Què diuen els clients de Cici's
Cici's is a popular brunch spot known for its extensive menu, especially the soufflé pancakes. Customers rave about the unique and delicious sweet and savory options. Be prepared for a wait, especially on weekends, and potentially slow service due to it being understaffed.

Opinions de Cici's Westlake Village
Unlike other Cici's restaurants, this location has mimosas, champagne, wine, etc. There is usually a waiting list. If you decide to come to this place keep in mind that you will wait no less than 30 minutes wich i don't mind because food, service and atmosphere is totally worth it. I got the Matcha souffle Pancakes 🥞wich i really recommend. I also ordered a lemon German Pancake, but later on the waiter notified me that the oven broke down 😏.
Wow! Can you say “Nomnomnom?” This is the yummiest breakfast/brunch spot in the valley and maybe all of LA. Perfectly balanced flavors! We started with an americano and the London fog tea infused with steamed milk and lavender- if tea is your jam don’t miss it! Then we split the house eggs Benedict with asparagus, avançado and tomato followed by the matcha green tea pancakes… normally I like simple pancakes with Vermont maple syrup and good butter. But I must say these matcha pancakes were insanely good and NoT super sweet - you could taste the matcha ! Delicious and wait staff were friendly attentive and service was well timed. Love it here!
The breakfasts are amazing. I have tried several things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The biggest problem with eating here is trying to decide what to order...and trying not to eat everything on my wife's plate when she's not looking. Not that I try not to.... I just tried the pulled pork lava omelette and it is fantastic. Overly filling.
I was intrigued by their unique and extensive menu options but was even more pleasantly surprised by the experience than I could've imagined! Everything was so clean, and elegantly decorated, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The Benedict I ordered not only smelled incredible but tasted the part too! I also loved that my side of fruit included apples and grape, as those are among my favorite fruits. The Strawberry Banana smoothie was definitely the highlight of my meal though, I must say; It was the perfect consistency, great balance of flavors and sweetness, and so creamy. I highly recommend trying this place for yourself, and I will absolutely be returning in the near future! <3
They have extensive breakfast menu here. We ordered eggs benedicts, souffle, dutch pancake, sandwich and mocha and they are all very delicious. Drawbacks in this place are ... food took too long to come out about 30 mins waiting time and the place was understaffed. Took long for us to be seated and for the waitress to take our order. Price wise is quite expensive
We tried a lot of their food and it is really good. I had their Crispy Chicken Pasta and it was really good. I also tried their Peanut Butter Milkshake and it didn't disappoint. They are open until 2pm only so expect that some days there will be a line. Their service is good, nice and fast. I highly recommend this place and I surely will come back to this place.
I’ve been here several times and it’s great! The green Tiramisu pancakes were my favorite! The drinks are good, but they’re a little light for my liking but they tasted great. It’s always busy but somehow there is always parking which works out for me! The atmosphere is nice and I’ve always had fast and quality service.
Amazing restaurant. Great selection for menu, attentive waiters. A bit busy, came earlier in the morning and was able to sit right down. The strawberry pineapple smoothie was interesting, but the rest of the food was great in presentation and taste. I wish I got more photos. Highly recommend any of the pancakes. Already planning to come again!
I drove an hour for to try these soufflé pancakes and they did not disappoint. They have plenty of choices and their sandwiches are also good. Service was great and friendly. I told them it was my birthday and they were caring enough to decorate my plate with a happy birthday message and a candle 😊thank you for that .
Really amazing breakfast joint. You have your choice of sweet or savory. For those who can’t decide the combos are great because you can get any specialty pancake, waffle or French toast they have. You can never go wrong. The ham and corned beef are delicious, as are the Benedicts. The tiramisu pancakes and the banoffee French toast are to die for. I’ve tried both the soufflé pancakes on the soufflé in a cup, and it turns out it’s a little too eggy for me and this coming from someone who loves eggs. If you’re going to order a soufflé do it as soon as you sit down because it takes a very long time, 45 minutes to an hour and a half. My preference is the French toast. Excellent service.
Worth the Wait! The wait was long, but definitely worth it! The portion sizes were generous, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly. We came for Sunday brunch and appreciated the ample seating space — it helped make the experience more comfortable. Great spot overall!
Really amazing breakfast spot with so many options! The service was not as great as we expected as it was our first time & we stood at the front door for a bit because we couldn’t tell if it was self seating or if we had to wait. The guy at the door didn’t say anything to us until we had spoken to him about seating. It’s okay though because it was quite busy in the morning. Overall the food was amazing. Their pancakes were so fluffy and delicious! I believe I ordered the tiramisu pancakes. The portions are a bit large in my opinion especially because their food is really filling — but definitely recommend their food for breakfast if you’re in the area :)
If there is one thing you should try at Cicis it has to be the Soufflé Pancakes. Omg! They are soooo good. It just melts in your mouth. Keep in mind that if you order it, you’ll need to be patient as it takes a while to make but trust me, it’s sooo worth it. Cicis has a large selection of regular pancakes and other dishes as well like salmon, pasta, and a variety of egg dishes. I personally really enjoyed the Soufflé Pancakes. I even had some to go but ended up eating half of it in my car. lol they are that good. Parking is easy and the ambiance is nice but did I mention the Soufflé Pancakes? Lol ok you catch my drift. They have a drink menu as well if you want to do that for brunch. I put a picture in this review so you have an idea what they have. I have not been to their other locations but the staff at their Westlake location are great. I recommend.
A popular breakfast/brunch restaurant that serves decent American breakfast items with a spin for sweet pan cakes. High schoolers absolutely love this location. It’s usually packed after 8:30am. Please check with the restaurant to see if you can make reservations. I dined here with friends a few times as a walk-in and waited 20-30 minutes each time from 10:00am. Food looks and tastes incredible! If you like creamy fluffy cake like pancakes don’t miss this one!
After you see my pictures you probably ask yourself why I only gave 4 starts? The food was very good? Yes! Delicious. The waiter was very friendly and helpful? Yes, very nice. But the management wasn’t good. Very poor 👎🏻 How I know? This day they had few employees, the dishes and utensils were not being collected in time for the customers to be seated. There was disorganization in the air 🌬💨There was no Hostess! The waiters had to choose to serve people or focus on cleaning 🧼 The decision was clear to serve customers, which was certainly the top priority. I like that, but I could see the lack of leadership. However, disorganization is a sign of bad management. It was clearly seen that they did not have enough employees for the volume of people they served. On the rush hour someone forgot a cleaning product when I was still at the table. What is okay. Not big deal, but the reason they lost a star ⭐️ with me was the lack of management (advance preparation). They should have a backup team. I would give five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to the employees, especially what served me. He is on the last picture. Very nice waiter. He did 3 things at the same time trying to serve everyone. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Came here by myself for brunch on a Saturday around 12pm. Wait time for a table was about 10 minutes. There were a few seats open at the bar so I just sat there. I ordered the lemon twist souffle pancake. On the menu it says 45-90 min wait. I asked my server what the current wait time was, she said 45-60 min. In actuality it took about 35 min to come out. The pancakes were jiggly and airy. The fresh strawberry really complimented the light lemon flavor perfectly. It was very well balanced, not overly sweet. Overall it was really good. Even thought its a light cake, it does still eat a little heavy, definitely something you can share. I also ordered a bloody mary which I didnt really enjoy.
Have to wait in a long lane on Sunday morning around 10 Am. The staff are so busy that hard for them to care for all the customers. It's dim and crowded at the inside dining area. The outside area is not so big and the area is covered by white canvas. The food is expensive here. The affogato costs $8.95 though the vanilla ice-cream is huge with the espresso. I have some concerns about the Steak Benedict as it's more like a long loaf bread, with steak, over-easy egg and the Relevant sauce, not like the traditional two separate Benedict. That makes me confused. The matcha Soufflé, I was told to wait for 45mins - 1 hour. However, it comes about 30 minutes. That's great. However, it's a little bit huge and the Soufflé itself might not be too spongy.
Some of the best breakfast I have ever had in Thousand Oaks. The pancakes were really fluffy and melted in my mouth. They have one of the biggest selection of pancake toppings and unique options. The Steak was cooked just right. My lady ordered the Banana pancakes and even had some gingerbread coffee. The gingerbread man sunk before we got to try him lol. The wait to be seated is about 30 minutes plus so definitely be prepared to wait. It was definitely worth it. My cousin spoke of this place and he did not let me down! I recommend this location to make a hot salsa to spice up the food, especially for all my spicy lovers. They have great cooks so I’m sure that wouldn’t be an issue. I’ll definitely return to bring my kids to eat here. I will update more pictures after my daughter gives me her review.
The food was really good and the staff listened to instructions like scrambled hard with cheese on the eggs. They were so friendly! However, this place gets loud and busy quick. A lot of families come here and dogs are allowed on the patio so be prepared if you were looking for a clam relaxing breakfast. Bathrooms are clean.
Great brunch place! There’s usually a wait on Saturday-Sunday, for us it was about 10 minutes. The food can take a while to get to you. Also pretty pricey (especially the drinks!) but the serving size of the pancakes was definitely very large and filling. Lots of sweet and savory options. We tried the Green Tea pancakes and it was definitely more of a dessert than a breakfast. The London Fog latte was really good but I don’t know if I’d pay $8 for it again Would come back to try the souffle pancakes ;)
Visited this location on a rainy day. Love the decor. Place was clean and busy. We waited about 10 minutes. Service was good. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake souffle. Looked delicious but it actually didn't taste as good as it looked. I ordered the Chicken curry burrito with fries. I prefer my fries more crispy. For a fancy place I would hope they did more with the fries. Tasted plain and unsalted. Bad combination in my opinion to have chicken curry on a breakfast burrito. Coke Zero was good. Need to go back to try something else to do an update to this review. For the price the expectation is higher but that it didn't meet my expectation.
I’m giving this two stars instead of one for exactly one reason: the soufflé. It was excellent and, frankly, the only reason anyone should consider stepping foot in here. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown: * The Food: Aside from the soufflé, the meal was poor. The bacon was awful, and the prices they charge for basic eggs and potatoes are way too high for the quality you actually get. * The Service: The staff was underwhelming, and the people delivering the food had zero table manners. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices to be served by people who seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. * The Vibe: The atmosphere is nice, but you can't eat the decor. Verdict: Go for a soufflé and a coffee, but skip the actual "meal." It’s overpriced and the service is severely lacking.
Lady C’s has a nice atmosphere and was friendly staff, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. We had heard great things and were excited to try it. We ordered the chicken curry lava omelette and the tiramisu pancakes. Before ordering, we specifically asked whether the chicken was white or dark meat, as one of us strongly dislikes dark meat. We were told it was white meat, but when the dish arrived, it was clearly dark meat. We later found out they only use chicken thigh meat. The staff took it back without any issue, which we appreciated. He then ordered scrambled eggs with chorizo, since a staff member said the chorizo was nice. He tried it and didn’t like it at all, but didn’t want to send food back a second time, so he ate it anyway—still very disappointed. The tiramisu pancakes were okay. I finished them, but they tasted more like plain chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. There was no coffee flavor at all, which made it hard to understand how they were supposed to be “tiramisu.” Overall, we had high hopes, but the food fell short. The staff was kind and the space itself was nice, but based on the food, we wouldn’t return.
