!

The breakfast is all American with Thai influences. Think beef panang curry Benedict. Delicious. Pro tip, the menu online is bigger than the cafe menu. Look at it before you go.

Amazing place and location! Loved the different selections in the menu; which is the size of a small book! Great ideas and twist on some common dishes from around the country and world. Would recommend immensely! Staff was tremendous!!!

If you’re not careful, you’ll miss this little gem tucked between other restaurants like Lure or Roast & Ranch Asian where Lindero Canyon meets Russel Ranch. I stopped in for a quick lunch of their Tuscan Sandwich and a tea. The staff is incredibly attentive even if Google says it’s “busier than usual.” Seating inside and out is great. I cook a lot and appreciate CiCi’s using higher quality ingredients. Ok it’s a chicken sandwich, but how many have come and gone without fanfare. This one was memorable and, if I’m lucky, won’t be the last one. Check them out even if there’s a little wait. Totally worth it.

We had brunch at CiCi's and loved it. Their menu is varied and comprehensive--almost to a fault. We joked amongst our party that you can reference it by chapter and page number, such as Sweet Chow page 12, or Beyond the Farm page 23. I ordered the Mama Bea Omelette, as did my wife, and we were floored. I can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts we've had in a very long time. It contained egg whites, veggie sausage, spinach, mushrooms, garlic, jalapenos, tomatillo sauce and mozzarella cheese. Delicious! The depth of flavors were out of this world--we're talking Pluto here. And we consider ourselves to be very good breakfast cooks ourselves, so we rarely go out for breakfast. The prices are not cheap for a breakfast, but they are worth it for a special treat. There's a patio with heat lamps that's very inviting. They close at 3 PM on Monday through Wednesday, and are open for dinner Thursday through Sunday at the Westlake Village location only. I highly recommend it!

Cici’s is a great place to take friends who are visiting from out of town. They will be blown away with the amazing brunch menu! Some of my faves are the green tea tiramisu soufflé pancakes, the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, and the tofu chorizo scramble (vegetarian).

K
Ken Smedberg

Strawberry Cream Cheese? You need the cream cheese on top so that pancakes won't float away. Everyone on staff was attentive pleasant and hard working. You might wanna look at the menu online. The list of Pancake types might push you over the edge. If you don't split an order you may have to pop the trunk to put in the left overs.

Delicious brunch! I would say this is one of the best places for breakfast or lunch. Their menu is vast with lots and lots of choices. We sometimes come and just order the delicious Green Tea tiramisu pancake. yum!! I can find no other place that serve so many varieties of pancakes and soufflés. I can just come Here for dessert as well. This time they had something new in their drink menu. It was the butterfly pea Thai iced tea. It was unique and did taste like Thai Tea. Highly Recommended. They are usually very busy during the weekend hours.

This place is beyond delicious. I visited this place twice and got pancakes and a crepe and they were each delicious and put me in a food coma. I’d suggest going as early as possible since it really starts to get busy by 8AM. I went at 7:30AM and was glad I did since we got seated immediately and within 20 minutes the place was busy and the people coming in were having to wait. The service was good and relatively quick considering how packed it got. Again, the food was really good and I’m glad I got to experience it.

Service was alright , but the food made it worth the wait! I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Very special pancakes. My wife had the matcha soufflé pancake and I had the strawberry soufflé cup. Both are good even it took 45 mins wait time. It worth for the wait because they were fresh and excellent.

Best breakfast of all time, I love CiCis cafe so much! The food is always perfectly presented and the customer service is always great! I highly recommend this amazing dish called the Dutch baby, I could find it on the menu but I was told to try it from my cousin and now I’m hooked, it taste like a pancake and french toast at the same time and it a very large portion.

Cici's is a delightful breakfast restaurant with a chic but welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The menu is almost alarmingly vast but the waitstaff are very understanding of that fact and don't try to hurry your decisions. It can be noted that many of the different flavors and styles of preparation are available for most of the different foods (pancakes, waffles, French toast, and crepes share many of the same styles) so if you see something you like in one section of the menu, there's a good chance it'll be available in the counterpart sections as well. Once you do decide on your order, the service is very fast. The food is rich and decadent with portions as large as the menu is long.

Best place for pancake and breakfast lovers! They have a huge menu of various pancake styles and creative toppings. Waffles and French toast as well. My favorite was there souffle Pancakes. They're light and fluffy like a cloud and so delicious. This place is worth making a trip for and worthy of praise. The food is great and the ambiance is top notch. Serice has been great here as well.

Delicious. We had the Corazon burrito, waffles, soufflé pancakes, and the Dutch baby pancake. Everything was great, especially the soufflé pancakes. Do yourself a favor and wait for the soufflé pancakes and/or the Dutch pancake. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked incredible.

Favorite brunch spot in the area. Got the souffle lemon pancakes - 30 minute wait but totally worth it. Light, fluffy, delicious. And also got eggs and chicken apple sausage - tons of food. You also get the option of toast or a bagel along with the potatoes/fruit option, so I highly recommend sharing dishes and looking to take some of the food home.

The food is really good, one of my favorite spot. But it would be nice if servers ask if we need something else before bringing the bill and not just assuming that we’re done, This Monday we went for a birthday lunch, I wanted to order a dessert and ask if they could put a candle on it, but as soon as we finished our meal someone dropped the check. We honestly felt rushed and they were not even busy. But overall food is very good.

HUGE menu, and HUGE portions. The place is located right off the highway, and is between two other restaurants. EXTERIOR: The place has adequate seating benches that allow for many people to be able to sit while waiting. Theres a beautiful tree that gives incredible shade. There is an open patio seating area right in front, as well as a back patio. I highly recommend you request for the back patio option. Its behind the building, and offers a much quieter experience in my opinion. INTERIOR: The interior is very well designed, and decorated. It has a modern feel with a couple booths on one wall, and several tables. Though the tables will be rather close to each other, as it will get full very quickly. Layout is typical of what you'd see in a cafe/restaurant. SERVICE: I arrived on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend) at around 9:30am, and there was a 30-45min wait. I imagine this wait time changes based on the day of the week, and how soon you get there. We were sat down, and given the menu which is HUGE a ton of options to choose from. I wish they had pictures of a couple of them. Service was great considering our waiter was attending to 4 tables plus my table. Quick at taking our order, very helpful in helping us decide what was great for first timers. The order took what about 20mins for it to be brought out to us. Quick seeing as how full the place was. FOOD: Food is the best part. The menu is HUGE. There are pages and pages of the different combinations they offer. From french toast, eggs benedict, to your standard eggs and ham. Lots and lots of combinations to choose from. The portions are huge, and even more important. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the potato scallops. OVERALL: Overall the place is a very personal place to eat. Wether its by yourself, as a couple or a family. It caters to all types. The food is delicious, with huge portions for the price, and the service is incredible. Shout out to Julio for making our first experience incredible. We will definitely be coming back.

Best chicken and waffles I've had as of yet. The waffle was excellent but the chicken is where the stars shined. Perfect crisp in conjunction with the tender and savory inside made it a delightful pair with the waffles + this dish was one of the cheaper ones on the menu. The photo attached is not the best because I dug into it a little bit, you have to see it in person to do it justice

Awesome place if you are looking for literally any combination of sweet or savory. I ended up settling on a breakfast plate after deciding whether or not one of the hundred pancake combos would be a justified breakfast. Great place for those who love choices. Mimosas available too!

R

Absolutely delicious breakfast and the best chai latte I’ve had in a long time. So many delicious options it was hard to choose. I got the bacon con queso benedict (pictured) with a side of fruit - it all tasted fresh and flavorful. The only thing I might improve on is the server coordination, we were approached by 2 hosts to sit and then 4 different waitresses /waiters came to either take food or drink orders, and at the end we waited 10 mins for someone to come back and take our credit card after leaving the bill. Everything came out accurate and fast though!

Wonderful service 👏. I chose the Fraise Et Crème Crepes. They were light fluffy crepes topped with strawberry mascarpone, fresh berries, whipped cream, and mini chocolate chips. I highly recommend the Azteca Latte as well!

When it comes to brunch, all the good places taste about the same. They all have very similar items that’s why I like trying the unique items on the menu. Soufflé pancakes took a 30+ minute wait but our party felt like they were worth the wait. The juevos rancheros and mushroom sandwich were good as well. Excellent service even though the place was packed.

Great breakfast, brunch, lunch selections! Their menu is extensive and has something for everyone. I got a pesto chicken sandwich and thought it could have used more pesto. The sandwich was goods and light but was expecting more out of a pesto chicken (comparing to others I have had). Plenty of seating inside and a small patio outside. Service was great!

Unlike other Cici's restaurants, this location has mimosas, champagne, wine, etc. There is usually a waiting list. If you decide to come to this place keep in mind that you will wait no less than 30 minutes wich i don't mind because food, service and atmosphere is totally worth it. I got the Matcha souffle Pancakes 🥞wich i really recommend. I also ordered a lemon German Pancake, but later on the waiter notified me that the oven broke down 😏.

Wow! Can you say “Nomnomnom?” This is the yummiest breakfast/brunch spot in the valley and maybe all of LA. Perfectly balanced flavors! We started with an americano and the London fog tea infused with steamed milk and lavender- if tea is your jam don’t miss it! Then we split the house eggs Benedict with asparagus, avançado and tomato followed by the matcha green tea pancakes… normally I like simple pancakes with Vermont maple syrup and good butter. But I must say these matcha pancakes were insanely good and NoT super sweet - you could taste the matcha ! Delicious and wait staff were friendly attentive and service was well timed. Love it here!

M

The breakfasts are amazing. I have tried several things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The biggest problem with eating here is trying to decide what to order...and trying not to eat everything on my wife's plate when she's not looking. Not that I try not to.... I just tried the pulled pork lava omelette and it is fantastic. Overly filling.

M

20 minute wait time for a Sunday breakfast...not bad. However, food was very good. Free refills for ice coffee. Party of 4 was 135, plus 20 for tip. Not bad.

I was intrigued by their unique and extensive menu options but was even more pleasantly surprised by the experience than I could've imagined! Everything was so clean, and elegantly decorated, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The Benedict I ordered not only smelled incredible but tasted the part too! I also loved that my side of fruit included apples and grape, as those are among my favorite fruits. The Strawberry Banana smoothie was definitely the highlight of my meal though, I must say; It was the perfect consistency, great balance of flavors and sweetness, and so creamy. I highly recommend trying this place for yourself, and I will absolutely be returning in the near future! <3

They have extensive breakfast menu here. We ordered eggs benedicts, souffle, dutch pancake, sandwich and mocha and they are all very delicious. Drawbacks in this place are ... food took too long to come out about 30 mins waiting time and the place was understaffed. Took long for us to be seated and for the waitress to take our order. Price wise is quite expensive

We tried a lot of their food and it is really good. I had their Crispy Chicken Pasta and it was really good. I also tried their Peanut Butter Milkshake and it didn't disappoint. I’ve been here several times and it’s great! The green Tiramisu pancakes were my favorite! The drinks are good, but they’re a little light for my liking but they tasted great. It’s always busy but somehow there is always parking which works out for me! The atmosphere is nice and I’ve always had fast and quality service.

Amazing restaurant. Great selection for menu, attentive waiters. A bit busy, came earlier in the morning and was able to sit right down. Already planning to come again!

I drove an hour for to try these soufflé pancakes and they did not disappoint. They have plenty of choices and their sandwiches are also good. Service was great and friendly. Really amazing breakfast joint. You have your choice of sweet or savory. For those who can’t decide the combos are great because you can get any specialty pancake, waffle or French toast they have. You can never go wrong. The ham and corned beef are delicious, as are the Benedicts. The tiramisu pancakes and the banoffee French toast are to die for. I’ve tried both the soufflé pancakes on the soufflé in a cup, and it turns out it’s a little too eggy for me and this coming from someone who loves eggs. If you’re going to order a soufflé do it as soon as you sit down because it takes a very long time, 45 minutes to an hour and a half. My preference is the French toast. Excellent service.

Worth the Wait! The wait was long, but definitely worth it! The portion sizes were generous, and the food was absolutely delicious. Really amazing breakfast spot with so many options! The service was not as great as we expected as it was our first time & we stood at the front door for a bit because we couldn’t tell if it was self seating or if we had to wait. The guy at the door didn’t say anything to us until we had spoken to him about seating. It’s okay though because it was quite busy in the morning. Overall the food was amazing. Their pancakes were so fluffy and delicious! I believe I ordered the tiramisu pancakes. The portions are a bit large in my opinion especially because their food is really filling — but definitely recommend their food for breakfast if you’re in the area :)

If there is one thing you should try at Cicis it has to be the Soufflé Pancakes. Omg! They are soooo good. It just melts in your mouth. Keep in mind that if you order it, you’ll need to be patient as it takes a while to make but trust me, it’s sooo worth it. Cicis has a large selection of regular pancakes and other dishes as well like salmon, pasta, and a variety of egg dishes. I personally really enjoyed the Soufflé Pancakes. I even had some to go but ended up eating half of it in my car. lol they are that good. Parking is easy and the ambiance is nice but did I mention the Soufflé Pancakes? Lol ok you catch my drift. They have a drink menu as well if you want to do that for brunch. I put a picture in this review so you have an idea what they have. I have not been to their other locations but the staff at their Westlake location are great. I recommend.

A popular breakfast/brunch restaurant that serves decent American breakfast items with a spin for sweet pan cakes. High schoolers absolutely love this location. It’s usually packed after 8:30am. Please check with the restaurant to see if you can make reservations. I dined here with friends a few times as a walk-in and waited 20-30 minutes each time from 10:00am. Food looks and tastes incredible! If you like creamy fluffy cake like pancakes don’t miss this one!

Had one of their “lava omelettes”. Came with Thai curry that for the life of me I can’t remember the name of at this time and cuts of beef. It was overall pretty great, though the egg wasn’t really as runny as I thought it was gonna be. Sort of thought it was gonna be an omurice kinda deal. Beef was tender, the curry was perfect for a dry chill day. Some of the drinks I tried were pretty good, but not really worth the 2 dollar premium in comparison to other places that would charge around 5-6 tops. Overall, pretty pricey but if you know what you want, and don’t mind waiting for it, give it a go. Very cute, very popular, would go again if I wasn’t a broke college student.

Food is good. I had the egg Benedict with potatoes and it was delicious, as well as the tiramisu souffle. You do have to get there early because it's quite of a wait time on a Sunday morning. It was my first time there though so not sure if its super busy all the time.

4.3 We came here because our cousin told us we just had to. Said it is always busy but worth the wait. It was definitely busy, but the breakfast plates coming out of the kitchen looked so good. And they have A LOT of options for pancakes and french toast. We ordered a latte, and when we said it was barely like warm they immediately replaced them 👍🏻 I wanted to try their french toast and the waitress recommended the XXX Chocolate pancakes. I almost didn't, but she convinced me, and wow. Definitely an indulgence, but really good! French toast had a nice crispy exterior, thick bread, but cooked thoroughly. It comes with one or two pieces, but these are an inch or more thick, and one was enough (I ordered two, so I packed up the other one). My wife had the regular french toast and it was good as well. My only knock is the bacon. I love crispy bacon, and theirs was floppy. Had good flavor, but needs to be more crisp. Next time we are in the area I will have to try the pancakes. The people next to us had some and they looked great.

After you see my pictures you probably ask yourself why I only gave 4 starts? The food was very good? Yes! Delicious. The waiter was very friendly and helpful? Yes, very nice. But the management wasn’t good. Very poor 👎🏻 How I know? This day they had few employees, the dishes and utensils were not being collected in time for the customers to be seated. There was disorganization in the air 🌬💨There was no Hostess! The waiters had to choose to serve people or focus on cleaning 🧼 The decision was clear to serve customers, which was certainly the top priority. I like that, but I could see the lack of leadership. However, disorganization is a sign of bad management. It was clearly seen that they did not have enough employees for the volume of people they served. On the rush hour someone forgot a cleaning product when I was still at the table. What is okay. Not big deal, but the reason they lost a star ⭐️ with me was the lack of management (advance preparation). They should have a backup team. I would give five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to the employees, especially what served me. He is on the last picture. Very nice waiter. He did 3 things at the same time trying to serve everyone. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Came here by myself for brunch on a Saturday around 12pm. Wait time for a table was about 10 minutes. There were a few seats open at the bar so I just sat there. I ordered the lemon twist souffle pancake. On the menu it says 45-90 min wait. I asked my server what the current wait time was, she said 45-60 min. In actuality it took about 35 min to come out. The pancakes were jiggly and airy. The fresh strawberry really complimented the light lemon flavor perfectly. It was very well balanced, not overly sweet. Overall it was really good. Even thought its a light cake, it does still eat a little heavy, definitely something you can share. I also ordered a bloody mary which I didnt really enjoy.

Have to wait in a long lane on Sunday morning around 10 Am. The staff are so busy that hard for them to care for all the customers. It's dim and crowded at the inside dining area. The outside area is not so big and the area is covered by white canvas. The food is expensive here. The affogato costs $8.95 though the vanilla ice-cream is huge with the espresso. I have some concerns about the Steak Benedict as it's more like a long loaf bread, with steak, over-easy egg and the Relevant sauce, not like the traditional two separate Benedict. That makes me confused. The matcha Soufflé, I was told to wait for 45mins - 1 hour. However, it comes about 30 minutes. That's great. However, it's a little bit huge and the Soufflé itself might not be too spongy.

Some of the best breakfast I have ever had in Thousand Oaks. The pancakes were really fluffy and melted in my mouth. They have one of the biggest selection of pancake toppings and unique options. The Steak was cooked just right. My lady ordered the Banana pancakes and even had some gingerbread coffee. The gingerbread man sunk before we got to try him lol. The wait to be seated is about 30 minutes plus so definitely be prepared to wait. It was definitely worth it. My cousin spoke of this place and he did not let me down! I recommend this location to make a hot salsa to spice up the food, especially for all my spicy lovers. They have great cooks so I’m sure that wouldn’t be an issue. I’ll definitely return to bring my kids to eat here. I will update more pictures after my daughter gives me her review.

The food was really good and the staff listened to instructions like scrambled hard with cheese on the eggs. They were so friendly! However, this place gets loud and busy quick. A lot of families come here and dogs are allowed on the patio so be prepared if you were looking for a clam relaxing breakfast. Bathrooms are clean.

Great brunch place! There’s usually a wait on Saturday-Sunday, for us it was about 10 minutes. The food can take a while to get to you. Also pretty pricey (especially the drinks!) but the serving size of the pancakes was definitely very large and filling. Lots of sweet and savory options. We tried the Green Tea pancakes and it was definitely more of a dessert than a breakfast. The London Fog latte was really good but I don’t know if I’d pay $8 for it again Would come back to try the souffle pancakes ;)

Overwhelming selection of food. Many of them are delicious, decadent dishes. I am going to try something more healthy next time, because those items looked so good as well, but I don't regret my chocolate souffle!

I visited CiCi's with a part of 5 for brunch on a Thursday morning (yesterday). Very clean place. Not so interior design going on but they are trying. The place does get loud inside so just be mindful of that. Very nice and polite staff. All wore masks. Now for the food and drinks: We ordered 2 mochas and they brought us regular coffee's instead. Not sure if the changes were reflected on the bill or not because I did not get to see it but I hope they fixed it. I ordered a cappuccino which was completely missing the steamed milk. It was just regular coffee with a bulk of foam on top. For the brunch we got the Greek Forest omelet and CiCi's Benedict. Both were absolutely delicious. The side of potatoes (hashbrown style) were very delicious. We also got the crab souffle and the strawberry cheesecake souffle cup. The crab souffle was pretty good but I do not recommend the cheesecake souffle at all. First of all, I don't understan why they called it "cheesecake" as it has nothing to do with a cheesecake. The souffle itself was doughy and the strawberries that were supposed to be fresh were mixed with a very sweet strawberry jam or syrup. And then there was just a huge mountain of whipped cream on it which made it difficult to eat since it was constantly melting inside the cup. If I were them I would just take that off the menu. I'd return here again and recommend it to others but would also suggest they stay away from anything other than the eggs and omelets

This is one of those places that the pictures look great but the food is just ok. The menu is overwhelming and immediately made us think of Cheesecake Factory menu. The atmosphere is also loud when it’s tables are full.

Waited good 45 minutes on a Sunday for lunch. Understandably long wait considering the crowd. They sat us on an outside table that shouldn't have been used at all. It was 100 degrees and the sun was hitting on it relentlessly. They did finally changed us to a different table. The food was ok. Nothing remarkable. The kids menu items were average. Kind of pricey for what it was. Not coming back, that's for sure.

The coffee machine was broken. You were forced to buy a more expensive beverage. Everywhere else I have ever been they would provide an Americano as a replacement at the cost of the coffee. On several occasions I have found their policies stiff and unaccommodating and this time it has pushed me over the edge. They claim it is not their fault the machine is broken. Well even though they have the best pancakes it is their fault I will no longer eat or recommend CiCi's to friends.

Visited this location on a rainy day. Love the decor. Place was clean and busy. We waited about 10 minutes. Service was good. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake souffle. Looked delicious but it actually didn't taste as good as it looked. I ordered the Chicken curry burrito with fries. I prefer my fries more crispy. For a fancy place I would hope they did more with the fries. Tasted plain and unsalted. Bad combination in my opinion to have chicken curry on a breakfast burrito. Coke Zero was good. Need to go back to try something else to do an update to this review. For the price the expectation is higher but that it didn't meet my expectation.

Ordered 5 desert to go and I saw that they did not put anything that I asked for- a chocolate Nuttela. I told the host that im in a hurry and I have been Waited for more then 30 min for that and I wanted to add to those deserts, He turned me down and told me yes that will be an extra charge for each! I was ended up paying them and told them will not recommend this place or come here again.

Food here is great. One of the best. However, service is terrible. Coffee was never topped off. Had to flag someone down 3x. Water glasses went empty. Had to flag someone again. Needed to ask for sugar twice because our server didn't bring it first time. Took a while before we event got someone to take our order. $130 meal and left a $5 tip. Yeah, that was me. Never going back. When you don't even get basic service, it's a terrible experience, no matter how good the food.

Their food is decent but be prepared to wait even after you’re seated. Every time we have come here, it’s always a 30-40 minute wait after we’re seated before the server takes our order. Sometimes they’re so disorganized they don’t realize our orders haven’t been taken. Then it takes another 40 min before we get the food. This is not including ordering their soufflé pancakes which supposedly takes an hour or 1.5 hours to make. Even simple requests take a long time and multiple servers (like asking for crayons or utensils). Solid atmosphere and one of a few brunch spots in the area but be prepared for bad service and a long wait.

There is an amazingly huge menu and the food was good. TERRIBLE service. Ordered a cocktail that never came, had to ask for toast that did not come out multiple times, and when we would thank servers for things they brought to the table the most of a response we received was a "uh huh". Would not recommend it with other options in the area.

I’m giving this two stars instead of one for exactly one reason: the soufflé. It was excellent and, frankly, the only reason anyone should consider stepping foot in here. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown: * The Food: Aside from the soufflé, the meal was poor. The bacon was awful, and the prices they charge for basic eggs and potatoes are way too high for the quality you actually get. * The Service: The staff was underwhelming, and the people delivering the food had zero table manners. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices to be served by people who seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. * The Vibe: The atmosphere is nice, but you can't eat the decor. Verdict: Go for a soufflé and a coffee, but skip the actual "meal." It’s overpriced and the service is severely lacking.

Lady C’s has a nice atmosphere and was friendly staff, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. We had heard great things and were excited to try it. We ordered the chicken curry lava omelette and the tiramisu pancakes. Before ordering, we specifically asked whether the chicken was white or dark meat, as one of us strongly dislikes dark meat. We were told it was white meat, but when the dish arrived, it was clearly dark meat. We later found out they only use chicken thigh meat. The staff took it back without any issue, which we appreciated. He then ordered scrambled eggs with chorizo, since a staff member said the chorizo was nice. He tried it and didn’t like it at all, but didn’t want to send food back a second time, so he ate it anyway—still very disappointed. The tiramisu pancakes were okay. I finished them, but they tasted more like plain chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. There was no coffee flavor at all, which made it hard to understand how they were supposed to be “tiramisu.” Overall, we had high hopes, but the food fell short. The staff was kind and the space itself was nice, but based on the food, we wouldn’t return.

We never got to eat. They would not seat us, and they wouldn't open up a table in the outside patio. So we left. They just seemed to not care.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I wanted to try Cici's because of the menu items and the great reviews. When I walked in everything seemed normal, I was asked to pick a seat and was told a server would be making their way to my table shortly. They had cleaned a table that was closest to the exit and I asked the server at the register if I could move to said table, he would not make eye contact with me and just mumbled a "sure". Shortly after I sat down, three other parties came in and sat down as well. They were all offered glasses of water, I was not. They were offered something to drink from their drink menu, I was not. Their orders were taken, mine was not. One of the servers kept making eye contact with me, but never acknowledged me. Another server passed by my table and rolled her eyes. I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. It wasn't until I asked for a manager that the server who I kept making eye contact with, approached my table asking if he could take my order.. only then did he acknowledge me. This was the worst experience ever and I will not be back to this place, which is very unfortunate because I was really looking forward to a great experience. Horrible all around. DO BETTER!!

Waited for a long time to even be served. Everyone else got served except us. We were the only ones wearing masks and it’s very obvious that’s the reason we were not served. We ended up leaving after my sister spoke to the manager. Some of the waiters were rolling their eyes but they were the disrespectful ones. Will not be eating in places that discriminate against people with masks and other invisible illnesses.

I was so excited to take my family to try CC Restaurant, but the experience was really disappointing. The service was horrible — the two servers (I didn’t get their names) were not considerate and didn’t let us know how long the wait would be. Guests who were seated both before and after us received their food, while we were still waiting. After nearly an hour, we still hadn’t been served. I can’t comment on the food because we never got to try it, but based on the service alone, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared to wait a long time. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great.
