This location is super easy to find. Right off the freeway in a shopping center that has other great places to eat.The nice girl working was beyond awesome. It was a hot day and she gave us big cups of ice to fill with water for aloud long trip home. I've been to this Dunkin Donuts twice. It's always clean and quick service. The donuts were delicious. I had strawberry filled donut holes. I've never seen those anywhere! We will see you soon!

Dunkin Donuts Widomar - Great location, conveniently located off of I-15. This location has a drive thru. This location is also a Baskin Robin's and serves ice cream and sells ice cream cakes. The staff is attentive, fast and courteous and the donuts and coffee are delicious!

It’s Dunkin’!!!! What more is there to say... coffee is great and it is easier to get to than the Starbucks. Clean location, it has a drive thru as well. Parking lot can be full in the mornings, but friendly staff and good doughnuts!!

Went to Dubkin at about 12:35pm on 11/4/24. Ordered my coffee and once I got to the window I realized I forgot my debit card. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank God for Brooklyn! The young gentleman working at the window! He was kind enough to help me pay for my drink. Such a kind hearted young man. He's proof that chivalry isn't dead! You are so awesome! You made my day! Thank you so much! Excellent customer service! Give this man a raise!

I go here about 1 x a week. I usually get a cold brew coffee and 2 egg, bacon and cheese wake-up wraps. Sometimes the young window persons are warm and doing their best to accommodate me and make me feel that they are happy that I gave them my business. Unfortunately, more often than not, they are oblivious to things like friendly interactions and making sure that there are napkins in the bag and offering condiments and at least a thank you. I'm a friendly person and I am going out of my way to show them that I am a positive and warm customer. But, I often drive away with the sense that the customer is their enemy. It's all about picking the right employees and training them properly. Teaching the bad ones a life lesson and letting them go when they don't understand customer service.

We went through the drive thu and ordered 3 ice cream options (2 of which were exactly the same) and they couldn’t get it straight. The order was repeated several times before she finally read out the correct order. When we pulled around she informed us that they had accidentally made something entirely different but would give us the more expensive item at the cost of what we had been trying to order if we wanted. They seemed friendly, I’m just not sure why our really simple order was so hard.

My jelly donut was dry and unappealing. They didn't have any crumb donuts. They were friendly.

Not so great customer service but great donuts

Let's play some declined significantly over the past 5 years. Pepper maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich was room temperature and almost without bacon. The cheese was unmelted. Very disappointing for 40 something bucks.

I went to get an ice cream cone from 31 flavors which is partnered with Dunkin'. After I placed my order in the drive through and got to the window; I was told they didn't have any chocolate ice cream. The girl couldn't tell me what ice cream didn't have nuts in it when I asked by flavor. Not good.

We used to go to this location at least 4x a week and IDK what happened but now they are awful. Always running out of things (ice cream flavors, hot fudge, flavor syrups etc) and the customer service is either great or horrible. I had a question about ordering on the app and the cashier literally said "I dont know, you just have to read it." Like wow why didn't I think of that. Just rude. Now we go to the Murrieta Hot Springs location 4x a week or more since it's close to my work and they are so nice and actually get our orders correct.

Past 2 days I asked for a sandwich with no cheese. They put cheese both times.

This shop needs to get it together! My mobile order has 2 of the 4 drinks wrong. Bought a dozen donuts and asked for at least one maple. Got home, no maple. Charged me extra for coconut milk (I'm vegan) gave me cow milk instead. Totally frustrating, would not recommend, nor will I go back. The whole atmosphere felt like no one had a clue what they were doing.

The food is good when it’s prepared right. I’ve been experiencing inconsistent good service as sometimes my hot breakfast sandwiches are cold. The last purchase I made I asked them to add a tomatoe, but they didn’t put tomato and still charged me $1 more. Not too happy…

They need to heat up their food and work on the donut mix . My sandwich and hash browns was still frozen in some spots and the chocolate munchkin tasted like I ate a tablespoon of flour. The matcha latte was decent though

Yum, a burnt croissant. It smells like heavily burnt toast. My first and only time ever getting this. Do not recommend unless you like the taste of charcoal.

Bad customer service, short brown kid with red hair was very disrespectful. Laughing at my face, rolling his eyes and didn’t want to give out his name. I got down to speak with shift leader and he said that the workers don’t need to give out personal information. Very unprofessional and he needs to get fired, don’t come here again!

Worst croissants we have ever had. Completely dry, not a lick of anything on them except the meat and cheese, which was not even melted. Epic fail! I don't generally give terrible reviews, but this time, it was deserved.

Went today, not a great experience. Ordered a drink and food. After almost 20 min inquired about food. 4 or 5 workers, nobody but us inside, one or two went through drive through. When I asked about our order (after watching all staff gossip and goof) one girl said she didn’t realize there was an order for food. Asked how much longer and she said 3 min. Turned out to be 12. So we waited over half an hour, to get the wrong order. I pointed out that we were given the wrong egg bites ( she did apologize, she was super sweet) and she also gave us an extra order of egg bites, still not what we ordered. Told her not to worry about it, we were short on time. Just as we were about to leave, they gave us the egg bite correct order. As I said, all super sweet. However, they were so involved in their “hanging out, gossiping, taking” that they didn’t realize, even though my son and I were the only ones in the lobby, that they had forgotten our food order. I’ll definitely give them another chance, but they need to check the orders on their little machine in back every time someone orders.

Poor customer service: My wife and I were on our way home from visiting our daughter and grandchildren (06/01) when we thought it would be nice to pick up some donuts for Sunday’s breakfast. We stopped at the shop here in Wildomar (Clinton Keith location). Understandably it was close to 10PM, but it was not at or after 10 when we stopped in. We were greeted by an employee (Chris) who was locking the doors and informed us that the store was closing, but we could use the drive-up. Since we were there and he was just then locking the doors, he should had invited us in and taken our order, but no. Web site shows that their hours are 4:30AM to 11PM. The employee (Chris) proceeded to lock the doors and then hooked up with his buddies that were gathered at one of the tables (IN SIDE). Dunkin, I recommend that you do a better job of teaching your young adults running your stores about customer service. You have lost me as a customer.

To charge $17 for a dozen donuts should be criminal. Plus their donuts are garbage. I got a dozen donuts recently for work and there was not a single glaze or chocolate bar, I asked for “assorted” and they gave me a bunch of sprinkle donuts and all the others no one ever orders. They weren’t fresh, tasted like they were at least a day old. I will never go here again. Dunkin’ Donuts, aside from their coffee, is absolute garbage.

The ladies there are so rude even if your nice to them, they never have anything ready bagels taste old and my coffee tasted like dirt again, I tried to give them a chance but this location is a NO!!! They all hang out not doing anything like they’re not getting paid to service their customers.

I just picked up an online order of donuts and bagels from the Dunking Donuts located on Clinton Keith.The bagels were fine, but the donuts were stale, like if the donuts would have been days old. The previous orders have been fresh good quality donuts. Completely dissatisfied with today's donuts.

I’ve had faster service with better attitudes at a truck stop. Hiring young kids is cool and all but it doesn’t solve the issue of complacency in the workforce. Get some people in here that care about the job with a smile.

They never wrote down the receipt or the name of the person picking it up they made us pay for another one and gave us a hassle, giving us a refund back on the first very bad attitudes and racism. She laughed when I said my friend is Asian. He’s coming to pick it up.
