I didn't want, tacos, or burritos, or enchiladas. I wanted Black beans and rice and peppers and onions and not just from any Jose, Juan or Maria's Mexican Cocina. I wanted Chipotle! They didn't disappoint me with the service, atmosphere and definitely not with the food or portions! This location gets 5stars! From me
I don’t know what that Jorge canales guy is talking about 🥱 every time I come here I get good service and good foood staff if very polite and friendly food is warm and tasty and always get greeted with a welcoming “ WELCOME IN “
Another fantastic experience at Chipotle! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. Everything—from the perfectly cooked rice to the well-seasoned protein and fresh toppings—was spot on. The restaurant was clean, organized, and welcoming, which always makes a difference. A special shoutout to Adnan, who truly made this visit stand out. He was friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure the order was prepared exactly right and served with a great attitude. His customer service went above and beyond and made the entire experience even better. This location consistently delivers quality food and excellent service. I know there have been a lot of issues with Chipotle brand and guest satisfaction lately, however, my experience was different. I had the friendliest interaction with one of the workers and he had the most positive attitude. I could tell he was busy but he made sure to greet me and ask how was I doing. that's rare in today's world but it was good to come in, get some decent food, and be treated with respect. Most definitely will be back to this location again.
Food was delicious. Last time, ~$45 for a kid's and two adults' meals with fountain drinks. This time stuck to the main courses and it was ~$77 for 4 adults and 2 kids, which was OK by me. Portions remain a good size. Available seating is limited but adequate except at peace hours. Parking near entrance is limited, but there's much more close by. I really liked the online nutrition calculator which allows the nutritional content for any meal combination to be determined.

Might need to go back to my usual locations in Murphy and Garland.

This chipotle sits at a great location unfortunately they don’t take advantage of it. The service depends on who works there everyone kinda gives a different impression but I’ve haven’t came across someone rude. The food portions are small and most times over cooked. Even the chips are stale at times. But I can say the bathrooms are clean.
First off, let’s start off with my missing item. As pictured below, you see an empty compartment. Thats where the “extra” corn I ordered was supposed to go. We noticed we had a “free extra protein”, and thought great.. we will use this on my husbands STEAK bowl. Second problem? They gave him chicken and not steak at all. They literally saw the “extra protein” knowing steak costs more, and gave him all chicken on purpose as if this is taken personally out of their paychecks. That is petty. My quesadilla was also chicken when it was supposed to be 1/2 Barbacoa and 1/2 steak. I don’t care if it’s “all they had left”. They did not say one word to us. We would have canceled the order, because why would we pay extra for chicken? We were at the Rowlett Walmart which is literally down the road from the Rowlett Chipotle but drove to the Wylie Chipotle location instead, hoping we would get better service since the Chipotle in Rowlett sucks too. We are done giving Chipotle our money. I’m sick of the sucky food, sucky staff and the overall attitude of the staff as well. They either can’t read, can’t do their job or act like asking for condiments or steak comes out of their personal checks. If you hate your job that much and can’t do it right, find a new one instead of taking it out on the customers. I tried talking to a rep, but only get “Pepper” that just added a free small drink to my account. That doesn’t make up for the extra $5+ we spent on steak, and the “free” double protein we didn’t even get. This company is trash. We’ve been to all Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Plano and Richardson locations at this point giving them chance after chance. Now Wylie is the same. It’s a shame. Every time we go, there are missing items, the order is made in correctly or the staff has a bad attitude just because we ask for dressing.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt because I know how the food service industry is, but it gets to a point. Mine and my boyfriend’s orders were less than portionable, even after asking for extra rice, cheese, and fajita veggies. I’ll include a picture of my boyfriend’s bowl which requested extra rice and cheese. I did not get a picture of my own. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has done this. We will not be ordering here anymore.
I ordered two bowls one kids plate they didn’t even cover the bottom with rice… and gave me a cold tortilla with cold meat and cheese which was supposed to be a quesadilla wasn’t even tried to be melted I payed for guac didn’t even receive on anything let alone a side I can’t come here ever with no mess ups it’s always something

One of the worst experiences. Ordered Veggie but no Guacamole in stock but no good service to explain even. As restaurant service they supposedly let us know upfront or make it fulfill of food. Rather explain properly, they requested walks away. Hope less. Please drives further rather use this location.
I see why this place has the ratings that it does. I never order from here even though it is 5 minutes from my house. But today was a late night at my house. Never again! Ordered on line said order would be ready at 9. Waited at the window for 19 minutes additional minutes. I ordered a burrito and got a taco. No joke. You guys will see the pic.
This location is awful! Everyone seems miserable and so stressed out being there. It sucks that this is the only chipotle because it is the worst location ever. Tonight I literal only have 9 1/2 chips in my bag. Like what even? They always forget several things and food is never fresher. Like how are you guys that stressed out all the time and food not even being made fresh? Doesn’t make sense to me.

I can to pick up an order and when I walked up to the Togo area the managers was on the phone with someone who was asking about a refund. I stood there for awhile with no acknowledgment from her. A young lady came out to run food after the bell was rung. She walked by me twice and said nothing but kept walking. After the manager got off the phone I expected her to greet me since I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes but she just turned around and walked away. Thank goodness for the young man working the front line came over and help me out. Customer service is like management 101. She needs to learn from the young man on how to treat your guest. 2.9 is really true.
ordered 5 meals, and literally all 5 meals were messed up. not even like a little messed up—like drastically incorrect. for example, one of our bowls was only meant to have steak, white rice, no beans, cheese, and lettuce, but we received a bowl that had steak, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and no lettuce. had to wait about half an hour because they were “out of chicken,” but the chicken is still burnt? when we got home, every package was cold to the touch, and the food was so cold that even the cheese felt cold to the touch still. absolutely awful, and the only compensation the employees thought to offer was chips that were so salty they felt inedible.
The two young cashiers are not professional at their jobs; they are constantly laughing and making fun of their colleagues and customers.
Service is extremely horrible. I was waiting at the drive-through and nobody showed up for 15 minutes straight. Then I had to start banging the doors. I recommend you stopping by here only if you don’t have anything to do in your life. Should have gone to Qdoba
I know that people were getting ready for a winter storm on Saturday night, but I ordered to pick up an order on Friday night. We were counting to save the food for two days. My tacos were empty. Barely any rice or any of the options I requested. Of course I noticed after I drove 30 minutes to get home. But darn! If you can't keep the quality that you always deliver, please close and don't get any orders. The chicken tasted superb as usual, but still scarce.
The food is usually super good but today I went in at around 2-3 pm and the employee that was making our order was EXTREMELY stingy, and barely put any food. i always go to that same chipotle and I get a good amount. I got like 5 pieces or chicken and my bowl was less than half way full today. Chipotle always fills me up, with left overs. I expected a decent amount since chipotle isn’t even cheap.
Waited over 30 minutes just to get my food reheated, which is ridiculous for a fast-casual restaurant. To make it worse, one employee was extremely rude — I was in the middle of speaking and he cut me off mid-sentence while talking to another customer to ask about her order, completely ignoring me. No apology, no acknowledgment, just attitude. Terrible service and zero respect for customers. Definitely not coming back.

The food was good we had no complaints EXCEPT for the girl that was helping the cashier there was two girls up front one was kind of tan quite just charging the customer the other one was helping get orders I don't know any of their name because for some reason they did no have name badges on what's up that anyway the girl I'm referring to had a pimple or a mole or something dark on her chin she was very rude rolling her eyes at my wife giving me the side view handing us our bag with attitude and all for no reason we always go to the chipotle in Murphy but this one is literally across the street from us but it's people like her the one with the dot on her chin that drive us away being so rude this isn't the first time this happens with her she's also been rude to my mother who came to get our order a few days before and she told me " there's a girl with a mole or something on her chin that rude the way she looks at you and talks to you and hands you the food"my mom is a 65 yr old woman very nice and isn't used to being treated that way especially when she's been nothing but nice to your employees please talk to her about the attitude problem
