Después de casi tres años fuera de mi país pude probar yogurt con pan de yuca y todas las delicias de Naturisimo. Todo estaba fresco y en sabor es exactamente el mismo que en cualquier local de Ecuador. El servicio fue de lo mejor. Definitivamente volveré la próxima vez que venga a Florida.

Love this place and all of the delicious Ecuadorian snacks. There’s not much in terms of Ecuadorian foods in south Florida and my fiancé is so happy to have this as an option. Anytime we are in the area we have to grab a bite. My personal favorite is the pan de yuca.

I found out about this place when they gave out samples at the Halloween event at Main Street in Weston! Everything about this place is wonderful! They have the most delicious Pan de Yuca balls and Sweet Plaintain Tortitas. And the frozen smoothies are the best I've ever had!

Visiting the Fort Lauderdale area, from Arizona. Not having had yogurt and pan de yuca from Naturíssimo in over a decade, I had my family take me three days in a row. Pan de yuca, muchines, tortillas de maiz. Yogurt if many flavors, including naranjilla (lulo), guanábana (soursop), mora de Ecuador, coco, mango and more. It's that good. Did not disappoint.

Great place. Good food and service. The sweet plantain tortita with cheese was so good, the same as the muchin that came with honey. The yuca bread is authentic and so delicious. The yogurt flavors were authentic as well and so good. I will definitely be going back .

Naturissimo Weston has a selection of tasty yogurts, smoothies, and almond drinks. They sell coffee to enjoy with their handmade pastries. Although I did not try their famous pan de Yuca this time, I was told I should definitely give it a try next time. The strawberry banana smoothie was fantastic, perfectly blended and refreshing. The service was great, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Naturissimo Weston is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a satisfying snack.

It takes them too long to deliver, it's also expensive, but if you want Yuca Bread and yogurt, there aren't many options close by. Pedi ONLINE y me decia que busque 20:17. Son 21:15 y recién recibo el pedido. Es el PEOR servicio de todo el Town Center. Tienen suerte de tener el monopolio de panes de yuca en 20 millas a la redonda...

Se equivocaron con mi pedido y solo dos personas atendiendo un sábado en la noche en la que vienen muchas personas. La que sirve la comida además es muy lenta. El queso de la yucawaffle es muy grasoso. Las bebidas muy ricas.

Que pena, tenia altas expectativas de este lugar por ser ecuatoriano, lastimosamente la expericiencia no fue buena. 1. El lugar estaba casi vacio, aun asi por una orden de yogurt y pan tomaron casi 20 minutos en preparar. Mal servicio. 2. El vaso del yogurt no cierra, lo que causo que se riegue por todo lado, les sugiero que cambien de proveedores de vasos. Por otro lado el sabor del pan y el yogurt muy bueno pero con esa atencion, no volveria

Quise comprar un combo grande con 12 panes y no tenían suficientes. No es la primera vez que sucede. La manager, en vez de darme un trato mejor, me sugirió comprar 1 combo de 5 panes y pagar 2 por separado, lo cual salía igual que pagar el combo de 12 qué no tenían disponibles. No tienen voluntad ni inteligencia para atraer al cliente. Además me dijo que si fuera cliente por primera vez me hubiera dado un descuento pero como ya era cliente viejo, nada. Iré al Doral a ver si me tratan mejor.

We love their food but their service is way to slow 🐌, they can't handle more than 1 or 2 orders at the same time, we understand that they not always busy but they should hire a few part time employees.

Was excited to try, girl that took order spoke English and wa d great. Then they forgot about me after waiting a while I asked about my order, they did not understand. They did not look at computer to see I had orders. The girl that spoke English left and the others did not speak English. They finally realized my order was on the screen. They lost me as customers. Hope they get more organized and have people that understand English

The manager at the Weston location is a very rude and despotic person, she needs training in customer service and everything else, she is not qualified for the job. The food was so great and the other team members too. I'm a customer at the Doral location and I highly recommend it.

They never have enough pan de yuca ready , they take 25 minutes for 1 order and there are always few customers in the restaurant , which means should be easy to handle few orders but somehow they always mess up with the orders. The orders never come out together because they are always missing something they didn't have ready, which most of the time is the main a traction , the pan the yuca . The prices are way high and the don’t have any decoration about Ecuador . Overall this place is not worthy to come often . Not even once a month . I prefer to travel to Guayaquil and have my yogurt and pan de yuca there . Those workers in Ecuador work for 10% of the salary of the workers here in USA, yet somehow they work a lot better and faster handling hundreds of customers at once .

Estoy enojado porque hoy estuve en el naturissimo de Weston, en el ipad de la caja registradora tienen una promoción por labor day que es: “compra un frozen y el segundo gratis valido hasta el 09/06” en el anuncio aparece que es valido en el website y en la tienda pero cuando pedi que apliquen la promoción en la tienda; me dijeron que solo aplicaba para la fecha 09/02 , compre al precio regular pero cuando salí del local verifique en el website y si funcionó la promoción como indica el anuncio, regrese al local y no me la quisieron aplicar alegando que solo es en la pagina web y no en la tienda… cómo puede ser posible que promocionen algo a sus clientes y no lo cumplan!!!

Soy un cliente frecuente y siempre he disfrutado mucho de la comida que ofrecen; realmente me parece excelente. Sin embargo, en mis últimas visitas he notado un cambio en el personal que ha afectado negativamente la experiencia. El nuevo equipo de atención ha demostrado tener muchas dificultades para manejar los pedidos. En varias ocasiones han tardado más de 10 minutos en tomar mi orden y, además, suelen entregarla equivocada o incompleta. Esto resulta muy frustrante, especialmente considerando que antes siempre recibía una atención rápida, amable y eficiente. Entiendo que puede haber personal nuevo, pero creo que no han recibido el entrenamiento adecuado para desempeñarse correctamente. Sería ideal que se les brinde más tiempo y preparación antes de asignarles responsabilidades directas con los clientes, ya que actualmente no están listas para atender por su cuenta. Me apena mucho esta situación porque siempre he tenido una muy buena impresión de Naturíssimo, pero esta falta de preparación y la poca cordialidad del nuevo personal se han convertido en una decepción. Gracias por tomar en cuenta este comentario. Espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto y volver a brindar la excelente atención que siempre los ha caracterizado

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Naturissimo. I stood right in front of the cashier for 7 minutes, expecting to be acknowledged, but the lady at the front was too busy on her personal cel phone, completely ignoring me. She didn’t even bother to look up or acknowledge my presence. After another ten minutes of waiting, I finally gave up and started leaving, clearly expressing my frustration. Instead of apologizing or even pretending to care, she made a dismissive noise, as if my experience didn’t matter at all. This place clearly doesn’t value customers, and if this is their standard for service, I can’t imagine how they stay in business. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like you don’t exist.

On May 25th, 10:00 AM, they just had one person working. We waited 20 minutes for one juice and two pieces of yuca of bread. We had to go, and they even started to prepare the food. I requested my money back, but the person needed authorization from the manager. She called them but never answered the phone. I had to go without the money back. It is not recommended if you have time constraints.

Very upset with this place. $35 for four VERY small drinks that were prepared by new employees who didn’t know what they were doing (plus 16 pan de yuca). I feel deceived by the way they offer combos. When you do the math it’s almost the same as if you order things separately. Who wants 16 pan de yuca for a family of two adults and two kids? Anyway, not coming back and willing to tell people to do the same.

horrible costumer service placed an order to pickup for the next day. Called me at 10pm asking why I did not pick up my order when it was for the next day at 6pm. Even though the order was placed at 7pm and because the system wasn't setup well they had it ready for the same day not for the day I specifically asked for. So the following day they didn't have the order because they already made it for the day before. Then they said they had to ask the owners for permission to give me my order when it was already paid for.

Came in for Mango Yogurt and 12 pan de yucas (combo 3) and Natalia said she didn’t want to stay too long to make more pan de yucas because she wanted to close up so she could not sell anything to me - this was at 9pm on a Sunday.

the service is very bad, i tried to call for help on ordering online and they yelled at me that i had to order through the app and hung up while i was talking. i wanted to ask a question about the online app and they were extremely rude and every time i called again to ask the question they picked up and hung up immediately (the app was not working that was the reason i called)

I ALWAYS go to this store and order food and drinks. I’m from Ecuador and I love the fact that there’s an Ecuadorean place in Weston. But today the service was terrible! The lady that worked there had such an attitude that even rolled her eyes when I was ordering something. Now a days customer service should be top notch specially when there’s no one in the store so you have the time to be nice.

I came from New York to try the popular pan de yuca. This happened an hour before closing. I was surprised by Natalie’s aggressive behavior when she started explaining that there wasn’t enough time to prepare my order. I’m disappointed.
