Crew was working hard when I stopped here. The manager was named April and she was doing a great job in keeping the crew moving and everything was flowing great! Great job team of getting food out efficiently, fresh, and a fast despite being busy and it didn't take a lot of crew. I'm impressed 👍👍😁. I would definitely stop here again coming thru Texas

I come here at least once a week. Every time I dine in, Jennifer and Daniel the line cook are always happy and treat me like family. Great food and always a great atmosphere. Management if you’re seeing this review both of these employees are amazing and set the standard on what employees should be. Friendly and treat like family. Keep up the great work! You two are the main reason I come back EVERYTIME!

I really expect to have a burger that looks like they do on the pictures and commercials. Stopped in this burger King around 8 pm on Oct 19. Got a Texas burger, double meat bacon etc. It was probably the best put together burger I've ever had from a fast food place. Got the large meal. My only complaint was the size of fries. I swear it was the smallest large fries I've ever had lol

Absolutely the best burger King I've been too! I drive from Houston just to this location especially when my wife is craving the best burger king whopper around. Its always fresh fast and clean. Top notch employees and hot food! Five stars for me and my family.

Immaculately clean inside fresh food always. I've lived in Winnie for 12 years I've never really was a Burger King person until I discovered this one. It gets overlooked because it's connected to a gas station do not let that distract you from the fact that they are not a quality fast food restaurant. One thing is their french fries is sometimes over salted so ask for no salt or low salt they will do it for you. It's a smaller town franchise so they don't have all of the selections Burger King offers in other bigger towns but they have a good two for $10 menu and my big family can eat dinner for under 30 bucks that's with a burger fries and drink that's pretty impressive. One time they did mess up my dinner order through the drive-thru. I let them know and they made it good and I was able to keep the original order and get extra burgers for their mistake. I eat breakfast here everyday I work no long lines to wait always fresh food. I don't care if they're mobile app doesn't work you don't have to order ahead because there's never a line.

A small BK besides the gas pump. The person serving are very polite and respectful. However very parking spots. I wanted to sit and eat but due no no parking available, I had to take my order to go (drive in) from the window.

This Burgerking is a hit or miss... been here and the food was fresh and well handled...also been here and the food was sloppily prepaired and not fresh...so visit at your own risk..... kind of like gambling

Do not spend your money here. I ordered and paid for an Impossible whopper w/cheese. I didn't get the cheese that I paid for. It ruined my meal. I ate the fries and drank the drink that night. I went back a couple of days later because I was on the road traveling when I bought it. I asked that the whole meal be made over. The manager on duty replies that I didn't have the whole meal in the bag to return. So she didn't remake the meal nor did she apologize for ruining my meal. If ever I stop in Winnie Texas. I know this is not where I will spend my hard earned money. I suggest that everyone who reads this heed my warning. This is not the Burger King of old.

Mens Bathroom is disgusting 1 toilet is full of toilet paper and 1 has 💩 all over the toilet... Plus the A/C does not work in the seating area It was SO HOT. Food took longer then usual

Poorly received in this Burger King, the person I had didn't even stop her phone conversation to take my order. And when I asked her for the Wi-Fi code, she showed me that I was bothering her and refused to give it to me by speaking to me in a rude manner. Change jobs. Supposedly she didn't know the code! It's just written "Wifi" in big letters on the door! And that I should go ask the clerk at the gas station next door. I went to ask him, but he didn't know any more.

I ordered a Whopper with no mayo. That’s it. No fries, no drink, no fancy combos—just a single, solitary Whopper with no mayo. Sounds like an easy order right? The employee even repeated it back twice. So, what did I get? No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickle, no ketchup—just a heap of mayo. How can you turn a brain-dead simple order into a mayo masterpiece? Did the kitchen crew mishear “no mayo” as “drown it in mayo”? Or are they just trolling for laughs? Laughably terrible execution despite crystal-clear communication.

Lost my wallet either in or outside the store, no one will answer phone to watch cameras to see if i dropped it outside or left on counter. Past 2 days I've tried getting ahold of someone and they won't answer their phone.. seems pretty odd.

I used the restroom and gas pump. One start because Yuck. Won't stop again here or across the street at Chevron. MANAGEMENT! Pressure....wash.... If the pumps and restroom are dirty and smell of poop...IM NOT EATING HERE! come on.

My mom ordered this “Impossible Whopper” because she is Pescatarian, she has been sick throwing up and etc. ever since 1 this afternoon!! She took it back up there and the lady in the front was very nice but is that even the right patty? Also, they don’t answer there phone!!
