I understand they have a portion guide but as a former employee I have a pretty good idea how big things are supposed to be and I'll see if I can upload the photo of my quesarito which was about the size of a pack of camels.I always get poor service poor quality food when I come in at night normally after 9 p.m.

Closed 30 minutes early…all lights on, says open until 1am yet I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. There were two vehicles in the parking lot also. Seems like an employee is slacking, shitty after a 14 hour day driving and the only place that’s supposed to be open.

My son ordered the rice and black beans with a side of chips. You can't order the side of chips on their touch screen, so we waited for a person to take his order at the counter. He couldn't figure out how to order just a side of chips, and instead of the rice and black beans, he ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito for my son. When I went to get it corrected, they gave my son a leftover bowl of crusty rice and dried beans. I asked them for a fresh one, please, and got a steaming bowl of black beans! Great, but they left off the rice. My young son was so irritated at this point that we didn't ask them to fix it any more.

Terrible location, took over 25 mins in line with only 3 cars in front of me while more than 10 piled behind me, uses a very BAD A.I. to take your order in drive through, it’s super inconsistent and can’t hear even when spoken to correctly, they made the food messy and dumped my fries in the bag, all I could hear was them laughing and playing when they took my money, trash store, trash employees

The food was trash. Order was made wrong. Barely any ingredients. I ordered crunch wrap got all the way home which is up the mountain and I bit into it a night as well have been a burrito. Plus had none of the extra stuff I paid for. Went back the next day and they corrected it. The employees are rude as hell. In my opinion it needs a complete overhaul. It’s trash and I refuse to eat there again. Get paid over 20 bucks an hr to be lazy and rude. Never again

I asked for a new portion of fries cause these were stale and not even seasoned and the guy denied it to me and said that’s how they come.We had also asked for a Mexican pizza and they also dumped that with red sauce cause we had told them to remake it.Horrible customer service and the employees were really rude.I would give this a 0 star if I could.

My experience at this fast food place was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed careless and uninterested in getting orders right the first time. Having to make multiple trips to the counter just to get the correct food was frustrating and time-consuming. It's essential for a fast food establishment to prioritize accuracy and efficiency. The first time they put BARELY ANY TOPPINGS on the Mexican pizza, so we went to the counter to ask for more. When we got it back, it was DROWNED IN SAUCE with no cheese and looked ATROCIOUS. the third time they put the CHUNKIEST portions of sauce which looked so disgusting we didn’t even end up eating the food. The guy with tattoos was SO RUDE and was yelling in our faces when we were approaching him in a nice manner. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . DISGUSTING. 🤢🤮
