I'm consistently impressed with this Papa John's location. My orders are always perfect and arrive hot, whether I choose delivery or carryout. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the older lady and young guy who are always smiling and welcoming and the delivery driver too. A truly great experience every time!

Let's be legitimate - when I order prepared food, for delivery, I usually tip between 20 & 30%, and I stipulate the tip is split between the driver & the cook. Right is right, and you have to know that it is proper, if not minimal to do this. Okay - pizza is fairly solid, with a well seasoned crust. I like stuffed crust, but I like super thin & crispy too - that is probably impossible to make, but it's my preference. I did get a garlic butter crust too & that was great, but a bit more bland than expected. The toppings & cheese were nearly perfect & the sauce has a solid flavor. Legitimately deserving of the 4 stars; though a 5 was just out of reach due to my wife's pizza - she had a thin crust, oddball sauce, pepperoni & pineapple. We agreed that it wasn't that good. I will say, the app was great for prep time & ordering.

It was today, Sunday morning and my wife wasn’t feeling well but got very hungry. The only delivery place in town that would deliver at 8:30 was Papa Johns so that’s where I went. I tried to do the order online, but it wouldn’t work. So I called and got some Girl who took my order. After she took it, I asked her what the grand total would be and she said $39 and some change. The pizza arrived in record-breaking time, about 20 minutes. When it arrived they asked me to sign the bill and it showed $50 plus. I corrected the bill down to $39 and sent the delivery guy on his way. If they charge me $50 I will object to the charge. Besides, an error of that magnitude makes me want to go someplace else. The pizza was ok. It tasted funny. I only tasted it because I’m under the weather too. The “bowl“ was good but my stomach wasn’t ready for Alfredo sauce. All in all, except for the amount that I was told would be the total of the bill and the actual total of the bill being so different the experience was positive. Had it not been for great service, delivery, Pizza, I would’ve gone to one star.

We had our pizzas delivered tonight from willis texas store. We have never had any problems before. When I opened the garic knots they were upside down and was a mess. They leaked into the top pizza box. I opened the pizza box to check on it. The garlic cup was smashed and leaked all under the pizza making it soggy. I then opened our second pizza. The garlic cup was also busted open but luckily didn't get all under this pizza. My husband said his pizza was the worst he has ever gotten from them. This really surprised me that this was such a mess because we have never had issues before.

This place used to be good but they became incompetent in recent months and struggle to place more than one molecule of cheese if you get ANY toppings. What a complete joke.

We ordered delivery and the wings were a solid disappointment with absolutely no sauce on the boneless and a buttery watery puddle in the garlic Parmesan even though we ordered hot honey and bbq. The pizza was bland and chewy. Never ordering again

We usually have a good experience at this Papa John's......today we ordered our regular pizza and when we selected the regular amount of jalapeno as a topping we didn't expect for (Whoever made the pizza) to be mad at us for adding jalapeno and then adding a quarter of the jar (also the jalapenos weren't even cooked ....they were just thrown on there cold after the pizza was done)!!! I love spicy food as much as the next person but and sorry (I took the pic after I scraped half of them off)come on......when we opened the box you couldn't even see cheese, it was all jalapenos!!???!! Sorry if the person who made the pizza was in a bad mood but no need to take it out on my pizza and waste so many jalapenos and ruin a good pizza!!!!!

We can do better...apparantly not. When trying to redeem these today, as well as order another pizza with them. yet again I was let down by the quality of the pizza and the employees. The order was missing my two free pizzas. Also the the other pizza had incorrect toppings. So when my wife called to get this corrected the extremely less than professional "manager" answered the phone. After explaining what was wrong with our order the "manager" stated that we shouldn't be trying to get so much free stuff. And hung up the phone. So after several other calls to the store and be berated by the "manager" and hung up on I decided to drive to the store to have this issue resolved. Well this was a less than satisfying visit. The "manager" Chris (the last name isn't important) per him. Informed me that they made my pizza wrong but the two missing pizza they cant redeem them instore. So I said fine I'll order it online standing in front of him. The app informed me that the store I was standing in was apparently closed -_- . The "manager" said yep sorry you cant order pick up. So I cant help you with any thing except for the pizza we messed up on. At this point I realized that meant they are still open for delivery. So standing in the front lobby I had to pull up the pj app and..... place an order....for delivery.....standing...in....the front....lobby. so along with wasting my time, my wife's time, my gas money, the stores time and money. Now the "manager " with no last name, is wasting the drivers time and money by making them deliver two free pizzas to my house.....that I was standing in the front lobby for.....smh. sooooo the the statement " we can do better..." apparently not at store #4316.

I ordered 16 wings today and asked for them to be well done when I received them. They were so sauced once you shook them the way you’re supposed to it turned into nothing but liquid. The meat wasn’t even cooked as the manager tried to tell me three times through the oven when you can clearly see Because they were only ran once . The guest service and training of hospitality on this shift supervisor is Unsatisfactory. You need to retrain your shift supervisor on Sundays this is the quality of food that they say is Papa John’s .when you’ve already had stomach issues and you asked for your wings to be cooked well done and then you called back and she said oh what do you want them burnt no I just want them cooked to the right temperature This is the disgustingness that Papa John’s Willis says it’s their standard. Apparently, this location cannot hire enough drivers and they run everything through DoorDash. They like to blame the franchise owner or corporate but then when you call corporate, they blame the franchise so once again, I’m out some money, but I will never never order from this Papa John’s again.!!!!

To the owner of this franchise you just lost a good customer. Paid for extra sausage on a Shaq and when I got home two pieces of pepperoni and 2 sausage on each slice. Nothing like the pictures on advertisements or past pizzas purchased. Called in to find owner has instructed employees to scale back amounts of toppings and sites they had been making them wrong in the past. Shrinkflation at its best. I would not recommend the Willis Tx location. All this new housing out here and many pizzas places to pick from. Do yourself a favor and skip it this owner is ripping people off.

Spent $30 om crap. They should not charge when they make mistakes like that.

I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but the orderly lady should NOT be working that front counter. She doesn’t speak loud and CANT HEAR it’s just chaos trying to get an order in EVERYTIME we go in and ordering on top of it already being loud with all the machines/ovens going.

Just know if you order from here that it's gonna take 40mins plus whatever they tell you especially if the old lady is at the front counter. I understand trying to help the elderly but she just needs to get a job as a greeter at Walmart, cause the orders aren't getting put up there till 15 mins after they have came in. The food tastes like 3 day old pizza after you microwave it. Just order from the papa John's off 336 loop

However, after learning about this location, I thought it was nice to have another Papa John’s nearby to order from…. Not only did my delivery order take almost 2 hours for just 1 pizza and 6 wings, the food arrived cold. The cheese on the pizza looked hardened, like the way pizza looks from the previous day. My husband and I were so hungry especially waiting so long for our food just to be delivered some cold food and we even tipped the driver good because we were happy it finally arrived. Never ordering from here again. Do better Willis!!

Ordered chicken Buffalo pizza. When my pizza was delivered, it was incorrect with pizza sauce instead of Buffalo sauce and had sausage. Called and they we're going to send out another one...waited 45 min for "corrected" pizza and IT WAS INCORRECT AGAIN! Same issue, no Buffalo sauce and no side dipping sauce like I had asked for. Called again and was told they got busy was the reason they can't read an order correctly..TWICE! Still waiting for my refund. Never again...going to Crust Pizza now on!
