I do have to say they have great stuff there no matter if they’re closing or not they still made my pizza my pizza was amazing it had lots of good toppings on it and exactly what I asked for ♥️🤤 thank you ladies

Visiting my sister in Willits and she is always talking about Papa Murphys so I couldn’t wait to try it! Lived up to the hype, love the take and bake method for hot fresh pizza at home. I prefer take away over dine in any day so this was a dream. Also got a heart shaped pizza for the Valentine’s Day special, looking forward to my next stop in!

Most fair prices for pizza in town. Toppings are very generous. Good customer service.

I've gotten pizza from here quite often. During the pandemic win a lot of places were closed these guys stayed open with a skeleton crew most of the time and they were wonderful. On my birthday this year I got a free pizza any size and any kind I wanted. I love this place

I feel so terrible right now and I know it wouldn’t be like this if we had eaten at papa Murphy’s. Never any trouble and delicious pizza. And for the price you can’t beat it.

Man o man thats great pizza. We went to pick it up and my wife found a bunch of other edible items and she purchased those too! We walked out with 2 arm loads and it cost us less than 2 pizzas from our local pizza place we usually go to.

The chicken garlic pizza is soooo good! The staff is friendly and helpful

The pizza is anything but bland. Their combo actually has salami in it. You don't see too may places that have that ingredient. They also offer a great range of pizza types such as Thai chicken. Crusts range from thin to deep dish. All offerings are almost half the cost of others unless you're slumming it with Little Caesar's.

Fresh Ingredients, good product... Actually really love there thick crust.. just the right amount of everything for a take and bake pizza, yum!!

They were out of tomatoes and it took nearly 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone to take my order.

Decent pizza, better than a Safeway pre-fab

Pizza is ok, always have to wait 20 minutes or more.

The pizza is what you'd expect. The staff here aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

And laugh at him like yeah really. I paid for that sauce so I'd like to have it, obviously! So inconsiderate. The SECOND time we spoke to the "manager" and she said "yeah yeah I'll get it for you but I don't appreciate the attitude" and then blamed her trainee and yelled at them. Like I don't appreciate my order being missing, the gas I wasted to come here twice, your inconsiderate behavior and YOUR attitude! Makes the delicious pizza not worth it. Would give negative stars for the service.

The pizza has gone down hill!!! Used to be a great place but as of late it isn't. The pizza isn't made right for some reason!!!

Got the order wrong and it was $90

Poor customer service. And they don't take orders after a certain time which they shouldn't be "opened" until 8 if they won't take a call in order at 7:45. LAME.

Never coming back here again. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude and disrespectful. I will never give them my business again. Apparently she needs to take a customer service class so she can be more educated when dealing with PAYING customers.

Well I showed up there 25-27 minutes later. The guy and the girl working there have a little convo. The guys says let me ring you up. I asked is the pizza ready. He said no. Wow, ok of course I didn't pay and reminded him when the order was placed and when it was promised. Said thank you and walked out.
