A small BK besides the gas pump. The person serving are very polite and respectful. However very parking spots. I wanted to sit and eat but due no no parking available, I had to take my order to go (drive in) from the window.

This Burgerking is a hit or miss... been here and the food was fresh and well handled...also been here and the food was sloppily prepaired and not fresh...so visit at your own risk..... kind of like gambling

Fast food has gotten entirely too expensive. Especially the burger places including McD's... Their specials are the worst food.

Do not spend your money here. I ordered and paid for an Impossible whopper w/cheese. I didn't get the cheese that I paid for. It ruined my meal. I ate the fries and drank the drink that night. I went back a couple of days later because I was on the road traveling when I bought it. I asked that the whole meal be made over. The manager on duty replies that I didn't have the whole meal in the bag to return. So she didn't remake the meal nor did she apologize for ruining my meal. If ever I stop in Winnie Texas. I know this is not where I will spend my hard earned money. I suggest that everyone who reads this heed my warning. This is not the Burger King of old.

Mens Bathroom is disgusting 1 toilet is full of toilet paper and 1 has 💩 all over the toilet... Plus the A/C does not work in the seating area It was SO HOT. Food took longer then usual

Lost my wallet either in or outside the store, no one will answer phone to watch cameras to see if i dropped it outside or left on counter. Past 2 days I've tried getting ahold of someone and they won't answer their phone.. seems pretty odd.

I used the restroom and gas pump. One start because Yuck. Won't stop again here or across the street at Chevron. MANAGEMENT! Pressure....wash.... If the pumps and restroom are dirty and smell of poop...IM NOT EATING HERE! come on.

My mom ordered this “Impossible Whopper” because she is Pescatarian, she has been sick throwing up and etc. ever since 1 this afternoon!! She took it back up there and the lady in the front was very nice but is that even the right patty? Also, they don’t answer there phone!!

I ordered a Whopper with no mayo. That’s it. No fries, no drink, no fancy combos—just a single, solitary Whopper with no mayo. Sounds like an easy order right? The employee even repeated it back twice. So, what did I get? No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickle, no ketchup—just a heap of mayo. How can you turn a brain-dead simple order into a mayo masterpiece? Did the kitchen crew mishear “no mayo” as “drown it in mayo”? Or are they just trolling for laughs? Laughably terrible execution despite crystal-clear communication.

Poorly received in this Burger King, the person I had didn't even stop her phone conversation to take my order. And when I asked her for the Wi-Fi code, she showed me that I was bothering her and refused to give it to me by speaking to me in a rude manner. Change jobs. Supposedly she didn't know the code! It's just written "Wifi" in big letters on the door! And that I should go ask the clerk at the gas station next door. I went to ask him, but he didn't know any more.
