This is a Mighty Taco/KFC. I have always had good experiences here. Pleasant employees...good food if you like either one🙂.The parking lot was fixed last year...definitely an uograde

I was ready to walk out after i was treated so badly by the lady at the front, because my order was not only wrong it wasn't complete and she treated me like it was my fault even though the receipt clearly showed my order. She left the register and a young girl (Jess) asked was everything ok, I told her no and explained the situation. Jess quickly got on the register to look at our order, took the food we were given and went to the back. No kidding within 5mins. my order was gathered and bagged to go. Thank you KFC for hiring such wonderful girl (Jess). She is the "ONLY REASON" I'll come back.
Great food and they remodeled since the last time I was there looks much better and would recommend dinning in.
I had a great experience here. I had a moment in the drive-thru, where I didn't realize that this was a KFC and Taco Bell combined! Which is cruel, because how could I choose?! Once I did, my food was amazing. Chicken was perfect, and I got my hot sauce packets! Good job, team!
Went there on Friday June 21,2019 ordered the 12 piece bucket which was good but the remodel was a 100% turn a round even got rid of the wavy tables. even the out lookside better. The worker are always nice
My family and I had a great experience Saturday evening. We went, they were out of original chicken.The evening manger went above and beyond for us. Dropped some chicken right way. Yes we had to wait 15 minutes, however it was the best KFC we ever had.

Been there for lunch twice recently and it was very good. The manager was very nice and helpful accommodating an individual with a wheelchair....was friendly and made it seem like more than a fast food joint.
The food is great, the place is a dump. Dirty tables, furniture is run down. Their sign is a shambles. Workers are very nice.
Our cashier, Austin was absolutelu great. The crew working in the kitchen kept messing up the orders, despite the cashier triple checking that orders were keyed in correctly, but he was wonderful, even gave us, as well as the couple who ordered after us complimentary cookies because of the mistakes with our orders. Thank you Austin!

I went in to order and had my food to go. I was ordering a taco and chicken box so out of respect for people in drive-thru and probably in a hurry I decided to order inside. The restaurant was clean, staff were accommodating and polite. I was actually here 3 days in a row. I do not eat at any fast food establishment but I was in the area all 3 days and someone would find out and ask me to stop at KFC/TACO BELL to grab them something. That probably tells ya the place is liked, or at least the quality of their food is.

The food was good for the most part besides a slightly under-cooked biscuit; that and my wife got a chicken and mac and cheese bowl, but the first piece of chicken she bit into was very fatty so it didn't sit well with her. If they fix the temperature problem it would be a great place for a bite to eat.

Service and food is good. The bathrooms ate filthy and the potholes in the parking lot will swallow you whole. We have just about decided to stop going there until the lot is repaved.

Getting better since the parking lot was repaved. Will review again once I see the inside. Last I saw, it needed the walls repainted and poor management led to the facility looking dirty. My husband said the bathroom was gross but I usually get drive thru and avoid the inside all together.
We ordered the 8 piece family chicken meal, and the chicken wasn't crunchy it was soggy, but everything else was good. It was pretty busy, so we will go back and try it again.
Restaurant is a combined Taco and KFC but with one counter clerk and a drive thru. A bit tricky to order from the menus as ordering for different restaurants makes it confusing. I suppose not, if you live in the area and go there alot. Busy place. Food is served hot. One drive thru customer came in and complained his order of chicken was missing a breast.
They did not have original chicken. We got the 8 piece meal . There were 5 legs, a tiny wing and 2 small breast. There was only a small amount of watery see through potatoes and the coleslaw wasn't that great.
Its KFC. The Springville store is combined with Taco Bell so you have a wide variety on the menu. I can only give it three stars not because anything is bad about it but because its a fast food restraint which is clean and they are quick with the food as it should be.
1 point for the parking lot! As disastrous a wheel breaker as you'd find at any abandoned mall, you risk your rims as well as your teeth if you pull into the lot or the drive thru at any speed above a crawl. Posted photos as evidence in case you question this assessment. Food, on the other hand, is rather good, considering. Modern interior, clean and well-lit. Fast and efficient service by a friendly local staff. Have visited a few times in the past year and have been pleased that things were done efficiently, accurately and to order. A hat tip to management and staff for running a tight ship. This could be a star higher if not for the disaster of a parking area. Being right off a major highway (RT 219) and in an annex to a Walmart, you would expect the property owner to put in at least cold patch... you hardly expect half-foot potholes filled with filthy water... especially in peak mosquito season. Happy to revise this review if/when maintenance is done on the issues described.
Took forever to order and get our food. Ny crunch wrap Supreme was mostly lettuce. Update- tried KFC tenders today... don't waste your money! They were rubbery and cold.

There's almost always something wrong with the food. The interior is disgusting. The parking lot and drive thru are full of potholes. I never have a problem at any other locations, just here.
Guy behind the counter will go places if he stands his ground and speak up some. Service honestly sucked, food took forever to get to us and some of it was cold. Whole party park of tacos came out like enchiladas not tacos.
Parking lot is a catastrophic danger. Pot holes about 1-2 feet deep that cover the whole lot. Scary to walk through!! On a positive note...popcorn chicken, potatoes and gravy were GREAT! Dorito Tacos were about 75% lettuce and sour cream...ok but disappointing.

The manager never has enough people working night shift to keep up with the orders. Takes an extremely long time to get your Food.
We walked in behind one other couple, ordered, and a half hour later I went to the counter to inquire how much longer dinner would be. A girl took my receipt, went into the back, and immediately The entire dining room (ten orders waiting now) heard multiple threats to the other employees, multiple obsenities, and pans being thrown every which way. The guy who complained about being the manager, and working 100 hours a week, dressed in street clothes with no name tags on went on to slam a few doors. An (obviously upset) young lady came out from the back, with our order bagged. A lady behind me in line said " where's that food been I wouldn't trust it". How disturbing ". We sat and ate, and continued to listen until we left. Many people complained about the service, and " this location ". This was our first time, but we won't return. The manager berated those young ladies unnecessarily. Once we went outside we saw ALLthree male workers outside, in lawn chairs, with the doors propped open. Rediculous experience.
This is the fourth or fifth time coming that we've been asked to pull around then waited 20min-30min. I understand having us pull up if more time is needed for cooking but do NOT go here if you time crunch. Food is still good though 👌🤷♀️
Last 3 times I've ordered thru the drive thru I've had to pull around front and wait for my food. This last time I waited for over 25mins before I went inside to ask for my food. They told me they were just starting it. Ended up waiting for over 30 mins total. The restaurant had 1 table of 5 and I was just the 3rd car in drive thru so it was far from busy. Don't go here unless you have some serious time to waste
Speedy drive-thru. But today 3/28/ 2023 we went through the drive thru and drove home. When we got there found out we were missing our 2 orders of feista potatoes. We called and were told to come back and they would give us them. When we got back there after the 30 minute drive we heard from the employees in the back " if they want cheesy potatoes they should just go to burger King". Thanks for the great experience.

The service was substandard even for day food and the food was no better. Cheese not melted, unripe tomatoes, barely any sauce on sandwich. Extremely unsatisfying.

Update few months later: Still can't get orders right last time I'm going there Can't get a simple order right when trying to order a bean burrito got told they were out of beans when I asked bout it I was told they didn't wanna make more it was 6pm

Kfc in a small town, you know what your getting...or rather you know they will forget to give you atleast one thing every time you go there......update 5/23/22 "fried to order sandwich" really means it's been sitting in a warmer and is trash. Why do I keep going here?

Would give zero stars if I could the lady behind counter was super short with me , aggravated I asked questions on what came in the chalupa because they didn't do the quesarito anymore and I was trying to get something like it. She slammed her phone down to answer my question , rolled her eyes and spoke with some attitude like she didn't want to be there. So I just said you know what I'll call corporate and go somewhere else. It's too bad because I was looking forward to some food there it's been awhile since I been there. Now I'll probably never go again.
This is a book, I am sorry. I have to preface this with the fact we have always gotten decent food and service from the KFC in Springville. Tonight, we were looking at the menu online and saw that we can order for pick-up. The store is hosted on KFC's corporate site and powered by Grubhub. This is great because we are a family of 5 and we don't like to bog down drive thru with big orders. With advance notice we had hoped this would be a great solution. We ordered a $30 meal with 8 tenders and 8 pieces of chicken and loaded a bunch of different sauces for our three kids into the cart and paid. My husband drove to town and picked up, when he got home I asked him where the kids tenders were. No biggie, he said they were busy and probably forgot the tenders and the sauces. I called the store, gave my name, and let them know I was on my way. When I got there, I was told their system said 16 piece extra crispy so that's what we got. The single bucket of chicken was their system's interpretation of what we ordered and though they saw dipping sauces on the receipt, they ignored them because they made no sense. One of the managers on duty told me Grubhub orders always come through wrong and customers are never happy with them. She said she didn't trust Grubhub. I showed her the actual order with what we ordered and was told they gave me 16 pieces of chicken and that was what their system showed. After confirming with her that I received something other than my order and I was not satisfied, she repeated "Well that is what the system showed." I asked once more if there would be any resolution offered...it doesn't sound like much, but the kids were looking forward to tenders. That is what we ordered and that's what they were excited to be having. She let me know that I could but the 8 piece tender and she would throw in some cookies. I declined and asked for a card for a corporate manager. In the mean time, my husband called Grubhub. They were so understanding and escalated the order issue to see if it could be fixed for future orders. At the end of the call, they told my husband that this was unacceptable and gave him a full refund. We did not want a refund, only to get whatever has the order systems not speaking fixed. Tomorrow I will call the corporate manager as well, I don't want any refunds, just decent customer service. We aren't scammers and are always polite and patient when ordering food locally. We know restaurants are busy. We know times are hard. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to see and reject proof that what I ordered was not what I received and not be apologetic or helpful at all. And no, I do not want cookies for my time.
The wait time is ridiculous. We shouldn't have to order and immediately go to the parking lot to wait to get our food. That is not the point of the drive thru. This is one of the closest kfc to us and it keeps getting worse every time we have come. It sad honestly.
Place is a joke. Pull your around everytime you come here. Don't waste your time coming here. Your food will be cold as ice by the time they bring it out. Literally waiting for nothing cause it's trash by the time you get it. No other restaurant in Springville is this poorly managed. I could of made chicken at my house faster then waiting for this.
Was very disappointed got a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The chicken strips were very very small. They did give me a few more. But if I had drove away without checking I would have been very upset. The guy said they have been having that issue. Seems they should address it. The customer is not getting their money's worth.
Horrible had to wait to get order taken(I was only one in there). They couldn't answer any questions about menu. Employees all seemed disinterested. On top of it they forgot the taco side of my order. I like kfc over Popeyes but I'm really starting to wonder. I really feel cheated.
Food is generally not cooked all the way threw and when I asked to talk to head of company I got one person below asked for company policy and got told it was none of my business. Took 15 minutes to make a single burrito, while the people who ordered after me got their food before me. I order the same thing every time and today was really small, so I went to Burger King.
The food wasn't made right.. and it took them 25 min to make two chalupas with a soft taco and then two other soft tacos Supremes but the Supremes did not have that much me animat all there was no sour cream on it the chalupas would loaded down with lettuce very not much meat not one scoop like it supposed to be
2nd time posting.. First one disappeared. Long line at drive thru.. Wanted Orignal chicken, they didnt have any, I could have waited 20 minutes till they got it done.. So much for fast food.. I also ordered a root beer, they were out.. Offered Dr Pepper... THEY DONT EVEN TASTE ALIKE... Same thing last month, out of Rootbeer.. My suggestion was new Manager that can properly order amount of product needed ordered .. Just my opinion..

Don't bother making a mobile order. We ordered made sure we gave ourselves enough time to get there on time and here we are 17 minutes after the time we ordered it to be ready for waiting. Nothing convenient about this.

WAITED 45 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER!!! The included side containers were only partially filled. The biscuits were dry and hard. I've heard similar complaints from others about this location. Can anyone fix the problems at this establishment?
We have been going here at this location pretty much since they opened. The last more than a few years this place has gone completely down the drain. No matter what I order I’m always missing something or food is stale. From tomato’s on my supreme taco’s, to the chicken little hard and stale, most of the time the shells and chip’s are stale also, the nachos have the smallest bit of meat and topping’s. The most frustrating and wrong is every time I order whether it’s a taco meal to food for three people does not matter. They always ask us to pull around to the door and tell us that they’ll bring it out .The longest I’ve waited was 20 minutes then sending my daughter in to see where our food was, they lost our order. That has happened many times. I know they make us pull around to the window because they get timed and they’re trying to hide their times for waiting straight up sucks! Other locations seeing as how I love Taco Bell and KFC have made me realize how messed up this location is. I absolutely have no idea why we have to pull around every single time waiting well over 10 minutes each time to get our order. I will definitely be looking into seeing who the district manager is! This is the worst location that I have ever been to. Something needs to be done, maybe new management and better training. Sick of waiting and having my food made wrong after waiting no less than 10 minutes as I’m made to pull around to the doors and wait. THIS IS NOT OK, WE CANT KEEP LETTING THEM OPERATE LIKE THIS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Service was slow. Took 40 minutes for food to come out. We ordered 3 meals. There was 3 groups of less than 4 eating.
This is the worst place to eat around Springville. Service is horrible, thay never have what you order and it takes a VERY long time to get your order...and is always wrong.
this place has not changed 40 minutes in the drive threw for food and then we didn't get everything we ordered we showed them and it was just a go around I promise we will never and I mean never coming to this one again thing need to change close it down somthing need to change i would lean no stars this place is a joke
Got $20 fill up box. Supposed to get 4 sauces. Recieved none. More disturbing was the chicken. We ordered extra crispy and that is not what we received. I can tell you that this chicken absolutely no spices in it. It tasted like deep fried flour and left a bitter taste. Just unacceptable! The food was just stuffed in a box and that was that. Never going back and will never recommend to anyone! Disappointing to say the least!
Updated review ... Went back after a few months. In early evening each time back. Each time the people working the drive through were absolutely great . Guy with blond hair. Young girl with lots of facial piercings. Really nice customer service oriented people. Keep it up KFC Springville. Messed up my order. Girl sees me out counter, walks away. Manager was sparky. Kid throws the bag of food on the counter at me and sals nothing. Your all getting nowhere in life with those terrible attitudes and ethics. Should be 0 stars.
Gave me zero sauce for my order & then slammed window without saying a word after giving me one that I asked for. Miserable seeming people.
The absolute worst place I ordered a 10$ meal was told it was 10.88 when I got to window was charged 13.75 and was given the wrong meal I went to return it was given the right meal and wouldn't give me the money back from overcharging me the counter girl said it's only a few bux don't worry about it. Lucky I didn't snatch her over the counter. This is one of many terrible things that happened there avoid at all cost

Drive thru couldn't make change for a twenty had to wait in parking lot for over 5 minutes got home and order was wrong and food was terrible.
So we were just in there today around 4:30pm May 13th 2024, and the first thing that happened was my girlfriend and I sat down to order our food. The guy Joey who was cleaning the tables and picking up trays literally just said to us "did you guys find what you were looking for? If there's anything I can do to help, let me know". It was very friendly, and then I heard a male who i assume to be the manager literally yell from the Kitchen at him "Joey get back to work!" Which was super rude especially in front of customers, especially considering he wasn't even bothering anybody and just doing his job. Secondly when we got our food we checked to make sure everything was there, and noticed I was missing a chicken sandwich. I let the cashier Joey know and he went back to the kitchen to tell the cooks, and all of a sudden this blonde white women came and SLAMMED the sandwich on the counter, like with force. I have no idea what she was so mad about, maybe she was planning on keeping the sandwich for when she leaves her shift? Either way this was actually like appaling to witness in like a 15 minute time span, I cant imagine what goes on for a whole day. Insane.
Drove from attica to this kfc location on 10/21/24 it was 3:25pm my husband n I order..the lady at the counter was cool..we were given our recite the time stamp for our order was 3: 30pm..we were told it will be a little wait..bc they ran out of chicken..n were just putting in fresh batches..we didn't mind..we ppl came n gone..so at 4:05 a hell of a long wait..I asked about my order..I was told just a few more minutes..again ppl came in n out..4:30 I walk up..not nicely or happy..n asked about my order again..I was told that by mistake it was given to another person..oh did I loose it..demanded my $ back n left..so if you are hungry or in the mood for kfc..this location SUCKS!! Do not go!!
They will never answer the phone to see if they have enough chicken to fulfill orders I've tried numerous times since one time I made an online order an I arrived for them to tell me they would have to make the chicken why they wouldn't in the 15 minutes prior to me arriving who knows so since then passing through I've tried calling numerous times no answer. Food is usually good when we could get it but not trying anymore
Very very cold in the dining room and we will never return to KFC for that reason , extremely extremely cold in the restaurant so if you don't want to get sick go eat somewhere else
Cashier Rachel was the best! 25 minute wait for food...my order ended up being wrong..two customersin front of me their orders were wrong also...Manager was very rude to me and treated cashier in front of many customers poorly...very unprofessional cashier quit on the spot and all of us waiting didn't blame her...April 11, 2024 5:00pm...
Ordered on line arrived at designated time told 9 mins more. go back in 15 mins later still not ready. Asked what is the point of ordering on line could have cooked it twice by this time told its gonna be 4 mins more. And snotty attitude from a female manager. Wonder how many times the food was spit on.
Visited this location on 6/11/24, and my purse was stolen. Security cameras confirmed an employee took my purse. Long story short, the judge over seeing the court case (Grand Larceny in the 4rh degree) decided I am not allowed at this establishment! Why you ask, because the employee still works there!!!! How did that happen?
Twice we used the drive-thru. 2 people, 30$ eac time. No napkins or sauces. Both times I had to drive back , go inside and ask. Both times I was not verbally acknowledged, but the server pointed to the condiments. Not good customer service.
A party pack and famous bowl should not take 15 minutes in a drive through... cracked hardshell and only mild sauce. Never even asked us for sauce options (I'll take the blame, I should have told them) but really? 15 mintes...AND we had to go in to get the food! It's not a bad place, just too slow.
Management is filled with incompetent monkeys that argue with customers over false information/timing for food. Waited 40mins for 4pcs and 10 nuggets . Also weird the manager was trying to deny service to other customers after the incident.
Every time I go through the drive thru our order is incorrect when we get home. This time I requested 1 Mac and cheese, 1 coleslaw, 1 mashed potatoes. I received 2 potatoes and 1 coleslaw. When I called, the manager stated they were training new people and she was sorry and blamed me for not checking the bag before I left. When I asked for the corporate number she said she didn't have it. I live 20 minutes away so could not return. Unfortunately I paid cash and they did not give me a receipt.
We stood at the counter for 20 min and waited for the food for an hour I was told the manager sent everybody home at 8pm.
The manager had a disgusting attitude with a brand new employee. Completely unacceptable behavior for a MINOR error that was completely fixable. The manager rekeyed the order, slamming the screen and the cash drawer like the world was going to end. I didn't get her name, although she looks like a dude and piercings that take your hunger away. Not cute at a food restaurant. Food was old and dry on top of that... pics are posted.

The manager had a disgusting attitude with a brand new employee. Completely unacceptable behavior for a MINOR error that was completely fixable. The manager rekeyed the order, slamming the screen and the cash drawer like the world was going to end. I didn't get her name, although she looks like a dude and piercings that take your hunger away. Not cute at a food restaurant. Food was old and dry on top of that... pics are posted.

about an hour after eating my stomach felt like it was in knots and I’ve been sick since!! I got the famous bowl. My friend ordered just fries and also got food poisoning!
Olive oil behind the cash register was less than pleased to help the customers. Took forever to get 2 tacos.. i definitely recommend finding somewhere else to eat
Do not eat at this KFC as the dining room is always extremely cold and there is zero customer service as they make you freeze when you're trying to enjoy a dinner, the restrooms are freezing also and I am not kidding you about 45° in there and the dining room is freezing also and if I wanted to be eating my dinner outside in the cold I would have stayed home and ate in my barn, the owner should have more decency towards customers and treat them like people and not like scum , never to return , I'll spend my $5,000 a year eating out at restaurants that treat their customers with a nice warm comforting welcoming atmosphere !
My friend and I experienced terrible food poisoning from this place, I only got the fries and my friend got the famous mashed potato bowl. don’t eat here
Under bad management. Hardworking young young kids without direction. I had to wait twenty five minutes for a single piece of chicken that was precooked... I feel sorry for the owners. They clearly need better systems.
During my visit I ordered my food and then the lead manager on the floor started yelling at an employee and belittling him threatening to kick him out of ”his restaurant” after making a small mistake right in front of the whole restaurant to customers and other coworkers totally disrespectful behavior unprofessional should lose his job…..I also asked another employee if this was usual behavior and he said yes depends on the day and how stressed he is but regardless there is no reason for the way he treated an employee like that telling him how much money he pays him for making a mistake based on miscommunication due to the manager himself telling him to do one thing and expecting him to do something else there’s no reason he should do that on the floor if you need to have a conversation with an employee hold a one on one meeting do better
This was the worst ever!! Went inside to order so I looked around the counter and no one acknowledged mean. So we left and got in our vehicle and went threw the drive threw and my guy order and wanted a KFC box and ten a few tacos and the lady said that we are backed up . Well he said never mind on the tacos. We where waiting in the drive threw feom20 mins didn't even move so he left the drive threw went around and got back in line. After 30 mins of waiting we finally got our food. Didn't even get asked for sauce. Once again I had to go in and peek my head to find someone to the store front. The lady was nice and gave me sauce. Then I got a few more napkins and the lady was huffing and puffing. Sorry lady we didn't get sauce and that is your attitude!! Glad arcade is getting a KFC and a taco bell!! Won't have to worry about coming to this one!! you lost a sale threw the drive threw lady!! Sorry But this was ridiculous!!
Paid $50 to get food poisoning. Tried calling the manager to let them know and Eric screamed at us and hung the phone up. Don’t eat here

A chicken place with no chicken beasts ready to go...take a thigh or wait 20 minutes for a breast to cook. No thanks - refund my money.
What can I say that hasn’t already been said. After a 15 minute wait for a counter person to wait on us, we were informed that they had run out of chicken and would need to make substitutions for every order we had. Somehow, they made me feel like it was my fault for inconveniencing them and actually expecting something resembling food. Honestly, the owner of this location should be reported to corporate headquarters and have their franchise license revoked. Furthermore, due to the poor image of the company that this store has fostered, they should just close and shutter the doors and give the community some time to heal and forget. Pathetic on every level.
Worst KFC ever. Been to this KFC several times, and each time it gets worse. No way we should be there an hour for two "Famous Bowls". Took 20 minutes from ordering till they were ready, and then while one was hot, the other was cold. How does one justify this poor level of service? Sorry, but I will gladly go without KFC before I return to this store.
Went inside to order takeout. Nobody came up front for a good 10 minutes to take my order as the line behind me kept on getting longer. Placed my order for two four piece $10 specials, that consisted of 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg, and 1 wing with 2 sides. What do I get, each meal the breast was substituted with a thigh. If I didn’t live 12 miles away , 24 round trip I would have been back. If they can’t properly train their employees to know the difference in chicken parts, maybe it’s time to take a closer look at the ones doing the training.

Gave me zero sauce for my order & then slammed window without saying a word after giving me one that I asked for. Miserable seeming people.
Drive thru couldn't make change for a twenty had to wait in parking lot for over 5 minutes got home and order was wrong and food was terrible.
This is the worst place to eat around Springville. Service is horrible, thay never have what you order and it takes a VERY long time to get your order...and is always wrong.
this place has not changed 40 minutes in the drive threw for food and then we didn't get everything we ordered we showed them and it was just a go around I promise we will never and I mean never coming to this one again thing need to change close it down somthing need to change i would lean no stars this place is a joke
