I love this Chick-fil-a I come in the morning and get a chicken/egg/cheese bagel. Angelica is very sweet and always smiling when I get my food. Ask for her next time when going to Chick-fil-A. 2 THUMBS UP!!! Love the frozen coffee too
Put in my order then used the restroom. When I was done, my food was ready and had a nice meal. Noticed the music was all instrumental versions of popular songs, not too loud, just nice.
I love their salads the dressing and they're very kind to give me an extra dressing when I ask her family goes there quite frequently every day and every other day for me God bless you keep up the good work you have very respectful workers
The drive-thru is efficient, the attendants are timely and courteous, the food is as ordered and hot, and the price isn't too bad, especially for the service you get. When I can afford to spend a few more dollars, I go here.
As always, service with a smile! The drive through was busy so they had 3 people outside taking orders! No waiting by the time I reached the pickup window.

This Chick-fil-A in Whittier gave me a free breakfast order of 4 chicken minis, chicken biscuits, sausage biscuits and egg white grilled chicken biscuits with American cheese but only 6:30 to 10:30 am in the morning. The service is very good and I enjoy the offers here even if I don't live in east Whittier.
I had tried one a couple of years ago and the chicken was very dry so I never went back. My friend talked me into going to the new one in Whittier. I was pleasantly surprised! I am definitely going back. 🙏

Love this location! Yes the drive thru is usually crowded and I've never took the time to wait there so I can't comment on that. I have however downloaded the Chick-Fil-a app and ordered curbside which was super fast and convenient! The staff is always friendly here, just like every Chick-Fil-a I've been to. Sometimes people make mistakes, its human nature, the important thing is it's fixed without incidence. There was a mistake on my son's order, fries instead of fruit. I simply walked up to the counter and it was rectified immediately. My kids love the nuggets here and I favor the spicy chicken. I've heard there's a hot chicken coming soon which is awesome! Side note if you use app in the restaurant. Be sure to scan before you pay for your order at the register so you get points. If you forget there's a web address at bottom of the receipt and you can manually input it there. Super easy.
The staff here are very kind and the food tastes great! I wish I knew the specific host that I see most time to give her credit. Overall everyone I’ve encountered has great customer service, I like to eat here often!
I went through the line at the drive through. I order the chicken meal with all the trimmings. It was delicious. The young man who stood outside and took my order was so sweet he made the whole experience nice.

Today me and my girls went close to closing time and instead of getting greeted with eye rolls we got greeted with smiles! And to top it off right when we got our food my clumsy sister dropped her fresh order of fries right on the floor🙄 without hesitation our server said , "Oh no! I will get you a fresh order of fries!" And as she turned around a worker came out of no where with a broom and dust pan and started sweeping as if they seen a vision from God himself that my dumb sister was gonna drop her fries! By the time he was done sweeping she had brought her fries out! So the moral of this story Chick-fil-A has amazing customer service!!! And it was very clean and just all around 10/10 A+

The salad is really refreshing. The sandwiches are alright and my 6 yr olds loved the nuggets. Dining in side during this hot and humid weather is refreshing. 9/3/2022

Chick-fil-A always a good chicken sandwich, usually just get the simple grilled breast. If I'm feeling adventurous maybe I'll have the chicken club. Skip the wraps, you don't save any calories and they trend to be dry and rather tasteless. A plus since Covid, they have about the most efficient drive through line I have ever seen. It's faster than going in and ordering.
Just what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Always check your order though just in case. They forgot my sauce last time I was here, but everything else was great.

For our weekly lunch date my gal friend Diane and I ate at Chick-fil-A. I ordered the three piece chicken strips and Diane ordered the three piece chicken strips with french fries. We always take our own drinks with us everywhere we eat. So, Diane shared her french fries with me and we each ate three chicken strips and we were not stuffed however we were just right, not too full. The food is good, the service is fast and they actually had fresh beautiful flowers on each table! An absolute pleasure to dine in! So my three chicken strips were $4.25 plus tax for $4.65 I had lunch! Quite a bargain in my book! Definitely recommend Chick-fil-A for their chicken strips and their French fries...
Service is awesome. Chicken is fresh and tasty. I love their shakes. Shakes don't always set well with me. However, they do here and my tummy is thankful to have a go to when the craving hits.

Food was great dining area was very clean with beautiful flowers on each table. I was not given my chicken sandwich when the cashier scaned my app. So that was a bummer. The offer was removed as used in my app too.
I just moved to the area and I got take out at this location for the first time. I was glad they were open late cause I get hungry at night. My order was mixed up in the drive through and I called to let the restaurant know. the manager Adrian was quick to fix the situation, he was really cool about it and made it right. Good service, good attitude, definitely reccomend this location.
Miriam helped us in the drive thru line today. she had THE best energy, was engaging authentically with us and our kids and was efficiently moving through the line as well. I love that this chick fill a had crushed ice. The employees are very nice. They've forget things like people do (my mom waited for her coffee because they were still brewing, but then forgot about her completely), but they fix it right away. The employee even offered to bring my mom the cream and sugar.

This Whittier location is the best in all SoCal. All of the workers are so friendly they go out of their way to get to know their regulars. Our favorites are Alexis and Amaya, both super friendly, helpful, and always have a great new entree to try or great advice on how to personalize my meal, i.e the perfect sauce for each item!
Food always good, drive thru on Whittier/ Rosemead, employee not friendly as other, ask for extra napkins extra straw she seems reluctant and not happy I ask for them. I did ask her I want to tap my card myself instead of her doing it, it's more sanitary that way, cause she's taking many cards and handing package food!

Literally my absolute Chick-fil-a location ever. There are always fresh flowers on the tables and it is always clean. The staff here go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. There is a drive thru, indoor and outdoor seating, and a restroom for customers (no bathroom code required). There is also spacious, free parking.
I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. Tyler was the cashier, his customer service was exceptional, and he had a great personality, and he recommended to me what to have as well. The atmosphere was nice, I got my meal super quick, and it tasted good as well 😊 I was like, I should have bought another sandwich. Lol. The place was clean and I definitely will visit again. Great job Chic-fil-A!
I nornally do not like Chick-fil-A. Normally just doesn't taste right or there's a weird seasoning that makes you wonder if it was made by your grandmother who cooks everything with a vitamix. However this one nails the taste each and every time. Great fries, excellent grilled chicken, and most importantly, no vitamix. My only qualm is that the employees are excellent multitaskers, which makes it hard to feel like a customer when their attention is immensely divided. I don't know, I enjoy a little bit of humanity from behind the counter, y'know?
Best part of the annual Luau is always Chick-fil-A!! Food was delicious and plentiful. Delivery was prompt. And the ordering process was SO easy!! Winner Winner Chicken (and pork) (and beef) Dinner!

My Community group and I meet here every week to discuss Sunday's sermon. The service is always great. They are always polite and never rush us out. They often give out samples or give little promotion gifts.

Wow good food but this place has serious problems with the help I gave four stars because I had to wait like 45 mins to order an get my food in my hand. If it's going to take that long you can call it fast food. Also I realize they are new employees an the place it self if new but the guy that helped take my order was out of it. I'm sure they got it together by now I'd hope anyway.

I havent tried chicken but you must try Frost Lemonade!Its so tasty and refreshing!BUT it really makes me mad when you compare small and big size....there is almost no difference...If i buy Large i wanna get large...not medium or 1 sip more than small....
Good chicken sandwich but in two tries, waffles fries have been limp due to being under cooked. Fast Covid-19 drive through service: Like a In-n-Out Burger, they had multiple employees with i-Pads in line taking orders so the line moved fast.
The coffee is horrible. The taste is rancid perhaps since the coffee makers aren't commercially washed to remove build up. Residue smells and taste rancid. Yuck
Why. I was so excited to taste the new Cherry Berry drink just for it to spill on my pants as soon as I take it out the cupholder. Not only did it spill on my pants but all in cupholder as well, all because the employees didn’t close the lid all the way. I get it chick fil-a is popular and when there’s a rush, you’re going to try to get everyone out without a long wait. Please. Next time- in the future, I hope all employees double check to make sure the lids TO ALL DRINKS ARE PROPERLY CLOSED.
They got our drive thru order wrong, TWICE!!! I love Chick-Fil-A but was very disappointed in this experience considering it's a new store. Definitely have them repeat your order before driving off. Service was still great!
If it needs three (3) people for a single order and they still get it wrong, they need better training. Tonight, my family and I decided to indulge ourselves with some chicken sandwiches from this location after a quick visit to target. At 9:11PM (March 10th, 2021) we placed our order in the drive thru successfully and proceeded to the window to pick up our order. Upon getting to the window we were greeted and got our drinks. A few seconds later we got two bags with our food which consisted of 3 full meals. Before taking off we decided to take a peek inside the bags to make sure we got everything we ordered and paid for. Upon checking both bags we noticed we were missing a set of fries. Everything else was inside the two bags. It took us a few seconds to double check both bags to make extra sure we for sure didn’t get the fries. The one guy at the window only asked if there was something wrong after making eye contact with him for a few seconds. We told him we were missing a set of fries and he immediately asked for the bags to be returned to him. Which defeats the purpose of handing the orders on a tray for COVID-19 “precautions”. The bags had already been inside my vehicle and touched by me and my family. (For the record, we are COVID-19 negative) After putting only one bag on the tray the guy removed the tray. Three people, two guys and one lady checked inside the bag. Then, the guy came back to ask for the second bag. We all noticed how they gave us a look as if we were trying to rob them of a set of fries. Not sufficient, the guy came back yet again and this time he asked for the receipt. IT WAS THE LAST ORDER THEY’D JUST BAGGED AND NOT ONE OF THE THREE PEOPLE COULD REMEMBER WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSIDE THE BAGS????!!!! After checking both bags and the receipt they finally gave us our missing fries and returned the bags. WITHOUT A MEANINGLESS “sorry for the inconvenience”. Some may wonder, well, what’s the issue? 1. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I know there is one person who is supposed to make sure each and every order is not only meeting quality standards but that it is also COMPLETE! 2. Today is super cold and raining and we had the window down the whole time to ask for something that was supposed to have been inside the bag when we first got it. 3. The guy asked for the bags before he asked for the receipt. 4. All three people gave us a dirty look for asking for something we had already paid for. 5. No attempt to make amends by acknowledging their mistake. Sometimes a simple “sorry” goes a long way. I know it’s just fries but if I paid for it... I AM ENTITLED TO IT!!!!
I normally have good experiences but this time they single charged each item to my wife's order instead of making it a meal. I think the kid was new working at the drive through. Also didn't get any Chick-fil-A sauce.
God bless those kids standing near the drive thru line with a menu no one can see or read! My order was messed up so I tossed it. Not a fan of the waffle fries and the soup didn't taste great either. Still like the grilled chicken sandwiches so I guess I'll just stick to them.
Terrible customer service for a Chick-fil-A establishment (way to ruin a good reputation!). They have a habit of making you park for a simple drive-thru order only to forget you exist. It will usually take 20 minutes before someone comes out with your order. Whoever is managing this location needs to lay off the reefer. God bless.
Chick-fil-A is usually known for efficiency, but this visit was pretty mediocre at best. The only positive part of the experience was the girl who took my order—she was friendly, polite, and did her job well. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The order was wrong, and somehow everything that was confirmed upfront didn’t match what I actually received in the bag. This was especially frustrating in the drive-thru, where the whole point is to be quick and convenient. Instead of saving time, I ended up having to double-check everything because items were missing or incorrect. For a place that prides itself on accuracy and speed, this visit fell short. Friendly service at the order point doesn’t matter much if the execution afterward completely fails. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t live up to the Chick-fil-A standard.
This chick fil a sucks. EVERY single time I go here something is wrong in my order. No dressing for salad, no sauce, wrong entree, non-diet beverage (I’m a T1 diabetic). Last time I went there I got no receipt for my huge order therefore no points in my app. The La Habra one closing has forced me to come here and I literally am giving up because I’m done driving 2.5 miles to get the wrong order every time now. Also you can’t even call them as it immediately directs you to their answering machine. Placed my final order today and will not be going back.
I ordered a chicken burrito instead of the bowl & guess what they gave me.. A BOWL. I put my trust in them to not check the bag before I left, the employee tells me, “everything is in there” but my burrito was not in the bag, I’m just heart broken I was really looking forward to my burrito.
I have always loved going to chick fil a. They are know in the industry for giving excellent customer service. Yesterday evening I went through the drive thru and had an extremely bad experience With Roland. He refused to give me his name. I had to get out of my car to get it and Amelia refused to give his name saying she didn’t know his name and he specifically asked for her not to give me his name . You never know what someone is going thru you should treat them kind and respectful always and in return you will be treated the same way back. You know what you did I hope you can change that in the future for others life is short treat people the way you want to be treated.
Don't order off Doordarsh here. They'll give you half the fries you ordered. Won't give you all the sauces. And will short you on the nuggets you order. This has happened multiple times now
Beware drive thru employees not wearing masks! Only reason for stopping here was a Christmas gift card. Kale salad was spoiled. Sandwiches dry and artificial sauces don't make them any better. Only positive young lady in drive thru window was very friendly and attentive - while I had to wait for my order of old, pre-made items. This after I had already waited in a long line. Will not be returning to Chic-fil-A.
They got my order entirely wrong for pick up and then wouldn’t answer my calls to see if I can fix it.
I waited over half an hour for 1 chicken spicy sandwich. They kept telling me that it was not ready I kept waiting they kept ignoring me. Finally some young kid comes out and tells me it's been sitting there all that time, I talked to the manager he didn't care. I will never go back to that Chick Fil-A again
Another restaurant that won't let me place an order because my semi truck doesn't fit through the drive-thru. I don't understand how they allow employees to stand in the Drive-Thru line and take your order there but not on a walk-up and how throw ketchup and all these other condiments in your bag with your food, how is that safe but it's not safe enough to place an order as a walk up guess. I just want to get something to eat.
I went to this location today to just get a gift card. I went to the door and asked to get one. I was told that the registers are closed, but they can help me in the drive thru. I asked them if the drive thru has a register, then why can't they just do the gift card for me and use that register. I was told gift cards can only be done in the drive thru, therefore I would have to wait in the long drive thru line just for a gift card. Makes no sense. I drove to another Chik fila and they were able to help me with out any hesitation. Horrible Customer Service experience. Not going to this location again.

How can you get confused when the order number sticker it’s on the plate or bag they gave me the incorrect salad my order # was 9838 and they give me someone else’s order with order number 9826 i call customer service they will get back to to that is what they said will see, i have to buy lunch again because the salad provided i don't like it because of the cheese in it 😡
Never will go to this one again! Wited 45 minute's in a very disorganized drive thru. Do not go here expecting to get ur food fast! Very unorganized and when we got out sandwiches they were cold. Definitly could do better.
I’ve been to this establishment many times over the last few years, and I just spent over 50 dollars to feed my family here. The drive thru experience was worse than ever. It has been deteriorating over the last year or so, but the kind and pleasant experience that once was, is now obnoxious in their attempts to be quick, and lacks all the personal and polite experience that used to be the case. I won’t being going back here anytime soon.
I placed order online for drive thru pick up there was no line and no one inside store as of customers. They made me wait in the front for my order, they brought me an ice bag and iced coffee then said that was it. I asked where is the rest of my order!? I was missing muffin chicken sandwich, 4ct minis, large tots and small fruit cup. Then they said to wait again and brought my order had to drive home to see my 4ct minis wasn't in the bag called chick fil a (Whitewood) and had me on hold so i hung up and had husband drive back to restaurant to get my order right. Manager summer told him she can give a 10 count mini but only received a 4 count mini so i called her again to let her know she didn't give me what she promised and she told me well didn't you get what you were missing! Summer is so rude and unprofessional she also was trying to deny that she was the manager my husband talked to in person.
Went through the drive through and I ordered. I took off one thing I ordered and it took like 15 minutes in drive thru. He put the wrong item again and had to cancel it. I think the crew started getting frustrated because my chicken sandwich was cold. The cheese was cold. It was a failure. This was on friday 7/7/23 around 7-8 pm. Took like two bites and realized I wasted a good 10$
Horrible service. I had placed an order for pick up at drive through. As I waited I had a worker inform me I had to get out of line because I didn't go through their process. She explained they had cones out, showing where the line started, but there were no cones in sight. Last time I support this Chick-fil-A. You would think this company had better standards.
I love chick fil a- but unfortunately, I have had multiple instances where the Whittier location has ommited items I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. This leaves me with the frustrating task of having to drive all the way back to correct it with nothing but a flippant “sorry”. I think they can do better
Just came to this cfa 1 hr before closing and sad to say that I ordered a large Mac n cheese to go.. and it was pretty dry if you ask me. No flavor, it wasn’t goey or didn’t have that much cheese 💔
I never post reviews, but I have had to many bad experiences here not to. I love chick-fil-a but this is by far the worst one I've been to. First of all they are always stingy with their sauces. Last time there was a freaking hair in the sandwich which got us a free item coupon but when I used it today... they still managed to give us the wrong item.
09/26/2018. The girl in the drive through, who, when asked if she'd mind if I took 30 seconds to make a Chick-fil-A account to get the deal in the app, said "Yes I would mind, actually." I'm sorry, but that attitude is unacceptable when you work in a customer service environment. There were no cars behind me and your restaurant was almost empty. If you're standing in the drive thru taking orders and swiping cards, your job is 95% customer service and 5% swiping cards. Absolutely horrible attitude and service. Plus, every time you go inside you can tell how poorly they're managed, cashiers will constantly be leaving their post to help put out orders because their kitchen is understaffed, leaving people waiting in line while there are no cashiers taking orders. I will be avoiding this location from now on, for sure. Absolutely dreadful. Food turns out good still, so there's their one star.
Employee Nadine was extremely rude. I was asked to pull forward at the drive thru to wait for my order. Waited in my car for 15 minutes tried several times to call to see what was going on with my order. When I finally got ahold and explain to her I've been waiting outside for 15 min her only response was "Yeah I have your food right here. I'm taking it right now" I've never had a bad experience at Chik Fil A until today.

Ordered online for a group of nurses and the order was messed up.... food missing. Not much we could do because we were at work. I sill had to pay out nearly $20 for my incomplete order..... 1 chicken sandwich and a medium drink.....very frustrating.
Samantha at this location was extremely rude. I placed a mobile pick up order and decided to eat it outside. All was good until I got to the fries and saw the top one was INSANELY salted, and the ones below looked pretty salty too. This isn’t my first time having super salty fries from this location, but I usually do drive though and leave so I’ll just wipe the salt off with a napkin. (I’d also like to add that I’ve asked for unsalted fries before and was told that was not offered) Since I was actually eating at the place today, I decided to say something about it. (I’d also like to add that it took a lot of courage to say something about it because I’m usually one to just leave it alone) So I go inside and I’m greeted by Samantha. I say “hi! I’m sorry but my fries are really salty. Am I able to get another batch?” And I hold up the fry that’s in the photo to show her. She said “okay well you ordered salted fries and those are salted..” I was taken back because with chick fil As reputation of good customer service I just assumed I’d get a “yes” and not gaslit in return so I said “okay yeah I know I ordered this, but if you look at the fry I’m trying to show you it’s like INSANELY salted.” She then proceeds to barely look down at the fry almost like she doesn’t even care and says “okay well those are salted like you ordered, do you want unsalted now?” And again, taken back I said “salted is not an issue at all, I just don’t need them THIS salted. I don’t know if you’re looking at the fry but this is a LOT” she cut me off and repeated her last sentence so I just said “okay yes unsalted is fine.” Because at this point as a grown woman I’m not going to argue with a little highschool girl about fries. So then I leave the fries there on the counter and just wait for the new ones. When she goes to tell the shift lead and the shift lead asks what’s wrong with them she says “the fries were TOO salted” in a sarcastic tone and an eyeroll. And as I’m waiting for the fries to be ready I also here little snickering or sarcastic comments from her to her co workers. Look, I’m a small business owner that owns a store in Whittier. If any of my employees talked to any customers the way she spoke to me they instantly would no longer be an employee. I don’t complain about anything, I know how customer service is, I approached her kindly and I was met unkindly. All I wanted was some fries. Hold the attitude and the high blood pressure that came with it lol. Do better Samantha
Very disappointed in Chick-fil-A. No accountability for DoorDash orders. We ordered dinner for two, 10 piece chicken strips, two large fries, a large mac & cheese. The DoorDash driver delivered a small bag on our porch containing only mac & cheese. I called the store. The person on the phone was very unsympathetic and told me there was nothing he could do. Unacceptable!
Very disappointed with the service. I was seating there for a a long time and nobody came and ask me how I was doing while another person with a different melanin content in their body was asked at least 2x in the same amount of time I was there. His table was cleaned and we're asked if they could take the bag that was there same as mine.
