Everyone was very professional, yet also friendly. They thoroughly answered all of our questions regarding the differences between traditional vinyl wraps and paint protection films (PPFs). Then they were patient with us as we tried to decide which color we wanted. Lastly, they did a perfect job installing our color PPF, and it looks beautiful!
I brought my 2015 Honda CRV in November to have it chrome deleted. They did a gloss black vinyl wrap around the window trim, back end, and the front end! I was very impressed with the results as it was very professional and high quality! A perfect install with absolutely no imperfections whatsoever! The price was also competitive for the scope of work that was done and so far it has held up well in the 4 months since the job was completed! They also painted the emblems gloss black as well! The turnaround time was also very quick being that my car was only in the shop for 3 days! Overall I highly recommend this shop for all of your vinyl needs!
Better then I could ever expect! I had my car top wrapped twice at another company and did not know what I was missing. It was night and day quality of product and work. My last top was cheap so I got what I paid for. Wrap labs was a little more but of my goodness well worth it, I'm getting compliments from my friends asking if I got a new car, that's how good it is. The service was amazing as well, very helpful with my anxiety on getting the top done in a time frame and super professional. Loved the whole experience. This will definitely be my go to place for my car and my family's cars.
My experience with WrapLabs was 10/10. Everything went amazing. Jose was amazing with responses and customer service which is a huge thing for me whenever I’m looking to get a project done for my car. I came in wanting definitely something different and out of the norm for my car and they gave me exactly what I was looking for. Ended up doing a redbull livery on my civic type r and it came out better then I had pictured it would. Jose even took his time to draw up an initial sketch of how the wrap would look on my car which made me know I was going to the right place. Customer service in person was amazing and the whole shop setup is beautiful. This is the only shop I’d recommend if you’re looking to get any sort of wrap/ppf/tint done to your car. The care the workers take with your car is beyond amazing. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this shop and will continue to take any of my vehicles to them just like you should.
Wrap Labs did amazing work on my 2016 Dodge Challenger!!! Cooper was very helpful and professional. Him and the team worked diligently for several hours to install this satin black “Cuda stripe” and NAILED it! Lines up perfectly like OEM and no bubbling at all. They washed it and took killer shots before I picked it up that afternoon. Thank you again and looking forward to getting more work done in the future from them!
I had Wrap Labs full coverage wrap my new 2021 Tesla 3 Performance in Dark Grey as soon as I got it and I LOVED the experience almost as much as I love the final product. The owner and staff spent time educating me on the colors, different finishes and pro's/con's of each. They called multiple times to make everything was exactly the way I wanted, and worked hard with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Heartily Recommend, excellent quality and service.
I got my Tacoma Shell wrapped matte black and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone at the shop was very nice and helpful and the work was very high quality. No complaints here, I will definitely be bringing back future vehicles!

Wraplabs is awesome! They did such a great job on my Tesla and even warned me about getting a matte black wrap. This was the first time I got a wrap job done and I will go to them every time now. Really recommended! Super friendly and also will work with you if there are any issues with your car after the wrap.
I leased a black 2015 Subaru WRX and wanted to customize the look, but still be able to return the car when my lease was up. Enter Wrap Labs... Wrap Labs is attached to B&B Auto Body, one of the longest standing repair shops in all of Ventura County. Went down there, discussed colors, and settled on matte grey with satin black accents. Got my WRX back and the car wrap looked amazing; super subtle but still turns heads. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call (the owner Tim is a straight shooter) or asking for a quote from their website.

Charlie and Tim charge a reasonable rate given the professional quality of the work they produce. Give these guys a call if you want a non permanent paint solution with a high quality look/feel, you won't regret it!

Wraplabs is my favorite shop by far in the area, I heard about them through my friend at 180 garage he said they were a sponsor. So I trusted it. To make a long story short I made a grip of new friends including Brennan and Tim. On top of that I never knew owning a neon pink mustang could change a guy. I’ll be back in next time for sure and highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Wrap Labs did an excellent job on my buddies 2022 Model S with Xpel PPF. We did a full front end protection and it came out great. Thanks to these guys for squeezing us in after we had hassles with Tesla accepting delivery of the Model S. Definitely recommend Wrap Labs!

The Wrap Labs team - Cooper and Tim - are both unprofessional and unfit to offer window tinting services. I feel cheated out of my $800, and no refund was offered. They ask in the contract that you don't write a bad review until they have tried to make you a happy customer but the team both messed up the installation TWICE and then actively ignored me for weeks when I asked to uninstall it completely. Even after 2 tint installation attempts, there were scratches in the tint, bubbles that didn't go away after months causing dizzying blurriness driving at night, the side windows were tinted to the wrong percentage, and there were hairline scratches on the windshield from the blade they used to cut the film. The team either refused to acknowledge these issues or looked at me funny and told me this is all expected - when none of that is listed in the contract. Even though these side effects and installation errors were never warned in the contract or mentioned by the team, they refused to give me any sort of a refund. I feel swindled. I sent photos and videos to XPEL and got in-person opinions at other shops in LA - all of whom warned me that the installation was done poorly and I should get a refund as warranty won't cover improper installation. When trying to ask Wrap Labs to uninstall and provide partial or full refund, they began ignoring my phone calls and emails. I called nearly every day for weeks and the ONLY time I heard from Cooper was within the hour of XPEL contacting him and requesting he uninstalls the tint and make it right with me. I'm very happy this is all behind me - went to a different shop and everything is perfect - no scratches, bubbles, blurriness, or new knife blade marks. Wrap Labs made me feel like an ignorant "Karen" for paying $800 and receiving nothing of value in return, when I spent much less at a new shop and everything is looking perfect now! I learned to trust my gut, and avoid Wrap Labs or shops like them that make you feel like you're an ignorant, problem customer.
